I came to the 91st and Memorial Tulsa, Oklahoma location at 4 o’clock in the morning like I normally do to tan. I use the walkie-talkie because the associate was on the floor. She then tried to speak to me through the walkie-talkie.

I could not understand her and that started a series of rude behavior, she tells me what room to go into. I go into the room get into the tanning bed. It doesn’t work. There’s a sign on the door that says if there’s a problem to call the number I called the number seven times she never answered the phone so I got dressed, went back out there and asked for her help.

She was extremely rude to me and told me that sometimes it doesn’t set properly which I completely understand. I told her I did not mean to upset her and she looked at me, raise her voice and told…

I went to PF Lexington Kentucky Nicholasville RD 07/31/2024 about 6:30pm checked in did a work out and went to tan. I was advised by Nate assistant manager was busy playing on his phone and told me I was in bed 9.

I went to bed 9 got undressed and bed 9 would not work. Had to get redressed go back out to front counter and an employee went to check bed 9 and came back placed in bed 8. Why are there no attendants in the tanning area to assist.

Everybody was at front desk as it is happy hour.. when done tanning I went to ask Nate why I was placed in a non working tan bed no apology Nate said it just happens eating cookies and being smug.

I go to I the planet fitness in Bloomingdale Illinois and why did you people let teen agents in fir the summer. They are rude and hog the equipment. I had an incident today at wed June 19 2024 and I made a complaint to the staff that these 2 people were hogging the equipment and would not share.

The staff told me to be patient. Are you kidding me few people left cause of them But I complain. Do not have these teen agents in here any more summers.

00 on 02-06-24 Above charges have bee n charged to my credit card on dates noted. I have been trying to Cancel my membership due to a death in the family and I am out of state for a few months.

I recently re-joined the gym that just opened above my house. 1st let me say I have work customer service for 19 years. We work setting appointments every day for ours buyers, they have to set and appointment to their merchandise route/picked up from our warehouse.

So when I say I know how appointments/time slots work I do. My issue that has been bothering me is your you appointment/time slot schedule that’s currently in place. My understanding is when you want use to either one of the massaging room it’s 1st come 1st serve.

I belong to Planet Fitness in Hammonton NJ. My credit card has been over charge for the last 6 month. I call to discuss the problem and I was told that Planet Fitness does not reimburse money. I asked for the corporate phone number and the person told me it must come from a manager and that corporate does not answer the phone.

I looked the number up on line and called, they did not answer the phone. I spoke to another member that it happen to and they did not get reimbursed. He cancelled his membership. This company is a ripoff. I been a member for 6 plus years.

I will be cancelling my membership if not reimbursed.

This facility in Statesville, NC is dirty and the staff are fat and lazy and don’t know how to treat people or handle customer service issues. They charge over $25 a month and a yearly maintenance fee when nothing is being maintained.

There shouldn’t be a maintenance fee that’s just greedy especially when there is no maintenance being done. Planet fitness as an organization is only about money and is garbage with the subpar equipment and out of shape staff they need to learn some compassion and people skills I would give it 0 stars

Planet fitness location, 6432 South Parker Road, Aurora, Colorado. Observations from today's 90 minute visit. Men's locker room: Toilet backed up and splattered, urinals filthy, sinks filthy, no soap in showers, and it seems hot water is either hit or miss.

There was one male and one female on duty. The male was behind the counter and was on his phone the ENTIRE 90 minutes I was there. The female disappears a few times behind the counter and returns, also on her phone.

Patrons were not greeted upon arrival nor departure. I have been using this facility for a number of years with no problems. As far as the sporadic availability of hot water, whenever I bring this up the front desk says they are not aware of it and will check it out. Never seems to corrected.

I have been a Planet Fitness Black Card member for several years (except for several months during COVID). , Houston, TX 77080, that your guest internet is no longer accessible. Prior to this, I had never had any issues accessing the internet while working out.

The staff has acknowledged there is a problem and seems understanding of my frustration. Unfortunately, management has not remedied this problem. It should not take over 2 months to fix this problem! Regards, Alex Azzo

However the video which I just saw of not 1 but out of shape disrespectful employees of Planet Fitness. To a family who are even members of there gym. Treated them and there 10 yr old son. With so much disrespect and embarrassing to them and well themselves as resprentatives of the franchise!

