I work out at 5 o’clock in the morning and every time when I come in the two guys just sit behind the desk. The gym is it absolutely mass trash on the floor equipment everywhere unacceptable!

I am a model who has been featured in Vogue and Playboy. I have only been a Black Card Member at Planet Fitness Pasadena on Lake Avenue for one week. I have dealt with harassment and discrimination from this company. The night I signed up, it took the front desk girl, Cherry, forever to sign me up. I mailed in a letter to cancel my membership giving the fact that I can’t switch locations for 6 months and I do not live anywhere close to the location that I chose, by mistake! A month later after I sent in my cancellation I learned that they supposedly never received it and I was charged again.

I had schedule class for design your own program on 05/08/2023 with the trainer at location 210 FM 1960 by pass road East Humble, Texas 77338. After met with the trainer he told me he will send design schedule through e-mail with in 2-3 days but I didn't received any e-mail from him and 3-4 days when I went to gym to asked him than he told with rude way it takes 2-3 more days because I am busy.

I was approached in the lobby by a male person claiming to be the manager and was not. He singled me out for being in my phone in the lobby. He accused me of LOITERING and not working out. None of what he said was true.

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, always around 11-12pm because I work late. Every night I am greeted by a rude employee staring at her phone. She is face down in her phone the whole 2 hours I am here.

Every time I ask to get into the tanning beds she acts as if I am an inconvenience to whatever she is doing on her phone. She always has a bitter attitude and isn’t helpful whatsoever. My sister and my husband can confirm this.

She just sits in her chair on her cell phone. The location is 2600 David H McLeod Blvd. She works the night shift.

I would give this facility a zero if it were a option. They lost a loyal customer, because of unprofessionalism, completely inappropriate mannerisms. The inadequate staff, just care about gossip, being on their phones. Unattended desk majority of the time.

I joined Planet Fitness for the tanning bed use only. Every time I would go to the Winchester VA location, they would have only 1 bed up and running. The wait time would be an hour or more. I tried speaking to management and every time I called in there to speak to a manager, every person who answered the phone would state that they were one of the managers.

I had received messages from the location as they knew I was not happy, and I could never reach the person who called. If you would, please look at my member activity. I have tanned one time and they only put the bed down for 4 minutes.

It has been several weeks that the PF on Pebble Hills has been without hot water. Only once was it working, and I had to go to the one on Montwood and Trawood. They have been kind enough to let me use their showers several times, but I feel as though I'm wearing out my welcome.

Why can't PF fix the problem at Pebble Hills? I only signed up so I could have a hot shower, and that one is closest to me. I'm old, and on a fixed income, PLEASE get the hot water problem fixed ASAP. Thank you.

I belong to planet fitness in canandaigua ny. I like the gym very much. My problem is that it is pretty cold inside. I have complained to management. They told me they have no control over the temperature. This has forced me to either go to another location or cut my time short.

Can something be done about raising the temperature a few degrees? About 1/3 of the people started wearing sweats to try yo keep warm.

Hello, this is my second request. I had a black card membership with my wife. We downgraded after the monthly dues were taken out of the account. We expected to be able to use the black card membership amenities for the remainder of the month we paid for.

We were denied and when we questioned the manager, he was very unhelpful, refused to give me his name, he was disrespectful and insulting to me. In his words the issue was our problem. Someone told me, Planet fitness is a revolving door of customers, and that no one really cares, as long as someone is making money. Company code of ethic s were violated, and ignored by employees, and owner. And employees lying to supervisor s, if they were even questioned, at all.

Attached is a file where I was in the toilet stall, and they turn off the lights there at 6:51 PM. I understand the want everyone out by 7 PM (or a bit sooner), but is it right that we're left in complete darkness in the stalls while taking a shit at the time I was there?

I have the black member plan and I tried to go tanning and the club closes at 7pm and my 24 hours is up at 8:20pm and it’s ridiculous that the 24 hr time isn’t waved because the club closes early. The girl and the guy working was really really rude about it.

I should be able to tan early because they close early and to top it off it should NOT be closing at 7 pm on a Saturday. Maybe 9pm but not 7pm on a Saturday. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I have a membership ar banks crossing georgia planet fitness. I had an injury from something unrelated but wanted to keep my membership. So, I've been tanning and using other things offered until I'm healed. This planet fitness has bulbs out of every bed and the manager I've spoke to him once or twice but for 3 months have gotten the same response.

Bulbs ordered or maintenance contacted. He has seen me upset and doesn't even offer any kind of customer service. The bulbs need to be changed and the store manager needs to try a little harder with his customer service.

Customers “hog” machines, doing multiple sets, resting on machines often with earbuds or will leave a water bottle or a towel to save a machine for later. More than once I have done almost a complete workout of 30 minutes and the machines are still occupied by the same person.

