I was given cold and Geisel chicken strips. I went back through the drive through. wrong. She snatched the food and started running their mouths about it. Then they gave me raw chicken strips. For $12. The strips were very small.

My potatoes was cold and the biscuit. I will never go back.

Ordered combo meal. Menu stated biscuit small side and drink. Was told no biscuit included. The menu Cleary stated that biscuit was included in combo . Extremely dissatisfied! If not included then it should be removed from the menu board

The chicken was hard as heck like it had been refried 3 or 4 times then kept until the next day then fried again. It was TERRIBLE !!! I had no way to take it back, as I don't have a car.

The young lady that served us was very nasty and disrespectful. She was nasty towards her co- workers as well, especially an older woman who worked there. I then asked for the manager, to no avail. to anyone I thought something of.

Stood at the counter of the Waxahachie tx store for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged my presence! When I asked if anyone was working the counter the person there said “I don’t know how to take orders!” Never had bad service like that?

Your manger/employees Alyssa Bulla and April Simon supposedly manager are harassing and threatening to physically harm my child who is a minor and 15 years old. I received a message from April telling me she will serve jail time for her child.

They are also stalking my child after school to physically assault her however because I am aware of the situation my daughter has not been and will not be left alone. You should really check who you employ as I will be filling charges as of today and restraining orders as well.

I pulled into the drivethrough line at the Popeye's in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I was studying the menu when I saw one of the employees walk out of the back with flour covering their sleeves up to the elbows. He walked to the garbage dumpster and lit a cigarette.

I did a mobile order on 8/29/23 at your Ocoee branch. I did mobile because of a broke leg so I did not have to go inside. When I got to the store there were 6 cars in front of me which was fine.

I waited 36 minutes before I got to where you order,told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull forward. When I got to the window I was told they could not find my order to pull forward this was after I sat another 15 minutes to get from the order place to to window.

I received my order by delivery and my sweet and spicy 6 piece wings looked like someone had eaten some of them and left some remnants. I took the container back to Popeyes here in Stafford Virginia and asked for a manager.

When the manager came out and saw the wings there was no apology as a matter of fact she never even opened her mouth. She just went over and made me a new batch and flippant gave me the food.

Whatever happened to customer service . Just a I am sorry this happened would have been nice. I had to get in my car and go all the way back to the store even though I ordered delivery.

August 31,2023 My husband visited your North Highland location in Jackson,TN. We entered at 2:05 PM. Upon entering there was a line of approximately 6 people waiting to place their order and 20 minutes later the same person was still waiting on their order at the register.

Then there was screaming from the kitchen area and then they all were gathered together for a meeting. After this we decided to exit this location since we had an appointment at 3:00 and were instantly aware this was not going to get service in time.

This is really not a complaint but to bring this to your attention since verbal argument from employees is not helping your business. Thank you

The Popeye's in Cleveland< OH< located at 13337 Euclid Avenue has to be the absolute WORST restaurant in the city. The door is always locked, so you cant go in and order your food. i ordered on the mobile app, got to the restaurant, and sat in the line for 30 minutes before I canceled my order.

Please do an overhaul of this particular store!!!

An employee name Angie is not very pleasant. Popeyes branch in 1730 N Neltnor blvd. west chicago il 60185. Ive been going to this store 1-1/2 years now so i think I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Customers are the life of the store as well as the employees.

When I go to Popeyes in youngsville louisiana they are always getting it wrong!! It never fails. Are ypu have to wait in the drive threw line for at least 15mins if not longer to get to order ur food . Then it's another 10-15 mons to get it.

Received a coupon in the mail decided to us it on my lunch break . I forgot to mention at the drive thru speaker that I had a coupon and remembered when I got to the window. I went through the drive-thru at your Bammel North Houston location in Houston, Tx and was very disappointed in the service I received. When did you stop giving a biscuit with the Tuesday special that consists of two pieces of dark meat chicken.

I have always received a biscuit with this special till now. So you keep going up on the price of the special and the price of the sides and now no biscuit!!! I ordered two different sides and when I received my order there was no biscuit and the two sides were thrown together on top of my chicken.

They only gave me one napkin and that was on top of the chicken also so it was soaked in grease and of no use to me. 14 for a biscuit. What a rip off. I doubt whether or not I will buy Popeyes chicke agaib.

I needed a wing order and said a person had just left with a big order and was completely out, but if I could wait 11 minutes, she would make as many as I needed and she would throw in a complimentary beverage for my inconvenience.

I've been trying to get in contact with Popeyes support about my most recent order and the support chat is broken.

The food was never delivered and I have not been able to get in contact with someone about a refund. I should not have to pay for something that I did not receive.

When I arrived at the restaurant, there was one customer ahead of me They left. I was next but they ignored me for a few minutes until I said something. I placed my order of chicken, mashed potatoes, and red beans and rice.

They informed me that they had no mashed potatoes so I chose fries. They also said they had no cole slaw or mac and cheese. I waited and waited.

Finally I went back to the counter and asked about my order. They starting getting it and handed it to me. I asked for plastic ware and they had none. There was no ice in the machine, I had to ask for it.

I have always liked your chicken, but this was not a good experience. Another couple walked out.

Pascagoula location is the most ghetto nasty place to eat at. I went there for a frozen mango drink instead of telling its not freezing right now you just look over my order and serve six others customer after me.

I visited a TA Travel Center in Jeffersonville, OH 43128 around 4/4:30pm 8/20/2023. I was looking at the Pizza Hut menu and had noticed this guy working there and he seemed to be overloaded by himself to where the oven was going faster than a human could do alone.
