Went to the Zephyrhills Florida, on gall Blvd, store is absolutely dirty, can’t hardly see through the glass doors, put my order in waited about 7/9 minutes to receive my order, I got the sandwich bread was old, fries were old and dried up wrinkle, customer service is horrible, no one even answer the drive thru window I had to go inside, I should of known when I saw the dirty glass doors not to go in .

This is the slowest place I have every been the workers r playing all the time looks like they better people to work here this the last time I eat here thanks for listen nothing going to change

I am at the Popeyes in Las Cruces NM. My husband stood at the counter to ask for sweet tea for 5 minutes and was ignored as staff including the manager walked passed. The food was cold when received. They were out of the sweet heat sauce which is the most popular requested sauce.

I am asking for reimbursement for my meal as I would have enjoyed it better with my favorite sweet heat sauce. Headquarters needs to come down here to correct the wrong at this location. 21, order #25 on Sunday April 16, 2023. Thank you.

Today was the third time this month I walked into the Jennings Popeyes and no one wants to wait on me. It would have taken maybe a minute to take my order and no one else was even in the restaurant.

It looked like, what I thought may be the manager there, also was ignoring me. Waited ten minutes, then I walked out and went to KFC. My husband and I prefer Popeyes chicken but the service has been terrible.

There are two Popeye's near where I live. l This afternoon I went to the in Loves Park, Il. It was a bit before the dinner hour. I wanted to go there because I participate in the Weight Watcher program and they suggest getting the blackened chicken tenders and a mashed potato for 5 ww points.

When I pulled up to the screen it was all smashed and most of it was missing so I could not even see the offerings. I sat there a few minutes until I noticed an arm sticking out of the service window motioning me forward.

The food was very good but service is terrible in the Pearland texas popeyeson Broadway or also called 518 highway . The last two times I was there the person taking order act like they cannot hear and do not listen when you give them your order, you tell them what then they asked the same question repeatedly.

Example I said over and over I want 3 wings spicy , combo with fries and they or he said you spicy or mild I say spicy then he says what is your side order I say fries he says for here or to go I say for here and he puts in a box and box in a sack does not listen at all just concentrates on asking a question instead of listening!

I live in Crestview Fl. I went to the store around 5pm today. I pull up to the window to retrieve my order and the manager refused to let his employee serve us because of a personal issue he had with my daughter.

He then took my debit card out of her hand and canceled my order then slammed the window on my saying get out of his line. I did not get my food. He does not deserve the label manager. He has stalked my daughter and had the police called on him before.

The police already knew about this man. He is a major threat to society!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there. I hope I'm not causing too much trouble, as I am quite a fan of Popeyes.

However, today as I was getting off work (4/14 prob a little bit after 5), I had placed a mobile order and was charged twice for the food. Then, when we figured out that I was charged twice, the employee (not sure the name) had given me an attitude instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake.

I'm extremely upset because I do not like being talked to with no respect. I'm referring to the Popeyes location in West Monroe on Thomas Rd. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I would like that Popeyes' customer service skills to improve.

The popeyes on Reading Rd is hands down the worst restaurant that I've ever been to. The staff there are the rudest people and have 0 customer service skills. The African American lady with long braids and gray shirt is the worst one.

I get into it with her constantly. And she doesn't hesitate to cuss at you, even though she's supposed to be one of the managers. My order is 95% of the time not what I ordered. I have to check my food before leaving every single time to make sure that it's correct, which it's usually not.

Then they get an attitude with you when you ask them to fix it, like it's your fault. They also take the food back that you didn't order which I'm pretty sure they are not allowed to do. I order the exact same thing every time that I go there.

The person in the drive thru window opened the window and held my drink for one... I had to literally open my car door and reach into the window to get my drink. Like it was too much effort for her to hand me the drink she snatched my debit card from me and had a very nasty disposition.

I was in the drive thru line for 43 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. When I asked to speak to the Manager she stated they dont have one and chuckled. My macaroni and cheese was so runny when I opened the lid cheese sauce poured out like water.

4-14-23 at 11:00 AM ordered inside. The lobby soda dispenser was out of order. I ordered Diet Coke that was to be filled in the back. Was informed they were out of Diet Coke. I got my food promptly and it was very good.

The seating area was very very dirty. For only being open for one hour it must not of been cleaned from previous day. Went into restroom after my meal to wash up. The men’s room was disgusting. Hadn’t been cleaned for days. No paper towels.

I often order online and select the pickup at window option. I recently moved and the location in my area is 11307 Telegraph Rd Redford,MI Today I ordered and selected pickup at window. I stopped at speaker and told them I was picking up online order.

” Told her picking up online order. She not so nicely tells me no online orders at window. Told her I selected window pickup. She says that’s corporate website, that’s corporate policy, not ours. Says district mgr said that their policy is no online orders can pick up at window.

Either take that option off the website or have them follow policy. I’m just one person, but I will stop purchasing from Popeye’s altogether. I’m not going to a further location because that location won’t follow policy. Zero stars

We went to the Popeyes in CollegeStation, Tx when they first opened this location, Terrible Drive Thru, way too close when parking & going in!! Order at the drive thru & they charge us with wrong order, finally got it right.

The second time we went there was a Blog of Hair on the Floor! Then a guy came out from cooking area Not even wearing a Net, his hair very Big!! We told them about this & they all got together with our food in hand started talking,laughing then turned around and gave it to us but I did pay when ordering, so it was paid for But when we got home we thru it away!!!!!

