Manager of the store did not care how long people where waiting for there food and wouldn't give refunds back.

On this morning at11:15 am I pulled in the drive thru to order at the 2235 Lamar avenue, Memphis Tn Location to order a three piece chicken dinner and my order was refused because I was told that they was closed and would not be open for another 2 hours at 11:15 am , seems to me they should have already been open for business. Your company is losing money with some of these lazy employees at this 2235 Lamar location.

My husband and I went to Popeyes, 1074 E. County Line Road, Ridgeland, MS last night, June 5, 2023. We place our order in the drive through. We are told it would take approximately 6 minutes for 3 mild/spicy wings.

Not sure which one because we ordered both in meals. We were asked to pull up on the right side. The lobby was closed, no sight on the door. The rain started to pour. I saw where the young man was bringing out some orders on the side of the drive through window.

I went inside to check on the wings after approximately 15 minutes of waiting. I was told by one employee the lobby is closed. I stated, I know, I am waiting on wings. At that time someone came and dropped the wings.

Went to 1307 Teaneck Rd . Teaneck , NJ yesterday at 12 pm.. we ordered 2 blackened chicken sandwiches, 1 coleslaw and order of wings. We each took 2 bites of chicken sandwiches hoping it would get better , the chicken was hard as shoe leather . Unable to eat. Extremely disappointed as we’ve had the regular chicken and fish numerous times without a problem.

We spoke to the manager, with no resolution or service recovery. We will not go back to this location

Would appreciate service recovery for those sandwiches..

and the workers always outside not doing there job . I can see y this store doesn't make any money at night time and a lot of customers not going back there at all because of the night crew that's working.

They will be falling a report with door dash to have that company removed from them. s it's the Jennings Louisiana store. Please have some thing done about it or y'all won't have any customers left. And the store will be closed down.

Dixie highway in Louisville KY has been opening late by over an hour for weeks!!

00 for family meal. I called twice because no awnser first time and asked talk to manager and was told he/she not taking calls. Son said drive thru was wide open meaning not busy. You should look at your online rating of this store and see not doing well.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Popeye's in Janesville thru the drive through and have been very upset. 1st time I got the wrong person's food. I called and complained and they said if I drove back they would fix it.

I explained I didn't live in town and I was in town to get groceries. No satisfaction. Tonight I drove into Janesville to pickup groceries and stopped through drive through for chicken sandwich meal and two apple pies. Got home only one apple pie. It was not busy.

I am now ready to never go back.

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take an order but yet those people have their heads out the drive-thru window talking to the manager taken and left store 9177

I have Been to several restaurants and ordered “ 7 wings and 7 chicken tenders. I was told they couldn’t accommodate my order. No reason why. This is the third time this has happened. What is the issue ?

2 people in the Whole place not enough help. Every one in drive thru had to wait 30 min to order or they just drove away !

I have been to you Surprise Store (16411 Bell Rd) 3 different times and have left with no food because they ran out of chicken and there was a 15 min wait to get more cooked. And then yesterday I tried to order online to avoid this problem again, online ordering was not available.

This used to be such a great location but ever since Covid happened you haven’t been able to get your act together. The employees are rude and stupid, sorry to say and do t know anything about customer service. I wasted gas going to get food and coming back with nothing.

I receive coupons in the mail from Popeyes all time and I use them faithfully and order only Dark meat I go today 5/4/23 in Enfield CT and I’m told I can’t order only dark meat the coupon is only for mixed well to be honest their white meat chicken be dry as heck. I never had a problem with this before so I decided to go to KFC instead it sounds ridiculous not to be able to order only dark meat with coupons when your able to choose any sides.

Employees were rude and it was not good customer service.

The last three times I have tried to get food from our Popeyes in Bryan texas they tell me they are closed either because of no employees ( which they are standing behind the counter ) or they don’t have any chicken cooked and it’s early afternoon or early eve.

They are super rude and it’s been like this for years! Someone needs to change up how the Bryan store is being handled.

