Every time I go to Popeyes they do not give me a biscuit I ordered two pieces of chicken they give me no biscuit I order a piece 8 chicken that give me no biscuit I decide I wanted to ask them why you not giving me no biscuits they said you can pay a dollar and 29 cents for a biscuit I thought the biscuit automatically came with the chicken

Ordered two 2pc white meals with mashed potatoes and coke along with a 4 piece, two breast two legs, potatoes and coke. What we got was two 2pc DARK and Diet Coke with the smallest amount of gravy ever on potatoes and 4 piece one breast two thighs and a leg with Diet Coke.

Already didn’t have part of what we wanted so had to choose something else. MyProblem is 32 flipping dollars for crap we never ordered that was so greasy it was not even edible. Conveniently did not get a receipt. Pines Rd Shreveport LA

I have gone to Popeye's in Topeka, Kansas only to find the lobby is no longer opened since COVID-19 and beyond. The way have only 6 or 7 people in the drive through. I always end up waiting at least 20-25 minutes to place my order and an additional 15 or more minutes to get to the window.

Possibly another 5 minutes to get the order.

Also, I notice many times they never have the items I want to order. This is discouraging and I end up leaving for both reasons. I don't understand the time situation as I may have other appointments to get to.

Why is the lobby still closed after all this time? You would think with the lobby closed; they should be able to get a working routine flow to put orders together and have them ready in a timely manner.

m. my wife and I went to the new Popeyes Restaurant #14065 located at 1100 S White Sands Blvd in Alamogordo, New Mexico. We went through the drive up lane 1 and I ordered a three piece combo dinner, order #70.

After arriving home I found there were six chicken strips in the box and a biscuit. The store receipt listed a leg classic, a thigh classic, a wing classic and a biscuit. We also purchased a large Cole slaw which we found so sweet tasting to the extent it was inedible.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this store and will never eat there again. Gustav Lind

Drove to a location on Nile Dr in Corpus Christi Texas. Placed my order already was waiting 15 minutes for my food. The person in charge then tells me that it would be another 15 minutes before the spicy chicken would be ready.

Not sure why she didn’t inform me from the beginning. I asked for a refund drove to another location on Everhart Street in Corpus Christi placed my order at the window because no one would answer the speaker. Got home and did not receive the spicy that I ordered, plus it was as tough Al leather and extremely dry like it was sitting there for hours.

Mind you this was at 5:30 pm. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I would like for the area manager to call me at 13615487839.

Popeye store# 5671 Louisville ky around 4:37pm on 3/8/23. Manager refused to give me money back because she said she did not have a code( not my problem) . She gave me the option to get more chicken so I accepted.

After receiving the chicken it was burnt and not good.

Also they were not wearing gloves after cleaning tables they came straight to the food and grabbed chicken with there bare hands without washing them. Customer service was horrible and it makes Popeyes look like a joke.

Your store on Stringtown Road in Grove City Ohio could not provide a 8 piece dinner of dark fried chicken at 7:30 PM They said they could not handle the order for the chicken When they were told that we would take our business to KFC they did not seem to care This is the third time we have had an issue with this store

Yes my name is John Brown I go to Popeyes on highway 45 in Columbus Mississippi and they don't be having spicy chicken it's 7:33 right now I just left Popeyes I got a plan they got a lot of chicken but they don't have any spice and they not going to drop anymore and when I get in there one of the young ladies ask me did I call corporate and she thought that was funny from the last time I was there so evidently no one is getting on to them about their professionalism

I went around 10 am dine in the lady at front tell me I have to wait 39 minutes because her manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know how to login on her register so I agree to wait after 30 minutes the manager arrived with Macdonald food very rude unprofessional tell me me you have to wait another 30 minutes I haven’t cook the food she don’t even bothered to ask what I was going to order very rude telling me if you don’t like you can leave with make mad she doesn’t have the right to make people feel like trash I lose my time for my break lunch y’all need to fix this inconvenience customer service should’ve been her priorities but

The Popeyes in Lake Wales, Florida was closed around 4:30 PM most days. Poor service is the norm here since opening, sign on Drive thru says broken, go to window. At the window, employees are in there boxing up orders, when asked if they're open, by sign language, no!

I've been there many times, same as always - poor service, Popeyes won the trophy for the best of extremely poor service. KFC across the hwy kick butts, great food, open & best customer svc.

On February 28, 2023 in the AM I drove up to Drive Thru to place my order and the host no. 70001, did not greet me. The host asked me in a hasty and rude tone what I wanted to order.

When I asked her a question about the types of condiments they offered, she responded verbally in the same hasty and rude tone. My passenger riding with me wanted to order additional items but because of the host demeanor, my passenger declined ordering additional items.

