Went in there 2 different times and the first time I let it slide there getting orders wronge..

second time I received chicken that look like it’s been in oven for weeks it was mad thin n burnt .. usually my chicken is crispy….. I asked for strawberry biscuits twice and had to leave wit original.. I asked for my recipe that I never received I couldn’t even get that….

I visited the Popeyes which is fairly new on 10th & Market on May 2, 2023. I asked the cashier for 2 orders of the Ghost pepper wings and she told me it would be 9 minutes, I said ok that’s fine.

She asked the cook was he coming the chicken and he shook his head NO. She then comes back to the register and says we don’t have the ghost pepper wings would I like to order anything else, I told her NO and left the store.

Good afternoon I visited the Popeyes at 10th Market, Philadelphia PA today around 11:45 this afternoon. I asked the cashier for 2 orders of the Ghost Pepper wings, she told me it would be 9 minutes I said ok that will be fine.

She proceeded to ask the cook was he cooking the ghost wings and his reply was NO. She then told me that they didn’t have any Ghost pepper wings and would I like to order something else. I told her NO and left out the store very agitated because you just said that it would be 9 minutes.

I ordered 2 piece meal. I was given 2 extremely small wings and fries. 00 would get at least 1 decent piece of chicken with actual meat on it. Highly disappointed. Won't let me upload receipt

I usually stop at Popeyes in Seaford Delaware at least 3 times a week after I pick up my granddaughter from school as she loves to eat there. Every time we go there we always have to wait at least 10 minutes to get our food as they never have any cooked.

The straw that broke me from going there happened on Wednesday 4/26/23 when we went to the drive through placed our order, paid , and waited 20 min before anyone even talked to us. I questioned as to what was going on and why we were waiting I was told that they were busy inside and out.

I sat there and watched them wait on customers inside the whole time and so I asked for a refund as I was not wanting anymore for service. There were 4 others behind me waiting as well. I was given my money back with no apology and went to Chick Fil A…

We like Popeyes chicken at lot. I have ordered from them for family gatherings. But I am going have to go elsewhere. They are always out of chicken. They don’t even have their chicken sandwiches for lunch. Don’t me even get started on there customer service one time we ordered the sandwiches in the drive thru and we’re told again they didn’t have any.

We told them we would have to go somewhere else no apologies just the employees laughing at us telling them we were going somewhere else. How uncaring. Can’t you do something about this. Send in some of your better people to run the place and hire people who care.

I don’t go to Popeyes very often, but it seems that 50% of the times that I do, my wait through drive up is around 30 minutes. 8 min. , Then I am home with completely the wrong order. I saw 2 customers drive away.

Your restaurant in Perry GA charges higher prices at the window than the price posted on the board. I have brought this to the attention of the staff several times. The reply is always that the corporate office is aware of the prob lem.

Come on, your product is good but your unlisted prices are far too high.

Biscuits taste like old fashioned lard. Chicken breading has no flavor. Red beans and rice waterer and no flavor. Suggest Canes instead always have great flavor

I got a family meal today to go and I brought it home and all the chicken was so dry and seemed as if it was very old and had been made a long time ago. it was so dry it was not edible.

I ordered the family feast and I had to pull forward and wait over 30 minutes and then they didn't put my large red beans and rice in there and of course they wouldn't give it to me when I came back because I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one the meal is already super expensive and then to not get your food at that and then be told that they can't help you because they didn't give you a receipt it'd be one thing if I lost the receipt but

they didn't give me one because the machine was down

I have no complaints. I just wanted to say I over heard a group employees say they were going to complain and complain because they didn’t like an old employee. This is wrong and I just wanted it to be noticed.

Experienced very poor service at location on Slauson & Crenshaw. I was ignored At drive through window and when I went inside to speak with management Enrique never came out to acknowledge me after multiple requests by cashier. Mind you, manger was in the front when I entered the store.

All customers should be treated with respect and dignity no matter the race.

I stopped by Popeye's chicken on Saturday April 29,2023 at 4422 Sunset Rd Charlotte, Nc, NC, 28216 The person my order was extremely courteous and helpful with helping me make my selections. That is the last of a good experience on my visit. I ordered two meals.

The manager taking orders was beyond very rude. 99. The nuggets were left out and I did not receive a receipt. I went back into the store to ask for both receipt and confirm nuggets weren't in the box and the manager would not listen to what I was asking.

She kept talking over me saying she didn't charge for nuggets that were already included in meal offer. She was loud rude and when i asked again for my receipt she snatched receipt from machine then threw receipt at me.

Me and my mother pulled up to order along with another customer. We sat there for 7 minutes to be waited on, so we drive around to the drive thru window and asked a guy that was walking by were they open.

He responded and said yes the other drive thru girl is In the bathroom as to why there wasn’t anyone on the speaker box. So we ordered a five piece meal with a coupon and the order was wrong. They only gave us three pieces of chicken and a small amount of fries and the wrong side.

My son went to your store, emoployee was rude, not only to him but everyone in the store. Then we got our food it was cold and didnt taste good. Shrimp tasted as if it had set all day. My son and husband went back to the store and was told that there was nothing they could do.

Your Oakley, CA Popeyes consistently makes mistakes. The later evening crew usually has their friends in the dining area and gives them free food and drink while they hang out. I have been letting it slide but I'm finally tired of the errors So once again here we go.

For the first time in my whole life, there is a fast food chain that requires you to to pay down to the last cent because they have no change. It’s either you have the exact amount or you pay via gcash or just find another resto. This happened at around 8pm at Eton Centris in Manila. And with the demand for GCash they don’t even have a WiFi to connect to. So you use your own mobile data. What kind of poor, inconvenient service is that? POPEYES.

The chicken was black inside couldn’t eat

I ordered a thigh, mashed potatoes with extra gravy and a cup of water. The girl rudely said we don’t have cups for water and asked me if I wanted bottled water. I told her no and she charged me for a soda. I told her I didn’t want a soda and she said she could not refund me for the soda because there is no manager available. So I took the cup and filled it with water from the fountain.

Went to Popeyes, 7155 Ogden Ave, Berwyn IL, 60402. I called this location many times and had no answer. When I went there they said that they had no tenders, so I went to another location also in berwyn and they didn’t any tenders.

My daughter and I just went to the Popeyes Chicken, located at 50 N. Western Ave. in Chicago, #2859 drive thru. The service was terrible. The first employee was fairly polite, but a second employee interrupted her and was not pleasant.

My daughter ordered a two piece dark mild with Mac and cheese which they were out of and a three piece dark mild with mash potatoes with gravy. The second person first said they didn’t have any dark meat then said oh yeah but only legs.

I love the taste of Popsye's chicken and buy it multiple times per week. The store on New Circle Road in Lexington, KY, the only one in Lexington is busy but that did not affect the customer service the first few years open.

However, as of late, the customer service is horrible. We went to the new one in Concord NH and boy was it disappointing the staff had no idea what anyone was doing, our order with missing the strawberry dessert, the beans and rice, and the darn Mashed potatoes and gravy. I can understand one item being missing but three is a little ridiculous and because it's a new restaurant in town it was way too busy to even go back.

I went to Popeye on Kimberly Ave in New Haven. I really just wanted some wings and cole slaw. 00 plus. The chicken was old, hard and so dry you couldn't eat them. They were about the size of a small sparrow wing if that big.
