I visited store 13484 and almost wrecked my car choking on a white clip that was in my chicken sandwich.

I'm glad I didnt die from choking on getting in an accident.

I would rate the Popeyes in New Orleans on Canal Street a zero if I could. After standing in a long line, I finally placed my order, then after waiting again, I was told they had run out of chicken.

This was 10:25 pm and they don’t close until 11 pm. They were very rude after I asked why did you take my order; the reply was that you hadn’t paid for it so it didn’t matter. And then they were giving food out to people in line behind me.

What kind of mess was that!!

I am a large fan of the food at Popeye's and was so happy when they added a new Popeye's on Church Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I have been many, many times since they opened in hopes that the service will improve.

I think I have tried in vain. The service is so bad and so slow. I was the second in the drive through one evening and waited 30 minutes for my food. Today, I was third car in line until the second one finally left, waited 15 minutes to order, they didn't have spicy chicken, and when I left after not getting the spicy chicken (before noon), there were three cars still waiting at the window.

No telling how long they had waited! BTW, the order-in was closed. Then, there are all the other times that the service was poor and long and several times incorrect. Very frustrated!…

The Popeyes restaurant in Columbia MS is the most unorganized restaurant I have ever been to. One second they tell you that they don't have this and the next second they tell you they actually do have this but don't have something different.

Then in a second they Coe back to the window and tell you that they are out of both. I was bragging to someone about how much better Popeyes service was the last time I was there. But I guess I spoke too soon.

The type of service you receive is totally dependent on the manager that is on duty. The one on duty tonight had no control over the restaurant. Everyone seemed confused about what they were supposed to be doing. He has been there for several years but service suffers when he is on duty.

56 Visa The food was terrible. It was not fresh. I ask for a refund I was told I could not get one. Customer service was alful . When I tried to explain that the shrimp was not cooked probably not was old they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I ordered the shrimp tackle box in the drive thru from Popeyes on Beltline Rd I. Irving Texas. I didn't check my food til I got home but when I did I had 2 shrimp and a box of fries.

I stopped at the new Popeye's restaurant on Canyon Road in the Graham / Puyallup Washington area. I went through the driver-thru and ordered a 3-piece meal. When I got home and opened my meal I discovered they had only given me two pieces, a breast and a wing, not the three piece that I had orderd.

I was very disappointed because I enjoy Popeye's and have always received what I ordered.

After purchasing shrimp box and catch through the drive-thru find getting on the road real ass there was no container for to eat the coleslaw with no napkins. Return to the drive-thru received not so friendly attitude when I told them I didn't have a utensil to eat the coleslaw with nor any napkins.

I ordered spicy tenders and my tenders was not spicy they was regular and dry like they were sitting out for a long time

I’m from south Louisiana & have had Popeyes chicken my whole life I’m 64 years old. This restuarant in Apache junction. Az . It was worst chicken if have had . I had a shrimp tackle box it was horrible 5 or6 small pieces shrimp in box . coleslaw was half full

36 for online 10 piece special . Requested fresh chicken and waited 15 minutes for the chicken to be given 5 old pieces of chicken at the bottom of the box covered by 5 fresh pieces of chicken on the top.

This is bad business for Popeyes and very poor customer service for the people. Someone is going to get food poisoning or very sick and Popeyes is going to get SUED. Action IS NEEDED! The store location is the Popeyes on Mercury's Blvd in Hampton Va.

After driving 50 miles to the Popeyes in post falls Idaho to pick up a promotion and cash in our points the app refused to allow us to order the chicken sandwich dinner. After 45 minutes of frustration and trying we finally arrived and was told by the manager that she could not honor the offer without the offer being placed by the app.

We tried to explain that the app will not let us order and show us how please. To of course she said she didn’t know how to do this and that she could do nothing. This entire experience was so frustrating that I will never eat at your dishonest tip off restaurant who doesn’t even honor your customer points. What a scam..

I went to store #13490 in Florence, South Carolina and they took my order and my card then didn't give me my card back. I had to ask a separate employee than the one who took my order a few minutes later for my card back and they had to search for my card in order to find it.

Last day was 01-18-2023 have made serversl attempts to get my last paycheck from the store at 5760 south orange blossom trail but heavent gotten nothing but lies from store manager and area supervisor about my money it’s now almost april and I still haven’t received my paycheck I called the store on march 13th and was put on hold for 46 minutes with no response or return call and

Went to Popeyes in Corning (painted post Ny) last night. Waited 30 minutes for our food, when we finally got it the chicken tenders were over cooked, dry and cold, the fries were old and my shrimp was so over cooked it didn’t even look like shrimp anymore. I’m not sure why we waited 30 minutes to receive cold food to begin with and then none of it was even good enough to eat.

I contacted the woman whose name was on the drive through window and when she returned my call she sounded like she was drunk or on something. She told me to text her my address and she would ship me a gift certificate because we live 3hrs away from Corning. The following are the text messages between her and I.

i ordered a 10 piece spicy mixed chicken, when i got home i found 3 wings, 4 legs, 2 1/2 thighs in the box. i called to complain and no one answered the first time, on the 2nd call i was told that they were probably out of breasts when i ordered but no one told me that, she said if i drive another 20 miles to go get the breasts that she could only give me two breasts for my trouble then hung up on me.

This is not the way i expect to be treated by Popeyes employees. The franchise was out of honey on my last trip and out of salt and pepper this trip. Someone needs to get this guys on the ball because i am about done fooling with these types of attitudes.

