I bought a 8 piece family chicken meal with side at popeyes yesterday in Omaha Nebraska at 13225 Millard Ave, Omaha, NE 68137 the chicken was good but my side was red be as ns and rice and there was just beans and sauce it didn't have any rice in it

The service at you restaurant in El Paso number 12043, was very unsatisfactory the debit card reader now working, no change for a $50.00 my purchase was 38.59. No tea nor sweet tea , no dipping sauce for chicken tenders and the size of the chicken tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. Employees gad no customer skills and acted as if they did not care.

When I order the food they told that the food will be ready within 15 minutes. When I came back try to pick up my order they told me the food that I ordered was all sold out and ask me if I want something else….

They should give out food in order. I was the first person in the line, when I try to get my food they told me the food that I ordered was all sold out. They are not supposed to give my food to other people, they should keep my food and give it to me when I go pick up.

This store was so rude and poor service. No one should come to this store.

Got charged $14 for 5 pieces of chicken.I asked why was this price so high,the manager snapped at me while rolling her eyes.This person has no customer service skills,may need a refresher course in How to Speak to customers. I did not interact with this.She also rushed me to hurry and pay,my wife was sending money via cashapp,which takes 15 seconds. I didn't deserve this treatment, and would like to speak to management about this before I post my Google review.

I went to popyes Lansing kansas was in drive-thru for 50mins because the inside was locked spent 60 dollars on food to betoldthey wereoutof Mac and cheese and then was told they were out of coleslaw at 6 pm in the evening

I went to Popeye's in Rock Hill, Sc for an early dinner. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to get to the ordering station where I waited another 10 minutes. No one ever took my order so I left and went elsewhere. I had been to this restaurant before and had similarly long wait times. Food was just OK.

Coming into drive thru, and unkempt employee was sitting on the curb taking a break with his legs out in the lane. Back doors to the restaurant were propped open and flattened boxes thrown out on the lawn. I worked in a Burger King in high school and we prided ourselves in timely delivery of a hot meal, clean restaurant, and pride of appearance.

After leaving, I looked at ratings for this franchise and they were abysmal. I'm not sure I would trust them to…

Good afternoon, I would like to start by saying , Popeyes does have the best chicken. Unfortunately customer service is a huge factor and problem for our local Popeye's location. Wait time at the intercom is typically 15 minutes or longer before your order is taken.

Lately orders are not taken at the intercom, we are ask if we can come into the lobby to place our order. While in the lobby, employees demonstrate poor time management skills, and prefer to use their time they are being compensated for to " visit" among each other.

Never is the order accurate, your order is either incomplete and missing 1-2 items, or items you did not order. Friendliness is also a huge problem. Customers are left feeling," their business with Popeye's " is more of a problem, because they have to wait on you…

I have gone to Popeyes located at 13795 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602, at least 5 times...only once was i able to get any food. You wait in line...if one car or 10...today...went at 11:04 thinking early...maybe get service...one car in front of me...ONE...WAITED 8.5 minutes..car never moved...finally left...went to BK...in and out in 4.5 minutes...and there were 3 cars in front of me.This place is the worst fast food I have ever been to.

I went in Popeyes Chicken 6/12/23 and ordered a 12 piece family pack with sides. And ordered two other. Three piece packs with drinks. This was store #4103 890 north Earl Rudder Freeway Bryan,Tx 77802. Well Popeyes lie about their chicken.

Because on TV it shows this chicken to be good size. Well let me tell you this was the smallest chicken I’ve ever bought. 40 it will never happen again. Very disappointed in Popeyes chicken not only the size the biscuits had a smell and were very hard.

Chicken look like it had been on the rack for a while. 40 dollars is a lot of money for chicken at this quality. It sucked.

I love the Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, the last 4 times I have ordered it from my local Popeyes it has not been a good experience, the bun was so hard , I couldn’t eat the sandwich, this has happened twice, the fries were cold and stale tasting , when I was speaking to the girl at the drive thru window about the food, she shut the window and walked off. Popeyes in my area does not close until 11pm, I went at 8:30pm they had no chicken, no tenders, no red beans and rice, no fries, no mashed potatoes. Also informed me they did not have chicken sandwiches as well.

I visited Popeyes in Alexandria Va on Duke street today and really wish I hadn't. I purchased a spicy blackened chicken sandwich with no pickles 6 ghost pepper wings. They were way over cooked and extremely hard. the biscuit that came with the combo was so hard and dry. What a horrible experience.

