Writing in regards to phone call I received from Elizabeth, GM of Backus Avenue location terminating my membership.
Issue: incorrect bank account debited for monthly dues and subsequent conversation with Asst. Manager.
Upon my visit last night, I asked for Manager to discuss issue.
I was upset as I received no assurance situation would be resolved for future payments or acknowledgement of your mistake
(without your mistake there would have never been a problem)
I accept decision to terminate my membership, as I was upset and expressed it.
If researched you will see bank card info provided (acct. 8528) for initial $1.41 on 2/21 was processed correctly.
Subsequent monthly fee of $10.64 was debited from same account, despite secondary/different account (9046) and routing number…
