Today at lunch i went to the Tunnel Blvd store ... at the order station I was greeted well professional and nice. I gave my order of surf and turf with beans/rice as a side, and a coke... along with 2 strawberry biscuits.

I drive up to the window and a seeemingly very irritated young lady was there to take my debit card for payment. I check the box she handed me and noticed that it was not my order, so I told her that it wasn't my order.

" I said this is not my order. I ordered a surf and turf with beans and rice a coke and 2 strawberry bicuits.. " I'm like yes? questioning in my where else would i order.. She then gets someone else to help her who says she too didn't take my order..

I was asked again what my order was. again i told her. So the persn that helped her had done something…

This Popeyes is the most sexiest ghetto is placed I've ever made I called today to do my customer complaint from Friday night the manager that is the phone I guess she was a manager she's told nobody here so I will be reaching corporate office Monday morning

It is ridiculous how the Popeyes in Perry Ga never have any food! Tonight they’re out of tenders, nugget, and sandwiches. The other day they were out of sides and before that they were out of chicken!!! If they don’t want to cook food after a certain time then they should just close!

I ordered a simple classic #1 but just the sandwich. I asked for no pickles and for it to be the classic sandwich. When I got my sandwich it was not only spicy but had pickles on it. I will never go to this Popeyes again.

How stupid can someone be to mess something up as simple as that. I've had way better customer service at other locations. I went to the location on Mason Montgomery rd in Mason ohio and can guarantee I will not be returning.

Thank the Lord I had enough ranch to drown it to remove the spice. I have severe heartburn and cannot have anything spicy and I made that perfectly clear to the young black woman but clearly her listening skills are not that great.

She was also touching her hair with bare hands and I find that highly unsanitary.

Bought chicken at Popeyes in Bryant, AR Wednesday night, got home and this chicken should have never been sold. It is Rotten, Funky smelling and nasty looking. This is shameful that anyone would sell this for someone to eat. I have frequent this restaurant since it opened in this location and it is continually going down hill. If I could give zero stars I would. Went into the Westland Michigan Popeyes for the first time today. Walked in an the 1st thing you see is very dirty plexiglass in front of the registers. Then 2 employees are up front(1 standing, 1 sitting), both on their phones.

Neither one even acknowledged my presence. Once I decided what I wanted, I walked up to the register and said hello. The girl behind the registers looked at me and sneered at me for saying hello. So I attempted to place my order and as soon as I said that I wanted a fish sandwich, she very rudely said the ain't got that.

I got out of my vehicle to go in since it was raining to place my order. My wife wanted red beans and rice and a biscuit and I wanted to choose the pieces of chicken that I preferred which were legs thighs and chicken wings.

The Popeyes on hwy 55 in Durham nc was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did I not receive my accurate order my frozen lemonade was watered down, the drive thru cashier had THE WORST attitude and so did the lightskin manager with green eyes.

She wasn’t better, there was no apology. Did not make the boxes to tell me the differences between my spicy orders and classic and said “I’d have to figure it out” this is a new Popeyes and to have had that experience I will never return again

The food was ordered thru door dash. The food as totally cold. Door Dash called and apologized and told me the restaurant "made a mistake" by sending out too many deliveries. I watched the driver on my gps map (computer) and they went all different directions and I don't know how many deliveries they scheduled for that driver (I think 4 or 5) but the food was ice cold.

Also the person who prepared the food dumped so much SALT on it that it was crazy and we threw most of the food out because it was HORRIBLE. And my family are big fans of POPEYE and love your food. First time we got food from that Popeyes.

And they did not include ANY of the sauce dips, they forgot…

and had to leave due to the workers did not want to place my order So close to closing time. I was trying to place an order for the delivery service I work for. Two other cars behind me left as well.

WILKES-BARRE, PA store is TERRIBLE. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them take my order. Another 15 to get ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH. The store isn’t even busy. I’ll never be back.

The Popeyes in Tupelo, MS has to be the WORST drive thru I have ever experienced in my life. And this is not the first time, I’ve been a couple just to give them another chance but after last night I will NEVER go back.

I have ordered at the local Popeyes ( Arcadia FL) 4 times now. Every time my order was wrong. 1- They forgot my daughters fries. 2- They did not add my sons biscuit. 3- My order was completely wrong 4- the shrimp was so hard you could not eat it.

When I tell them and ask for it to be corrected, I am given an attitude by employees. I have 4 children. Each time that I go I spend over $40 ! I deserve for my order to be correct.

Went to 3 Popeyes to constantly get told they don’t have all sides , never have Cajun sparkle, they run out of tenders and hot sauce before lunch time . The employees attitudes are terrible but I don’t fully blame them , most of the establishments state that shipment is low or haven’t came . Everytime I go to the Popeyes In Lawrence KS they are out of sides. Today it was mashed potatoes so they say they have rice and Mac and cheese. I say ok Mac and cheese. I go to Pay and it’s a dollar upcharge.

I’m like it’s not my fault your out of potatoes and my coupon says choice of any side. I am so dissatisfied with their customer service. Always rude and out of food.

I was sitting in line for over 30 minutes in front of the ordering speaker with no one saying anything. I called the store and had to call back a second time due to no one answering the phone. I totally understand the difficulty on getting good employees but ignoring your customers is not the answer.

After finally getting to place my order and the manager apologizing for the wait even offering side orders for free was good until I get all the way home and find part of my order was missing but I did get the free items. My family and I ordered from your store a few days ago and we were not satisfied with the food. We have oredered several times before but this was the first time we were not happy. We ordered a few chicken sandwiches a three piece white meat chicken and a few three piece chicken tenders and the chicken was burnt and the fries were soggy which had never happened as we only live a few minutes from your restaurant.

Our bill came to 50 something dollars and my children didn’t even eat their food. We did not go back as it was late it was after 8 as we were out due to a family emergency. Hopefully you can address this thank you

I went to Alpharetta’s Popeyes drive thru. Their speaker did not work so we drove around. We had to order the drinks three times. And say our order at least three times, and the Lady did not get it right. The manager.

Re-took our order and and filled it. It took about 15 to 20 minutes before we got our order. They were out of a lot of things. The customer service at this Alpharetta shop is is at an F. This is not the first time, either.