I have complained but employees say it is my responsibility to deal with the problem. There should be posted suggested rules to avoid sitting on machines, multiple sets should be discouraged or at least stand between sets to allow others to get in a set.

Without any rules posted or implied I am forced to confront someone who may tell me to mind my own business or get angry at me.

The current manager at the Planet Fitness located at 3681 28th st. SE in Grand Rapids, MI is complaining about black card members spending too much time in the black card lounge. These people have black card memberships and are current on all their membership dues.

They don't bother anyone and keep to themselves. None of the other staff members are bothered by this. She also rarely speaks to the customers and generally has bad customer service skills. People at the club felt welcome there before she became manager.

Now some members ate uncomfortable at a place that was built on the idea of all people being welcomed and being made to feel comfortable. There have also been complaints about the paper products (bathroom tissue and paper towels) constantly being switched for really cheap…

There is a yearly fee of $40 for a black card membership. I canceled my membership February of 2023, why was I still charged the $40 fee if I canceled my membership before the yearly fee is issued in April 2023? If the fee is considered for the new year passed April being an active member, and I am no longer an active member, why would I still be charged the yearly fee, very confused….

So I was in the gym March 15. The planet fitness at 440 Jersey City. And I forgot my AirPods. So I call in and ask if anyone pick my AirPods up at the front desk. Someone spoke to me and say yes they have AirPod i could pick it up anytime.

We have dirty homeless couple that have paid the $1 to start their membership, coming in the gym and sleeping. They have their shopping cart in the main entrances coming in the building. It stinks, they stink!!! The staff said they can't ask them to leave.

They are not working out they come in and sleep all day and all night. They only leave to smoke or to go buy junk food and cigarettes. They stink like a dead animal. They put thier hands down there pants adjusnting themselves then touch stuff without cleaning up after themselves.

Over the course of the last yr my local planet fitness has not been kept up. It's been run down, everything's cracked or broken. Many excuses such as there's no one to fix anything except 1 person for many planet fitness locations.

I find this very hard to believe. I'm at the Gun Hill location which was once clean and kept. Now they don't care.

I would give this place zero if that were an option. Things were fine until I changed my bank. I had gone into the location after speaking with someone on the phone who said I had to come in to update.

I tried to update on the app but it would not allow me to do that. I went in on my lunch break as I thought that this would not be that hard of a process as it hasn't been for anything else that I had to update.

The recent change in hours makes it impossible for an urgent/primary care doctor like myself to get adequate workouts. I am on the front lines still. My shifts finish between 11pm and 12am at citymd urgent care and start between 7am and 8pm. My usual workouts are at 12am on weekdays so now I end up going to the gym only twice a week at best.

Also in Ramadan, I would work out around 4am as we need to stop eating by 530am - this recent change without notifying us clients is a major issue and I am planning on changing gyms, along with at least 40-45 of my colleagues. Blink and 24 hour fitness offer much better access

I am new to this gym and I signed up for a fitness plan your program class off the home gym site, got there for the class and was told we don’t actually hold the classes the website is wrong. Fill out a form here and you can see the trainer when he is in Monday, Friday or Sunday.

I wasted my time and am super put off about having a black card membership now especially as it’s my first gym and was super excited and now I’m just disappointed that a huge company like you would have false information on your websites

I have been trying to cancel my membership for OVER A YEAR. Frustrated is not the word with this company. Initially I called and had someone tell me they would cancel my membership, I specifically advised them that I travel for work and work 7 days a week.

I never get time off. I have expressed this a countless amount of times and all I want if for them to stop charging my card! I cannot cancel and get another one because I am always on the road and would have to wait 10 days for a new card.

Planet fitness is shady. How am I somehow responsible for maintenance? They charge me annually for maintenance and whatever else they said but that’s not my responsibility. I should only be responsible for my monthly payment of $10 which is the membership I applied for.

Staff is reserving Hydropower chairs and beds for guests. I’m a black card member and was told that hydro massage chair was not available because a guest couple reserved them for use after they finished Hydro bed. Is this a common practice.

I have waited for guest to finish their session when chair or bed is occupied. What give these two guest the privileges to reserve. Occurrence took place at approximately 10:30 am at the N Federal Highway branch in Ft Laurdadale.

The Planet Fitness on 3701 W Northwest Hwy Bldg 2, Ste 222, Dallas, TX 75220 said I couldn't bring my pack of water into the gym even though they let me do it before. Telling me to leave it in my car but I'm an epileptic and recently had a seizure so I cant drive and dont have a car so I had no choice but to carry the pack of water with me from work.

I opened a membership here in oct of 2022. Sense then i have been cjarged iver $400 in the past 5 month. I had only been to the gym 2x. In november i moved a bit away from my home gym and tried to cancel by calling and they did not allow me to cancel.