The host also stated she would have to charge us for the sauces because we ordered chicken, not nuggets. When I pulled up to pay, I asked the host if she was ok due to her demeanor but she only ignored me.

When she handed me my order she did say have a nice day and I responded the same. I noticed she added several sauces ( Free) in the bag…

The store on 1833 Kings Rd Jacksonville, fl 32209 Manger was Sabrina. I was there to pick-up a door dash order. I went to the mobile app pick area and she rudely told me that I had to go to the back of the line to pick up my order.

I instructed her that I was there to pick up an order and not place a order. She rudely told me (her words), “get in the back of the line. I proceeded to go to the back on the line.

I waited almost and hour to get to the front of the line. When I got to the front of the line,. I asked her could I speak to a Manger and she told me she was the manager and that she was refusing to fill my door dash order.

” I was not rude to her.

I don’t understand why you guys have a Mobil app if we’re not able to modify anything at all? And you go to the store and explain the manager and the only thing they said “there is nothing we can’t do”.

And to go to the drive thru it’s takes like 40 minutes to get your order. It’s really frustrating when it’s the only one we have in our town in Smyrna TN.

First let me say, my complaint has nothing to do with the staff. They were great. Its the quality of the food at your new location on Route 23 in Pompton Plains. The chicken is not Popeye's quality. I live by this new location but frequent the one in Livingston because it is close to my job and their food is always consistently on point.

Pompton Plains is lacking for sure. The chicken on the chicken sandwich has been very small and flat and not crispy at all the past few times we have been there. I think i have visited the Pompton location 4 times total and only the first time it was what i expected it should be which is a big fat crispy piece of chicken.

Its no better then the lousy chicken sandwich they have at McD or BK. Such a disappointment and defiantly not worth the money. I…

I visited store #13394 and it was a horrible experience! I ordered a LARGE macaroni & cheese and received a LARGE container which held a quarter of macaroni and cheese only. As this was my family meal, my grandson was given the macaroni that was in the container to eat.

Meanwhile, I went back to the store to get my LARGE serving that I had paid for (see attached receipt and picture). When I returned to the restaurant to have them make my order right, a young man (who I assume was the shift manager) told the cashier to ONLY give me another SMALL serving in the LARGE container and

REFUSED to give me the LARGE serving which I had paid for! THE LARGE CONTAINER ONLY HELD A 1/4 SERVING SIZE OF FOOD! TOGETHER THE TWO CONTAINERS I WAS GIVEN ONLY ADDED UP TO 1/2 OF THE LARGE CONTAINER!

Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes, then when I get to the window they say that the credit card/debit card machine broke I said well I want my food I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes they said well you can come inside and get it. I said OK that’s fine I get inside the order is completely wrong.

Didn’t offer me a drink carrier didn’t give me ranch didn’t give me any utensils napkins and then I get home and the order is totally wrong I ordered mashed potatoes and got mac & cheese it’s like what are you guys running over there. It was a bunch of young teenagers you need to hire an adult this is the store in Las Vegas on Nellis.

Store number 1130 to today’s date is March 5, 2023 I ordered at 7:25 PM I expect some kind of coupon for something free in the mail ASAP this is ridiculous

The brand new Popeyes in Saint Petersburg FL on Martin Luther kind Jr st. The manager there is the most ghetto person I've ever met. She closes the store 20 mins early then proceeded to tell me bye through the intercom.

I almost went to jail and I will never eat there again.

I sat at your Popeyes location in 28014 Wesley Chapel blvd, Wesley chapel Florida for nearly 15 mins. I sat at the speaker for 5-10 mins with jo one to say please hold or anything. I got there around 925 pm.

When the man at the speaker finally spoke he advised they had nothing but hone in chicken. Very sad customer service and the lady prior to me order order tenders. With more than 20 mins wasted. I left with nothing but hunger.

Very disappointing experience for the 2nd time trying to deal with this location.

Hello, I LOVE Popeyes! thru the drive thru no one ever answers to take your order. Whenever I place an online order and I come into a store to pick up, it’s full of angry customers and I have to cancel my order because there’s no way I’m going to get my order when 35 people are in the lobby waiting for their orders.

I just don’t know what’s going on these 2 particular Popeyes locations.

Hello, me and my family just came home from eating dinner at our local Popeyes ( Located in Mayfield KY) and it was the worst prepared chicken we've ever had at this location. The chicken was NOT thoroughly cooked, when I bit into to it, it had a very distinct taste with purple/red meat.

I took it back up to the counter and the man wearing a green shirt ( don't know name) looked confused as to why it looked like that. HE'S THE ONE THAT COOKED IT!! So, he gives me another piece to replace it and it was so dried out and over cooked I couldn't hardly chew it.

I didn't think to get a picture or I would have. I will be contacting our local health department about the raw chicken in the morning and see what they say.