This is totally un called for to embarrass a 10 yr old because they have to use the bathroom. Upper management needs to handle this with these 2 individuals including the manager who is in video! Where he walks away and does nothing to de escalate the embarrassing situation to Planet Fitness

I recently joined and several times I tried to do the 30 minute workout but was unable to because there were two girls sitting and chatting on the workout machines that are specifically in the circuit training workout area. Went to the front desk and the girl said I don’t know what to tell you.

This is not the first time. Than a guy comes in and stays on another machine. So there where three machines I was unable to do. This is. It what I signed up for

I’m referring to the Rocky Point , NY franchise. Water bottle refill station always in disrepair. Constantly awaiting a “part to come in”, gets fixed for a week or two then broken again. Maybe the entire unit needs to be replaced?

Also TV’s usually one or two many times are not working. Apparently just need to be reset but it doesn’t get done unless you go up to the desk and complain. They can be out for days, doesn’t anyone ck daily to make sure everything is in working order?

Happens time and time again. Just nuisances!! Thank you for listening.

I go to the planet fitness in Hanover PA and I like the gym itself, but I have a few complaints. Can we get another chest fly machine please, there needs to be more than 1 of this equipment do to the high demand for it. People have to wait for a while to use it and would be helpful to have another one. Also the staff is not very friendly. I go in and no one says hi or greets me, this makes people feel not welcomed. Also I seen when asking someone like the young ladies at the desk to please refill the paper towels that they seem to roll there eyes and don't get up to do it or have the guys do it for them. This is just plain laziness, there should be a shift supervisor on each shift making sure they check and clean more often.

This complaint is regarding employee discrimination against a member, and a complete violation of Planet Fitness' Employee code of ethic.

On August 24, 2023 between 10:35am CST, and 10:50am CST, My son, and I went to Planet Fitness at 11400 West Markham St. Little Rock, AR 7221 where I have an active gym membership. Greetings: My name is Rudy Chapa. I am a member of the planet fitness in Alamo Texas, 78516. I love planet fitness. Have to get that out of the way. I have diabetes and take medicine to control my blood sugar.

Because of this, I take a 2 liter bottle of soda water to sip on while I workout. The club manager decides that I can't take my bottle on the gym floor. That it's too big. That I need to put it in a locker in locker room and go back and forth from the gym floor to fill a smaller bottle that is approved by the gym.

The second shift is horrible they are lazy and rude instead of helping the people that should be there concern they sit on the counter and braid each other's hair and ignore people and disappear for long periods of time and don't care if the restroom has toilet paper the third shift employee had to put some in there and I told them about it around 6pm and I wasn't the only person that told them about it you should really reevaluate your second shift staff worst ever

I was a frequent user of the Climb Mill,until I started using the new ones.It is very hard to position my arms on the machine.especially since I don't like it to read my heart rate,while I'm working out.I have an extremely difficult time trying to get to my water bottle, it is positioned way too low!!!

My complaint/ issue is pretty straight forward with an easy resolution. I have been requesting a replacement membership card for over a year with the same response. " We don't have any. They are on order" I find it difficult to believe as a paying member I cannot receive a replacement card.

I utilized the phone app during COVID which worked half the time. The other half it didn't work at all. I'm a old school person. Having the card works for me. What can be done about having replacement cards readily available to paying members?

(there are no instructions on the machines) I grabbed an employee to help me with the treadmill. She tried to help me but said that NO ONE TOLD THEM HOW TO USE THE NEW MACHINES, and she really didn't know what she was doing.

I was walking for about 5 minutes, and all of sudden the machine stopped suddenly. It's a good thing I knew to jump to either rails of the treadmill, or I could have been hurt. I could not restart the treadmill, so I didn't get any cardiac work out today.

On August, 3, 2023 I received an email from planet fitness on jefferson st, joliet, il that my membership was cancelled. I call and said they need to speak to manager he was not in. I am writing today to express my dissatisfaction with the Planet Fitness located in Wheaton, IL. The gym appears to be largely understaffed and is in a state of disrepair. Unfortunately, numerous machines have been out of order for over a month, which greatly impacts the workout experience. The hygiene standards are also subpar, with unclean bathrooms and frequently empty soap dispensers. Additionally, there are currently at least six non-functional televisions.

Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the club's condition and the treatment we are receiving as members. Consequently, I made the decision to downgrade my membership from Black Card to Classic. While I have liked the club in the past, it has significantly declined in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

One of the staff members at the Longmont south location has a personal vendetta against my guests. They decided that my guest is the one who left the bathroom dirty with foot prints all over the floor when it was a prior member who left the bathroom untidy.

