Went thru drive thru at 1:15 March 24th in Bloomington, Il on Empire St. The gal told me 12 min for order I said OK. I get to window and I had ordered a biscuit also ask if I could go ahead get that.

She was so u friendly! I pull up wait for food, finally I backed up to window and she looks out at me I said it’s been 25 min! Where is my food? She said here and slammed the door.

Ppl were leaving as they waited along time for them to take order! When I got chicken it wasn’t even HOT so it had been sitting g a few. NOT a happy camper at all!

It is a Friday during lent. I ordered shrimp for me and a fish sandwich for my wife online. When I got to the store (even though it was accepted online), I was told that they were out of fish.

I never received a call to notify me. I then asked that the amount for the fish be refunded but they would not do so. I was told to substitute but my wife doesn’t like shrimp. They gave me another order of shrimp.

It was that or nothing. This is not a good policy. We HAD been good customers until now.

It is ridiculous that they do not allow orders to be picked up in the lobby. There is no point of ordering in advance if we have to waist time sitting in the drive thru line. Covid is on the down turn so it’s no reason to not have the lobby open.

Every other restaurant has the lobby open. In the african american neighborhoods the lobby’s are ALWAYS closed. Simply ridiculous .

Shawnee who I spoke with at 10:30am on 3/24 was one of the rudest customer service representatives I have spoken with in awhile. Did not resolve my complaint did not respond professionally when I asked to speak with a manager she said she couldn’t and they won’t do anything.

On top of calling about my food issue complaint I now have to contend with a customer service complaint as well. Moral of the story is I will no longer place orders at Popeyes and advise others to do the same.

Please do something about your Lynn Massachusetts Popeyes store. Once it hit 9pm they never serve chicken sandwiches and thos store closes at 10pm. Tonight there were 7 cars in front of me and me being the 8th car all ended up at Burger King, the 4 cars behind me, not sure what happened to 3 of them but 1 ended up at Burger King as well !!

This is probably my 8th time complaining about this!!

On March 23, 2023 at about 4:09 pm. I ordered a large red beans and paid the cashier. There was an employee black female with blonde tips in her hair standing to the side talking on the phone. As myself and several other customers waited for their food she continued to talk on the phones.

about 10 minutes later she then came and to distribute the food. The food had been ready for distribution. And when I received my food the cup was only half full. Is this a way to treat customers. It was if they don't care.

I didn't open the bag until I arrived at home, otherwise I would have ask for a full cup.

I purchase a 12 piece family box. I got 1 breast, 4 thighs ,1drum stick and 6 wings. I do not believe that is what I should of gotten. It should be 3 of each. I don’t know what can be done but this makes no since. Please let me know. I appreciate it.

I went to the Popeyes at 4209 West Greenfield Milwaukee Wisconsin and had the worst experience. We waited 45 minutes at drive thru . This is unacceptable! This was my first visit to Popeyes and will be my last. I can’t waste my time waiting I have other things to do.

Yes my daughter was a cashier at the Popeyes in macclenny Florida she recently quit because your general manager is very rude n do not know how to talk to minors my daughter stated she is very lazy and all she does is lay on the packing station eat n b on her phone Porsha the prep her girlfriend she only come in when she works because other managers will make her work so

I am a doordasher and I went to pick up my order the doors were closed it was quarter to 11:00 they open at 10:30 in Griffith Indiana when I came to the drive-thru the girl told us she says why don't you come in I said well the doors closed and she said I have a so what kind of order do you have I said doordash and she's oh we don't have no chicken patties every time we go to Popeyes you guys never have the order we have to wait almost an hour for an order and

During my stop at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport - Concord B, I stopped by this Popeyes and met the world's rudest host. This is my 2nd time witnessing this terrible service within a year. While taking my order which was quite simple, she made remarks about my order.

I immediately canceled and walked to Wendy's. There I was treated with great customer service. Please train your employees to be respectful to customers especially the older lady who works with the morning crew.

Store #2108 needs to be health checked. The drinks taste dirty and like the machines are rusted or not clean. The chicken was poorly prepared, drenched in oils, cold, and the quality of the chicken is questionable. The chicken has brown spots which aren’t due to being fried, it simply looks and tastes like bad chicken.

I visited the Popeyes on 1661 N Higley, in Gilbert, Az and am appaud by the nerve of these people to try to act as if I wasn’t there 20 minutes prior to my call! I initially informed the employee that I was just there and when I got home my family sized fries w/ the 14 piece chicken tender was not included.

The first reply was we don’t sell a 14 piece tender followed by did I have my receipt. Well, I paid w/ Applepay and it shows transaction took place @ 7:56pm and I just wanted to advise that I was coming back to get the fries that I already paid for.

After continuing to receive pushback and not reaching a resolution for the error, I find myself reaching out. The person I spoke to obviously is not qualified to be the “manager” when she’s incapable of resolving such a small matter.

Paid for a two-piece, all dark, carryout meal. I got home and discovered I had been given two, shriveled, overcooked legs. Who gives two legs in a two-piece meal? And two substandard legs was totally unacceptable. I mean, I have gotten overcooked, substandard chicken before. I did not complain. Stuff happens.

