Store #12046 in New Bern NC. Receipt Number 648 Date of Visit 9-11-2023 Host: Giovanni Customer Service: The male employee at the window never made eye contact with me and just handed the food out the window while looking toward the back of the store.

He seemed put out by having to do his job. The same persons underwear were completely exposed as his pants were about to fall completely down. This to me is a sanitation issue. I ordered a 5 piece tender combo with fries and a half sweet/half unsweet tea.

I got started on my trip down hwy 17 and found I had gotten 6 nuggets, coleslaw and coke. Not what I ordered. This was my first and last trip to Popeyes.

i was in store for doordash and a rude woman and young man told me to leave and they were closed. a young girl stopped cleaning and told me to stay and told her they close lobby at 9. the rude woman had said then you get your ass up here and work i stood there for 20 minutes and the rude young man stood in my face doing nothing and then she had him do a different persons order.

she then tried saying she did not see me when she ordered me to leave at 8:30. they both started arguing and talking bad upon the nice young lady. they had very bad customer service. this was at the E State Popeyes on September 11th.

My family visited the Popeyes in Big Spring, Texas and It was the worst ever!! The cashier, a colored lady that was there today 9/12/23 at about 7 pm was the rudest and ugliest person I have ever seen. I will never go back there as long as she is still employed.

They messed up our order and when we took it back to her she was rude and didn’t want to give me what I paid for. I went back to sit and another man went to her about his order and she yelled at him.

She fixed it but then went on talking loudly were everyone was just looking at her. She was swearing a threatening him that she should have just hit him and the next person that went and said their order was wrong she was Gona hit them.

The location at 4103 First Missouri Cu Dr Saint Louis, MO 63129 United States Is absolutely horrible. Food may be fine don’t know won’t eat there due to the complete and utter unprofessional attitude of all the employees I’ve encountered.

Been a doordash driver for a while now and I’ve been here 3 times. Won’t ever take another order from there ever again no matter the pay for me. On each occasion I’ve had to wait for more than 20 minutes while the employees play fight or joke around.

Then after you’ve been standing there waiting for 20 minutes they turn around and tell you oh yeah we’re out of that. You mean to tell me when I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged my existence that you didn’t know you were out of wings??

I just visit Popeyes In the Franklin area, the manager has a bad attitude and her service was really bad. I heard about the service of hers, but the kids wanted Popeyes. Don't plan on visiting ever ,again !!!!!

Store 105 SW 7th st, Renton Wash. 98055. Ordered 3 pc chicken combo at drive thru. Was asked if I wanted mild or spicy, white or dark, side and what drink. I asked for mild, dark meat, red beans and rice, diet coke.

When I got home, in the box was 3 pc SPICY chicken, no side, and no biscuit. The diet coke was the only thing that was right. The time of day was 1:50pm order 45. At the top of the reciept is the #8841. Get it together!!!

I visited the Popeyes at 4360 Gosford Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93313 on Sunday Sep. 10 at around 6pm. Was missing two items from my order even though the person told me everything is in the bag. I pulled over to check before going home and notice two items were missing so I went back and they took care of it. No problem.

At home I discovered the coleslaw was spoiled. Was not fresh. People can get sick because of this. Will be contacting health department in my area.

We had to go through the Lobby because the drive through was cash only. We placed a sixteen piece family meal, spicy white, with mashed potatoes, and eight biscuits. I ordered a to go order. Got to the restaurant at about 7:30pm. Doors are locked and cars are wrapped around the building. I can see my order sitting on the counter getting cold and they aren't opening the door.

12520 Washington Blvd, Whittier, CA 90602 I've been trying to call them for my missing items through Uber Eats and I get no answer and voicemail. I had to place a second order of the missing items. It is frustrating when a business doesn't answer the phone.

I have 4 people without food and I spent 2x as much to replace the missing items.

