My girlfriend was hungry for Popeyes chicken in Corpus Christi(Weber/Gollihar) so we went to drive thru to order and whoever was taking our order was very rude not to mention didn't give us a chance to talk also was rude to my girlfriend when she asked what drink to she would want for her meal saying rudely that you only carry Pepsi products.
She wanted a 2 PC combo and the employee very rudely said we didn't ask for combo. We've been a customers for so long at this location and never been treated like this!
I have been sitting waiting on my food for thirty minutes this place is a disgrace. The food be cold once it’s to you. I am literally tired of sitting waiting on cold food this doesn’t make sense. Just close it down it’s not fast food for sure.

1. Incident happened on 05/05/23 @ 2:06 PM @ 6322 FM 1463 Rd., Katy, TX 77494. The Problem is (1) A half filled LARGE coleslaw , (2) TWO pieces of napkins was given for an 8 pieces of Family Meal. 2. Y. branch, for many years. Ever since the pandemic was over, the service and food have been a disgrace. I don't know if it change hands, but if it did the new owner, doesn't have any control over what happens there.
These are just some of the complaints, I have over the last few weeks. Cold mashed potatoes, cold beans and rice, cold chicken, out of spicy chicken at 12 noon, on a Saturday. I placed 2 orders yesterday. 1 combo, 1 breast and a cold slaw.
I was given 1 box, I asked where the order was, and was told it was all in the 1 box, I said it was 2 orders, she tossed another empty box on the tray. I also asked for a honey, she gave me 5, I asked for a packet of pepper, and she dropped a handful on the tray, 12 to be exact.
Very unprofessional, to say the least.
Always a 30mins- hr wait. It’s ridiculous. Need better services. When you get up to the speaker that’s still like a 15min wait you can’t order right away. Workers sometimes play in the speakers moaning or saying they’re close at 7pm.

I was at Popeyes 468 Killian Rd, Columbia SC on Thursday May 11. I waited inside 35 minutes for my order of 3 chicken wings. No one had the time to even look at me, let alone acknowledge my presence.

Saturday afternoon seeking a Popeye's meal at the Pleasant Hill road Duluth location in Gwinnett Georgia, The special Ghost Pepper wings are sold out. It just never seems to be any available during its short limited time offer. Try to get the three-wing combo spicy instead and they didn't have that available either.

My complaint is everytime my husband and I visit this location they are always out of things. We went last week and they were out of dark meat, I went yesterday and they were out of fries, my husband went a couple of weeks ago they only had spicy.

I went through a drive through at popeye's in Missouri of salt lick road Saint Peter's Missouri. Order (3) chicken sandwiches crisp all 3 was raw took them back and the Manger dint even care didn't offer new sandwiches or my money back poor store needs to close
The Popeyes at 6120 N Silver Spring Dr, in Milwaukee WI is the worst I've been to. I deliver for Grub Hub and for over a year and a half I've experienced the worst service. Employees walk around avoiding the people in line. Also rude!!!!

Hi! I on Saturday 5/06/2023 I visited store #10354 on Candler Rd. I pulled in your drive thru line at 10:15pm for over 30 minutes before I got to the monitor. I waited at the monitor for about 5 minutes then a guy come on it and says for me to pull up.

I went to Popeye's in Clearwater, FL, May 4, 2023, Store #12619. This was my first (and last) visit. Not familiar with the menu, the associate who waited on me assisted me. I wanted the small nugget combo (two of them). The gal suggested a 16 pc. and took the order and the sides information. They had none available, so I waited while the order was processed. I received the order, and did not notice that my bill was $44.18!
Upon arriving home, I unpacked my order, and to my dismay, noted that there were the correct sides, but instead of nuggets, there were 16 pcs. of regular bone-in chicken! I attempted several times to call the store, but in all cases no one answered. I am beyond furious!
