The location in Chicago on East 103rd street. The staff on afternoon shift was rude and obnoxious. Nasty attitudes regarding the females that work in the back. Horrible experience and will never visit this location ever again. Please have your employees learn the value of good customer service.

They definitely could use some improvement.

Every time I come to this Popeyes in Zachary you have to wait 15-20 min. Then when u get to windows they want u to back up to reset the timer. That’s bull. Besides that if you go inside they tell you you have to go through the drive through.

No inside orders are taken. This is no way to run any business. Not that anything will change. I just thought I let u know that a great business isn’t worth going to any more. Thank you

i went through drivethru & used my cashapp card for payment. The employee working drivethru failed to return my card to me. I didnt notice until the next day when i was at work and my card was being charged.

i called doordash and they refunded 2 charges but they also closed my doordash account. Somebody has been using my card making fraudulent charges. i tried to cancel my card but they are still using it. i want some kind of resolution to this issue now. this is ridiculous.

I'm gonna start off a good afternoon. The Popeyes on Airtex, Houston, TX 77073. Has continuously bad service. They make you not want to ever visit the franchise again. Poor customer service. I had a mishap when I made an order.

Which I wasn't mad about. I just wanted my order to be replaced. I ordered a three piece mild. I was given a spicy instead of a mild. How I found out is at ate one of the chicken wings on my way home.

On Wednesday July 19, 2023 I left my home in Aurora, Illinois to go to Wheaton, Illinois to pick up my daughter to take her to Loyola Hospital in Maywood, Illinois to see her doctor, give blood and go for chemo treatment. It turned out to be an all day affair which left my daughter and I very tired and hungry.

The clerk at the window literally said four words to me. 39" when she opened the window and "Here you go" when she handed me the food. Then she turned away and closed the window. I ordered a 12-piece so I could get 3 wings and some breasts, but I received 1 wing, 1 breast, 4 thighs, and 6 legs.

Most of my order was dark meat, which I don't like (only my husband and son). The least they could have said is they didn't have enough white me and give me the option to cancel my order. This was very poor service.

This is not the first time I have gone to several different locations in our area and have constantly ran into them not having what I want to order, But this rude employee has truly turned me completely off to wanting to ever go back to Popeyes again

7-17-23, went to get a sandwich and fries, at location 6623 Hwy 49 Hattiesburg MS, at 8:45 pm. No fries or chicken sandwiches are available because they started to shut down and close for the night. Closing time is 10:00 pm.

Now I am stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes or longer and no food is available due to early closing by management. This store is a disgrace, service is piss poor, and it should be reviewed by corporate.

Sometimes minimum wage is to much and this is a perfect example. There is no reason to wait 20 to 30 minutes at any drive thru especially when there is no food being prepared and you have to go somewhere else.

The people in the restaurant were not interested in filling order. They were out of most of the sides. Many of the workers were out playing in the parking lot.

I went to the Popeyes drive thru located at 11499 Tara boulevard on yesterday 7/16. I placed an order for an 8 piece family meal, 8pc nuggets and 6 ghost pepper wings. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins.

Once I got to the window the lady took my payment and then asked me to go park and she would bring my food out. She said she was waiting for the ghost pepper wings to be done. I went and parked and waited over 30 mins for my food.

Eventually an employee came out and I asked him if he could check on my food. At that moment he asked me what did I have. I told him and he went back inside. He comes back out to bring food to another customer that was parked beside me that had been waiting an hour.

I purchased a 12 pc chicken pack and 2 apple pies on Sat. 7/15/2023@ approximately 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. I received only 1 breast and 1 wing the rest was dark meat and no biscuits. I tried calling in the early evening but couldn't get an answer. I called Sunday and spoke with the manager, and she said,"we ran out of white meat they should have told you that." They DID NOT TELL ME THAT!!! I wouldn't have purchased the chicken as my company wouldn't eat dark meat, and I even gave the lady a 3.00 tip. We went into Popeyes locates in Newburgh IN. 5 workers were in the kitchen,talking with each other. We waited no response. Finally a man looked up and said we will be with you soon. They continued with their conversation. Never approached the counter , didn’t respond to us. We walked out. That was beyond rude from all the employees. Entrance way was dirty fingerprints all over the glass. We love Popeyes, but that experience has soured my opinion of the business

I had a coupon for buy a large drink and get a free 2 piece meal. The girls working yesterday would not validate the coupon they said that they could only give me 25% off my 2 piece meal. I had followed the rules went on line filled out the survey and gotten the code so the meal was supposed to be free.

No matter which Popeyes I go to it’s the exact same service!! Live in MO and go to Lake St. Louis location and Salt Lick location. Both places take your order, tell you the total and you go through the drive-through.

We tried to order the 5 piece chichen for $10.99 that is posted online but the website was not working. My daughter went to the Mililani resturant and order it in at the counter and showed the person working there that the website wasn't working but refused to honor the website price. Is this right? There website doesn't work to get the specials that in only given online so we need to go inside and order the same food for $5.00 extra. You'd think that a company that is worth in the millions wouldn't even bother with this and just give you the online price. I think the manager and employee working the counter should be suspended or fired over this.

