I have used the same PNC ATM three times. Once, my debit card was eaten by the machine. The third time, it ate a severel hundred dollar cash deposit. Branch staff were condescending, unapologetic and essentially useless. Said they could only file a dispute and wait for a 3rd party to come out and access machine.

Kept ATM open to customers with no apparent concern about this possibility affecting my dispute or other customers being ripped off. Apparently they do not feel that the customer is always right at PNC as they told me the dispute can take weeks and “I could have used a teller”.

My truck was financed with PNC and first payment was made 10/22/21. At that time, we were told that unless we had a "bank" account with PNC we could not pay on line. We since learned that we can, so my wife, Christina Nicoloff, called yesterday 1/24, and after a 15 minute wait time, "Don" confirmed we could pay online without a PNC bank account.

But not before he asked for my permission for him to speak with my wife. I got on the phone and gave Don my permission. Don then transferred my wife to "Ghetti" (sp) in the loan department who advised my wife we could set up the on-line account.

To save time in the interim, my wife asked if she could make the 1/29 payment, now, over the phone. Ghetti advised she could for a cost of $7. My wife expressed her concern that there would be a cost for…

I hope PNC is aware of how poorly their branch in Idyllwild,Ca is managed. The so called manager opens the branch late, or doesn't open at all. I would have thought the new ownership would improve management and raise standards.

Complaint agains a Teller at the PNC Bank on Germantown Pike in East Norriton PA. I did not catch her name unfortunately because she was rude and condescending to me as I was shocked as I have always had a great relationship with the employees there.

She was very rude, basically laughing at me when I asked for assistance in using the QR code to speak to a bank employee. She has curly long hair with sparkly eyeshadow if that helps

Because of PNC poor security I got robbed by scammers and PNC failed to open dispute on all the fraud transactions, barely tried to help, put me on hold 5 times for 1-3 hours and transferred back and forth, eventually stopped responding at all. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend

The manager at the Jasper, Texas branch was sooo rude and made no attempt to help me. I was trying to send money to my daughter in Spain for Christmas. My husband had spent an hour the day before with a lady at the bank with no success.

Call customer service on hold 45 min and finally just hung up. Frustration is not a strong enough word.

I had an awful experience today at the branch at 10th Ave and Congress in lakeworth Fl. The manager herself did not help she was terrible. And it's not that there was a lot of customers. I needed help with my account she is telling me that the customer service rep. Is off to lunch.

What about her as a manager. She had no customer. I'm closing my account and I would never recommend PNC to no one.

I am a BBVA former customer in need of real help, not getting any from any of your services.

My account seems frozen, cannot not transfer money, multiple representatives say they have solved the problem but it is NEVER resolved. This has gone on FAR TOO long!. How can I get action? I have spent countless hours on wait on the phone! What are my alternatives? I have exhausted almost every phone number you have. Is it too much to ask to have a "live" person try to help me? If something cannot be done, I will be forced to close the account (somehow!) and find a new bank. Also, Message service does not allow sending a message, the functionality is nil. I am in the 3rd month of no banking whatsoever. Can someone please be assigned to help me?

I am going to say this experience with them purchasing BBVA is the WORST EVER!!!! The customer service is a ZERO. Unfortunately I have a personal and business account in here. I came to the branch to transfer money and the cashier at 6900 Virginia Plwy McKinney Tx 75071 came in December 2nd 2021 a lady with dark hair and pony tail was extremely nasty twords me I told her don’t talk to me like this she grabbed my 2 debit cards and

Drivers license slammed them on the counter and said I need to leave. I said I’m not leaving so I went to a lady in the office she than didn’t a wire transfer for me. What a disaster the money was sent too the wrong account I then had to drive back to the bank and waited and waited.

someone stole my PNC Visa card number. Fortunately, you caught it. That was on a Friday November 19. We are in Italy until January 2022, so if asked the rep, her name was Gabriella, from fraud dept, to have the replacement cards sent to Italy. She said, no problem!

Well it turns out she didn’t know what she was talking about. I should have asked for an, “emergency” card. So three business days later, no replacement card. I made several calls, both to VISA and to PNC asking for replacement cards, at international phone rates.

I finally got someone, named Evelyn, at PNC, Who said she would ESCALATE, issue. I also said to her, every call costs me money I want a $50 credit. ” We’ll i finally get ONE replacement card, I asked for two, over a week…

PNC bank is nothing more than an ATM machine. Ever try talking to an ATM? BBVA Compass Bank was the best bank I have ever worked with in the USA and I had wonderful experiences in every aspect of banking with BBVA Compass, Checking, Savings, Mortgages, CD investments, etc.

and of course customer support. They knew their business was based on customer relationship. Fortunately, I have Bank of America as a secondary banking source and now they have become my first choice until I find the right bank.

