On or around 6/12/23, I reported unauthorized use of my debit card. I was told that my card would be canceled and I would receive a replacement card in 7 or 10 business days. On 6/26/23, I called to inquire as to the reason card had not been received.
No explanation could be given except perhaps, the last person forgot to request one. One would be processed and this time it would take 3 to 7 business days. On 7/3/23, I call AGAIN and was told that new card was processed and on 7/12, my file had a note that said 'address and a code.
The person I was talking with could not explain the code. Address was verified each time I called but according to the last person I talked with, a card was never mailed - just comments about the address (which was correct).
