I just left the Popeyes location in Prescott Valley, AZ. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life! I waited for 30 min for an online order. I was never greeted or acknowledged in any manner. When I asked when the order would be ready I was ignored.

The very young woman at the front counter walked around me twice to take food to patrons who were also waiting on their food. I asked the young woman who was so rude, what her name was, she would not answer me.

When I asked who the manager was, the older woman in the drive thru, peeked around the corner and pointed to this young woman. I will NEVER go into a Popeyes again.

Wait time, Price and Quality all extremely poor! Spent close to $30 and the chicken is dry and meatless! Never again! Someone needs to visit regularly in NSB Fl to get their quality back on track

This Popeyes doesn’t realize COVID is over. No outside seating. No indoor seating (doors locked with no sign, note or anything. Drive through so slow finally left and ate at IHOP next door. close.

Filled out code for free two piece chicken plus biscuit and you buy large drink, went to redeem and told us they were out of large cups so we had to get a small drink but pay for a large… exactly what kind of business management is that?

I visited your location on HWY 58 in Chattanooga TN on 4/1/2023. After placing my order it took 16 minutes for me to get my food. When I got to my destination and had a chance to look at the food I could tell it had been left under the heat lamp way to long.

Now this isn't my first negative experience at this location but it is the first time my food was unpalletable. It seems that the individuals you have employed there lack customer service skills as well as an understanding of time and temp in regards to the product.

I'm pretty sure this will be my last patronizing this location..

I visited Popeyes twice today at 60 N Stephanie St, Henderson NV 89074.. The first time was at 6:30pm and the 2nd time was around 7:30pm on the date of April1st, 2023. The employee named Ray, he might be a manager made the wirk environment very hostile.

I was disgusted how he treated his fellow employees. Screaming at them and yelling at them saying make the drink now!!! Or go over there now and do blah blah blah. Went to the Popeyes on Howard Street in Akron Ohio at 8:00 in the evening the store was empty and they told me they have no chicken and no side dishes and it would be a 25 minute wait and I think that is ridiculous for a chicken place to have no chicken ready at all or any side dishes they had to turn away besides myself about 10 cars I think that is just ridiculous.

I was at the Popeyes in East Patchogue on main street. The worst customer service I have ever had in my life they don’t even pay attention to you. It took a half an hour to give me two peoples meals and ask them when it was gonna be done they weren’t even paying attention that Popeyes is ridiculous and that’s not the first time I’ve been there and had a problem there.

Salem NH location, 5:30pm 4/1/2023. Pulled into the drive thru and there were 2 cars there. After waiting over 15 minutes for those 2 cars to place their orders, I was told I would have to wait for CHICKEN. It’s a chicken restaurant.

I worked fast food for years and there are supposed to be drive thru service times managers should meet. Both the wait time, and the incompetence of the staff to allow chicken to run out, is ridiculous.

We continue to try and get food from our local Popeyes at 1244 17th St. Santa Ana, CA 92701. I have submitted complaints more than once (not a habit of mine but really trying to fix this) with zero result.

There are three items that I believe need fixing: 1. The manager on duty every time I'm there. Don't know his name but shorter Hispanic man with glasses. His entire staff reflects his own demeanor: never smiles, encourages, or really interacts except to put orders together.

His staff never speaks to each other, no one smiles or appears to even want to be there. 2. Orders are frequently wrong, and ALWAYS late. Every time I order from the Popeyes on 8350 W Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043 on a delivery service they send me mild instead of spicy. not once have I received spicy, always mild which is not what I order.

When I go through the drive thru and spend over $30 for a meal I expect all the food to be their when I get home. They forgot to put the biscuits in my order. I'm not going to call and bitch them out but for the price you charge they should be more accountable.

At 4:40pm on Thursday 3/30/2023 I was ordering a shrimp tackle box at the Popeye's in Tucson, Az near Park and I-10. I placed the order and the cashier was friendly and helpful. She even called back to the fry cook that she needed shrimp to be fried.

I was not given a receipt because it jammed in the printer. Preventing me from taking the register recipt survey. At some point I told an asst manager that I had waited over 15 minutes for shrimp to be dropped in the fryer.

