This is Debra Walker. I have been a loyal customer to PNC for many many years and I have a complaint and the answer I got did not satisfy me. It was weak. My credit card was closed due to not responding to a suspicious transaction.

I never received any notification. It was said it was mailed to me. I didn’t get it. Don’t you think there should have been a follow up call or email sent????? So my credit card was closed and was told that once it is closed PNC can’t reopen it. Really?????

My account is in good standing. Really PNC? That’s how you run your business. Weak!!! Not good for customers and I am not happy about this. I would like a response that makes sense but I am sure I will not receive one.

Every single time I come in there is only one teller handling the entire bank and drive thru.

The people behind the glass walls won't come out to assist with the line and people just spend forever waiting.

It's a shame as I have been a customer for 30 plus years. Now I'm looking for a different bank that can actually staff to accommodate their customers.

This has been like this for a significant amount of months and no one cares.

Employees at Washington PA Branch. They discriminated against my son. Refused to cash or deposit his check. I called and told them that I gave him the check and I had more than enough money to cover the check. They refused to deposit it for him.

I took the check to the downtown branch and deposited it for him and no problems. The lady I am assuming was the head teller was nasty and racist.

I recently contacted PNC Bank, President/CEO Bill Demchak Office concerning an online PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $700,000. PNC Bank response was: 1.) I was responsible for the SCAM/FRAUD 2.) PNC Bank refused to apologize for the SCAM/FRAUD 3.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that someone at the bank knew intimately about my checking and savings accounts and stole my money 4.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that an Audit of irregular activity occurred 5.) PNC did not conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) of my accounts 6.) 28 deposited to my account number 4741024139 viaand on the 09/30/2023 and 02/10/2023 via online check banking and bank deposit respectively. The bank deposit was done on the 10/02/2023 after the check banking did not go through. The cheque was signed and mail by my new Employer Wisteria Gardens LLC, 5420 Highway 80 E.

Customer service at the Penitas Tx PNC bank is the worst I have ever experienced. The window tellers take 30 or more minutes per customer to deposit or withdraw money. I've been at the Mission Tx bank and those people are really good and efficient.

I will withdraw my money from pnc bank. I will also cancel my wife and my investments and CDs. GOOD RIDDENCE.

I called in to make a payment in May (the website won't give me access to pay online) & gave the rep my information. She said that my payment was already made by a check from the insurance company. I was happy to hear that because I assumed it was from the Takata airbag from my prior accident.

We agreed that I could put the money on my upcoming surgery procedure. The next month I called in & made a payment & unbeknownst to me my car is REPOED. They sent my payment back to me & I definitely felt like they STOLE MY CAR.

PNC offered a service called POPMONEY that allowed electronic transfers including reoccurring transfers. Back in July they CANCELED that feature claiming the same thing is offered by Zelle. Zelle CAN make electronic transfers but NOT reoccurring. It would appear that the bank would need to build that into their online banking APP and PNC has chosen NOT to do that.

PNC has eliminated a feature that I have been using for over 5 years.

When I called support they told me that Zelle cannot do reoccurring payments. I tried explaining to them it is a feature that the bank needs to incorporate but they just did not seem to understand nor care that a feature I have been using for 5 years is now gone.

I guess it is time to start shopping to another bank.

Had an appointment ( and it was made over a week ago) with a financial advisor. Went to said branch. Even though I had an appointment, there was no one to speak to.

I’m ready to move my accounts. I had also requested student loan consolidation information over a week ago and no one has contacted me. I will be going to a financial institution that cares and keeps its promises.

My card was swallowed by the machine and they’re saying I need to get a new one instead of handing me back the one that was just swallowed by the atm?!! I was given my receipt first before the atm brought my card out which to me means the transaction is finished who in their right mind set the atm up to give a receipt first and

My mortgage is in foreclosure process through pnc lawyer and I have $22,000 loan balance. While during a forbearance, I was referred to the lawyer to start foreclosure process, no options presented to us, account representative said "there is no help for you".

The reinstatement offer was denied and a hardship application i didn't submit because I never received one but it was denied on a dated review of 5-24-23, before my forbearance ended. All my documents are dated 26th and received notice of Case being sent to attorney on the 7th of June, I call on the 8th of June and that's when I was told that horrible statement.

