I ordered through the app thinking it would be faster. It was supposed to be ready at 8:07. I got there at 8:14 and went through the drive thru they said my order wasn’t ready and to come in. I sat there until 8:34 waiting while there was no line inside, employees talking and joking around and not even making orders.

When I finally got my food I get home and the order is missing the shrimp meal. I called 4 times no answer and had to drive all the way back. The girl didn’t even acknowledge me waiting in front of her and then I told her the issue and she rolls her eyes and tells the manager Nesia to come over.

I told her the issue she got the stuff for me and said sorry about that with an attitude. I won’t be coming to this location again. I was already ready to complain for having to wait…

We are always eating at your Popeyes restaurants in Concord NC and Harrisburg NC. We are constantly giving them chance after chance. Every time we do the service is lousy. They get our order wrong each and every single time.

We spend alot of money every time we go because we have a large family. There is a deep concern about service that is just terrible at each and every experience. THEY ARE NOT GOOD! Something needs to be done.

I don’t have an image to attach because my complaint has never been about the product it’s all about service to us as customers. We were at the restaurant and we decided to take out that day, well a bunch of customers went back into the restaurant because their orders were all wrong.

We could hear them from the drive through window upset about their orders…

After waiting for over an hour for the management to open the doors (late), the place was unorganized and unprepared. In addition, the restroom was FILTHY and there was NO TOILET PAPER

The worst popeyes restaurant has got to be the one in Danville Illinois. Terrible service, rude employees, never have what want and the employees give you what they want. People should not avoid one of their favorite restaurants because of all that.

First, 8 minutes for a fresh chicken sandwich . Ok that’s fine. No ice in any of the drinks. As we are asked to pull forward, we go back in for ice. “The ice machine is broken.”

Still waiting our 8 minute filet. Waited 18 minutes and then went inside. Was told “the new girl screwed up the filets.”

Told it would be another 8 minutes.

This was after waiting for 30 minutes already. 3 employees on break at the same time. Cars waiting. People asking for refunds.

My Popeyes is in AUBURNDALE fl . It’s always hectic sometimes you’ll be short on one side and other times entire meals so now i feel I need to check my order before leaving . Sure enough I had 2 sides missing the girl said no they’re in there I said no ma’am they are not .

I opened the boxes and had to show her . I asked for my receipt because the price seemed off . She said the register wasn’t working and didn’t give me my receipt . Here’s what I ordered: 5 pc tender 3 pc tender added mashed added Mac and cheese a spice chkn sandwich, and a big box fry.

The total was 32 at first but then they said it was 44 something . I paid it and the French fry box was the small box they serve 2 biscuits in. It isn’t the box I usually get .

Customer service was terrible, went through the drive-thru I repeated my order four times and it's still wasn't right The girl was very rude with me told me they don't carry butter anymore told me I ordered something I didn't and then when I got home I didn't even have my sides and I drove off without a drink it was a terrible experience

The Popeye's on Bloomington Road in Champaign IL is aweful yesterday evening my husband and I went through the drive thru and first no receipt, secondly a forever wait , then the order taker was upset because for some reason we asked for the $24 special on the menu board and it was difficult for her to understand.

We proceeded to the window and the waited some more for our order after that. Next we get the food, drive home old , cold , chicken and no Cajun rice and the chicken was not spicy as we had ordered.

I just can believe a business would be run like this. I was a fastfood restaurant manager and never would I have let anything like that go out the window.

I have been to this same exact Popeyes at least 6 different times. Every single time I have been to the Popeyes at 60 Meredith Drive Durham Nc 27713, I have had horrible service ,food is not so good. They are out of shrimp alot.

One of the top products that would sell very well They don't have or do have and just don't want to cook them. The store just opened about 2 or 3 months ago and already looks like it's been there for a few years.

Placed our order at the drive through 4 cars were ahead of us, it took 50 minutes from the time the order took place till we received our food through the window. Got home and the chicken was burnt, not black but very dark brown and tasted burnt.

We were very excited to try this new location and ended up extremely disappointed, not so much he wait, which is unacceptable but coupled with the burnt food. Really was a horrible experience.

Food was not hot. The popcorn shrimp was dried out and hard and had a fishy smell and the strawberry biscuits were dry and burnt. The mash potatoes was runny. I paid over $30 for the food. I live 25 minutes from the restaurant and didn’t want to drive back.

The service was horrible all teenagers and no one has any customer service skills and just rude and disrespectful for no reason.

I go to Popeyes in Grenville NC because I love the food. Unfortunately, I can't never get what I order. When I ask for spicy chicken I don't, when I ask for white meat chicken only I get all thighs, when I ask for apple pie they just give me biscuits.

Pretty much they just give me what they want without asking me would I prefer something else or just asking if I would wait. Food is delicious but the service is horrible. The manager even be on his phone while he is taking orders. Please train this location.

