Would have chosen zero if I could. Only 2 employees, ordered online, not warning of possible wait time. Spent more money on gas in the drive through than what my purchase was worth because store wasn't open to go in and get my order that I put in over an hour ago.
I understand keeping staff is hard, but there should be alerts or warnings if I have to sit in my car for over an hour for an online order, with no air conditioning, car about to over heat and so much gas waisted.
On 7/1/23 at noon I pulled up into the drive up order lane at Popeyes. The address is 3925 38th street Moline Illinois 61265. I was the second car in line and I waited ten minutes for the car in front to move.
Finally they moved forward, I pulled up and continued waiting for the person to take my order over the speaker. I yelled in the speaker many times, finally a person yelled back to stop yelling. I was upset from the long wait at this point, topped off with very poor communication skills over the intercom.

This is in regards to the store on Cheney Highway in Titusville, Fl. This has to be the worst store on the planet. It’s been closed FAR more than it’s been open ever since opening day. HORRIBLE service every time.

If they truly are STILL experiencing staffing issues then perhaps the rate of pay is an issue?? I service commercial kitchen equipment and have for over 30 years. Im in a minimum average of 30 restaurants a week. Not one of those restaurants are still facing staffing issues anywhere this severe.

m. I stopped to get a blackened chicken combo and a blackened chicken sandwich. Two employees 1 guy 1 girl were at window. I received 1 sandwich and fries. I said I was supposed to get 2, one a combo with unsweetened tea.
The guy was very polite and said he would make me one. And this is what I received (pics below). It was very hard and dry. Could not even bite through it. The second sandwich was also dry with a huge blob of mayo. I was very upset.

My son ordered 2 - 3 wing combos and was given 2-3 piece dark meals instead. When I go back in they tell me all he said was 2 3 piece combos and refused to remake my order! When I asked why they didn’t ask him if he wanted white or dark meat they said they assume dark if you don’t specify.

Yes im a frequent customer at the location on 15th and 20th St. Mostly I order inside the restaurant and eat there. The lady that is the cashier in the front of the restaurant is very very rude to customers and people picking up delivery orders.
There is instances where she has yelled and used foul language mostly with older people and the ones who doesn't speak English very well. One of the managers a few times has been in the front with the young lady and allowed the employee to be rude and disrespectful to customers.

I was a former worker at Popeyes chicken located on Spencer hwy Pasadena TX . I had quit my job due to better opportunities and a better environment due to how I was treated . As I go to pick my check a couple days after I had quit , the manger that goes by ‘esmeralda’ said to me that I will be receiving my check after 2 weeks and to come back by that time .
I went back to my former job after those 2 weeks passed I entered and received 1 check . 51 hours and was only getting paid 10 hrs and 15 hours were missing that I had worked . We were in St. Louis driving through for the night and decided to get Popeyes cause to try the new ghost pepper wings and sauce. We had our order delivered to our hotel and we received maybe a quarter of our order.
I ordered wings and chicken strips with fries and 2 drinks and a side and I ordered extra sauce. I only got the wings and the chicken strips I got were not the spicy like I ordered, we did not get the fries, one of the drinks or any of the sauces I ordered.
It’s was $40 worth of food and barely got anything I ordered. I was very disappointed and I couldn’t call cause by the time I got the food they were closed. I love Popeyes but this deters me from wanting to get it again.

I feel you have great chicken however the restaurant has run out of CHICKEN. white or the chicken sandwich. The drive thru lines are over 30min to 35 mkn wait. There isn't a reason for the fast food chain to run this slow.
The customer service is often times filled with employees that has bad attitudes as if they Don't want to be at work. Behind the counter is not clean and I often see flies. This isn't sanitary and have received undercooked and most times not given fresh chicken.

Every single popeyes location i go to, the costumer service is just horrible. Every single employee has some type of attitude and never wants to help the costumers beyond taking their order, which they do with an attitude as-well. Yall are constantly out of chicken which makes no sense seeing as you're a chicken establishment.
Many people stand in the drive through lane and even the line inside for about 30-40 minutes just to hear theres no chicken and theres no more of many other things. The employees also dont take the job serious and come to work in all different types of clothes instead of the uniform most of them also fail to wear the hairnet which results in finding many hairs in the food.
Overall this place is just very unprofessional and needs to be fixed immediately.

The Popeyes in Casa Grande, AZ is terrible. The associates are rude, they provide horrible service and the store is filthy. I’ve given them 3 chances and they have gotten worse with each visit.