The next thing dated for 5/26/2023 was a delinquent notice and our loan of 22,000 was accelerated and foreclosure is being processed. Our case is even dated 5/26/2023. I…

My Card was compromised. PNC Picked up the transaction and denied it. After calling the service deck it was agreed to cancel the card and send a replacement. So far so good. The card was cancelled on the afternoon of 7/29. When the service desk person said it would be 3 - 6 business days before I got the replacement, I asked for it to be 'rushed' to me overnight which was agreed. Allowing for Sunday, I expected it to arrive Monday morning. After waiting in all day no card arrived. I call service desk again at about 4pm to ask where it was only to be told it should arrive later or tomorrow - Tuesday.

It is now 5.30 pm and after calling the service desk yet again I was informed it was not sent until 09.42 today so it might be here tomorrow! This will be the 3rd day I have had to wait in…

Why are restrooms closed to customers who have banked with yous in years . I was at the Xenia branch today , and asked your clerk if they had a restroom I could use cause my stomach was cramping for some reason .

Told 4 times to go over to Walmart and use theirs . I told them I couldn’t make it over there . I really had an issue coming on . And still told the same thing . Then once my bowels left loose she was like ok this one time .

Well guess what to late . It just kept coming out . Totally embarrassing and crying . We are in the USA , very inhuman of being treated this way . I don’t care who you are you just don’t say no .

People have medical issues . I’m still totally upset with this issue and being told no till it became an embarrassing situation .

When I tried to call to get my overdraft items fees, return they didn’t want to work with me. They just hung up on me even when I talk to the supervisor she wouldn’t work with me. She wouldn’t talk with me.

She just hung up on me. that’s very unprofessional my opinion. I have 3 small children and I don’t have time for this crap.

Got to the drive thru at a PNC bank in Camp Hill PA on Tuesday July 18th at 5:07 PM and two lanes were open. One lane had 2 cars in and one had a truck in so I got behind the truck.

At 5:27 the truck was finally done and I pulled up to the intercom and the container wasn’t there. I pressed the call button and a woman came on and said this lane is closed and can you move over a lane.

I explained that I have been sitting behind one vehicle for 20 minutes. Obviously didn’t care because she was gone off of the video screen. I backed out of the drive thru and into the other lane and now could pull right up to the intercom and I am still sitting here waiting 10 mins later for a receipt for a deposit!

This isn’t the first time this has happened here and is unacceptable and pathetic!!!

On or around 6/12/23, I reported unauthorized use of my debit card. I was told that my card would be canceled and I would receive a replacement card in 7 or 10 business days. On 6/26/23, I called to inquire as to the reason card had not been received.

No explanation could be given except perhaps, the last person forgot to request one. One would be processed and this time it would take 3 to 7 business days. On 7/3/23, I call AGAIN and was told that new card was processed and on 7/12, my file had a note that said 'address and a code.

The person I was talking with could not explain the code. Address was verified each time I called but according to the last person I talked with, a card was never mailed - just comments about the address (which was correct).

Hello I hope you are doing great. Yesterday I got 3 letters in my mailbox that my saving account has been closed. I could understand because I did not use it. But the other two letters said that my checking and reserve accounts will be closed for no clear reason.

I called many times, and just the machine operator said the same thing without any explanation. I went to PNC bank in person this morning. Again they tried to find out the reason. But they could not figure it out.

I have a good amount of money in my checking and reserve accounts. This account is my only bank account that I did many transactions with it and I think it is not appropriate to close an account without any explanations.

I think your customers deserve know the reason. Hence, it would be highly appreciated if you fill me…

The manager at PNC SouthLake Morrow had poor customer service. She treated me terrible, did not provide information I asked for , and disrespected me. When I asked for her name she cursed and walked off from me. I left out the branch feeling disappointed and low and depressed.

It's 5:09 right now. I walked into PNC at 5 pm an hour before close. No one was in line. Just me there. And I was told i was unable to open a checking account today due to the end of th3 day coming up in the next hour.

I went to the drive thru today at my PNC bank located on the corner of Richmond Road and Mayfield in Lyndhurst, Ohio and sat there over 20mins waiting on someone to come to the window inspite of me being the ONLY car in line. As I am handicap this should not have been a problem but it was. WHAT is the ISSUE!

Homer Glen Illinois branch. Have been at this”bank” for 36 yrs. Gone through many different names. PNC has by far been the worst. No tellers. Long waits. Too many people sitting around & greeting customers. Went in today to deposit IRA check to pay property taxes. NO TELLERS. NO TELLER BOOTHS.

Was told they don’t have tellers any more since1/23. Was not notified. They’re only a “resource center”. Seriously?!?! What good does that do me?? Rarely go into bank but when I do I NEED HELP!! I’m old (68). Set in my ways. This bank is close. Creature of habit.