This is by far the worse bank I've ever banked at . Thx PNC for getting all my bills with late fees and cancelled just cause someone didn't listen I just opened this account on the first then you close it and now my check gets sent back to social security it take 14days to get it when you was told to close the old account out since it had fraudulent going on and then you add a $127.00 withdraw on the account knowing I nobody can get into the account but to put money in only

My house insurance is supposed to be paid through my mortgage company.. PNC bank and I have a cancellation notice from my insurance company in the mail today. No one will answer the phone at the bank. I pay extra every month for this to be paid.

I filled out an application for loan the rep told me it was pending an they will get back to me. I called the next day a Ms Richardson said my rep was now on vacation and she will let me know the status as it was pending this was 11/18/21 it was submitted on the 17th.

I called again on the 23rd only to be told i was denied on 11/17/21. Branch located church st. Decatur Georgia. I have been customer for years in good standing. I will take business elsewhere. Small amount of money but will not be treated as a second class citizen.

We've been struggling with the takeover of our bank(BBVA to PNC). We had our business account and personal savings available after the takeover, but not our personal accounts. When they finally added our personal accounts, they were not set up to use "bill pay".

It's been over a month since the takeover. We couldn't even see our personal accounts until about a week ago. We've been on the phone with PNC for double digit hours over the past month, including at least an hour at our branch.

Friday someone told us that our personal accounts would be available for bill pay by today, Wednesday the 17th. After another hour on the phone and a transfer, the women was very rude. She stated that she didn't know why we would have been told that and she can't help us.

Having the nightmare of my live! I was a BBVA customer who migrated to PNC bank on Oct ,13 2021. I never received a welcome packaging, new PNC debit cards! Nothing! No information about my new bank. Also, , my log in at PNC online banking won’t work ( bbva should be able to use the same log in info) i al not even enroll and cannot enroll by my self as I need assistance because I do not have all the info. I have been calling everyday for the past week. Yesterday alone I spent from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm trying to get someone to help me (was on hold 60% of the time). with pnc . At this point I am refinancing my loan and today I was supposed to close . But because of all the lies and misinformation that I was given to me by multiple costumer service representative from payoff department my closing is delayed .

I requested the payoff letter to be sent out to my lender multiple times . I sent request letter on the fax and email that they gave me . I sent it 4 times because different representative gave me different fax number to send and it was never faxed back to me .

The name of representative I talked are as follows - Wayne B, Trudy , Candice , Danial ID # PK11272 and finally to Sharon . All these people gave me different information each time I called . This is one of the worst mismanaged bank I have ever dealt with .

I was on the phone trying to handle disputes with this woman named Heather, immediately and she picked up the phone she was whispering to her coworker people are rude surprisingly she was talking about herself because the whole experience was just so snarky for no reason. I really felt uncomfortable and I would rather not speak with customer service their representatives and move my bank at this point

I wrote a check to a very hard working young man who did some concrete work at my home. He did a great job! I paid him by check, signed the check with the name on the top of the check and the same name that is on my bank card.

When the young man went to cash the check, the bank would not honor the check because the name I use is not my given first name. I have been banking with PNC for over 4 years. I have always signed every transaction with the name on my bank card and have never had a problem.

Now, suddenly it is a problem that I don't use my given first name on my checks or my bank card. I am not known by my given first name and do not use it. Now this very hard working young man will not get his money for a job very well done until I can get back home and pay him in cash.

I have been doing online banking since I received my auto loan several years ago. PNC now send monthly paper statements. I requested paperless due to terrible mail delivery in my area. It was a miracle the 2 statements received made it to my address.

I have spoken to several departments at PNC and was informed there is no option to go paperless at this time. This is unheard of in this day and age. All my other accounts give me this option. Due this issue I will have to move this account or change my address. This is unacceptable.

How can something this simple be so difficult.

We applied for a line of credit over a month ago. We have customers of your bank for over 20 years, have all our accounts with you. We have had 2 lines of credit on the past and have never experienced this lack of information.

The girl at the branch in Washington has done everything possible and I do not hold her responsible for any of this. Carolina Moats is our "loan manager " and we never hear from her as to the progress or status of our loan.

