I ordered online, received a time my order would be ready, and when I arrived, I stood in line for 12min before the cashier was able to wait on me. When he was able, he looked up my order, because it was clearly not ready.
He appeared to be relatively new. My order required a larger box than what was at his disposal. He asked the manager to get some for him. The manager appeared to be having a bad day. Had a look on his face that indicated as much.
The cashier began to fill the order, and informed me they were out of wings, would I accept substitution. Then he let me know my order would be short 3 biscuits, and substituted with 2 apple pies. I spoke over the counter to the manager, and asked what was the point of ordering online, other than a faster way for them to collect my money.
