The stand up tanning booth at the planet fitness in midtown in Milwaukee has been broken for a month.that is the only thing I go there for this is ridiculous

I have been going to Planet Fitness on Two Notch Rd in Columbia SC for quite some time and it never fails every time I go in there the customer service is very disappointing. Extremely rude staff and most of the time they are either sitting on the counter top or looking at their phones. I would write some names out because some are worse than others, but let’s be real, rude is rude.

I recently moved to Florida and contacted Planet Fitness to cancel my membership in Indiana, thinking it would be a simple process of making a call or sending an email. Nope. Instead, you have to either stop by the gym (not an option at this point), or send a written letter via USPS.

No faxes, calls, or emails allowed. Such a ridiculous process. I had thought I might consider rejoining at a PF in our new home area at some point, but now that will never ever happen because of this policy that is clearly designed to bilk customers out of as much money as possible.

I would just like to inform you that I was promised a week free to gym and never received that. I still paid for the week I was going, the person I spoke to literally gave me an hour to decide if I want to take the gym contract or not. How can you expect members to decide within a hour?

And if they don't decide within that hour they have to pay a joining fee of like R400. I joined the 08.09.21 and didn't get my free week. The people didn't explain the debit orders properly, the first month I paid I didn't even know there were two debits going off. Which was pathetic. In April 2021 I had surgery on my arm. I had requested my membership be put on hold as I would be unable to workout due to my surgery. They advised they would put it on hold for a month.

For me to extend this freeze I would have to call them to request they do it again. When I called back a month later, the person on the phone told me that the freeze stays in place until I request it be lifted.

I did not trust this employee and ask them to have the manager call me back as they were unavailable at the time. They never called. I called again and asked for the manager and that I needed my membership to be held a little longer as I was moving out of state.

On August 21, my account was cancel in planet fitness because of "duplicate account". The account began on March 5 and ended on December 31 of 2015. 92. The reason being that I did not used the gym at that time.

I joined Planet Fitness in Reno, NV and when I went to workout hardly anyone was wearing a face mask respite the state' mandate. The manger told when asked that he was instructed by his corporate office not to enforce the mandate policy. Why?

I was in the shower and your employee came up to my shower stall and look in and asked me if I was done showering. I was shocked and answered 'yes', which I wasn't. I then peep my head out of my shower and asked her why and did she need the shower, and she said I just want to clean the showers.

I am a member of Planet Fitness in Moorhead and have been a member for nearly 4 years. On 2 occasions I experience unprofessional manner by team member Blythe. The first incident happened approximately 2 weeks ago. I badged in around 630a in the morning.

Hi I was at planet fitness in Clifton and I had really poor service from one of the team members. Her name is Juliet Pepper. I was trying to ask her a question about renewal or getting another membership for one of my friends.

I'm a 21 year retired Air Force vet with a medical need for an emotional support animal approved by the department of veterans administration. I have never been turned away from places to eat, Dr offices and hospitals and hotels or air travel.

But I was turned away from Planet Fitness even after showing my dogs registration card. I was asked what service he was trained to support and why he had no vest even though he had his collar and registration card.

I should not be asked questions on what or why I need an EAS animal and was basically shocked to be turned away. The staffs reply was because he is a emotional support animal and not a service dog he was not allowed.

I went to figure out what the problem with my membership was and they told me that there is a late fee of $10 because there was a problem with my payment information. I went to the location in palm beach gardens where I always go to use the tanning beds due to a back injury I astained from cheerleading. I have severe muscle spasms and excruciating pain that causes my back to lock up and have continuous shooting pain down my spine.

When I tan it relaxes my muscles and stops the spasms so I can unlock my back. I entered the room and started my routine which is to clean the bed then undress apply lotion. Unfortunately due to the timing it took me to clean the tanning bed that was so dirty I was sure to be thorough with cleaning the bed.

Planet Fitness is a great idea in the gym and exercise experience. I joined and enjoy my Planet Fitness membership because of their "30 minute express workout" area and the variety of and readily availablity of cardio equipment. The 24 X 7 hours is also a great feature.

I think it was designed to be a place where anyone would be comfortable excercising without feeling pressured by bodybuilders. At the Scranton PA Planet Fitness "30 minute express workout" body builders either occupy the equipment occupy workout area or they sit on the equipment and look at their cell phone.
