0n Sept. 01 @ Popeyes located at 122-10 Guy R Brewer Blvd Jamaica, NY 11434. My order # is 55. The two spicy breast had most of the meat cut off. The large coleslaw was half full. I've enjoyed Popeyes in the past but this is totally unacceptable.

Why is the meat removed from the breast? If its a large coleslaw why is it only half full?

Went inside to get a meal, at at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or the other 5 people in line. Your workers just ignored everybody. And this Popeyes almost always has poor service. At the point of giving up on Popeyes.

I decided to give the Popeyes in my area a shot instead of going to KFC and I had what is probably the WORST experience in my 47 years I have ever had at a fast food chain.

- It took the one cashier 5 minutes to understand that I wanted a blackened chicken combo. She couldn't figure out the register so she called her manager over. Popeyes on Hughway 58 in Chattanooga is trash. They open when they want. Close when they want. Serve what they want. They never have all the good. The workers act like they hate their job. It’s annoying!

I place a mobile order for pickup at 4:15 got there and was rudely told there’s 3 other orders in front of you! There was only 2 people in lobby and 2 waiting in line. I got my order at 4:45.

There was tons of workers but nobody working, even the manager was outside talking and had to be asked to come in and give a refund!!

Thursday Sept. 28 I went through the drive through aproxiimately around 7:30 pm and ordered 8 piece family meal with 4 legs and 4 breasts with 1 Lg. Mashed Potatoes with gravy and the lady checks and comes back to window to tell me that there is no legs but pull up by the door and it will be brought out to me in a bout 12 minutes.

By the way this is located at the Bowling Green, KY Popeyes. I am waiting and waiting and look a number of times to see if any one is coming and the gentleman that was cleaning seen me and came out to check on me and

looked at my ticket and seen the time and said it has been 20 minutes so he goes in to check on my order and comes out to let me know that the person said she forgot about me and there is still no chicken legs so he was nice enough to try to make…

On Thursday September 28th around 5:45 pm I went to get dinner for my family at Popeyes in Millington, TN on Highway 51. I ordered and the girl said it would be 7 minutes on chicken cause the only thing they had ready was breasts.

I finally made it up to the window and after I payed she said I needed to pull up and I asked her how long would it be and she said another 7 minutes. So I waited and waited and waited.

Rude employees. Did not have any tenders or any strawberry biscuits. Did not give me the 2 drinks that came with our order. My husband got red beans & rice and there was a black hair in it sticking out from under the lid.

So that got thrown away. We are in Cleveland due my husband being in the hospital so I leave the hospital very little. But Popeyes is one of our favorite places normally. This was a horrible let down.

The manager at 7801 S Sooner Rd in Oklahoma City,OK is always rude to both customers and staff. I have witnessed this on several occasions. The staff moves around like they are stuck in slow motion. If I didn't have to pick up orders for Uber eats I would never go there.

I waited for over 20 minutes for a customers order this time. Every time it takes atleast that long or longer. The cook has long braids that look extremely dirty with no hair net. It's just nasty there overall.

Why does the time on the door say 10am and they are not open I just left popeyes at 1130am and the doors were locked that's a inconvenience because people are walking up and driving through their no note in the door or window

We went through the Popeyes in Garden City, Ks. The person taking our order was Hispanic and couldn't understand English well enough to take our order correctly. We went to the window to find out only half of our order was even understood.

We paid, then we were told we had to pull forward and wait for our order. 15 minutes while other customers were pulling in and out. After all that the chicken was cooked in month old, burnt and rancid grease.

The taste was so horrible we had to choke down a piece or two and throw the rest away. It left such a disgusting flavor in your mouth it lasted for hours afterward and we both had to eat some red hot candies to get rid of the after taste of that God awful .....

I visit the Popeyes on Kirkwood Highway , I went the the drive thru place an order . 99. Got home had the wrong food went back and returned the food. The manger wanted to ONLY refunded my mom for the wrong food .

I have had several bad experiences at the Sherman, TX Popeyes with bad service and bad food but on Wednesday September the 20th top it. We ordered our food in the drive through and we were told they didn’t have what we ordered so we made the changes needed to get our food, when we got to the window once again we had to change our order because they didn’t have the pieces of chicken we changed our order to they then asked us to move up and they would bring our order out to us so we pulled up waited for a little bit for them to then come out to the car to tell us they didn’t have any chicken other then a few wings and legs!! They still had an hour and a half before they closed. We did get a refund and had to go somewhere else to get food.

I went to the Rocky Mount store today and girl at the drive-through did not hear me when I said I had a coupon. I got to the window and gave her the coupon and she still charged me full price.

I told her I had a coupon she said you were supposed to tell me at the window, and I told her I did, but she obviously did not hear me. She would not take the amount off for the coupon.

I told her to take all the food back then and just give me a refund. They did that, but they couldn’t re-ring the order and let me have my food.

Recently, I visited your location at 7430 S. Stony in Chicago. This is one of the most deplorable locations I've ever visited, yet it's one of the busiest. The food was not good. Sad to say, this restaurant is deplorable.

It is literally falling apart and it looks bad from the outside. The ceiling tiles are black with dirt and soot. The tables were not clean, the floor was dirty and there were flies in the restaurant. You come into the community and reap the profits, but you take no pride or care in the appearance of the restaurant. This is unacceptable.

Your Popeyes chicken in Lacey, washington is the worst it took them 1hr to get my food in the drive thru. There were no customers in the restaurant or infront of me in the drive thru. This is very unacceptable.

Went to N. Wickham location in Melbourne, FL. (recently opened) on 9/16 approx 4:45 pm. Before I went there, I called to place an order. I was told they don't take orders over the phone and I would have to use an app. The app does not allow you to choose the type of chicken pieces one wants.

I went there with my son. Ordered 2 family meals (6 pcs, 2 sandos, 2 sides, 4 biscuits PER MEAL). The sides I ordered were 2 mac/ch, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. Ordered a meal to be delivered. When I used the online virtual assistant, it offered points that came to the amount of two biscuits. The amount I paid for missing Lg Fries and Lg mashed potatoes w/gravy far outweighs the costs for two biscuits.

This does not compute and is quite literally robbery. I then contacted the store directly about the two items that weren't delivered (Lg Fries and Lg mashed potatoes w/gravy) the "night manager", he stated that he could put me on his personal list to add those items free of charge the next time I ordered. What the hell? His "personal list"?

Haven't received my refund yet

Went to Popeyes #2127 in Longview, Texas last night a little before 8pm. Places my ordered the lady said would you like mild or spicy I said spicy. She said just a minute, comes back with I only have thighs and legs and one breast in spicy, I wanted white meat so I asked can I have 1breast in spicy and a wing in mild.

Then she comes back that was the only chicken she had, I said you have no mild at all she said no just what I said. So my question is why did she even ask if I wanted mild to begin with, right off the bat you should have said all we have is dark spicy.

This has happened at the stores in Longview quite frequently. Then the chicken that I received was old and hard, Popeyes is my favorite but I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere since the stores here in Longview suck.

popeyes does not deliver. If we use doordash, popeyes app, uber we do not get the order. We have 10 failed orders on my account for the past 12 months. We use to order all the time when we picked up but after losing transportation we rely on delivery.

After placing an order the restaurant will accept orders then say the machine down. This has happened 7 times the last 3 times they ran out of chicken from 3 restaurants. Popeyes n church's has the worst customer experience and workers.