The asst manager had to escort the fryer guy to the freezer and show him where the shrimp are. I waited a total of 20 minutes before I was handed my order (this caused me to be late to work).

Went thru drivethru location rote 46 west Lodi nj. around 8:15 pm Chicken tenders were just crumbs. The coleslaw was sour and biscuits were stale. I paid over 16. Didn’t find this out till I got home. Extremely frustrating I Immediately called store and nobody would answer after numerous times.

I went to Popeyes on 3/30/2023 around 5:15 in the afternoon. It was the Popeyes on Manheim Road in Melrose Park, IL. Not only was the service bad but the cashier did not want to honor the number on my cell phone staring her in the face. That popeyes should be closed for the way customer are treated. I will never go there again. The store was also filthy and needed cleaning.

I like the food. But the waiting time is ridiculous. The staff moves so slow. This location needs a new leader where can move and organize people faster. Every time I come, there is the same trend. Slow service and lots of people in the back chilling.

I came with a coupon, but the offer is not worth it if I have to wait 30 minutes every time.

This complaint is specific to the Popeyes on 7050 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA. This restaurant closes at 11pm EST. 3 times in the past 2 weeks I have gone there between the hours of 9pm and 10pm EST to order the 20pc chicken tenders family meal - which is clearly on the menu.

2 times I was told that they could only offer me the 3 or 4 pc meal at that time, with no other explanation. The other time I was told that they were changing the grease. There is clearly something else going on at this store that I'm not privilege to.

I can't think of any valid reason why I am not able to order something that's clearly on your menu.

I went to order an advertised special on the order board. The Surf and Turf. 29. 99. So I did a U-turn and asked could I change my order for the whole meal. , Stkn. , said "no" I couldn't get a refund.

Yet the drive thru never even offered the special. And I wanted to add to my order not refund it. If I was in the store they could do it. But because they handed me the food at drive thru they couldn't. It's ridiculous!

On Saturday, 3/25 I made a purchase at 156 W Main Street, Willimantic, CT. We had to visit the store 3 times in that same night. The 1st time we were told that we would have to wait at least 15 minutes since no regular chicken was available; they only had spicy. This info was not provided until the we had paid in the drive through; therefore, the person there had to have money refunded and I had to go myself to pick up our meal since he was only doing us a favor. I ordered a 8 piece family pack today and I received two breast, 5 tiny legs, 3 small red beans and rice and 4 biscuits. The chicken taste burnt like it was fried in old burnt grease. The rice in the red beans and rice was hard and it was salty and taste burnt as well and the biscuits were not done and hard.

The Popeyes on University Blvd in Hammond, La has the WORST customer service. We stood at the counter for almost 5 min watching the cashier and manager walk back and forth, change the drawer, run receipts, all without acknowledging us standing there.

Popeyes located in new caney texas. I thoroughly enjoy the food. I am disappointed in the fact that no food preparers or anyone else wears gloves. This is a health problem for the public and i will have to reconsider going there in the future.

My family and I went to your location at 2330 Ronald Reagan Pkwy, Snellville, GA 30078 on yesterday March 25,2023. How can this be a chicken restaurant without most of the chicken that you sell? They were out of chicken nuggets, tenders & breasts.

They had only 1 boneless breast ready & said that there would be a wait for another one. After waiting for more than 10 minutes to place an order there was no water that we were waiting for one to be cooked.

We ordered 3 orders of frie & one of those came with a combo that we ordered & had to substitute pieces with but they were all put in 1 box & I seriously don't think that there were 3 orders in that box. We ordered & paid for 3 so we should have been given 3 separate orders.

Always have issues at this location. This evening I walked in instead of using drive thru . Door was propped open with a mop bucket of nasty water . No one behind the counter ( 6:30pm) old chicken with flies lading in it .

After standing there thinking to myself I should just leave , a worker comes from the back looking stoned or just woke up from a nap with serious attitude!! Needless to say I turned around and left . Whoever owns this Popeyes in Raceland should have the board of health called on them .

In fact I’m doing just that . This place needs to be shut down .
