I entered Popeyes around 12:20 pm on today. Two workers by the name of Denzel and Janet was preparing orders and taking orders. I stood there 6 minutes before I asked when are they going to take care of my door dash order for Miss Chara R.

Instead of taking care of my order she (Janet) told the boy that was taking orders to take care of her because she wasn’t. I was already standing there for 6 minutes he came and said it’ll be an 8 minute wait.

I told them I’d unassigned the order because I shouldn’t have to wait 8 more minutes for an order that was door dashed and already paid for. It should have been done or at least half way done once I made it there.

Janet has a very nasty attitude every time I enter the doors of Popeyes. The managers allow it and don’t try to correct her about it.…

Always out of food. By always. I mean 5 days in a row. Always needs exact change ?

I frequent the Popeyes in Post Falls Idaho, and for the most part, the staff is cool except for this one dickhead of a manager. He rushes you when you’re trying to order at the speaker. Last night was horrible.

It’s like he’s unhappy with his life and tries to take it out on customers. One of the workers there even said that he always have an attitude. How did he bone manager? I’d like to speak with someone about this issue.

The location at 31st and prospect in kansas city had me waiting 45 minutes in line before my order was placed.... one ocassion i came let people sit and wait to order without telling us that the systems were down ...they were just sitting on there phones in front counter watching customers drive up....yall need new manangement ....its too many young people

On 12/5/23 I ordered from Popeye's on 1615 W Elliott Rd Tempe, AZ 85284. 63. When my Door Dash Driver Deisy arrived at Popeye's they advised ran out of my shrimp combo. 32. 63 received no 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp combo.

The difference should be given back. Door Dash isn't returning my refund I will never order through them again. 31 receipt but I looked again it was gone. Please, please advise me what to do. Thank you in advance.

I WENT BY THE POPEYES RESTAURANT TONIGHT LOCATED AT 750 GOVERNMENT ST, MOBILE, AL AND I HAD TO WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THERE. Rude and disrespectful workers including mangers who escalated the situation instead of de-escalating the problem. This his is the second time with the employer of Popeyes I have been disrespected.

The Popeyes on 21831 Clay Road Katy, TX 77449 is the worst one in Katy. The chicken is always old and not fresh the customer service is horrible. Your order is never correct and you ask for a specific part of the chicken and get home to eat dinner and nothing you ordered is correct. This happens every time I go to that Popeyes. So I will not be going to that one any more. When they first opened it was great but now it seems like they do not care about the customers. It seems as though the employees working there do not understand very well. Send a secret shopper there and you will be amazed at the mistakes being made with the customers order.

The worst customer service inside and drive thru. Restaurant never has chicken at any time, I think employees take it home. I have seen employee by window cursing at a customer, very inappropriate. Business needs to either close down or corporate needs to drop in unannounced.

My Son, applied 812 South 6th street Macclenny, Fl 32063. Was given a time to show up 1:45. He advised the team member he was there to interview was advised the manager was not there and asked to come back at 3:00.

He went back and waited 30 minutes and still no one showed . This is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I received a complimentary two-piece dinner card from the district manager of Popeyes on University Boulevard South considering I was on 103rd I stopped there to redeem the card they telling me a drink don't come with the combo they didn't have any white meat I had to wait for them to cook it and it still refuse to give me a currency drink so I grabbed my card and I left their establishment.

I was told by the manager on duty that a dinner does not come with a drink but from my understanding a dinner does help me to drink only the ones that say snack don't come with a drink

Orderd my food (2 chicken sandwich combos) at 4:42. I asked for a refund at 5:08. While the manager is in the process of getting my refund, the lady running the register is telling the guy in the back how long I had been waiting.

I asked if they was cooking fresh chicken and she said no, he's just taking his time. Then the guy in the back starts cussing at the lady in the front, and the manager isn't trying to come between his employees or nothing.

I arrived at 12:36 on 10/28/2023 and placed an order with a coupon I had for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries, and a drink for $12.99. I waited for 20 minutes for my meal. When my sandwiches were finally done, the young man then proceeded to tell me that I now have to wait for fries because they don't have any or if I wanted another side. at the Bloomington IL popeyes they had zero of the seafood in stock even though there was posters of it all throughout the store. they were completely out of the blackened chicken of either variety. they apparently could not give me change back- they didnt tell me until i handed them cash.

so essentially they stole money directly from me. my friend and i got the same sandwich - mine had pickles on it and hers didnt. the food itself was good but stealing money and not having food in stock is very upsetting

On October 21, 2023 I wanted to place an order for the ghost pepper wings and was told that they had been discontinued. So, I then asked for the sweet and spicy wings and was told that they had been discontinued as well.

I am currently watching television and see a commercial for both types of wings. I am now thinking that the staff did not want to prepare them. I told the person in drive thru that they need to take the signs down, because it was false advertising if they had been discontinued.

He agreed with me and I drove off and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The management at this place is very unprofessional. I was at the Millington tn location and the manager is outside hollering at her employee instead of takin them into the office the young lady was outside just cryin...the outside is very trashy and unprofessional.The food is not consistently!

