My debit card had fraudulent charges on it so I canceled and ordered a new card. It has been 20 days now and no card. When I call they just tell me it will be there today or tomorrow. Since I have most of my auto payments on this card it has really been frustrating.

They should be able to overnight a new card to you.

First: I have been attempting to 1. Shut down a card that has been compromised by fraudulent activity. 2. Dispute fraudulent transactions. 3. Have a new credit card overnighted to me.

Next: (1.) I was on hold for 45 minutes before I got to speak with someone about shutting down the card. That person told me she would overnight me a new credit card. (2.) Then I was sent to someone who was supposed to be able to help me dispute the fraudulent charges. This woman spoke English with a heavy Vietnamese accent in a voice as high and soft as a very shy child's. She said she could not, in fact, file credit card purchase disputes, but she would put me on a thirty-minute hold to speak with someone whom she was certain could. Oh my gosh! SOOOOOO difficult to talk to someone at this bank! Opened a new account online & couldn't access online after 5 days. Numerous phone calls - numerous verifications. Just trying to get $$ into the bank is like pulling teeth.

I am very unhappy with this bank. Good thing they have a high interest rate.

Worse service of all time.

I have tried to discuss why my homeowners insurance premium has not been paid and after I finally get to talk to someone, they say they need to check on something an get back to me after a brief hold. Both times I waited for the person and they hung up on me. If they can't service their customers get out of the mortgage business now!

Your online banking service has been more than a difficult issue over the years. At minimum of once a month the service is down, the last issue I had with telling me I was using the wrong password when I was using facial recognition for the last many years. I have been a member of your bank since 1994 and I will be leaving your bank because your online service basically sucks and I don’t have the time to spend on the telephone 20 minutes to speak to somebody.

had my card closed because i could not find it...i did find it 9 days later and they could not reinstate...all the branches in my area have no available appointments that I can make so I had to call customer service and now I have to pay $25 for a new card...they need to staff better and I should not have to pay for a new card because they don't staffing........I will be closing my account with them ....!!!!!!!

I had issued a PNC check# 216 dated 12/16/2022 for $100,000/- to my family member - Sosamma Mathew. She deposited the said check to her Capital One Bank account on 12/16/2022 but it was returned unpaid for reason: Altered/Fictitious. We came to know from Capital One Bank that the check was not cleared. This has caused us financial loss which could have easily avoided if PNC Bank had contacted me by phone or text message or e mail so that I could have confirmed about this check. Apart from that, Capital One Bank restricted the account of the person I issued the check because of the 'altered/fictitious' check. Please let me know by email why the check was unpaid. I lost my confidence in PNC Bank because of this action.

My debit card is being withheld because I made questionable purchases. Usually they ask about the purchases or ask the password. The online speaker doesn’t understand my speech and neither did the staff I spoke too. Response was to go to a branch.

Tried to open a brother/sister account, to help her get out of a bad relationship and they closed the account because of potential fraud. Literally trying to help get out bad relationship, and the @#$@# closed the account down.

PNC Bank business and personal account cancelation.

Unfortunately, after I made a wire transfer by Pinacle to a company in R. Moldova, I learned that all my PNC Bank accounts has been closed unilaterally by PNC Bank, without any explanation or upfront notes. I did submit a complaint to PNC Bank (Complient ID 222357006225) but I haven't gotten any calls yet from PNC Bank representative. In my opinion It’s kind of ridiculous practice and don’t know so far what happened. Please send me some information about the reason why all my business accounts (Verginia LLS – complaint ID #: 222357006225 and Minfound Imaging LLC - complaint ID #: 222357006354) and all my personal PNC Bank accounts have been closed.

I been a customer for a few years now every time I have an issue with my account I ask to speak to a supervisor they always told me supervisor will give me a call back in 24 hours and I never get a call from no one I’m very frustrated and disappointed of the service I’m getting here. The service you receive from the manager at 2400 SE Veterans Memorial Parkway in Port St Lucie, FL. is terrible. She always pretends she is busy and never takes the time out to see if she can solve your problem.

When there is several people in the line and only one teller no one else tries to see if they can help. Several people talk about closing their accounts. You need to place back the people who used to run the bank the proper way and who were friendly.

Why does it take about 30 minutes to make a payment over the phone? Your automated system does not work. I get completely through the system and it sends me to a real live person. Then I have to repeat the information all over again.

Then she puts me on hold. Then I must wait awhile. This happens every month. I have another credit card and it takes less than 3 minutes to complete my transaction. Please look into this situation.

My car was totaled and it took PNC bank 2 months to complete paperwork. They did not cooperate with GAP nor insurance company. In timely matter This cost me over 500 dollars in fees . When calling the Executive office basically it took them 1 week to respond no bank error was made therefore no fee will be waived.

