I have ordered 3 times on the app, the first two times, after I paid for it, I was told that they were out of what I ordered. They couldn't refund me in store, so therefore, I had to reach out to corporate.
no apologies, just that they will try to refund. I assumed because it was late (I don't get off work until about 9), they may have just run out of things. I get that, I own two restaurants of my own.