Went to popeyes in Greenville NC at around 2 on 10/21.

First dining room locked and closed so had to go through drive though. 00 got our biscuits opened box was only 2 in there. Couldn't go back drive thru super busy by the time we went thru again and since I couldn't walk in to complaint I just left.

I went to the palmetto store. Ordered at the drive through. The girl was very rude. I tried to ask her about a order and Her response was just order. She was nasty and had no professional manners. I left after I ordered because she struck me as the type of person who would spit in your food.

Went to your store 11090 observed worker working with food after leaving cash register and not washing hands nor putting on gloves messing with hair and really acting as if she didn't know what to do. I am a highschooler that chose Popeyes as my first job and quit after 3 weeks. Your general manager has been nothing but blatantly rude to me along with one of her managers. Waxahachie,Tx location, You have at least 10 employees on the clock. I just want to know why I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes while employees had no sense of urgency. I gave up and left and went to Canes. This is rediculous.

Went to the Popeyes in Oxford AL and ordered 2 spicey chx sand only, paid and cashier said that it's cooking and that it would be 3 to 4 minutes. I pulled up and after 12 minutes we backed up to the window and asked if they forgot about us, he replied its coming up right now, so we pulled up and waited another 6 minutes until food arrived.

The food was great However to wait in the car for 18 to 20 minutes is a little much. I would have changed my order ti straps or Nuggets to avoid sitting waiting on food. Be upfront and honest with your customers it's the right things to do.

So I went into your store on East 10th street. Sioux Falls South Dakota. Oh, about 6 o'clock in the evening. In order 2 platters, 2 breast 1 had double potatoes and the other one had potatoes an mac-cheese. Will they mess up on the pieces of chicken to put in the box, And so then I took it back to them.

They took out the wrong pieces and put it back into the chicken. But the right pieces in there which I thought was pretty gross, and then the Mac and cheese was so hard. My kid wouldn't even eat it.

I went to through the Popeye's drive thru at 3268 W. Slauson Ave. (LA, CA 90043) with my son on Oct. 4, 2023 for two spicy chicken sandwiches. When they gave me the bag I checked and could clearly see that one of my sandwiches were not spicy.

I told the worker who took the sandwich back and came back about 3 minutes later with another bag. I assumed it was another sandwich but when I looked inside, I could see it was the same sandwich and they added the spicy spread to it.

So now I have this soggy sandwich because it has way too much mayo on it and then they just added some additional spicy sauce to it. The worker said oh, you want a new sandwich. I have never seen a Popeyes so ghetto. I went in on 10/05/2023 to attempt to place an order. I couldn’t do so because apparently the cashier (Ciara u think her name tag said) bought her kids with her to work .

They were running around , knocking things over and she was screaming at them . I informed her I was ready to place an order and she replied 1 minute with an attitude. I stood there for 5 minutes as she screamed at the children.

I went to Popeyes on September 30 and purchase the 12 piece meal which included two large sides. When I got home I found they did not give me what they said the 12 piece included which was wings, breasts, legs and thighs.

Went to Popeyes in Byram MS on 10/04/23 after grocery shopping. I pulled up to drive thru at 10:06 am to place my order, I looked before leaving home the time they opened and it says 10:00 AM. No one came on the speaker after waiting a couple minutes, I even said Hello and no answer, I drove around to window and young man removed the bar from the window then walked off.

He did come back and opened the window and said we want open until another 10 - 15 minutes. I said, but don't you all open at 10:00 AM. He said we are suppose to but we are running behind.

I couldn't wait as I had cold grocery items in my vehicle. Popeyes does not open at 6:00 AM , they open at 10:00 AM and can't be ready to serve their customers on time? Maybe they should open at 10:30 instead because this is false…

Concerning an order I made at the Popeye's on Monday October 2, 2023 between 6-6:30pm 4747 N Tower Road/Denver, Colorado 80249. My order I purchased was a 8 piece Family Dinner which cost me $20. It wasn't a good dinner the chicken was "fried" so hard the meat inside was dry!!

Along with the meal I ordered a large coleslaw that was sour tasting. When Popeye's first came into operation the chicken was cooked where you could enjoy, not anymore. OMG I could go on and on! I want be going to Popeye's in the near future.

, today, October 3, 2023. I ordered the 8 pc chicken with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. 00 coupon. I did not get my receipt, she put it in the bag (no problem), I ordered an extra side order of mashed potatoes.

When they finished with my order, they forgot to put the mashed potatoes in the bag, so I said, you forgot my mashed potatoes, they acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying, so I showed the receipt, and pointed to the item and they looked at me like I was crazy.

One of the women said something in her language about me and nodded her head at me. I was a little upset by this time, so I got the potatoes and went to my car, I decided to check my order and found that they did not put any biscuits in, so I got back out…

At Popeyes in Covington,La. 2 of the employees are arguing and screaming loudly. All work is at a stand still.
