My daughter and I joined this gym in April. I was billed for annual membership fees 6/1/22, I pulled my contract up on the app and the contract said 8/1/22. I called the gym and spoke with Sandy who was very rude and said she wasn't going to reimburse me.

I took a screenshot of my contract. Later that day after work while going to the gym to speak with them, I called them and they told me my contract said I would be billed 6/1/22 so I looked again on my app and it had 6/1/202 and my join date was 4/17/20.

I joined in 2022 and the bill date isn't even a date. You can tell they altered the contract in a hurry. I emailed the regional manager, Nichole who was as rude as the manager and refuses to do anything about it but instead basically is calling me a liar.

I have no reason to lie and do…

I am writing again. Me and my husband spoke to management. Very nice understanding to our complaint. They told us this was corporate decision about allowing 14 yrs-19yr old free access to this gym. I wish you would sent some one on a Saturday or Sunday to c what is going on when they come in groups.

During the week we haven’t seen them in morning yet. There still in school. Hog machines. Leave there stuff and use foul language. I watched the older people and I’m sure paying being intimidated. I’m not. I nicely ask them to pick there stuff up.

I should not have to do this. I hope you reconsider this silly idea. Like I said before why are they free? We should be free too!!! Hoping something done or we’ll just look for another gym with a nursery.

The complaint is at the Clifton Park NY Planet Fitness. This is the question . Is the express workout room still supposed to be only for that purpose? Because if it is , it is not being used for that.

anyone comes in and sits on the machines as long as they want and also a lot of people especially lately do not wipe off the machines I do not mind going around people but a lot of the time the people go in there and play on their phones and stay on the machines a long time The staff does nothing about it at all the desk is right there and

I have expressed this concern with the staff with no avail.

The bulbs in the tanning beds have not been replaced in over a year! The pads on the massage chairs and beds need to be replaced! I have paid monthly to use these things for several years and they are never upgraded!

There's far too many fitness centers to put up with poor quality!

Me and my husband are black card members. We enjoy the gym. Staff and cleanliness. This new policy for free 14yr olds is terrible. They are disgraceful, leaving there weights al over , profound words. Using the machines like there in a playground and staying on them all n groups.

We noticed one kid almost had the bar fall on his neck. I spoke with some other members and might be leaving unless something is done. It’s like a nursery. They come for free and we pay. Something is wrong here.

Please look into this matter. A saddened member

I was never told my location in Succasanna NJ would be closing for renivations. Went to gym to find out it was closed and had to call to see what todo. I was told I could use any close location so I did for 2 weeks then was told that Monday I would have to retirn back to Sucassunna went M - F went Saturday to find gym closed.

Why cant you comunicate this to customers Severly pissed waisting my time and gas running around for a simple work out

I have been going to the Planet Fitness on Holland Road for 3 years. One of the reasons I like the location was because of the staff who were friendly and quick to keep up the cleanliness and supplies full.

Now whoever is managing the 5 o'clock shift has 3-4 employees and they all stay behind the desk sitting around talking, messing with their phones. There is no toilet paper in the bathrooms and the paper towel stations are empty.

No one fills them until someone like me tells them they are empty. No one checks anything anymore. I miss people like college Joe, and Jonathan. Polite, always greet you by name, and weren't afraid to make the station rounds.

I live closer to the one on Virginia Beach Blvd but I am not fond of the equipment. I do tan there twice a week and Yab and Shadaye…

I begin with saying that I hold all of the staff at my club in high regard. With respect to the situation I will describe, I believe that the staff members are doing as instructed.

When I went to the gym at 7:30 p.m. , it was completely filled with adolescents. They were loud, rude, dirty/not cleaning up after themselves, running into the area with the hydromassage beds and message chairs, flirting with each other, etc. Their moving from machine to machine without cleaning after themselves is so dangerous. You are clearly fostering an unsanitary environment in which disease will spread. The employees were telling the teenagers to wash the machines, but the teenagers ignored them. The teenagers on either side of me at the treadmill where talking over me to each other, laughing, giggling.…

I had a membership at Planet Fitness located in Middletown, KY. 100 Urton Ln, Louisville, KY 40223.

I had been a member there a couple of years. When I saw equipment not working (broken / needing fixed), water spilled on the floor (slip hazard) and such then I was in the habit of letting management know so it could be addressed.

In the past that had been received well. However, yesterday (Thursday, May 19th) I showed the night manager (Candice) that one of the TV's on one of the treadmills was not working. It was not an inconvenience to myself as there were others I could use. Her comment to me at the time was that there was a storm outside (which was true) and she was going to attribute the snowy image to that. Yesterday 5/18/22, a male employee in plain clothes ( no planet fitness outfit) approached my workout space and tried to take a bench I was using. I told him sorry but I am using that bench. He came back few minutes later with a rude aggressive tone; “ my guy, I need the bench now.” Again I told him u can’t take the bench because I am still using it. I felt harassed and talked down to.