My daughter Samantha placed an order on the app and when she went to pick it up they told her someone already picked it up. So no food no refund. I want my mone back. This was not place with door dash it was on the app to be picked up by her at the store.

Never have I been dissatisfied as I was tonight visiting your Popeyes restaurant in Rockmart Ga.

First I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before my order was taken only to find out there wasn’t a single car in front of me nor one customer inside restaurant after taking my order taking my money and making me pull up and wait for 15 minutes they come out side and tell me they are out of chicken but if I wanted spicy chicken they had that I agreed to have the spicy chicken and

I went to Popeyes to buy lunch at 12pm located at 2578 Candler Road and was told they had no food cooked and it would be a 30minute wait, this is crazy for a establishment at lunch time not to have any food cooked.

My chicken and biscuits were Sautéed with red beans and rice. Not appetizing at all.

I went through the drive through today at a Popeyes in memphis 4810 poplar drive 38117 and I was using a coupon from the mail to get food. ” And I said what’s wrong, can I not use the coupon?

She told me that I had to tell her at the speaker but I did not know and proceeded to be completely rude to me in front of the manager too. I was completely embarrassed and she told me I had to get back in line and I had waited in the line for about 40 minutes. Something should be done.

I went to the newly managed Popeyes in key Weston September 5th of this year. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock. I also see Popeyes employees walk out with big bags of food. These are the same problems as 6 months ago.

Hi There the service I had was quite good. It's the decision that Popeye's has taken to remove the sweet heat sauce from the sauces available. In the last 4 weeks, 3 times I've cancelled my order because Store #5535 had no sauces.

Today I saw they had bins of sauces so I ordered, and then was told that Sweet Heat was no longer available but any of the other sauces on the board were available. In an effort of trying to give the company some credit, I tried the Wild Mustard sauce.

I went to Popeye's store 812 Lynnhaven Pkwy Virginia Beach, Virginia. 23452 on 09/03/2023. The service was horrible. The lines was extremely long, and the customer service was horrible. The cashier that waited on me was very rude and nasty. First of all he had dreadlocks in his hair and didn't have on a hairnet. When I was ordering my food he stated to me in a very unfriendly nasty voice let's finish out the order, then you can add all that extra stuff. As a long time customer of Popeye's I have never been treated so rudely. Went to get chicken today walked in the restaurant and was told they were not taking counter orders I would have to go through drive through so I got in car and got in line which was moving extremely slow. There were 3 cars in front of me when it was my turn I was told to wait then they came back and said they were not taking orders at that time.

Hello, for the first time I attempted to use a delivery service that the Popeyes chain has partnered with Uber Eats to place an order for delivery. After clicking the submit icon for payment I noticed that the address was a different address.

I searched the website used by this large restaurant chain to #1 change the delivery address and #2 to contact the merchant Popeyes themselves to correct the address. This information I found was it was to late to change the address and no info to contact the merchant; however it did have a cancellation icon which I quickly selected ONCE it was located on the website.

The location I always visit is Frederick RD Germantown MD. My last visit was horrible experience, it’s my fault I don’t speak Spanish so the manager doesn’t care about and she is a good fighter. She did cut off my talking every moments and she even said my issue is with my son( disability kid) and something else is very bad about us. It is discrimination. I ordered 4 combo baskets for pick-up. It was getting busy in the store so I didn't get to check my order. Only 1 of the 4 combo's received their side. It wasn't convenient or close to drive back to have them correct the order.

This isn't the first time this happened. Tired of paying for food I'm not receiving.

This is the fourth time we have been to your restaurant on Pines Road Shreveport Louisiana and they had the doors locked or it’s filthy, and then one time one of the ladies behind the counter got into a shouting match with a customer. Today we ordered online for our food to be ready by 4:39 and we are having to sit in a drive thru cause the doors are locked plus we have already paid and now we wait for cold food.

We will never come back here and if we hadn’t already paid we would leave like a lot of people already have. This place has the worst customer service in town.