I currently have an auto loan with the bank. I’m very frustrated because my payment can no longer be processed over the phone. I have tried sending my payments via alternate ways but unfortunately they all have been an inconvenience.

I tried Western Union, but PNC will not accept my account number. I have also tried bill pay through my credit union only to have PNC to return my check. The letter that accompanied my returned check stated the bank cannot locate my account, so my credit union may have sent it in error.

These events have caused two of my payments to be late. This is unacceptable. The bank should have more convenient ways to send auto loan payments. Please change this policy.

My disable mother has been treated horribly by this bank !!!! They closed her account for filing a simple dispute !!! She had over 6k in her bank account and they issued her a check in the mail that she never received !

the obstacles this bank has given my mother are absurd and I will not stop until someone contacts me in reference to this matter!!! I will never ever everrr bank here I work for Goldman Sachs bank (apple ) and I will be informing all my customers do not use this bank they don’t care about they’re customers their employees don’t show empathy and I think it should be literally shut down

I needed to get to my safety deposit box this morning. I was told the manager was the only one who could open the vault. He wasn't even there at 9am. I work all week and I don't have a chance to get back there. All week.

I called in this morning to work and said I would be late. I'm disappointed. I will be canceling the box whenever I'm able to get back there. Branch location is citrus tower in clermont Florida. I am screwed because I needed my papers that are in that box

My local branch closed its teller windows, and only has atm for customers. Atm ate my card and refused my check to deposit. And branch bankers said that it’s not their atm so they can’t retrieve my card that is attached to 40-60 vendors.

So now I have to go through the head ache of contacting all of my vendors and subscriptions and changing them. All in all this is not the first or second issue. A am planning on seeking a different bank

This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. I had someone hack my debit card so I had it canceled and have been waiting for a new one for over 3 weeks. Not only that but when I checked my account I now have 2 debit cards supposedly coming.

What a cluster F**K this bank is. I'm glad I have my real money in a bank I can rely on.

Your "On Line Banking" requires me to jump through hoops EACH AND EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE IT! This will not be tolerated much longer. I'm tired of hearing that "we are working on it"... This happened a couple of years ago and you supposedly "fixed" it.

I has worked until this month. Whoever came up with this latest "security procedure" should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! If you won't let me into my OWN ACCOUNTS without all of this nonsense, I will find a bank that will!

Today at 10:30 am I went to the branch on Fairhope Ave. I walked in, the bank was busy, I took a seat. I knew there was 1 person ahead of me to speak with a banker and not a teller.

And I figured I would be waiting awhile. So the branch only had 1 banker from what I could see working. There were 2 other ladies sitting in an office but it did not look like they were doing anything but talking and watching people come and go.

Locked out of personal Checking Account.

Called PNC Customer Service. Outsourced to Colombia, South America. Barely able to understand representative due to thick accent. Spent over three hours and unable to access my account. This representative then instructed me to call local branch which was closed as it was Saturdat.

Unable to contact Central Office.

Office was closed.

To add insult to injury, this is my money that I am unable to access due to PNC's staggering incompetency at all levels.

Thanks to atrocious customer service and a complete lack of understanding I will be moving my funds to a different account. If you value your time or money I advise anyone to stay clear of PNC as they are the worst run bank I have encountered.

If I could put less than one for rating my experience I would. I go to PNC on North 10th St in McAllen Texas daily for my employer. Today October 21, 2022 I had the rudest teller by the name of Ashley.

She asked for two Id's, which was ok. I gave her my Texas Driver license and told her that I can give her my personal account number and/or SS card. She flat out told me "I didn't ask for that", very rudely.

I went to cash a PNC Cashier's check made out to me. The Asist. manager told the bank teller that I was to be charged a 2% fee because I didn't have a PNC account. I know that PNC does not charge that fee for their own PNC Cashier's checks.

I had t go to another PNC bank to get it cashed. The Assist. manager should know better if she is training staff. That may be one of the reasons why PNC has such a low rating.

The Tellers at the Venice PNC branch are rude disrespectful, unprofessional Group of ladies I’ve ever met. I was trying to get a bank statement For purchasing a home that was supposed to close on 9/5. no one knows when they’re going to be generated they keep saying day after day it’s the next day it’s the next day there’s no one to talk to online or at the branch That can help!

If I could give them a zero I would. I have been a customer for over 40+years I filed a fraudulent charges from Kroger's. The explanation I was given for the denial was since the card never left my possession that it was me who made the transactions.

Like do you think nobody can get my info any other way? this is 2022 people have other means of stealing peoples card #'s. I have never filed a complaint or any fraudulent. case before. I have 3 accounts that I will be taking elsewhere that believes in me & wants my business.

