It never fails, every time we purchase from the Casa Grande store our order is messed up. Today, they didn't have coleslaw because the manager said he forgot to order cabbage. They ran out of spicy wings. The manager had the employee put a classic in its place without asking m e.
When I refused the classic they put down fresh wings that i had to wait for. Unethical practices. This is exactly why I stopped going through the drive-thru. They put whatever they want in your order and you don't discover it until you drive allbthe wa1y home.
It's to bad we waited a long time to get Popeyes in our city, only to receive the worse customer service of any of the Popeyes we have purchased from.
