Stopped at Popeyes in Kingman Az , eat there b4 don't usually do this but I bought 3 2 pc dinners paid $40 you wud think one big pc of chicken nope wing and leg in two of the meals 2 legs in another I'll NEVER eat at Popeyes again unless this is remedied 6 pieces of chicken, biscuits hard , fries cold , tea watered down

This is the popeyes in Blue Springs on 7 Hwy. Girl said at the drive thru she didn't care if we ever came back. She is awful. We waited almost an hour. We asked for a receipt and she didn't give us one.

The speaker was out which, ok, but then after finally getting to the window she said they were out of chicken. She never once came back to us and said how much longer. We saw 5 people just standing around in there.

Like I said we were there almost an hour in the drive thru. She said we weren't but she had no idea how long we had been waiting before we even got to the window. We have had similar experiences at this Popeyes.

About 4 to 6 months ago the manager was cussing at the workers. We will not be going back to this Popeyes ever if we can help it.

I am from Bloomington Illinois I went to the Popeye's on Market Street to grab a 12-piece family meal only to get home and realize it had seven legs three thighs one lane and one breast that really doesn't seem worth the money to me and not what I'm really used to I would have easily waited if they needed to have made more and

I understand they were real slow at the time so they probably didn't have a lot of chicken on here at least spending that but when you order a 12-piece you expect a you expect to get at least one whole bird

I have several complaints:

I ) I waited in line for 15 minutes before being waited on. Six guests in front of me and two behind me left in frustration. None of the servers acknowledged us in any way. They waited on the drive through people and totally ignored us. I even called out "Hola" several times to get their attention and was ignored each time.

2) I was unable to use my app. It would not work. Another customer tried to help me because the servers just shrugged their shoulders and walked away.

3) I wanted to purchase 6 ghost wings with a free side for $5. Since none of the servers could help me, even though I showed them the app, I wound up paying $5 for just the wings - no side.

4) Noone working at 12:30PM on Sunday spoke English, or very little. It was very hard to communicate.…

T. when my daughter came home with our dinner. they had given us mashed potatoes instead of the macaroni and cheese. I told my daughter dnt worry it's no big deal. then I tasted a piece of the breast, it was spicy, I wasn't going to call but the next morning my LIPS WERE SWOLLEN .

Hopkinsville Ky location. When they first opened, it was run pretty well, and the food is good. We actually love the food at Popeyes.

However, we will not go back to this Popeyes in Hopkinsville ever again. the staff smells of BO and is filthy!

It seems every time I go to Popeyes St. Peters MO they are out of sides, chicken in short supply, workers rude, you can’t go into the restaurant to eat doors are locked and you need to go through drive thru. The only sides available were French fries and mashed potatoes with gravy no Mac and cheese, Cajun rice, red beans and rice etc why such poor service and food?

Been to Popeyes on 3 different occasions now. It is 10:40 doors are locked no one answers but see workers inside.

Finally after going thru drive thru, they don’t answer I go to door again and beat on it. Says they open at 10:00. So I call Lady answers phone and said they don’t have any chicken ready yet. I am a door dasher with orders.

I visited Popeyes Hazleton PA. Ordered family meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. They had me pull over waited15 minutes for chicken. It was brought to my car . No mashed potatoes. I had to go in to the restaurant with my receipt to show them. The restaurant is filthy.

They gave me my potatoes. I did not apologize for not having them with my order when I got home I had six wings and two breasts in my box of chicken, this is bullshit. I will never go there again.

Counter employee rang up wrong order- I asked for ONE oder of *2 strawberry bisquits for $2.99*. She incorrectly rang up: one 1 $1.79 strawberry bisquit AND one $2.99 2 ztrawberry bisquit==> $1.79+$2.99+(7.5% tax) .36=bill total of $5.14. She took $6.00 pm from me, gave me .86 change due back. Clinton Blvd store in Jackson MS is the worst you wait at the drive thru hours at anytime morning day and night. They are rude and they never have any chicken fried of it is the chicken is not fried correctly.

The sides are cold and old according to the time on containers. The manager sucks as well because he/shevus making sure the customer experience is bon point. Please fix this issue as it is the only one in this area besides Clinton which is great but is a drive away.
