It all started last Monday, July 22, 2018. I called the 1-800 number to obtain guidance on how to stop a people pop transaction for $1,000.00 to a person with an account with another bank.
I was told, to go into the branch office to and my issue would be resolved...
I explain the situation, I selected the incorrect amount, it should have been $500.00 instead of $1,000.00. I was assured It would be not problem; however, I haven’t heard or received any information.
Lena the manager called but only said she would talk to the employees instead of resolving me issue
My concerns is when and if this is resolved the receiver checking account is not affective In any negative way while I way until this is handled
My only option is to move my money market account to another bank.