This is the third time that I have had problems at Popeyes. 00 bucks, 1/2 my meal wasn't in the bag! If I didn't have to report back to work, I would drive right back and settle the issue. This seems to be a big problem with this place.

Last year we bought a popeye’s sandwich once a week. Recently we have found the chicken in thinner and smaller to match the smaller bun. You charge a considerable amount more for less product. Not in my opinion a good business move.

On 4/12/2023 on garners ferry road in columbia sc at 5:51pm. I ordered a 16pc family meal that I spent over $40 dollars and I didn't get my 8 biscuits. I lived to far to go back and I tried to call with no answer.

Hi, I drove through the drive through one of your stores and ordered an 8 piece meal and a chicken sandwich. When I got home I opened the 8 piece box first and noticed it only had all thighs and 2 breast.

I have frequent the location in Westland MI on a number of occasions. Initially the staff was exceptional. Polite courteous. it has progressively gotten worse. Limited chicken, no sides..... or if they happen to have what you want there's a 20 to 25 min wait.

Today the cashier was holding a conversation about clocking another employee in,,,In this conversation she was not only loud, she cursed as if she was at home in her living room as opposed to her place of employment. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I stopped at Popeyes store #11025, 2699 New Bern Ave, Raleigh, NC 27610 on 11 April 2023, 12:46pm. Went up to counter to order but the menus weren’t working other than family meals. Made our order then I went to the restroom. OMG, how disgusting.

The first stall had piss all over the toilet seat so I went into the handicap stall which had blood in the bowl cause the toilet didn’t flush. No toilet paper at all. I washed my hands and the paper towel dispenser only gave you about three inches of paper so I had do keep repeating to get enough to dry my hands.

Has I was coming out there was a woman and child going in so I told her of the situation and not to go in. I went to the counter and told them there was no toilet paper. They did take some in there but did not clean it up…

Hi. 30am. I ordered a original chicken sandwich with extra pickles to go when I got in my truck opened the bag took a bite and realized no pickles. I took the sandwich back inside and explained. The manager handed it back to the lady who took out off the bag laid it on counter and loaded with pickles and using same utensil she was using for other sandwich’s absolutely drenched in about 1” thick mayonnaise put back in bag and handed to me.

On 4/8/23, I visited Popeyes #10945 (710 American Legion Highway . Roslindale, MA 02191) on or about 8:00 pm. I presented two valid Popeye Rewards receipts (Rewards) to Employee1 (E1) for a friend and me. We were both standing in line and I shared that one was for me and the other was for him but I was responsible for payment. E1 did not understand how to redeem the Rewards and kept trying to charge me for a 4 piece meal. E1 conferred with two other employees and I read the signage to them that was located where I placed my order. E1 finally understood the Rewards but was unsure how to only charge for the drinks. E1 asks for support but nobody was able to help her. Never rude or unprofessional, E1 calls the Manager for assistance.

Hello how are you ? My name is Randia Dawson. And I'm currently an employee for restaurant 755. In the Griffin Georgia area. I been employed with this company since March 7, 2023.

However I was suppose to work on 4/10/23 but I had something important I had to do. I wrote a note 24 hours in advance. Due to my general manager not being in the restaurant at the time.

However I come in to do my shift on 4/11/23 and one of the managers stated that she doesn't know what happened yesterday but the manager Latrice told her to send me home. Which is very unfair they didn't call me to let me know anything ahead of time.

I feel like that's discrimination when I always do my shift at this place of business.

I’m an employee at Popeyes and I actually have a complaint about the new general manager at Popeyes on 325 terril road. He’s been only ruining Popeyes rather than adding actual help or substance to the business in all honesty.

He’s been not only playing with my work days and hours, but has done the same to other employees. He’s created upset employees by and shows he doesn’t care for our feelings only money. He also lies when confronted about it by employees to get the heat off of his back, but makes no changes and barely works himself.

Went into the Popeyes on north 9th street in Salina KS and Fox fixed news was on the TV. I was the only person in the restaurant and I asked the cashier if she would change the channel. She said she would but when she asked the manager for the TV controller the manager said the couldn't change the channel.

I disagreed and a manager heard me am came to the register and rang up the SC. The clerk said "I was kidding". When she rang the total it was more than the usual. I asked why and she shoved two cups across the counter.

I BOUGHT THE 16 PIECE FAMILY CHICKEN MEAL AND THE MAJORITY OF THE CHICKEN HAD RAW FLOUR IN THE SKIN.

I ordered a few $6 box boxes. They were not fresh AT ALL!!!! It looked like the chicken was fried weeks ago and decided to serve it to us today. The shrimp in my tackle box was not fresh at all.

They tasted old as if it had been fried in old grease!! The fries were old. The staff acted as if they did not care that my food was old. Walked in and “young kids” were in there playing around and laughing instead of insuring that all of the customers needs were met…..

I have been to many different Popeyes locations and in everyone but this one has allowed a regular side to be substituted for a drink. It has my knowledge that that is a regulation set up to make the customer happy.

The franchise location in Grapevine Texas has told me that they do not do that at that location. I am appalled to be told this as it allows for the establishment to cheat the customer by charging extra instead of using the substitution to have the cost of the meal.

I know I was charged for all the individual parts separately and was charged almost $15 for the meal I received. If this isn't corrected I will send a a full complaint to the BBB that corresponds with the property management that has this franchise.

The Popeyes on Sardis Rd in Charlotte, NC has THE worse customer service that I have ever experienced. It has not been a time I’ve gone there and had a great experience. The management there should be fired b/c the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional.
