This would be 0 if I could. Been a member for over 15 years, Direct Depositing both of our paychecks monthly. Have our Truck payment with them. Since we got hacked, we have had the WORST customer service. Then, today when my DD went in and went to check online and all my accounts are GONE.
Called customer service and they said all the accounts have been closed. No reason , just a " disclosure" the rep on the phone had no idea what to say, he had never seen this. So, my accounts were closed and they were mailing me the balances of ALL 6 ACCOUNTS!
NO NOTICE , no call , no email NOTHING!! Who does this? Is this even LEGAL? RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM PNC !!! They clearly have NO RESPECT for their customers. How can you leave a customer without any access to their morny for 3-5 business days…
