Was in the North Huntington PA site yesterday and noticed the large screen televisions had some duplicates on them. Asked at the front desk about how they could be changed and was told they were controlled by corporate and could not be changed. I don't believe this and wondered if it were true.

Today, while visiting the gym (Store 00861) and helping a friend join PF, I discovered that I have been double billed for nearly a year for my membership at PF and have two active black card accounts in my name Member No. XXXXXX5357 and Member No. XXXXXX2077. The second account should never have been opened. On 2/03/22, I went to the gym to rejoin PF because I believed my membership had been canceled. However, I learned that my account was open and active. When the membership rep took my banking information, he indicated that he was only updating the account information, not opening a new account.

some of us with covid masks on) then an employee took the tape off of the 10 machines. Apparently they weren't broken - they just didn't want us to use them this morning? the ladies locker room never has soap in the dispensers.

The employees never walk around, they are always looking at their phones behind the desk - which never bothered me until I saw the NOT broken treadmills blocked off for no reason. Awful.

Writing in regards to phone call I received from Elizabeth, GM of Backus Avenue location terminating my membership.

Issue: incorrect bank account debited for monthly dues and subsequent conversation with Asst. Manager.

Upon my visit last night, I asked for Manager to discuss issue.

I was upset as I received no assurance situation would be resolved for future payments or acknowledgement of your mistake

(without your mistake there would have never been a problem)

I accept decision to terminate my membership, as I was upset and expressed it.

If researched you will see bank card info provided (acct. 8528) for initial $1.41 on 2/21 was processed correctly.

I'm being charged a late fee automatically every month, on time for 3 months! And the reason cause I have a secondary way of payment. Why do you need that second payment method then? That's a new and awesome way for making extra!

Nothing could be resolved over the phone or online, only in person. And Im away for another 3 months. The only option for me is to dispute all the charges in my bank, over the phone. Very sad state of the customer service.

Had a neck issue. When I went to PF to use the Hydromassage table. I relized that the password on my PF app wasn't active on 2/27/23 around 4pm. I asked Max was there another way to sign me in without the app. She said "No".

I asked if I needed the app to cancel my membership. She said "No". so I canceled my membership. I was in a desperate situation when I went to PF and poor technology caused me to quit what I liked mostly.

It's no secret that to reset a password on ANY app can be long and frustrating. I was amazed there was absolutly NO other way to sign me in without the app. If you have questions or concerns I can be reached at 205 249 8242. I'm Kent Porterfield. REGARDS

I paid for a used membership for my daughter primarily so she could tan so after spending $400 she went to 10 today and they told her that you have to wait 24 hours before age 10. This is so ridiculous will not be renewing.

I previously decided my husband and I were going to get a membership with planet fitness though we really wanted to join LA fitness instead so being how busy we both are through the week day and with his work schedule fluctuating constantly us attending the gym just didn’t work out which by the way was in August long story short there still taking money from my account and

I’ve spoken to Jamal who is a manager at the IRONDEQUOIT location twice about my refunding my monies and the last time I spoke to him was a week ago so Sunday night I did a survey on planet fitness basically explaining why I could NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone and today is February 27th and I just got another call inquiring the survey…NO WHERES MY MONEY…?

My name is Teresa Forbes. When I visit Planet Fitness, all I need to hear from the employees is have a good workout. Fine and simple. Instead I was made fun of for being a librarian. As I was trying to get my Planet Fitness app up to check in, two male employees were calling me Ms. Librarian and giggling.

They did this twice as I was bring the app up on my phone. I told them I was not at the library and it was a pet peeve of mine to be talked to in this way. I have a life outside of work.

There are many stereotypes for librarians. I don't like feeling as if I am being ridiculed. I told them my name during this ridiculous conversation. At least they told me to have a good workout afterwards. It might be helpful to remind them to not act this way.

The Planet Fitness gym in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania, completely inept. The rude, childish behavior from the staff is intolerable. The Harrassment/ bullying that went on, that what 2 people witnessed, nothing was done about. Franchise Owner, made no attempt to get to the truth.

When a employee watches someone in a parking lot, and calls to the gym, to notify the other employees, she and her adolescent boyfriend, won't go in. That's remarkable. And I witnessed this employee bully this gym customer. This was written down. Going to corporate.

Hopefully they will, abide by their company policies.

Rude and disrespectful assistant manager and desk employees. I have been a member for at least 3 years, and was approached by the assistant manger implying the would be in contact with me for opening an exit door to hard.