We ordered online a 16 piece chicken and the sides family meal when we got the food there was only two breast and 7legs ,7 thighs and no wings and when it says 4 of each and they forgot the biscuits so called to let them know about them forgetting the biscuits and asked y have no wings and all the legs and thighs was told well u have 16 pieces of chicken so it is fine well it was not fine cause really wanted my wings and no reason to be rude

My drink was incorrect so I motioned for a woman close by to come to the window , she just stared at me so I did the curling the finger motion for come here.

She came to the window, said “WHAT” I explained my drink was wrong , she snatched the drink out of my hand , splashed the correct drink into the cup and turned to walk away. I asked her name and she replied”WHY”?.

I were $22 worth of food. I got 3 dried up pieces of chicken wasn't even a breast but we're supposed to be. I gotta buy a wag and a wing Howard abreast a thigh and a wing. The f****** biscuits for dry hockey chills somebody with a biscuit.

4 times, I have visited store in Largo/ Clearwater area. Ulmerton road. Food has been over cooked and dry. Service has been slow and workers on phones as customers line is deep. Workers are very rude and seem like I owe them something.

This would be a great location for your restaurant. Your food is awesome. But with poor service and management the store will close shortly.

I went into the Janesville Wi. store but ordered to go. I appreciate that they gave me extremely chicken for the extended wait time I had but my concern is about the limp, soggy, cold fries I received. I dint know if they were about to be thrown out or if it's just not a priority to have a hot, crispy fry with the meal. I'm just VERY disappointed.

I just had your ghost pepper wings today and red beans and rice. Wings were small and dry, beans had more rice than beans. McDonald's chicken nuggets are larger than your wings. Your biscuit was the best thing about the meal.

I just went to 2 of your location in Kennesaw , Ga on Barrett Parkwayand Acworth, Georgia on Baker RD. I frequent these 2 locations at least twice a week and every single time I go, they’re either out of the items I ask for or say they’re not making the Premium Lemonades for the rest of the night. I’m using the word “Night” loosely because today I went to the Acworth Baker Rd store at 6pm and the Kennesaw Barrett Pkwy store at 6:30.

I’m a native Louisiana and I am thoroughly disappointed every time I go to these two Georgia locations. If you advertise your operating hours to close at 10pm, then all menu items should be available until the location closes!

After waiting to 20mins to order our food we had to wait an additional 50mins to get our food. The staff completely forgot about us while 12 other cars received their orders. When my mom tried to go to ask what was going on they completely disregarded her and walked away.

I went through the drive through at Popeyes in Amarillo on Bell Street. I made an order, and then I decided to change it. The woman named Zaddy was extremely rude to me, told me to go back around and make another order.

I went to Popeyes in Covington, TN. on hwy 51 north on 6/1/2023. 99. I placed the order and was given my total. This was in the drive thru. The young lady took my money and said we only have breast and thighs.

I told her I didn't want that. I asked how long would it be before more chicken was ready. She told me 5 minutes after asking in the kitchen. I pulled up and waited. It actually was 20 minutes before someone bought it out to me.

I drove home and didn't look in the bag. When I opened the box after getting home, low and behold there were 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 1 wing. I told my family is this what I waited 20 minutes for?

They supposedly already had this ready!! And to top it off the chicken was all burned and black!!! I immediately got on my car and went inside and showed this box…

The night female manager at the new Popeys not only closes the store 15 minutes prior to closing time but does not advise patrons who are waiting to order. She does not wear an apron or name tag and she took a picture of my license plate after I expressed my disappointment in her lack of communication and service.

Another incident was when I went into the store to order and I asked the employees what her name was and no one there would give me her name. Julian imparticular said he did not know her name and called her "manager" .

I have been in the service and hospitality industry for over 35 years and her attitude and actions were far from professional and acceptable. I will be notifying the bbb and the police department of her actions with taking the picture of my plate.

I ordered a 12 piece mild dinner with 2 large sides and I asked for mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got to the windo to pay and they said the biscuits were not done and it would be 4 minutes and I pulled up to wait. The location in Davenport Iowa often does not have food available. I just tried going to the restaurant and was told they forgot to defrost the chicken filets for sandwiches. This is literally the 4th time that I tried getting Popeye's and couldn't because they did not prepare food!