My CORE credit card account was closed due to inactivity. I did not receive a letter that that was to occur. The customer service representative who helped me was unable to see if a mailing happened. So, I applied for another, to be denied due to COVID a couple late payments.

Not only was I penalized for not using my credit card, but, COVID relief for a couple late payments affected my credit. I am very glad that I did not attempt to use the card in an emergency. I understand certain policies, but, I would like to have been informed that was to happen.

On 5/5/23 I went to a local pnc bank facility to have a cashiers check for purpose of buying out a vehicle lease. 00 for same, I was taken aback I have been a loyal pnc customer for more than 55 years keeping a substantial balance in accounts and was shocked at this treatment.

during the same visit I had a problem with my pnc online banking account with being charged twice for a cc payment, and then end up with a credit on my cc? this is bullshit if ever there was such a thing!

they would not help me at the bank, and after 3 attempts on phone we get to a certain point and lose the connection. I believe this is pnc,s way of making you go away All I want is my accounts to reflect actual balance, and not a credit on a credit card?

Also, you are saying that my"Hazard Insurance is not enough to cover any liability I might have in the future, which is the insurances issue, not yours, and they are satisfied with this amount. This is nothing more than a "SCAM", To increase my payments. Line your pockets.

I called customer service about my debit card issue…I could not withdraw money…they transferred me to the security department 3 times I waited over an hour but had no response. No one answers my call past customer service to help me.

I put my check and I'd and a credit card in the tube and sent it thru the tube to a teller. No one came on the speaker to acknowledge me and what could they do for me. I wait about 5 min before the cannister came back with my id and money that I requested.

Still no one said have a good day or if there was anything else I needed. As soon as I know my social security check is in my account in another bank where I will be living I will be closing this account.

Ever since this bank mergered with BBVA compass I had problems. Customer relations need to be retaught. The bank location is at the corner of Delaware and dowlen Rd in Beaumont Texas.

To Whom this may concern,

I requested and received an unsecured loan from PNC bank, in the bank agreement, I agreed on the automatic payment deductions and was given a 1/4percentage decrease on the interest rate. Right before the first payment was due I made a payment for the loan because I wanted to pay extra on the payment, little did I know that the Bank 3-4 days later would take and additional payment from my account, this additional payment cause a negative balance on my checking account. I called the customer service number and followed that with a visit to the local branch the next day. I opened an account with PNC at 2394 E. Main St. Columbus Ohio (Bexley Neighborhood) a year ago. I've only been in the branch 3X and every time I'm there, there are 15-20 people waiting for help and there are only 3 people working in the branch.

The branch is huge and clearly a waste of space as they choose not to hire anybody to assist their customers. I then return home to call the branch to make an appointment and there was nobody to even answer their phone.

I have been calling since 1/25/23 in regards to a dispute about a provisional credit being “lost”. Not one single person at that bank can tell me where the money is. I’ve made 2 calls in regards to this and each time was told it would be escalated and when I called back to check on it neither rep escalated it.

Today I’m on home yet again as I write this demanding to speak with a supervisor and so far almost 30 minutes and still no supervisor. I’d love for those calls to be pulled and reviewed because no one I’ve spoken to is doing their job!

worst customer service ever! i have never dealt with a bank like this. I wish i could give them a 0 star. I filed a dispute for a large transaction that i did NOT authorize . They gave me a "provisional" credit while they "investigate" and without any "investigation" they just took the provisional credit out of my account which was every single cent i had along with leaving my account overdrawn over 1,000.

When i call, i cant speak to anyone that knows what they are talking about, they basically read from a script and repeat the same thing over and over. When you ask for a manager, they are no help as well.

I just open my account 3 weeks ago and have over 12,900 sent to the bank from a government agency for my loan and they locked my account stating it is fraud. I called customer service 4 times and no one can give an answer.

I went into the branch and no one can give me an answer there neither and I have no funds to pay my bills but they do not care. They keep making excuses without giving me resolution. This is the worst bank in America and I will never bank with this bank ever in life.

When PNC bought the Compass bank in Crowley Texas I had a credit card account with BBVA or Compass. it all changed over to Pinnacle or PNC bank. I have not been able to access my credit card account online since then.

I have called the number on the PNC card to try to get into my account several times. Each time I go through all kinds of ID checks before they tell me I have to have a PIN number. Since I do not have a PIN number they would send it to my home address.

Twice lately this has happened & I have not received a PIN. Either PNC is not sending it or the post office does not deliver PNC mail. The last call I made was around December 7th, 2022 & I was told that I would have it by the 17th of December.