I ordered online, received a time my order would be ready, and when I arrived, I stood in line for 12min before the cashier was able to wait on me. When he was able, he looked up my order, because it was clearly not ready.

He appeared to be relatively new. My order required a larger box than what was at his disposal. He asked the manager to get some for him. The manager appeared to be having a bad day. Had a look on his face that indicated as much.

The cashier began to fill the order, and informed me they were out of wings, would I accept substitution. Then he let me know my order would be short 3 biscuits, and substituted with 2 apple pies. I spoke over the counter to the manager, and asked what was the point of ordering online, other than a faster way for them to collect my money.

I visited the drive thru in Louisville Kentucky at 5003 Preston Highway on February 5th at 12:03 pm and the employee was very rude when i went in to speak to a manager i was told that there was no manager there. My order came to $31.77 and i will not return to this establishment again

Hello . Your manger (Toya) at the S. High st Columbus Ohio establishment is very argumentative to her employees in front of customers and other employees. She argue with most of the teenagers that have or has work there .

So no one wants to work with her because she makes it a hostile environment to work in for your company. Example: Today my granddaughter left her hat and apron in the car so she asked Toya can she go get it and Toya said to her I’m going to clock your butt out so unprofessional.

I had decided to order some chicken from Popeyes through Doordash. I ordered a 16 piece spicy signature chicken. When my dasher got there she said they don’t have any chicken made so she patiently waited. Then 15 minutes later she told me to cancel my order because the employees aren’t want to make my order and they’re very rude.

They have done this to me before. I’m just not the type to complain all the time. This was at location 1615 Gessner Rd Houston Tx. I really love y’all’s chicken but this restaurant has been horrible to their customers.

On March 2 at about 6:30 PM my daughter ordered meals for 3 of us as part of a Birthday celebration. It was verified and we were given a time frame for delivery. About a half hour after we were told that our order was delayed and then a few minutes later it was canceled. No explanation was given.

Our door dash driver was at Popeyes so I don;t know why the order was canceled.

We sat in the drive through for 25 min then came inside to the filthy floors and tables Only one customer in front of us. It took another 15 min to take our order. At this point I'm curious as to how long this was really going to take.

They have no mashed potatoes and no Mac and cheese. So for a total of 55 min start to finish that's with the waiting in drive through until we received our meal. I. Could only download one image but I took numerous pictures and believe me when I say it the floor was filthy so over the tables

Referencing Collierville,TN store at 1105 West Poplar Ave.

First and foremost, I would like to praise your company for producing in my humble opinion the best Chicken sandwich in the fast food industry, even surpassing Chik-Fila. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. Although the product in this store is still very good, the time spent in the drive-through is seriously lacking and repels potential customers away as a result of the incredibly slow service.

I get it, your industry has to deal with rapid turnover and little retention.

However, I firmly believe with adequate training like the aforementioned Chain above that this can be turned around. I have know idea of the metrics involved that drive your business to profit beyond COG's and overhead to propel your business but I do understand…

Poor service, disregard to industry standards. Unprofessional etiquette towards customers. And absolutely no change after numerous complaints across the board. It's a shame that individuals working at the lynnhaven parkway location in Virginia beach with there missing work ethics combined with corporate inattention to customers repeated dissatisfaction with franchise performance would absolutely ruin the good experience achieved by other location/representatives efforts and actions.

This location is no doubt tainting anyone1st time experience with this once highly regarded industry leader.

TOO MANY TIMES... I have had trouble getting my order from Popeye's. I went thru it for the last few years and quit going there for for awhile because I was sick of it. But I've ordered a few times lately and alas nothing's changed.

The only thing I can figure is - there's just not enough intelligence there. The last three times I ordered once I didn't get my chicken sandwich, then I didn't get my large mashed potatoes and today... how foolish I would have been to think it would be a perfect order. Almost!

The person working the drive thru obviously had better things to do than take an order. Once taken, the side was left out of the 4pc dinner. Discovered after we got home. We rarely eat PE chicken anymore because of the service and attitudes of the staff @ Popeyes in Reading OH.

We will not be going back. I don't know how that store stays in business!

On 28 Feb 2023 I went to your Popeyes on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins, Ga and eat in was not available. I then went thru the drive thru and ordered a two piece combo with diet cola and slaw.

When I got to the window, I was told they was no diet cola. Then I was informed there was no cold slaw. After paying I was told the receipt machine was not working

Every time I go to the two Popeyes for a meal, they are closed. I was looking forward to eating a Popeyes meal because I havn't experienced at meal. We have two in my area - one in Waynesville and one in Canton , North Carolina.

The one in Canton is the newer store and is closed more than it is open. This is not a good showing for the company.
