Popeyes # 11867 in kyle,TX isn't following the Popeyes standards. The employee's is running the store, because they broke down the chicken station down early by replacing it with broken down Popeyes box. Then they mixed fresh with old kitchen letting the grease collect on the chicken.

They gave me a half cooked raw chicken breast in my box. My order# is 11. Family meal 10 PC from the app. 68 and I would like a full refund back please. Date 13 Jun 25 at 9:34 pm.

The cameras in Popeyes don't lie. Please process my refund with the Auth# 189115, cTroutd# 39690, merchant ID #334750645882. This crew needs alot of retraining.

I went online and went to their app that happened to pick up my location in the wrong place. I’m not from this area so I didn’t know any better. Anyway the app sent me to an entirely wrong store.

Arriving at the other store they don’t have my food Now go back online and pick up where I’m at and I see what’s going on contact customer support. The lady tells me that she’s really sorry and that they’re gonna give me $15 credit is gonna be effective immediately.

I think no big deal I’ll just order to , no harm no foul. The representative never craves my account anything and I end up almost going into a diabetic seizure in the restaurant trying to get food and was forced after dealing with a very nasty woman to pay for my food all over again cost me $30 for something.

I put in an apocation they took a copy of my license and social security and Said to keep watch for an email to get started for the job but then they never sent the email. I had called several times. Went by the store and they just ignored me staying there never asked what I needed never told me anything just looked at me and continued with what they were doing served the people around me.

April 12 . Ordered a 2pc at Popeyes. The pieces were a breast, and the back of a chicken which is mostly bone. The skin on the breast looked like someone has attempted to pull the skin off and ate some of the chicken.

And under the skin wasn’t cooked. You can see the flour/batter under the skin. I’m very disappointed.

I don't have know complaints I live in Clinton Oklahoma and we used to have a KFC chicken but it closed down n there building is open for business it would be nice if y'all would put one in Clinton Oklahoma. Plus there is a empty long John silver building too. Please look into putting a chicken place in Clinton Oklahoma.

The Popeyes location at 14467 Memorial Dr. has very poor service! I went there for lunch and they would not sell me an extra drumstick in which I would pay for it, the people there were not polite, the manager was very rude, all I was asking for was an extra piece of chicken and

Made app order, didn't receive full order, when showed receipt to Mgr. They said doesn't show on screen, we didn't get it. I showed them the online receipt for what we paid for, still said no. Refused to give Managers phone number.

Hello. I am reporting my experience with the Popeyes location on B concourse at the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. I came in today 3/12/24 at around 1230pm. I came in and went up to the host taking orders. Told her I wanted to order a 3pcs chicken tenders.

I noticed she wrote 5 down on the bag. When I went to clarify it with her, she seemed to have an attitude and raised her tone of voice and asked me what was my sides. Me seeing she raised her voice, I then told her she didn't have to have an attitude, she proceeded to get smart, and we exchanged words after that.

I decided to take my order number and stand in line for my food anyway. As I was standing in line, I could hear her chatting about the situation with her co workers, and when one of them asked who it was, she then says…

My friend and I ordered our food at 12:05 and 12:08 pm at 3515 Natural Bridge.

The 12:05 pm food ticket # 87 did not receive the shrimp that was part of the shrimp tackle box which we had not discovered until we got back to work.

The 12:08 pm food ticket # 89 was not received until 12:29 pm. I was not informed prior that it would take that long. It would have been nice to have had the courtesy option of knowing that the food may take 21 minutes to make as this was my lunch break. I also did not receive my drink with the meal I ordered.

The person that took my order also had disappeared for at least 10 minutes which made it confusing on who we were suppose to ask about why the order was taking so long.

This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience at Popeyes on Natural…

Whalley Ave New Haven CT. 72 for a 3 piece tender meal and a small side of mashed potatoes. Didn't give my child their drink and manager the dude working at 6:50pm is a total asshole. The woman was a sweetheart and didn't know how to ringbit up so the asshole manager took advantage.

Absolutely disgusting to charge me that price. I hope someone reaches out to rectify this situation because it's bs. And I'd rather eat dog shit then ever step foot in that establishment again. Only reason I went is because I have broken teeth with and exposed nerve and have to wait a week for the damn dentist to even look at it.

Can’t get waited on, even when the inside is not that busy. They all act like they could care less if they wait on you or not. The guy is waiting on something to fill an order and instead of waiting on us until it’s ready, he walks to the back while the guy is cooking whatever.

We love Popeyes and have to drive app 30 min to the next state to eat it. This is the 2 nd time this has happened. Just sick of it. I don’t know whether it’s management or just lazy workers.

On the 13 of February my wife, Bonita Huckaby went to the Thomaston Georgia Popeyes and ordered 4 of the 6 pc. Wings, a side order of mack sronie and cheese and a side of red beans and rice and had a bad experience with the general manager and cancelled the order.

As of right now I have not received the refund on my debit card account so I called him and told him about it and he told me that the refund had been issued and to give it a few more days and see if it shows up. Then he said I should contact my bank and see what I should do.

I don't think I should have to call my bank. He should have issued the refund that same day like most any business I know and I have had 4 restaurants myself and know the refunds get processed that day or the next day.

She forgot to give me my straw for my soda she did not say anything to me she was on a personal phone making a phone call was completely rude and

I would not even give my experience at the Henderson, NC location one star. I placed my order for drumsticks and was told to drive around to the window. After waiting 10 minutes or so, I got to the window only to be told they didn't have any legs.

I asked if they had tenders and was told they didn't have those either. This is not an Isolated issue, I have had the same experience at least three other times. This is ridiculous and I am definitely not satisfied

This restuarant has the worst service I have ever encountered. They make you wait at least 10 minutes before acknowledging you are there and still do not take my order. Another incident in drive through. Waited 20 minutes to place our order with one car in front.

