I lost my drivers license-an important piece of identification and a legal document. I didn’t immediately check to see if it had been turned in at Planet Fitness because I assumed they would have immediately called me since they had my name and number. They didn’t. I was.

I travel and I use planet fitness for their showers I'm currently in the Albuquerque area and they are apparently owned by the same franchise because they are without doubt the worst planet fitness or public gyms that I've ever seen! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS to deal with people like Dan and Roderick from this location. I’ve been having issues with my account for 7 months. When I went inside this location to try to resolve my issues, management who was there before dug up an old account of mine & double charged me for two months.

I used the service for eight days and includes the hydro massage. Because I was there for only eight days, I did not require or wanted a full membership. I presume that the amount would be prorated and not pay for a full membership.

My first day on planet fitness, I ask to use the Beauty Angel, I register for it, no one went to show me, I was just given a written note on how to use the floor feature. This complaint is pertaining to the planet fitness in Parma Ohio, located on 8443 Day Drive. Every single weekend at this gym, there is always a issue with opener's being there on time. Planet fitness in Ontario California has been charging my 15 year old son since April 2022 a membership fee and an anual fee on July 1st how do you charge multiple fees and anual fee within 3 months. Unacceptable and when we tried speaking to the franchise owner she proceeded to blame my son/minor stating he did this and she is not reimbursing us and gave us a fake nombre to call and complain along with her hanging up on us.

Several weeks ago, I showered at Planet Fitness. I only use the showers sparingly. When I went to enter the shower, there were massive clumps of hair clogging the drains and smeared all over the walls. EVERY SHOWER WAS LIKE THIS!

My husband and I joined Planet Fitness in January. Our membership includes a Personal Trainer which when we started, we met with and were very happy. We met with our Personal Trainer every 6-8 weeks and received new workouts to follow.
Now we were told our Planet Fitness in South Milwaukee, WI can no longer provide a Personal Trainer for us. We do not understand. We formed a relationship with our trainer that made us feel welcome and appreciated. We could see the many people who attended the training sessions over seen by the trainer.

They get you with the $22 a month which was the case for my first few months but then randomly it stopped taking my money out directly and started charging me a late fee expecting me to come in-store every month just to pay my bill when it should have been taken out directly.

The whole free teens summer idea was a nice idea but in practice it does not work. The gym was full of teens clustered in groups of four or five, you couldn’t get on the machines because on that.
Also the don’t follow cleaning protocols after using equipment and are totally unsupervised. Some of the teens were being very responsible but many were not. I even heard a group joking that he had dedicated in one of the mens urinals.
This is not what planet fitness sells when you sign up. I spoke with a half dozen members this evening that said they are canceling their membership due to the issues they have experienced. I’m sorry to see planet fitness turn into a daycare for some teens.

Joined in May. Tried 2 times to attend the New member orientation class.
First one, I took of work early and drove the 15 miles only to find out the class had been cancelled WHILE I was on my way to the class.
Second time, once again, it was cancelled just minutes prior to start time.
Third time, I decided to just go to a Design your own program class. Took off work early, kept watching my email for a cancellation, and when I arrived, I was told that “unfortunately” the class was cancelled. No email or text was sent that it was cancelled.