I was also turned away from tanning because I was 3 hours short of the alleged “24 hour” tan policy. I will be terminating my membership.

My wife went into the new planet fitness in fountain colorado to receive a membership for a few months before we move. We were shocked to see their was an annual fee and cancellation fee. If we wanted to keep the membership for the 12 months to complete the commitment we, we would be forced to pay the cancellation fee and start a new membership at our new location we were moving to.

Would not be worth the fees for a few months.

Recently left gym, due to being antagonizing, harassing, ridiculing behavior by employees. Made complaints, that were ignored. Franchise Owner, even with a witness. Never contacted me. Didn't care. I have another witness. Even after manager said, I'd be left alone, nothing changed. People lied.

I have a complaint about your paid in full membership that I have had probably for the last 7 years plus, I received a coupon every year in the mail for $99 to pay for a full membership for a year. This year I didn't receive one so I asked my local club and was giving the answer of "we are no longer honoring a grandfathered membership" I had to laugh at that because there was never anything grandfathered into a $99 membership plain and

simple it was given freely it wasn't a grandfather program so she goes on to say well we will offer you a paid in full membership for $199. Choke!! That's $100 more than I have ever paid over the last 7 plus years.

You do the math and tell me who doesn't know how to add here. $10 a month for 12 months is $120 granted I never had a $49 yearly membership fee…

Jessie at 4488 n ranch Dr. Location in Las Vegas was the most unhelpful person I have ever experienced in customer service. I have been having trouble getting into the gym for the remainder of my term at PF that I paid for since I cancelled my membership.

Since I cancelled after I paid for my month, I still have a few weeks left to use the gym but they closed my app account and so I am no longer able to use the barcode to sign in. And so every time I try clocking in with my phone number, not all of the workers understand how to find my account properly.

Planet fitness at 4168 Broadway NY, NY 10033 has poor customer service and faulty gym equipment.

Gym equipment is often broken with significant delays in repair. Often time multiple equipments will be out of service for over a month.

Gym cleanliness and upkeep is poor, bathrooms are often dirty with broken sinks/faucets.

Available lockers are limited as most lockers are broken and can’t be safely secured.

Weights are not properly organized as they are often left scattered throughout the gym. At times you have to walk around the gym in order to try and find a specific weight.

Multiple complaints have been made to gym staff with little to no improvement.

I have been going to the same planet fitness for over 2 years and have enjoyed the majority of my days there. Recently I experienced an older man harassing me he specifically told me "You mad me hard so now you need to handle it". This gym member already has 5 complaints from different gym members and nothing has been done but a warning.

I’m so angry. Payments come out automatically and I just looked at my bank account and my pf account and it states I owe 202$ when no one notified me of this in any form. I forgot about it because I had surgery and figured it was just coming out.

Stop charging my account and call to let your customers know that there is an issue with the card. I received no notifications, no phone call not even an email. I just want to cancel my account and I can’t seem to get anyone to do that either.

I cannot drive, so going there is impossible. I sent a request months ago explaining and never heard back. This cancellation process needs to change. It should be done online.

Good afternoon, I submitted a complaint on February 6th on the Duck Creek facility in Dallas,Texas. I went back in on February 7th and Nate informed me what was needed and I called silver sneakers and they provided him with the information he was needing.

He was professional and took care of the issue. I wasn't informed what was needed from m Morgan when I went in on February the 4th. Just wanted to say thanks to Nate for getting the problem taken care of.

I went into the PF here in Anderson, IN. This PF located off of Scatterfield and honestly was the most disgusting and filthy one I’ve been to yet. Went to the locker rooms and it was even worse. Smashed Deodorant on the floor, protein powder (at least I hope it was) trash on the floor of the locker room area.

Smelled like days of clogged poopy toilets. Can we do something about this because I almost started cleaning it myself bc I couldn’t stand it.

Lee NH planet fitness only has 2 ste climbers. One has been broken since Oct. every time I go there is a line for this one machine!! There ahould be three here period but with only one working it’s impossible.

Every I have been asking for months and get it frustrated us as well and we put in a call. They finally hit a replacement brought in January and it broke after 2 days. A month later.. still not fixed.

It’s bad enough the smaller weights are in the other room when they could warily get two sets of the 5,8,10,12,17 instead of waking back in forth!!! It’s not fair that every planet fitness around is amazing and functioning and the one near me is like this.

All the lockers in this location are broken. Looks like they are broken into but lockers don't get repaired. When I go there 80% of the lockers are broken never any available to use.