Drive through was too busy talking to young girls who had walked up to the window and ignored the cars in the drive thru. Employees need customer service training immediately.

I wouldn't even give the popeyes in everett Washington one star (that would be way too generous). We walked in, gal ahead of us stated she had been standing there for 10 min waiting for someone to take her order (door dash or one of those had been waiting for an hour).

Nobody wandering around the front seemed to care, ignored people wanting to place an order, didn't know if anyone was cooking in the back (couldn't see anyone preparing food). This place has always had bad service but since covid it has really gone to the dogs.

I was in store #7109 today and ordered a three piece dinner which consisted of a breast and 2 wings spicy. After waiting about 15 minutes my name was called and when i walked up with my receipt in my hand one of the associates handed my food to someone else.

I waited abouten more minutes and then asked about my order. I told her that she didn't verify the order by a receipt you just handed it to him no questions asked. She then to start yelling at me say I should have said something!

It then took another 10 minutes for a manager to come to the front. She did my refund amd did offer to give me my food for free. I explained to her that was wasn't in the mood to eat after this terrible experience.

This complaint is multifaceted. all white with one piece a breast, and a three piece all dark meat. I also ordered 2 strawberry cheesecakes. while I was still at the window. I noticed the deserts were not what I ordered so I pulled back around into the drive through.

By this time we realize that the two piece does not have a breast and the three piece does. I get up to the window and there is an old Mexican that barely speaks English. He is arguing with me "No strawberry" whatever that meant.

Never got a receipt , utensils or napkins. Did not leave satisfied at all

I really like your food, BUT, the wings you have out are too hot. You can't have a mild spice like you do with the rest of the chicken?. Your in America not Thailand, or Maylasia that eat food that's really hot.

Matter of fact in those countries they think your Spicy chicken isn't hot enough. I know I was there.

Also 8t would be nice if you could have mildly spicy and the regular like you do on your other chicken Items. Not everyone can eat ghost chilis. So Please give us the option ofless spicy Thank you

I want to give feedback about the issue of the manager - Marie Woody, at Circus Circus Hotel Casino.

This was my first time ordering food using the app. However, the experience was very disappointing. Please see the below reasons.

1. We waited over an hour, and it was still being prepared. He made us wait on purpose and ultimately didn't get our food. So, I requested a refund through the app. 2. He did not take responsibility as a manager and said it was not his problem. That means is our customers' problem? 3. He didn't want the customers to talk; to talk was to yell; he was the only one who could talk. 4. The last point is the most serious problem: he is very unprofessional and rude in treating his customers.

Popeyes address- 2104 Airline Dr. Bossier City La. 71111. I really don't know how this Popeyes stays in business! There is ALWAYS an issue anytime me or my co workers go there. One day it's we don't have this, or we don't have that.

My order is ALWAYS wrong! They NEVER put everything I order in my bag. Seems they can not do anything right at all. They are rude as can be. And for a long time you would go in there to order and the credit card machine is down, or don't work.

I mean is there ever a time that we could go there, order our food, and get it right. I haven't been there in a very long time because of all these issues.

Finally went today and it took forever, and didn't get my biscuits with my order, GO FIGURE. Something really needs to be done at this location, but I'm sure…

Drove 45 minutes from my home to your location in Concord NH. We arrived at 6:45 pm. We went to the front door and it was locked. I could see customers inside. There was a car pulling out of the drive through. He told me the dining room was closed and there was a 45 minute wait. This is my third time having this kind of expirance. This location has only been open under a year. Not very good customer service. I will be hard pressed to drive down for dinner in the future. Thank you Jeff

I have eaten at Popeyes from coast to coast, because it is my favorite "fast food". I am now permanently living n Arizona but it seems to me that the recipe has changed here in the state. After eating your spicey chicken for many years, it is no longer spicey.

I can only get that original (spicey)flavor when I come back to the east coast. (Georgia) Stores in the Phoenix area never seem to have spicey ready. You have to wait for 15 minutes and it's still not spicey. Your chicken is great.

My complaint is only for the stores in the Phoenix area. It's not just me. I've brought my family to Georgia and they also agree.

The Popeyes in Charlotte Hall MD. The server at window was very rude the order board didn't work. So was asking if they had shrimp and tender box she said yrs tried to order she overvalued me so I ended up with just chicken strips and side with drink and for $13 the chicken was so small and thin about one bit each dosen't make good business.

Also didn't get a receipt. Went back to fix order and she was very rude to me and keep telling me that's not what I ordered thats because she wouldn't stop over talking me I know iam only one customer but iam sure there are others like me.

I went to the location @9460 Quivira Rd in Lenexa KS and your Employees there are extremely RUDE...Alejandro was the person that waited on me....I asked for 6 piece Honey BBQ wings, 2 Red Beans & Rice and a Biscuit. He rang me up for (2) 6 Piece Honey BBQ Wings, (2) Red Beans & Rice.

To make a long story short, he was very rude and the the lady snatched the the second order of wings out of my hand...It was rude and uncalled for. I was refunded the money for the second order of wings that I did not ask for, but the employees were all Spanish speaking and I know that they were talking about me in my language and that should not be tolerated!!!!!!

On Thursday, 12/7 I went through the drive-through of the Popeyes off of 164th in Vancouver Washington. When I got home what I found in the food box was nothing short of shocking. What I got was one wing (I had requested no wings), one drumstick, and one horrifyingly gnarled mass of some large, indescribable body part so disgusting that I dropped it in the box and immediately lost my appetite. It was mortifying. I had asked for extra gravy, there was none, and the biscuit was as hard and dry as a rock. There was no butter or honey included in the food box.