On my way out, I asked when the manager will be in for me to file my complaint. They told me in the evening. I went to the brand new planet fitness Kelowna bc location today at 9am. We where so excited to start at this gym and today was our first day there. I got 9 of my family members to sign up with me . Giving planet fitness alot of business .

When I showed up this morning I was treated like a criminal, I felt disrespected and discriminated. Felt like because I was brown in colour that was the reason I was treated that way. And all simply because I forgot my cell phone at home and they refused to do anything to help me . They made me feel like a criminal or someone that doesn't belong at there facilities. they made me drive 20 minutes to go home 20 minutes back to bring my phone back in order to workout at that facility.

Planet Fitness at Naples, Florida the South Naples going tourer Marcos Island, there is a lady that's working there she sleeps there in the black card spa room one of the chairs in the end in that room the manager lets her sleep there it been long months they are ok with it like it was a Hotel couple times when some folks are going to use it she is sleeping in that chair! She has a homeless problem sometimes i herd from some that work there she smell's like alcohol she had problems with couple members she call the police in them when they drops a wights instead of talking course at people!

Plant Fitness in Tinley Park needs to do some Major training on phone Etiquette and Customer Service. Telly (claimed to be a manager) not only was he rude but Mocked me during our conversation. I had my membership placed on hold and recently got a charge.

I called in to inquire and he said I should have never had a hold. Not only was this person rude they were very unprofessional and unwilling to assist and hung up on me. I need someone to contact me to resolve this matter!

Henry St. Muskegon. Poorly . Water faucet has mold all around it. Equipment has cracked pads . Very dusty all over. Tanning bed all of them have two or more bulbs out and is very very dusty under the flex glass.

Just would like to see it as a clean healthy place . I'm just shocked 2 or 3 employees standing and talk behind counter and place looks the way it does. I've mentioned all this to the employees there more that once.

Sorry about the complaint just needs to be addressed.

I'm a disabled senior and like all seniors on a fixed income from SS these times are exceptionally hard with skyrocketing rent, grocery prices going up daily, and of course the price of gas and car repairs. Last night I went to the Canton Ga Planet Fitness to workout.

I was told my membership had expired. I got nothing from the management about it is time to renew my membership. Not a call knowing how easy that is as my cell number is used when I enter. Not a text again knowing how easy that is as they use my number so often.

Not even an email which is also on file. I have previously suffered public discrimination from the management at this club when the manager lambasted me there in the seating area at the entrance while I rested and cooled down from exercise.

So I have been tanning at the Weatherford Planet Fitness for 4 months now. My father owns a black card membership, and I am a part of it. I’m only freshly 19, and I still live with my parents so I don’t pay for my own membership because me and my dad work out together.

I went to tan this past Sunday, and the male worker told me I was not able to tan unless the person who pays for the black card membership (my dad) is there with me. I said okay and came back the next day with my dad.

Everything went smoothly and I used the bed just like I had been. I come again today, and the female worker was extremely rude saying I was not able to tan ever because my dad owns the membership not me.

The Tyler, TX club has been a weird and steadily devolving experience for me that tops any customer service situation I have ever seen and I am 65. Beginning with general uncleanliness and disrepair it has devolved with now no drinking water being available and plumbing leaks through the roof of the locker room.

The grand finale occurred yesterday when I notified the "manager" Preston as he was working out next to me that the only remaining water fountain in the place (the other one has not operated in months) was only trickling water out frustrating thirsty patrons lining up for water which is essential for weightlifters. I have been a planet fitness member for about eight years or so, my membership fees are paid on time automatically through American Express every month. I used Amex because its autopay feature for memberships or subscriptions continues uninterrupted if the card is lost, stollen, or expired.

Today (03/28/2022) I was denied gym access, although my membership is current with most recent membership dues paid (03/17/2022) not because my membership wasn’t active, but because my Amex card on file was expired and that I didn’t have checking account set up as a primary source of payment. I was disrespected by the 2 counter personel employee I was gonna tan while my 2 sons exercise but the counter guy said I had to pay 20 dollars which I said I would but he kept pushing a free online day pass at me but I kept exsplain that ii didn't have time for that but he pushed it told my son to do it on his phone ..

We have not been able to use a computer to sign up for amenities for almost two months now. This is very disturbing to have to wait in line to use this. We would like to be able to sign up before we work out.

This is very annoying, I love the staff, it's not there fault. But it's very inconvenient.

I went into the Belton, MO location and went to use a cable machine that was not occupied but next to the trainer and another customer. I was asked to not use that piece of equipment and go somewhere else.

I asked the trainer if they were using the equipment and she stated no. I told her that if they weren’t using the equipment then I don’t see a problem and she then told me it was because I was too close to her and the person she was training.

I called in to cancel my membership and was told it had to be done in person. Sad that with today's technology we are unable to do this online. I went in person, I mentioned to the young boy at the counter that I had my son on my account as well.

He was added for a small fee, and that I also paid for that additional membership. He assured me that cancelling my account, would cancel all others. I asked if there was something else I had to do, and he said no. NOT TRUE.

