This site does not allow you to message other people if the system "thinks" that you and the other person are not looking for the same relationship. I had numerous ladies "like" me but I couldn't message them back because the system would not allow you to.

I filed a complaint that was completely ignored, even though it was supported by evidence. I asked for my complaint to be elevated, and it was also ignored.

Dishonest company! I did not renew subscription but debited it from my bank account. I received an email October/2022 saying that I would receive the refund in 5 days and so far I have not received it and they do not respond to my email.

Today Friday 08/07/2022. I paid $59-95 via Paypal for a 3 month plenty of fish subscription & it came out of my bank account & I got a receipt. But I can't use any of the upgrade benefits on plenty of fish app on my mobile phone!

I've been using this app on & off for a few years. With every change or update it gets worse. It changes my age range preferences & I've tried to hide my profile multiple times over the last two weeks, but it won't stay hidden.

When showing the daily pics, it completely disregards my preferences. Why ask my preferences or require me to fill out a profile if you're not utilizing any of it?

I went to log on to my account and it was removed. I have had an account with POF for over 10 years and not one problem. I emailed customer service and attached a screenshot of my account saying it was removed and no response.

I would like to know why. I am a 44 year old grown woman and mother so there is no reason for this to have happened without a reason. I strictly use POF out of boredom really because none of the people I have ever met amounted to anything but still.

Fake profile was used to lure me to upgrade. Bot quickly got me offline. Began love bombing me. I hid my profile, took down my photos when I realize I’d been conned into subscribing. Being duped out of $20 or so is the least of my concerns.

There is no way to track fake people using stock photos and internet Tel Numbers. The police are aware of this and said internet dating is a big scam. Lesson learned. Will never do online dating again.

Their search system DOES NOT WORK. The criteria keeps kicking back to the default setting. It won't let me search for other areas of the country besides where I live. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I have messaged them MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel and remove my profile!

Tech people need to make changes to this site, I'm tired of seeing people who are not interested in me and people who I'm not interested in seeing over and over again a button needs to be created to delete these people forever instead of seeing them Everytime I log on, create a button so we don't have to see the same people over an over again, it's getting boring.

I have always been polite, honest and have answered everyone’s messages if for no other reason to thank them for their interest and to be polite. Today I opened up my account only to find out that “ your account has been suspended due to a violation”. No explanation whatsoever.

Ever since my original sign up, there have been times I was on and times not on. I have been harassed by married men, fake profile scam artists and just ugly, mean people. There were no ways in which I could contact customer service to complain.

It’s as if you welcome scammers and married men and mean people but you do not protect your members who are just on here to find someone nice. I think Pof Is without a doubt the most unprofessional haphazardly ran site out there.

I can't open my account in the dating website POF to that I can utilize it

This app needs to do verify people’s ages and identity’s better. I just had a fake cop and fake concerned mother call me and try to extort money off me because someone who claimed to be 21 year of age sent me nudes.

I had to delete my phone number and delete the pof account because the scammers convinced me I was mistakenly talking to a minor. If your gonna charge people money every month to use your app at least do your best to keep them safe from scammers like that.

I never heard of that kind of scam and was legit worried I was going to get arrested even thought I didnt intentionally commit a crime. My rating for pof is 0 stars. Not a good experience. Now I can’t trust to use your app ever again. D.
