My daughter and I joined this gym in April. I was billed for annual membership fees 6/1/22, I pulled my contract up on the app and the contract said 8/1/22. I called the gym and spoke with Sandy who was very rude and said she wasn't going to reimburse me.
I took a screenshot of my contract. Later that day after work while going to the gym to speak with them, I called them and they told me my contract said I would be billed 6/1/22 so I looked again on my app and it had 6/1/202 and my join date was 4/17/20.
I joined in 2022 and the bill date isn't even a date. You can tell they altered the contract in a hurry. I emailed the regional manager, Nichole who was as rude as the manager and refuses to do anything about it but instead basically is calling me a liar.