Husband and I ordered 2 orders of the blackened chicken sandwich with Cajun frys. I have never been so disappointed in a meal in my entire life. There was a very small piece of overcooked chicken about the half the size of the bun.

The fries were like rubber. We asked for coleslaw and was told they didn’t have any. There was so much mayo on both sandwiches that it dripped when you tried to pick it up to take a bite. The Popeyes we purchased from is in Casa Grande, AZ.

I started calling at 10:00 am CDT (the time posted that they are open) to place a 34 piece chicken order; I tried from 10:00 am-10:50 am and no one ever answered the phone. I also tried ordering online and it did not work.

I finally drove to the location and arrived at 11:00 am and I was the only person in line. It took over 15 minutes for the lady at the order speaker to just take my order; she kept asking me to repeat and repeat and repeat!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service from the manager. I am a military veteran. I went to the drive thru at 1:30pm ticket # 651 June 27, 2023. I ordered 3 specials with large fries and Mac and cheese. I asked for a small container of spicy mayo and the manager refused to give because he only made enough for the sandwiches. I have been to other locations and no issues in providing spicy mayo. Every day at Noon, or a little before, employees at your Wichita Falls, Texas store lock the doors when it gets busy and will not let other customers enter. I have seen this happen while I was inside dining and I have been unable to enter the store while others were inside dining.

If this is the way your employees run the business, you need new employees at this location. From my residense it roughly 20 miles to your store and it is very frustrating to drive that distance and find the employees would rather stop serving rather than do their jobs.

Either close this store or correct the problem!

My nephew does food delivery for Uber and Door Dash. The Popeyes at 48th and Dodge Street in Omaha Nebraska is horrible! He has been in there several times to pick up orders and it takes forever. He heard another driver complain one time to Who he thinks is the manager and he said if we’re not working fast enough for you drop the order.

Today we went there and he said I have an Uber pick up for … The employee said we’ll get that ready for you right away. And then continue to talk to his friends. There were two other drivers waiting for orders and no one seem to be working on anything.

After 15 minutes he gave up and walked out and dropped the order. Again he has stated this employee acts like this every time he goes in there for a pick up.

I went thru the drive thru to place my order for me and my boss. When I got back to our office our order wasn't right, I ordered an extra biscuit and paid for an extra biscuit, however I didn't receive any biscuits at all.

So when my boss went back to the restaurant to get his biscuit he went inside to the counter, while he was atvthe counter he observed the employees handling food without gloves and one male employee reached into the french fry bin and grab a french fry and eat it without any recourse from the manager or any other employee.

This is completely unacceptable in my book. This is by far thecworst experience I've ever had.

I went to the Popeyes in Sou Seattle on SW 100th St, they were extremely slow, didn’t ask what drink I wanted or what sides I wanted in the drive thru. When we finally got our order, it was completely wrong!

I was very disappointed when I went into the Popeyes where we have been buying our chicken dinners for years (19814 S. LaGrange Rd, Mokena, IL 60448), to find out that you no longer give neither Military Discounts or Senior Discounts, of with I am both.

The price of your chicken can keep going up, but you can no longer honor discounts anymore. Very disappointing, I hope you can change your mind on discounts soon, or I guess I and other seniors/military customers will have to find a new chicken restaurant in our area.

Hi yesterday I ordered 20 piece blackened tenders and when we got home we realized they weren’t blackend and they were just cooked and were just naked so we gave the store a call and they say we should’ve checked in the store. They can’t do nothing about it. They were really rude and seriously with that kind of customer service I think twice if I wanna pay $40 again.

Waited for years for a Popeye's here in Marion, N.C. It use to be great. I stopped in at this one last week, ordered a three-piece meal. Did not get the drink as I wanted to take my food home and did not need the drink. The chicken pieces were so small, it looked like a baby chicken. The slaw (as my one side) was not good, the biscuit was very small and hard. It cost me $15.07 for this. I at least expected a 10% discount since I am almost 80 years of age. I was so disappointed in this "meal". I doubt I will ever go back. Just broke my heart. I use to drive 2.5 hours one way just to get Popeye's chicken when I lived in Florida back in 2005-20013. The Popeyes in Johnson City Tennessee’s lobby is always closed and there is never a sign outside saying it is closed. We saw people inside eating and workers, but no information was given. We were getting our car fixed and walked the 1 mile each way to this location but they did not have it open.

Store # 7036 Drive through order #98. Approximately 11:30 AM , July 5, 2023. I pulled up to oder, it took a few seconds and no one answered. Then I heard the employee yelling, Pull around, pull around. I asked if the speaker wasn't working.

She rudley said, Yes it is, we wanted you to pull around. She had a terrible attitude, no customer service skills at all. When she rang up my order, she didn't give my card back until I pulled up closer and was looking inside.

I had to ask for a receipt.

I ordered two orders of popcorn shrimp, which are supposed to be 1/4 pound, they came in this these containers, and I suspected that the weight was going to be light. After I subtracted the weight of the containers, the shrimp only weighed 1/5 pound each. (this was Popeyes chicken on Memorial Drive in Greenville North Carolina.)

This regards your store in Taylorsville, Utah on 4700 S and Bangerter Hwy. , I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo meal. What I didn't realize when it was boxed up, was I was given the last 3 pieces of dark meat in the tray and it was over-cooked.