00 is a lot to me whether is to PNC or not. Not one person was willing to take it to the next level. I DID NOT MAKE THE CHARGES that occurred & did everything as a customer to fix the problem.

This would be 0 if I could. Been a member for over 15 years, Direct Depositing both of our paychecks monthly. Have our Truck payment with them. Since we got hacked, we have had the WORST customer service. Then, today when my DD went in and went to check online and all my accounts are GONE.

Called customer service and they said all the accounts have been closed. No reason , just a " disclosure" the rep on the phone had no idea what to say, he had never seen this. So, my accounts were closed and they were mailing me the balances of ALL 6 ACCOUNTS!

NO NOTICE , no call , no email NOTHING!! Who does this? Is this even LEGAL? RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM PNC !!! They clearly have NO RESPECT for their customers. How can you leave a customer without any access to their morny for 3-5 business days…

I have an ATM dispute situation that I called in this morning and after the little 20 questions run around the lady handling the call said as the transactions were still pending then she couldn't do anything until they were posted. Once posted then I should call back and start all over again. A waste of my time, why didn't she tell me that at the outset, if it's pending PNC is unwilling to do anything apparently, if that is the case then let the customer know immediately so they don't waste their time.

Maybe you should provide instructions on your website or on the (on hold message) that if your transaction is pending "don't bother calling". Regards Mike Pearce

Most horrible customer service ever starting with the branch location... To there call center service. I put a complaint on Saturday and no has called in regards to issue. Then I was told no complaint fike at all so I had to sumbit it again and still no call.

Wanted to take my name off my newly married daughters checking account- nobody could do it- had to make an appointment-even though a gentleman was walking around the lobby. Wanted to open a checking account- made an appointment- the only person who could do it called off sick and no one could do it- I made this appointment a week prior.

I had a business that had to close it's doors because of covid. There was no point in keeping my business account open at PNC and my personal banking is done elsewhere. I closed the account in early March of 2022 with a small balance left.

Long story short, it's been over 60 days and each time I call into "Account Specialist" I get anything from "Your check is lost, we'll reissue one" to "what are you talking about" and my favorite is "Oh that check was cashed already". It's disgusting PNC would lose track of any amount of money and reprehensible that every time I call in about I'm treated as if I'm insignificant because the amount of the check and the fact I'm not longer a client.

Our 35 year old son passed away two months ago. He was unmarried without any children. We are his only next of kin. We asked PNC if there was any funds left in his account so we could make a decision regarding funeral expenses . We were flatly denied numerous times - no one at PNC at the branch or on the phone was willing to help us during this very stressful time. PNC wanted us to spend over $3,000 in legal fees to find out his balance . His balance could of been zero= we had no idea.

The legal department and their corporate department will not speak with us. We have been customers for over 35 years and plan on pulling all of our accounts. Starting 4/16/2022 PNC bank in Palm Coast let someone take over 35 thousand dollars from our checking and saving accounts. This was done over a 5 day period with multiple withdrawal/transfers.

I really hate PNC. How did I end up with this bank. I did not open an account or credit card with PNC. I have a credit card with BBVA and I closed my credit card with BBVA May 6, 2021 and paid the entire balance. 00.

I called PNC at least 20 times. I spoke to different customer service people and they can't figure out why I have a balance. It's so frustrating, what a freaking nightmare! I even talked to their dispute department several times in the month of December 2021.

I explained to them the entire scenario. They told me that they are going to submit a dispute but then it's just going into a circle. They just keep passing me around to different dept and now I keep getting a phone call/text from their collection debt dept.

I hope PNC will go out on business. I HATE HATE HATE PNC!

It makes me angry when I go into the bank and is the only customer standing there and the teller looks up twice and see you and doesn't even acknowledge that your are standing there. If you guys are too busy to have people come into the bank then maybe cut the inside hours. I would think that the tellers should have basic politeness training. I left the bank without being waited on. I'm sure part of this is me not having patience, but people, at the least, like to be acknowledged. Maybe say, I will be with you in a minute or something similar. Please give your tellers basic training skills when dealing with the public. Maybe I'll try the bank on a different day.

I have two different accounts with pnc plus I work for a major wireless company I went into a branch in kentwood Michigan to get change for my business right away I was told what’s your account info at first I said I didn’t know my info I’ve never been asked this before even though I’ve been in this branch a dozen times to break bigger bills for my store’s drawer the teller snaps back to me you have never been in here before right away I thought wow thanks for calling me a liar after I few different exchange’s he says have a good day in a sarcastic tone like he was looking to start a fight we are in the same area we are both in customer service and