We have been ordering from Popeye's since living in Texas. Now that we live in MS the food is inedible. The last 3 orders were wrong. I try to get them to fix the order and it is I will put in the book and fix it on next order.

Well tonight we have had it. I got a cold burnt bun chicken sandwich no mayo and one pickle. no red beans and rice. it is advertised but they never have them. Oh my husband's dinner was dripping oil off the chicken. 00.

I then ordered a chicken sandwich with Cajun fries. Again was told we didn’t have any. The young man taking the order had absolutely no clue. You could tell he was never properly trained. When we record our food, it was not that good.

Drove 12 miles to get Popeyes in Stayesbori ga. Got home did not have all what I paid for and had to drive an other 12 miles to pick up a sandwich. Which to me they around have atleast gave me some money back or a meal voucher to compensate for my gas and miles having to drive back up to pick the rest of the food up.

Paid over 22 dollars for eight pieces of chicken at a popeyes restaurant in cambridge md, got home the chicken taste like it was sitting out all day very disappointing.

I went to the Popeyes in Millington, TN, to order through the drive thru and was told I had to come inside. So I parked my car and went inside. The rest is a horror story. After repeating my orders to the cashier and waiting for 8 minutes he still got it wrong.

When I got home and took the orders out of the bag I was totally disappointed. I ordered 2 - 5 pc spicy chicken tenders. I received one order of 5 pc tenders and one order of 3 pc tenders.

It was very noticeable that the tenders had been split in two. They were more like chicken strips than tenders. 00+ for eight chicken strips. They did this once before and we quit going there. The service is terrible. The employees ignore what you say to them and it is obvious they could care less about anyone. Worst restaurant in town!

On Tuesday 05/23/2023 I ordered 6 classic specials and 2 spicy specials along with a regular mash potato and gravy and a regular Cajun fry. Well when I got up to the window they told if they could exchange some white meat, I said it was ok.

When I got my order I opened my box and there was one small thigh one leg and 10 wings. I went into the store to ask why and the first thing the manager said was oh no. Then I showed her the box of chicken and she said she didn't have to substitute the chicken.

I watched the youtube video currently circulating and going viral pertaining to the store located on Stone Mountain Highway in lilburn, Ga. Usually online orders are PREPAID with a debit or credit card via computer. the manager at the time, Kiarra, said that she didn't care whether or not he had a receipt; he didn't pay her cash so she wasn't giving him his food, which consisted of 3 pieces of chicken and a side.

I visit the only Popeyes closest to me as it’s an 45 min drive both ways so I drive almost 2 hours FOR THE WORST SERVICE EVERYTIME! The Popeyes in Fall River NEVER HAS CHICKEN! Or wings! And at dinner time to say the least!

I am very disappointed with the service yesterday I had to wait 40 minutes for 6 wings in the Parking Lot. After they said it will be only 15 minutes I went on the inside and my food was still not prepared.

We go inside to order chicken at Popeyes in Citrus Heights, CA, because that is the only way to ensure we get what we order. They usually make us wait about 15 minutes for our (mild) order of 5 thighs.

The Seaford, Delaware location is horrible!! The past several times I've been there they've been out of food, had excessively long wait times of 15 minutes or longer, food has been burnt, and with a DoorDash order I had multiple items missing but was still charged for them.

Entire staff was extremely rude for my entire experience. I placed a mobil order, i go inside and i’m greeted with a rude “here or to go”. My family and I have been enjoying Popeye's Chicken since 1973. / Arabi. We went often to buy Popeyes Chicken there. As I moved around the United States, we often found a Popeyes. In the past I've had very minor concerns about Popeyes service and food but never to the point where I had to complain to a corporate office.

On Wednesday April 12th 2023 I went to store 10359 in Cypress, Texas. I was greeted with a welcome to Popeyes. I ordered the 10 piece classic bundle. Attached is my receipt. The cashier whose name was Monica told me that it would be 12 more minutes before the chicken came up and what I like to wait. I said yes.

Customer service was horrible host at the window had extremely long nails. I ordered ghost wings (burned red beans and rice ( got mash potatoes) and I am allergic to potatoes. I would have returned it but I live 25 minutes away from the store.

Stopped at the service plaza on I 80 in Howe, IN, on a long haul. Really hungry and pleased to see a Popeye’s. Numerous people had ordered and were waiting for food. I stepped up to order a chicken sandwich and was told they were out of buns.

The Popeyes located at 1420 Barker Cypress Houston TX refused to sell me the $5 atomic chicken only. Upon ordering he asked if I wanted any sides. I ask what comes with it? He said chicken only. I said ok want chicken only. He waited a few seconds and said I had to order a meal. I couldn't get just chicken wings. The sign out front doesn't mention this requirement nor in your TV ads. This is false advertising and deceptive trade.