I am a 72 year old woman that has been a member of PF for a number of years. I changed my membership from Franklin Blvd to union road Gastonia as a matter of convenience. For many of the years I carried a bag with towel water wallet and ear plugs.

I stopped going during the covid years and have recently, at dr. advise to walk 30 mins a day . For first 3 weeks, as four personnel stood at desk, I walked in registered and walked for my time. Then personal start to approach me with "no bags on floor allowed"! What the heck! What is the deal???

Law suite of someone falling, afraid of guns carried in, or just pain in the but rule... I have now boycotted the PF in my area. This used to be the gym to go to. No judgement and all that! Now no, no, no.

I was working out yesterday working on my triceps with about 100 pounds on cable machine and a woman walks up to me in regular clothes screaming at me, at first I didn’t notice her. Then look up and took my ear piece out and said yes, She then started speaking rudely to me stating you are slamming the weights!

I responded I didn’t slam weights, it’s heavyweight I have to put it down. When people all around me slamming stuff and laughing and talking all loud.

First of all she was with her friend working out, and I’m minding my business. She approached me in a rude manner, I’m damn near 50 years old, this girl is my daughter age, trying to discipline me in the middle of the gym.

January 26, 2023 To whom it may concern,

I am currently using your Corinth Ms store. I did not have any complaints, until today. I had an appointment on the tanning Bronzer bed at 12 pm. I started waiting at 11:30. This was no problem. At 11:50 am I inquired to see if they knew I was waiting on my appt. I was told that it is showing in the computer, but they were waiting on a bed to be free. On 1/19/23 I heard on two Detroit area radio 950 & 760 and also tv channel 2, that you had one dollar down deal when I went in I was told the one dollar down ended on 1/17 I was charged $49, which I did sign up for, when I went home I found out the one dollar was in effect till 1/31, I contacted the manager Dez at the 11 mile Warren mi office & was told the 1 dollar deal ended on 1/17 & began again 1/23, I feel I should have been informed the deal would start again in 4 days, but

What I'm complaining about is I go over to the easy Street the 2600 planet fitness in Ocala Florida I have my 13-year-old son here with me. He wants to use the bathroom and he was subjected to male full frontal nudity.

Manger David from planet fitness Eustis hangs up the phone in my face while trying to ask questions about a charge on my credit card. I spoke to him very calmly asking about a fee I was told by my bank I should contact them.

He was very nonchalant and wasn’t even giving me answers to what I asked. After he did this several times of course me as a human being got upset and I spoke louder as I was irritated with him avoiding answers to my questions.

Since covid, the gym hoursbwere shortened. They have not returned to full night time hours. My attraction to Planet Fitness is the night hours. Friday night the gym is packed all the way to 9 pm. There's hardly any room.

Please extend the hours to at least midnight on Friday and Saturday. I miss the gym because of the shortened hours. I'm a night shift worker and need a little more time to get there and work out. The amount of people I see on Friday would make me believe others do too.

I take my adult daughters to this gym & I usually wait in the car when they're done. I sometimes use the bathroom there. The workers minds their business cause all I do is go directly in & out without stopping.

I was approached by Grace in planet fitness mount pleasant SC around 7 o’clock this evening. I was using the smith machine as a bench press and in between sets I pulled out my phone to change my music, she approached me telling me if I didn’t put my phone away immediately my membership would be revoked.

I had the worse experience dealing with the manger at the Webster Tx. location. His name is Ivan. All I asked is if they could turn the fans down from the high speed, and I got told straight up that I could cancel my membership if I wasn’t satisfied with the way, they had things running their!

I’ve been a member at this same gym for seven years and it’s very disheartening to have a manager escalate a situation in that manner. I was also told that there’s nobody above him in any of my complaints will go directly to him.

He did not refund funds paid for Dec. He did not provide reason why my membership was cancelled or why I was banned on the cancellation form. Jose and Trainer Adrian told me I couldn’t shadow box or jump rope inside gym.

But I have video of a Mexican girl jump roping inside same gym. Staff are very petty. No member was in the area where I was shadow boxing with 3 - pound weights. Thus I was not endangering any member’s safety.

Jose is so petty that he told me that I couldn’t listen to my cellphone radio inside the bathroom without headphones even though the volume was lower than the music playing from the gym speakers. The reason why Jose failed to provide reason why my membership was cancelled is because he knew he couldn’t ban a member for charging his cellphone.