03 down the drain . Everything end up going in the trash except for the frozen strawberry lemonade and strawberry biscuit. Im so disappointed

I went to Popeyes on Duke street in Alexandria Va today and used the drive thru. I waited in kidne for about 8 minutes which is not a problem . I went about 2ish so im sure it was still a lunch rush.

I ordered 6 ghost pepper wings, the new blackened spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles a apple pie 8 piece chicken nugget combo with French fries and a strawberry lemonade. The only good snd delicious item I received was the frozen strawberry lemonade and my French fries.

My ghost pepper wings was way over cooked . My biscuit was hard and dry and my what should've been 8 piece nuggets were hard and I only received 6. What a disappointing experience and the prices are way over priced but will pay for what I want but I definitely was not satisfied.

I tiees calling the store several times…

Entered Popeyes with my child to order a mild 2 piece chicken only with mac and cheese. After waiting 15 minutes and my son watching 3 people get their large orders of chicken, sides, and drinks after I placed mine, he started to cry and then I decided to ask the cashier why my order # has not been called yet. Only then did she get my order ready. I asked for the the manager, Faazae, and she said it's because we are still cooking it in the microwave for the past 10 minutes, and walked away with a smirk. I am awaiting a satisfactory response before posting videos of this location's service, or lack thereof, to social media.

I think the app for your food is not fair for customers to use to get the deals you are advertising I don't feel it is right that in order to get those deals you have to go thru the app order which all the other places let you go thru the drive thru and add point and use what points that add more and more every one don't have access to the order app and also it should not be the only way to get any thing so

if you want customers to build the business then may be you should change the app some other that not getting much

Went to Popeye in Macon, Ga. @ 12pm. Thinking chicken would be fresh at start of lunch but I was wrong. Chicken was horrible and old. I bought 3 wg combo. The wgs was were pinky finger length. I worked for KFC/CHURCHES for a total of 15 yrs.

I know old chicken when I see it. Thanks Popeye for wasting my $$$. (6-13-23). We threw away the rest of the order.

Popeyes location 9506 63rd drive, Rego Park,NY 11374, I was eating my food when I notice a bug which appeared to be cooked onto my strawberry biscuit. I immediately vomited the food I already had in my mouth, I was concerned that I may have already eaten one.

I will be reporting this and will look into taking legal action. My child had eaten the food as well very disgusting. I'm upset and disappointed.

after a wait an employee delivered my order to me. I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken ! I will survive but adding insult to injury no one ever answered the phone as I attempted to call three 3 times !

13 Was told at the drive thru window their out of what I ordered. That they would not substitute it for anything else. That they're canceling my order. And I have to wait 3 days for the money to show up on my card.

That was all the money I had on my card. Called Corporate, they weren't any help. Wrote down what I told them and said they will contact Popeye's tell them I want a refund. That was it.

I sat at the drive thru at speaker waiting to order for 15 minutes. A guy drove over to the other speaker, and they immediately answered him and took his order. I kept saying hello the girl finally answered and I told her I have been sitting there for 15 minutes and she said oh I apologize and something about.

Sometimes the speaker doesn’t always work or something I’m like well I think you should get that fixed when I got up to the window. I told her that I mean customer should not have to wait as long as I have and I also complained that same exact girl the other day that I had waited..

so while I was at the window, she apologized, and I said yeah you really need to get that fixed and the other girl walked over handed me my drink and said well you got your stuff and she close the window…

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Please do not eat at this location. I witnessed a worker drop a biscuit on the counter while waiting on an order that I had placed 10 minutes before online. Unbeknownst to the Individual I literally watched him pick up the biscuit and calmly place it back on top of the sheet pan.

I mentioned it to him and he calmy said "I know it fell that's why I placed it back" Poor guy was still lost. I told him yes and I just saw you place the biscuit back. I also let him know that he is absolutely disgusting in a professional way.

Needless to say he was still oblivious. This will definitely be the last time I order at this location!

6543 Fm1488 rd I am done with this location! Every time I go, there is always something wrong with my order.

Today it was cold fries ( as usual) Plus, I don't know who the manager on duty was, but he was very unprofessional. Did not get a receipt for my order and he was generally unpleasant . When I go there at night, all I see are very unprofessional high school kids. They never get my order right either. I really think you need a complete overhaul of staff there This used to be a good Popeye's but in the last couple of years it has really gone down hill Some major changes are needed if I am ever to go to this location again.