I signed up for Planet Fitness online around February 2021. Shortly after, I found out that I needed knee surgery. So I called the gym and canceled over the phone before I even entered the gym. A year later, I’m still being charged monthly.

I have been attending the Planet fitness located at 10780 Pebble Hills Blvd El Paso, Texas 79935 for over seven years. I usually like this Planet fitness it is clean and the staff is nice. But recently the staff at Planet Fitness has allowed this particular woman to train other gym members at the gym.

When it first stated happening I though the trainer (a really nice guy that is the trainer at that gym) was going to stop her because I know you are not allowed to train other members. But no, he instead befriended her and has no problem with her training other members.

On enrollment I was told I had to list a 2nd credit card in the event the primary was declined. I had to get a replacement card for the primary, but it never occurred to me I had to change it at the club, since the secondary was still valid.

I just learned that I'm being charged TWICE A MONTH on my secondary card at $15 a charge because the primary card was declined! WHY would I be charged a penalty when the secondary card on file is valid?!? This makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever!

So I pay the regular club fees at $25 a month, and TWO additional charges of $15 a month each! This has been occurring for the last 4 months! The new Planet Fitness at 43555 Ford rd Canton mi 48188- When are you going to fix or redo the parking lot. It has big pot holes in the concrete. It just looks old and run down. I came from the West Bloomfield Mi Planet Fitness they have a new parking lot.

Their app requires me to scan the barcode on the key fob. Until I do this, their app is useless and treats me as a non member. When I ask for a key fob the local club tells me every time they ask the corporate for the plastic cards/key fobs, they do not send them.

Planet Fitness makes it difficult to contact the headquarters customer service. The recording tells you to customer service link which sends a message back to the local club. Its disappointing they treat their customers this way.

I went to join your Ithaca location today, Firstly I am a76 year old man who needs to rehab an injured leg and when asked to join the person behind the counter asked me if I want to work here? Thinking it rather obvious that I didn’t I replied no ,and stated again I wanted to join.

He then abruptly told me to download the Planet Fitness app. and do it It on that. I really happy that your gym must have overflow members that you can treat potential members in that manner. Fortunately there are an ample amount of gyms in Ithaca.

I recently signed up to Planet Fitness and I totally love it- the environment is great and the people who patronize are also great and it is so much better than the average gym. My only issue is that having to take a picture for my membership.

I wouldn't normally divulge this to a complaint department but I was so humiliated today that I feel I have no choice in order to convey my distress. I joined roughly two weeks ago, and haven't had the opportunity to take a picture at any time with which I was comfortable.

I am a member over at Planet Fitness on 5609 W 44th Avenue in Lakeside, Colorado.

It has come to my attention that this establishment is not enforcing patrons to wear masks indoors. I approached the manager about this matter and I was told that this particular franchise owner asked the employees to not engage with customers or require them to wear masks.

To be quite honest, this is terrifying and unlawful. Today alone I witnessed 5 people exercise without any type of mask at all in a 1 hour period. This is a COVID outbreak waiting to happen as the staff stands by doing nothing.

An employee named Daniel at the Plant Fitness in Springfield, Oregon would come up to me and countless other people during the middle of my sets and tell me to pull my mask up above my nose. I understand wearing a mask correctly, however when in the middle of a set, the masks tend to slip down because of breathing when doing a workout.

i have been working out in thus branch for years and my family too and never had such a hating person in my life. The general manager using his balls to threaten members to cancel thier membership. I have never ever been targeted in such a hating manner in my life specially after I moved to the United agates.

The general manager came in a very improfessiinal way and threatened to cancel my membership after I used a coin to let a guest use it. Even if I didn't know the rules a general manager can approach in a ni e way and profession way and let us know we can't use it in future.

I workout @6am 5 to 7 days a week. And the gym is filthy when I arrive. There are always 3 staff standing at the front counter talking amongst each other. It is obvious that no one has cleaned all night.

I am at the gym until 8am and the first shift employee is the only one that cleans at the facility

This new iberia Louisiana location is filthy. There is dust caked on the machines. I never see a staff member wiping anything down. All staff does is stand behind the counter and play on there phones. Empty water bottles on the floor for a couple of days at a time.

With covid 19 going on this place is not being sanitized and cleaned. If nothing gets done I'll call board of health. Thank you!

I really like to work out at Planet Fitness, however, I do not feel like I can go to the gym, at this point. Even though there is an indoor mask mandate in Nevada, the Planet Fitness gym where I go, does not enforce it, at all.

I have spoken with the manager twice, and he says he is powerless to enforce it, and that decision comes from higher up. I am an 87 year old female, and have worked out regularly for 30 years. I was unable to attend a gym for 13 months during the initial Covid, and was delighted when I felt confident enough to return.

Told woman at gym I couldn’t sign up online as I had misplaced my debit card THREE times. She gave me tour, and filled out info for membership, wanted $3 for $1 mo fee ( somehow this is a prorate) she said she couldn’t accept cash or a check. I had TOLD her 3 times I didn’t have a debit card.