On May 30, 2023 at 5064 Memorial Dr Stone Mtn Ga 30083, Manager Laquita was very rude too me. I approached the counter to place my order and she stated they were only taking mobile orders. I ask why because the door is open without a sign.

She stated it’s only me and one other person today and told me I can go somewhere else too eat. I eat at this location a lot and has never had a problem. She always have a mean look and never smile.

I didn’t deserve too be treated like that. I will never go back too that location again.

Hello, it seems like these places are getting worse than better!! Every Popeyes establishment that I've gone to lately has been terrible!! Poor customer service!!! These people act like they don't want to be at work!! Just rude and impolite!!!

Not a customer but a former manager for Popeyes……. The GM at the store that I worked at has been talking about other employees to employees that he was working with. He has been accused of many different things that he has done not only at the store that I worked at, but at the other store in Sioux City as well.

He has also started fights with employees, in front of customers and then called the cops for no reason. May I add…. 17 year old employees. The DM of these stores knows all about what is going on, but doesn’t due anything about it.

Medical bills, that a former employee got, while working on the clock, still have yet to be paid by this employer.

I frequent the westminster md location on a regular basis and haven’t had any problems BUT tonight we ordered through DoorDash and it was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever!!! I understand that nothing will probably become of this but you need to know. 1. ) the doordash app does not allow to choose white or dark meat. 2.) it does not allow for substitutions. 3.) no one answers the phone when called (we called 6 times) I work in this business and understand the apps. Communication is essential to success. You have to charge much higher prices to offset your cost but atleast make the customer feel that they are getting their perception of value. I know this will probably fall on deaf ears because this is such a large corporation but I wanted someone to hear your issues!!!!

On Monday my 2 daughters went to pick up an online order for themselves at the Popeyes located on Airline hey. In Baton Rouge, La. and was met with a very hostile & disrespectful host. The male host/cashier insulted one of my daughters by insinuating that she looked like a man.

There were 2 more employees contributed to antagonizing my daughters as they laughed at the very aggressive male cashier unprovoked insults. The two male employees then decided to add injury to insult by threatening to throw hot grease on my daughters while simultaneously calling them out of their names & using profanity.

I never had a problem at this place but they got my order wrong. I paid for 5pc chicken strips and Mac and cheese . They gave me 2 1/2 sad pieces of chicken and the wrong side. How can this place fix my order.

The service and staff at 6233 Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City, continues to be terrible. Today, I tried to order, the front counter person (Black female) was on her phone. When asked about specials she replied “I don’t know”. She then leaned against the wall and watched us with her arms crossed.

Hello my name is Sean I have been a door dasher for a few years now I have been to 20 different states and the 1 thing I have in common is most of the Popeyes employees have attitudes when u ask them anything I have seen a lot of restaurants that are dirty trash all over the ground chicken and French fries all over the ground.

Unsure if my complaint was sent. I do not have a complaint against the food servers at Popeyes located at 1030 W University Ave. Georgetown, Tx 78628. My complaint was the chicken. I ordered a 2PC weekly special on 5/23/23. The chicken tasted bad.

Unsure if it was the quality of the chicken or the batter?? This was my 2nd time this year ordering at this location and it was also bad. I ordered "red beans and rice" which was delicious. Apart from the rice please check the chicken being cooked before you lose customers in the future.

That location was always packed with customers in the past. Unsure of the taste of Popeyes chicken in other locations.

We order an 8 PC family feast. We were told to pull up they were waiting on biscuits. 10 mins later they bring our order out. We get home and no biscuits. When I called the store to complain about not getting biscuits, the man that answered the call told me to drive back around and get the biscuits, it's not that f****ing difficult and hung up on me.

I waited in line for over 45 minutes, only to get my order and it still be wrong! The chicken was also old and dry. I ordered 2 thoughts and 2 legs, what I got was a thigh and 2 wings.

They focus too much on the drive thru. There needs to be a crew specifically for the lobby and a different crew specifically for the drive thru. I love Popeyes chicken, but this was the 4th time this happened to me, and that's ridiculous!