Popeyes Northside drive Macon Georgia the guy dressed like a girl is rude every time you go to that location I don't see any customer giving any kind of customer satisfaction with him or her or she being there. No matter what you order they tell you to pull around and they'll bring it out to you and it's at least 10 minutes plus before they bring anything out to you no matter if there are zero people waiting you still have to pull around or pull down.

While I was waiting another customer came out saying how rude he was and that she'd be calling somebody on him that was her quote regardless if she did my experience was very poor so I decided to.

Dear Customer Service, I ordered two large red beans and rice at store 123461 on Knightdale Blvd and when I got home the food had spilled out of the containers. The lids were too large, did not attach and so the food spilled out of my containers all over in the bag. The bag ripped and red beans and rice were everywhere. See photos. They should have told me they did not have the proper lids for the containers. The containers were side by side in the bag. I can only load two photos.

I stopped at the 70th street and Line Avenue Popeyes store this evening. I ordered a 12 piece family meal, spicy with Cole Slaw and Mash Potatoes with Gravy. When I got home with the food we were very disappointed. The cole slaw I do not think was spoiled, but it tasted like pure mayonnaise. Nobody could eat it. I was questioned if the chicken I ordered was spicy. It wasn't mild, but it wasn't spicy either. At 6pm I could only get one apple pie.

Also, I do not know if you are aware, but the stores' main door is boarded up. A great welcome to the customers. I do not think we will shop there again. You need to teach the cooks at the store how to cook Popeyes chicken and sides.

I have ordered 3 times on the app, the first two times, after I paid for it, I was told that they were out of what I ordered. They couldn't refund me in store, so therefore, I had to reach out to corporate.

no apologies, just that they will try to refund. I assumed because it was late (I don't get off work until about 9), they may have just run out of things. I get that, I own two restaurants of my own.

I was at your store at 3814 West River Rd In Tucson, AZ 85742 on Wednesday June 7th at 5:04 pm. I had purchased a 8 piece family meal. When the young lady gave me my food I noticed it was in 2 single meal boxes.

I asked her if this was a family meal. She just nodded her head at me without saying anything. When I got home there was only 6 pieces of chicken. There was a customer dining In before me and he had been shorted 5 pieces of chicken tenders.

She was just a very rude employee.

In the Hiram Georgia Popeyes, The manager, whose name as far as I know is Preston was incredibly unhelpful, disrespectful, and unprofessional not only disrespectful to us but his own staff. Threatening to fight a family member after they forgot to give an order instead of fixing the problem. It was eventually fixed but this was still incredibly unprofessional.

Placed online order . Rest less than two blocks away . Arrived at restaurant just to set at drive thru with two cars ahead of me Then took 10 min to take other two cars order . When I got to speaker did not answer for additional 5 min . Wow this is a ton of time . Told them at speaker online order . They said was ready. Got to window just to find my order not ready . Took another 4 min . Got home with order just to find while order wrong . I ordered 12 pf nugget and got 12 wings ordered new sandwich grilled chicken and got the regular chicken sand . Recite reflected what I ordered .

I have been a district manager for 30 years . This would be unexceptible at any standards . Wow

I don't have the store number, the receipt was not included in my delivery. Doordash picked up an order for me just about 30 min ago.. There were several items that were missing. Plain lemonade that was included in one of the meals my son ordered, Also missing from what he requested was the mashed potatoes and gravy side.

I had ordered a 22 oz sweet tea along with my chicken sandwich, and the swee tea was missing. I might add I don't like this store, since it's inception it has been plagued with lack of supplies/ lack of food.

They frequently don't have what you want to order. The staff is also frequently rude. I remember several times waiting for over an hour for the food. I am homebound now so have to depend on delvery services. I mght add that the doordash drver complained about this…

I have purchased food from Popeyes and got home and my order was incorrect. I normally would go back to retrieve missed items but not today. The chicken was overly cooked and I did not have my complete order. I had a coupon for 10 pc meal with two sides/biscuits.

I waited over 15 minutes and not one person would come to the counter to take my order. I then left and watched a person, the same ethnic as the workers, get waited on right away. This was not the first time this has happened.