Our credit is excellent and the home we are using for collateral is paid for . What is the issue? I gave called and left Ms Moats messages and emailed with no results. We will cancel the application and go elsewhere if there is not some communication soon

I am writing from Northern Ireland regarding a transaction I sent to my son Mark Lomas, 115 Middlebrooke Court, Canton, Georgia 30115. I sent a transaction from Barclays Bank UK on 17th December 2020 for Xmas gifts. He still hasn’t received the money and my bank have today said they can’t help any more.

They have had 3 attempts to recall the funds but have been refused by PNC Bank. 56. 35 and that was actually received many weeks later. I unfortunately used NCC FW053100850 for these transactions which we now know was incorrect. 35.

I had lost my Pnc card up at the end of my street at BP. I reported my card missing as soon as I found out I did not have it anymore. 77 that was not me at a gas station I do not go to.

There were a few others but I thought those were probably me since I go to those stores. 77. My dispute was denied 3 times and it does not make any since. I do not understand how when transactions are posted so I need someone to go over it with me so we can figure it out.

Every time I have talked to someone, they act as if they are trying to catch me in a lie. This has been ongoing since around feb 11th. I would not put myself through this stress, 100%!!!!!! I am so mad, when I get my taxes I am leaving PNC and going to find a better bank!

you don’t have enough space for me to complain about PNC. Depending upon the time of day and the customer service rep who answers the phone it’s never the same story. Essentially what happens is your paperwork never gets to the correct person even though you call and follow up it’s the dog chasing the tail continuously unfortunately on the customers time and

Took a couple of small checks that my son endorsed to me to my pnc branch. They refused to cash them. they were allstate insurance refunds. I've been a customer there for many years. they had always done this without a problem previously.

Saturday April 4rh , 20 my car died, I needed a new car and I am a health care worker. 00 for down payment to get the car but the staff didn't give me my money from my account even after I provided my license, personal check and two debit card, according to them they couldn't verify my signature on file since I opened account through on line.

The name on My ATM card is incorrect. I've asked for a correction to be made. Months go by. How hard could this be? to put my correct name on my card? The same thing happened last year when PNC sent me new checks.

Wrong account name and the same numbers were issued on the checks that I had already used. The assistant manager at Lawrenceville still has three issues never resolved, a couple of them since July. I rate the knowledge of the employees, the customer service and follow up as below zero.

Now you have to be careful of what is in the bank and you now have to play banker because PNC stopped doing their job if there is money in the bank available you now have to be sure If the bank didn't make A mistake having it available if you have A dispute and two months later it goes in your favor and you have zero in your account the bank will overdraft you think it's not A problem I do because now I have less comfort worrying about if the bank itself will overdraft do to lack of communication I've had pnc for years I don't trust it anymore for safety reasons

00 check into my checking account through the PNC customer service mobile deposit. The next day I noticed that the check was not deposited into my account but had a hold on it instead. That being said I called PNC customer service and was told that the check was on a hold and I would receive my money once they could verify.

Finally, on 12/9 I figured the check would have deposited. That is not the case even though the money was taken out of the person checking account. Therefore, I once again called PNC customer service to get an understanding of the current situation.

The employee who tried to help me was very rude, assumed my gender due to my voice even though she knew my name was Geoffrey and was very disrespectful throughout the entire phone call.

Im trying to withdrawal my money and the limit was only supposed to be a 6 month limit when I opened account years ago and I still have a 100$ a day limit which is such a big headache. I called customer service to see if they can lift it since im out black Friday shopping and can't wait until 9am until bank opens and they can not help me.

Im 30 miles away frim my house and i need to access my funds. But all service associates I talk to were absolutely no help . im very frustrated.

Started home improvement loan a month ago. Still waiting. I’m a PNC customer for some time. Did same type of loan 5 yrs ago it took less than 10 days. This time I’ve gotten 5 appraisals & was told yesterday they sent it back again.

So I’ll be getting another one. I wanted it for a down payment on a car. I found the car I want but can’t buy it because of the appraisal company your using can’t get it right. You need to get a different company although it won’t help me.

And as everyone knows they don’t hold cars. I am totally upset & yes angry. I will be looking for a new bank that can give much better service. Loan number is #32011094. My phone is 815-451-5244. My credit score is 814 so I know it’s not that.

I called the hotline two times yesterday because I got hung up on at one point. I was trying to talk to someone about the fact that I was assured that there would be nothing on my credit report for the mistake of your bank but there is.

PNC never sent me statements for the first several months I had my credit card. I would call and ask someone about it before the balance was due and I would either get the run around and put on hold or hung up on or told I was fine and

that the statement hasn't been sent out yet (but it was I never received it due to an error on PNC's behalf) When I did call and make the payment I was told it was late and I would ask them about the statement and why I was told all these other things instead of what it was and I would get put on hold.