How are you supposed to be a chicken restaurant and dont have chicken to serve. Tried to order nuggets…. I know I eat Popeyes way to much. I eat at Popeyes all over the SE. Then I come home to Bremen Ga... and dread eating at the local Popeyes. I was so happy when we 1st got it. It was great too... for a while.

We usually orders Popeyes once or twice a week at our work. Two of us will order and split the 10 pc blackened tenders. We sometimes will order online or just go to the drive thru. At first, we always got the blackened tenders and the product was correct.

The last several visits, we are given the spicy tenders and not the blackened but not breaded. not the spicy ones . Today, we placed an order online and when we went to pick up the order, it was the spicy tenders.

He told them this wasn't what we ordered and the manager told him that this is what was ordered and if we wanted it different, we would have to pay. Again, we order this about once a week. we did not order spicy and it shows it on the online order.

On March 12th at 8:19 we went through the drive thru. They asked us to pull up so we did. We waited 29 minutes and then I walked in and had to wait another 5 minutes or more for our food.

I purchased what was suppose to be a flounder fish sandwich. The fish was overcooked for one thing. But what was suppose to be light, white flounder fish (one my favorite fish) was NOT and tasted like a OLD fish with "very strong" fish taste.

I got sick with the first bite. I like fish but this fish was not fresh. I bought it at the Popeye's on 144th Street in Thornton CO. I like the chicken and shrimp I buy there. I was very disappointed in the so-called flounder sandwich.

When on the Jersey Gardens mall in Elizabeth New Jersey, saw a combo order for $10 , ordered it then I’m gonna hear would you like a drink , that’s $4 . I thought combo came with a drink, this is false advertising and robbery.

Good morning, Yesterday, wife and i went to Popeye`s on Bammel-N. Houston. Wife ordered wing meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Chicken was warm and pretty much okay. Potatoes not even warm, tasted a little off. I got two pc. dark with coleslaw..

Leg pretty dry and tough. Our coleslaw and potato containers not even 3/4 full. Coleslaw tasted sort of flat. Don`t know what happened to Popeye`s, but going down hill fast! Really sorry food is not near what it used to be!

Ordered food in drive thru at Popeyes in Elgin, IL. Traveling to Rockford from Chicago March 11 ,after 9pm. Food wasn't edible, 3 horrible chicken sandwichs,fries cold, drinks with no ice that were undrinkable Service was fine. My son paid,not sure how much between 30/35.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and no one took my order so when I pull to the window the cashier said he didn’t take my order pull so I had to pull back to the speaker and then it took another 10 minutes before he did and the cooks are outside smoking cigarettes and laughing. Went to Popeyes located on Lavista Rd Tucker Ga on 3/11/2023 @ 8:50 pm and they claimed they were closed due to not having chicken. But the staff is hanging in the dining area having social hour. This is not professional when this Popeyes does not close until 12 am.

When driving past the drive up window the girl was having a conversation with a young dude that was just standing at the drive up window. This is the 2nd time I have came to this particular Popeyes and there was no chicken. This is absolutely ridiculous!

it took 35 minutes to get my order because not once did the girl check the take-out order rack to see if my order was on there . As a mater of fact ,, some kid came in and I complained to him about how long I had been waiting AND HE CHECKED THE RACK and said heres you order .

I went to your Middletown DE business today to purchase some food items. I was inside at least 15 minutes. The young gentleman at the counter was taking orders and also filling those orders. There was one person taking the drive up orders and also filling them.

There were about 4 employees in the back preparing the food. The time arrived was 5pm Which was your busy time of the day. It seems that you needed more employees in your business when it is a busy time.

The young gentleman was very polite when he took my order.

Still going around with last order from Popeyes in Itasca, Ilinois ordered chicken with mashed potatoes snd chicken tenders. Never received the potatoes and considered the price paid for the tenders too high. Phone calls never returned. Total charge was $36.13.

This is a series of issues I have had with Popeyes restaurants in the Bensenville, Itasca and Mount Prospect area, including raw chicken, being hung up on when calling for directionsl, and getting verbally reprimanded for filing a complaint.

I was a customer at the Popeyes on North Broadway Wichita Kansas today, I ordered two white piece dinners a wing and a breast on both I don't mind paying more for that, I got home and open up the boxes and there was a wing and a thigh in both boxes, I ate the wing and let the dog have the thigh as I do not like dark meat.

I called the restaurant back and they told me they would be happy to give me a breath if I return to the restaurant. Who in the heck has time to drive back 15 minutes to get an order that you were charged for??

Hello on Friday the 10th of March we waid in the drive thru and hour and 15 minutes couldn't move due to cars in front and back of me this was the one in Augusta Ga on Dean's bridge. The worker was young and had a I don't care attitude.

The NEW location in st charles missouri is an absolute joke. As a doordasher i can tell you that place is as slow as it possibly gets. The last 10 times ive been there in the past 2 months to get peoples orders there is always a problem and they never have what the people order.

Came to the location in Deeefield Beach Florida on Hillsboro Bouly. There were 20 cars in line at 4:20. The infuse was closed and they were forcing people to use the drive through only. There was one customer eating and one person in line.

You should have a preference on where you want to order your food. Why is the inside closed before time and the door is locked for customers to come in?

He did something that was uncalled for he breath on my food after it was prepared. Merchant ID 334041520886. I ask for the store number, the supervisor gave me this number Store (659). I’m not sure if that the correct number He had an attitude.