They put notes all over my file so when I walk into the Club and check in any staff can read the notes and put a restriction on my after 3 years of membership. Where is the due process? And why is any member complaining about cleaning up the bathroom when that is part of their job duties.

Sure sometimes bathrooms get untidy I certainly can’t clean it good enough with a lack of cleaning supplies and clean towels to clean up after myself. But I certainly rinse the shower and make sure no water is on the floor.

I have been going to this Planet Fitness since it was opened in Aug/Sept 2015. I tried to address some issues several times and nothing has been taken seriously by anyone. This is regarding 2 Cardio machines that could help older people with back issues. Those have been breaking down more frequently and brought Planet Fitness on-site staff attention every time it happened and so far issues have not been resolved.

I do not know the name of these machines but It is like upright Elliptical but it is seated. You move your arms and legs at the same time and both have been broken down for several weeks. Fresh Meadows location yesterday had absolutely no equipment available for use and barely any weights. It is completely overcrowded, mostly with children because of, I assume some high school summer promotion. This issue has been compounded because planet fitness is no longer 24 hours on weekdays in Queens.

Occupancy needs to be limited, at least for these children to specific hours possibly 9a - 3p, or overnight hours need to be reinstated.

Yesterday (July 5, 2023) I visited the Planet Fitness location at 145 Second St W, Cincinnati, OH at about 3:30 pm.

I visited to inquire about membership and Silver Sneakers.

There were two young associates manning the front desk. They told me they had heard of Sliver Sneakers, but knew nothing about it.

They offered no other assistance.

I had to ASK if there was someone there who could help. NO was their response.

Me and my boyfriend joined the Hudson NY location. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Bad attitudes from the people whom work there. Extremely filthy and unsanitary. The tanning beds have pools of sweat left on them and garbage all over the place,that you have to clean yourself!!!

Once when I walked in there was food on the bed and on the floor. The employees just stand up front doing nothing and throw you attitude anytime you ask them something. Hello, I had gone to planet fitness tonight at 9:30. It was still open and people inside. It closes at 10pm on fridays. The door was locked at 9:30pm and I was told I was not allowed to come in because they were closing at 10.

I pay money every month to go there 24 hours or whenever it’s suppose to be opened. This is just ridiculous because I drove 40 minutes here to turn around when there was still 30 minutes left of the building being opened.

Hi my name is Vonita and I go to planet fitness in Kankakee il and I’m making this because one of your employees profiled my daughter who had a membership through the high school program. They made up lies saying that some people said that she was in the locker room messing with lockers.

As a Senior citizen and A black card member. I pay extra to be a black card member so that I can go to this gym and work out and I find it offensive that you think it's a Great idea to allow kids between the ages of 14 and

19 to go free for the entire summer 3 months where I could work out. But now I can't because you've got kids playing on the machines with their phones, These kids come in 4 to 6 packs hang out on the machines.

Today around 1:50 PM, I was working out with a player that I coach. The player asked me if he could come to work out with me, and I told him that he could. We got to the gym, and everything was fine; I told him that his elbows were too low and needed to be raised, adjusting them and telling him he needed to keep them there.

I was then told that I was training him and that I would receive a notation on my membership because I was training. I was also told that I have brought in several students to come and work out. I have never trained or attempted to train anyone in any Planet Fitness establishment.

I know the training rules and do not believe in taking away any money from any establishment. If I wanted to train him, I would have taken him to the gym at the school and not worked out…

I have been tanning entertaining bed at planet fitness since I began my membership and yesterday. I went into tan and they told me that I had been banned from tanning for not cleaning the tanning bed. I always climbed attaining bed if they were as to robot to security cam.

They'll see me throwing away my towels where i'd get couldn't attend a bit so I'm not understanding why I'm being brought from tan. That's I have the reason why I go to planet fitness.

I’ve been going to the Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania location for just about a year now and this employee Lauren who started there maybe 6 months ago is constantly coming in the men’s room unannounced and walking past the shower stall while I’m in there and others are aswell… I have not had any other employees do this male or female. It’s been on double digit occasions and I’m getting tired of because I know if myself as a man were to do this in women’s locker room there would be an uproar from the community! Most female employees ask if it’s ok to come in before doing so then ask who’s in there and where but Lauren just seems to think she can come and go as she pleases I want something done about this it’s ridiculous!
