On Monday, April 19 approximately 4:30pm, the assistant manager, Tatiana was on a personal phonecall laughing and refused to assist me. I asked her three times for tokens for the massage chair. Tatiana and I were the only ones there at the frontdesk.
She raised her index finger and told me to wait. I've never experienced this with any other Planet Fitness workers. Her personal phonecall was more important that her one and only customer. I've been a member at Planet Fitness prior to Covid and was excited to return but with a disrespectful attitude and lack of work ethics Tatiana has made it uncomfortable to come to Planet Fitness.
I would like for her to be highly reprimanded for not doing her job and for not prioritizing her customer.

When asking to speak to her manager she said she will tell me the same thing. Rude! I wasn't asking about tge charges at this point how dies she know what Lisa will tell me.. The manager Lisa gets on the phone and said Savanah was just trying to answer my questions, as if it's OK to talk down to people.

I have been a member for over 5 years and have referred many members to my home club. I joined planet fitness in st Augustine fl, over a yr ago. I am part of a circuit group 3 days a week with a welcoming group that has been there 5yrs. We promote any new comer to join anytime someone inquires about the circuit.

The staff at Planet Fitness is useless! The equipment is always broken and they won’t help you with anything. They don’t rack the weights that are left around. They won’t help you adjust the machines or teach you how to use them.

I cancelled my membership on June 26th of this year via email to the local store. I was them offered 2 months free. I did accept, but then said I did not want it. But, as of June 1st I was charged $39 for a annual fee. This is wrong !!

I am a member of PF on St Augustine in Jacksonville FL. I love the club. Staff is friendly. Place is spotless.
However, I have a huge complaint. As of late, there have been many women dressed in nearly see thru workout pants and wearing sports bras only. It is clearly stated in dress code that this attire is not acceptable for the club.
None of the staff seems to address the issue. I don't want to see lady parts while trying to work out and I feel this needs to be addressed. FYI, I am not the only one complaining. Thank you in advance for dealing with this issue

On 4/7/2019 I entered into a contract with Planet Fitness, and began paying 10 dollars month, and a charge for an annual fee in approximately June 2019 of 29 dollars for use of your company's gym located in Edgewood Town Centre. My membership number was #0033919704.

Good Afternoon, This letter is regarding a matter of principle and definition. Earlier today approximately 6:15 pm Tuesday November 5, 2019 at your Garner NC location. I've been with Plantet Fittness for around 8 years. I join on the premise of a 24 hour club and purchase your black card membership. Its getting harder for me to fine a club that is open 24 hrs seven days a week. They're starting to close early on weekends which is a big inconvenience for me. Your core principals are being compromise and controlled by your franchisee. I don't understand how all big companies lose track where the rubber hits the road. Please look into this.

I go to your facility for a workout for cardio and back exercises and enjoy using the message chairs at the end of a long Workout (1hour) and understand that occasionally the chairs are in use . But ,since school is out the hairs are being taken for sometimes up to an hour by teenage girls that do not sign in.

I belong to the Torrington Planet Fitness club and recently had a disturbing experience with one of the front desk attendants. I did not have the proper eye protection needed to tan ( which I may add was never brought up previously at any time during my membership) and the worker, Akins, was very rude and told me I could not tan.
I asked to speak to manager and he said the manager was not there and I would have to come in tomorrow to talk to him. ( He could have easily given me a contact number for the manager). He also could have let me use the eye protection that was available on the counter.

I went in for tanning today and the bed they put me in had 8 bulbs out. They didn't tell me this until I was already in the bed when I noticed. When I let the worker know, I told him I would've chosen a different bed if I would've known, he looked at me and laughed and said you will still get tan don't worry about it.

they don't have scales so we cannot weigh ourselves. I guess the clientele is a bunch of fragile little flowers who don't have the right to see a vital health stat because that would violate Planet Fitness's no judgement policy.
Yet everything on the PF Facebook page talks about weight loss and health. We aren't children and don't need a damn gym to protect us from ourselves. If they grow up and let us weigh ourselves that would be great.
I have been a regular customer for about 6 months now and want to be a life long member, but I do not know how much longer I can stay with Planet Fitness's irresponsible and wasteful practices. While most gyms have embraced conservation and switched over to washable towels, PF still requires patrons to use disposable one-time-use paper towels for every machine they use. I alone, use paper towels 6 - 8 times each gym visit. I estimate that I use an entire roll each month. Planet Fitness's aggregate waste of paper towels is inexcusable when a simple solution is so readily available.