But I have never received two legs as my two pieces. Tell the customer, we only have legs and let the customer decide if they want white meat. And $10 for an all dark two piece is ridiculous, also.

The cashier had a attitude, did not take the time to listen to my order. Kept complaining I Need A Break. When my order came it was completely wrong and that’s because the cashier did not listen to my order.

I’d like to say this is an isolated incident, but it is not. 4 out of 5 times the order is wrong and you don’t discover it until you get home. Thank goodness you can go inside and order so you can check it before you leave.

It is a very poorly run restaurant ( nobody wants to work). The store #12648. The food is overpriced for the attitude you have to put up with. It’s like begging them to be respectful and with an attitude they don’t want to be there.

2120 north Roosevelt Blvd. We purchased a $30 family box and when we got back to our hotel we saw that the chicken was undercooked. We proceeded to take the food back to the address listed above and the building was closed down.

The staff looked at us from the windows but didn’t open the doors. We spent cash money on something we thought would feed our family on vacation and got very rude service with uncooked chicken.

99. I had seen this special online. 99 special for the 16 pc chicken only. 77 tax. 76. 99 online special for 16 pc chicken only was valid and that Popeyes should have honored that price. Popeyes customer service took my information and said they would pass the information to "higher-ups" and that someone would be contacting me.

I have yet to hear from Popeyes. And to make matters worse, the chicken was hard and not tasty at all. And one of the chicken wings was small enough to be a "pigeon" wing, and it was loaded with feathers.

I'm very disappointed in Popeyes and their handling of this matter.

I had a big order at Popeyes in Crestview Florida. #1 the drive through speaker is always broken. #2 the employee work drive through was rude when taking my order. Very rude and rolled her eyes at me when I said I have a big order.

#3 she never once offered any sauces and when I asked for sauces she said I had to give her $20 for that many sauces. I asked for 10. I had a large order, feeding a lot of people. It was an very demeaning and embarrassing experience.

My daughter went to pick up a door dash order Friday, March 17, 2023, at Popeyes in Jefferson City, MO and stood in line. A middle-aged man (employee) put his hand up several times for her to wait or stop when she tried to get someone's attention after being there for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes. Not one employee helped her. The employees helped other people that were there and those that walked in after her. She has suffered from deep depression with past suicidal ideations and severe panic disorder for years.

Stopped for dinner and ordered the 10 piece special currently being offered. Asked no breasts be included and all chicken be spicy. Since this special was for chicken only, I asked that a small Mac & cheese and coleslaw be included.

I visited the location at 6500 N Boulder Hwy in Las Vegas, Nv. It was around 6:30 pm on 3/17/2023. The lobby was locked. I saw employees on the inside and asked to enter. I was told the lobby was closed, and that i had to go thru the drive thru.

I was on foot BB ecause i live right across the street. Well several minutes later i came back to get something from the subway next door. Thats when i saw several people in the lobby. I opened the door and was told the lobby was closed although one of the tables was eating.

I lookes around at the other people and before i could speak i was told that they were friends and family. And was not permitted to place my family order. I get the same thing it qould have been $45.

Popeyes, Horn Lake, MS. Each and every time I attempt to give this place another try, they are consistently awful. Chicken is always just luke warm and rubbery skin. They seem to always be out of one of the pieces.

If they are out of breast they offer a wing to replace it, really. How does one wing replace a breast. Drinks are flat. Service is always terrible. And, lets not forget, I always, always have to hold up the person behind me so I can check my order because it is always missing something or they have given me the wrong thing.

I ordered online before my luncth break began at 12:00. I work down the street from Popeyes in Addison, Il. I did not leave that poor excuse of a restaurant until 12:40!! I got there at 12:10. I pulled up to the drive thru window and gave my order number. The lady told me to go park and they would be out and bring in to my car in just a few minutes. Well by 12:30 I was still sitting in my car waiting! So I went in and was ignored. They took care of the two customers that came in after me, and continued to fill drive thru orders. I finally said "where is my food?" I have been here since 12:10. The, I believe, manager, looks at me and said "give me a minute". Are you kidding me?? I have given you 20 minutes!

I've been supporting Popeyes since 1970; I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. On Saturday afternoon, March 11, 2023 at approximately 2:30 pm, I drove by the windows of Popeyes Store Number 10543 to order chicken using a reward survey. I used the surveys all the time at various stores, at no time until now, the store Manager, Andres, rejected use of my complete rewards survey (purchase of a large drink and 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit). He told me that I must used the survey at the store where I made the purchased.

Can someone this "Popeyes" establishment. They are just falling apart at the seams. The drive up window repeatedly takes 20 minutes. The last time I went into Popeyes #5809 Springfield, IL thinking it would be faster but it wasn't, it's a study in ineffective incompetent efficiency and failure.

How can Popeyes Inc allow a franchise to fall apart and not offer assistance vs allowing a "brand" to be known as a failure franchise to it's customers. Your food is good but everything fails to execute, "on-site or drive up" takes 10-20 minutes per order.

Your location in Flint Michigan on Miller Rd has the worst customer service. The workers including managers curse at the customers, talk very disrespectful. They no longer have menus up inside, they don't sell a lot of foods anymore, and the pop machine is broken.

You have to wait 15-30 minutes for your order. They might as well close for good. I'm never going there again!
