On 2/25/23 went by Popeye's in Roxboro, NC and ordered 20 piece chicken tenders. Chicken was thin and small, almost leathery and dark brown color. Were worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Threw most away. Went by store on 2/27/23 and complained to manager about quality but sought no "remedy".

Wife says they were cut in half (in thickness, which produces twice as many tenders from same amount of full-size tenders) and manager says that is how they come to them from Popeye's. This practice is causing you to market an inferior product and will ultimately hurt your business.

It is NOT a good product to consume, very little chicken, lots of breading and NOT tender and juicy. You are selling half as much actual chicken as Hardee's and Bojangles chicken tenders for a similar price . I am…

the drive thru line is so long because you CANT go INSIDE! went back to get what I purchased and couldn’t even sit in line to wait an hour for my chicken sandwich while my food at home is getting cold!

I just had dinner at the Popeyes in Paris Texas. I had a 2 piece meal white. The chicken was too dry and hard to eat so I complained to the manager and he replaced the breast only with the same poor quality of chicken.

The Bisquit was hard and cold. The mashed potatoes and apple pie were hot and very good. The chicken breast and wing were very small and I thought they had been over cooked and/or left to set out too long.

Traditionally this Popeyes has had very good food except for the past two to three years. I have noticed a sharp decline in quality. This chicken did not even taste like Popeyes. I had my daughter and her family with me and we decided to not eat at Popeyes for a while.

I could not even believe the food that I was served! I went through the drive through at the Lake Zurich Illinois location at about 8:15 on a Saturday night and received food that was not edible! My bill was over 40 dollars….

I ordered a six piece dinner with Mac and cheese, a chicken sandwich, and a shrimp basket! Everything was dry and the worst part was the Mac and dry/lumpy Mac and cheese along with the shrimp! I was not given a receipt so felt like I could not return my order!

This was the most horribly experience I ever went through. One we waited to be asked about the order then she proceeded to say they only had thighs breast and chicken sandwiches. But they way she was talking was very very unprofessional.

Once we ordered the chicken sandwich we pulled up waiting to pay for the order she came to the window and say we don’t got chicken sandwiches which is what she said they had at first! We waited for about 20 min to be played with by some unprofessional workers.

Ordered 3 piece at drive thru. Got home it was a 2 piece.No napkins I gave this a second try because months ago I left waiting for the girl to take my money. They were more interested in prattle with each other.

Again today visited your Ponchatoula la location. This makes 2 tries this week. COMPLAINT each time store is open but when we went in to order and eat, we were told we could only order to go. Each time I asked WHY and received the same reply - I JUST WORK HERE.

Visited a Popeyes drive thru in Cleveland Mississippi. Initially waited 30min to place order then when I got to the window I paid and got a drink and was asked to pull up to wait longer for my food. I ordered one chicken sandwich combo.

After 30 more minutes with no one bringing me out my order I had to go inside and inquire. There I was given the wrong order and I just left. Worst service I have ever experienced.

1) husband ordered 5 piece spicy all dark meat and got 1 regular breast, 1 reg wing and 3 spicy legs. 2) they were out of tea, which is the reason we came to Popeyes in the first place (gave up soda for lent) 3) ordered red beans and rice and got half a cup.

This is a brand new Popeyes, very disappointed. And while we are, 3 out of the 4 drive thru customers came in because their order was wrong.

Reference my order #133 delivered 2/22/23 from location at 20690 NW 7th Ave. Miami, FL. The new Fish sandwitches did not have Tarter Sauce & I had ordered two. Ordered a Shrimp Tackle Box and received Cicked Nuggets instead. Ordered extra Blacken Ranch dipping sauce & did not received any. Thank you.

Friday night - Popeye’s location in Tallahassee, Florida - North Monroe Street. The drive through line was out to the Main Street. I waited for 30 minutes before reaching the location to place my order. Once I reached the order location, I was told that they would be with me in a minute.

I waited for 10 minutes. Then I asked for help. I was told that they were short handed. I waited another 10 minutes before leaving without anyone taking my order. I was at popeye’s for a total of hour. This popeye’s is very slow even when the line is not at the Main Street.

In addition, the inside was packed with people waiting on their food as well. We really like having the Popeye’s in our neighborhood, but it it possible to get them more help or someone who know as what they are doing.

One star is even to much for this Popeyes. Who ever is in charge need to step up and run the store properly if they want to keep customer. They stand around in the back watching customers come in don’t even have the common courtesy to say I’ll be with you in a moment or nothing like that and if that’s not enough they wanna sale you chicken that’s been sitting under the light and it’s all dried up. The unprofessionalism is pitiful.

This is not the first time that this has happened at this Popeyes. I’m surprised they are still open for business

WAY to much salt on everything

Order a meal deal for 10 piece chicken and when I got home it was only 8 pieces and I spend 53.60 on this order with 4 chicken sandwiches large fries and one coleslaw

I ordered Popeyes today (2/24/23) at 8:57pm and it said it would be at my house by 9:33PM. I looked on my ring camera and saw I never even got a notification that someone was at the door. I never received my order and never received a picture that it was there.

Since it was delivered through door dash, they leave pictures each time, but this time they did not. On the door dash tracking website, it says it was delivered at my door at 9:13PM but I never received it ever.

I can’t contact Popeyes app because support isn’t working for me so I need help any way I can take it. Please follow up with this complaint because I want a refund on this order

The popeyes by kenner in Port St Lucie has the rudest staff. Black carribean lady at the register. Saw me standing to place my order so i stood closer to the registet and still didn't say anything even tho there were 2 ppl waiting for their food and no other customers.

I waited 5 min then asked her if she could please take my order to which she answered without looking at me, ill be with you with attitude I waited another 5 min anid still she didn't take my order so i just walked out. All the while she was bickering and making jokes with the drive through female.

I visited the Popeyes in Yukon Oklahoma. I ordered a kids meal. 48 for a kids meal. They gave me one chicken leg a small order of rice and beans and a small sprite. There was no kids menu on the menu selection at the drive-thru.

48 and two you need to address the problem with this location. I don’t want a credit, I want my money back. Poor customer service and they totally ripped me off.

I asked for mild chicken but got spicy. I didn't get any condiments,no receipt, and I didn't want wings, but guess what wings were in the box. After driving back so they could make it right .. I still didn't get a receipt, the mash potatoes were so runny and the rice for the red beans was so under cooked. Horrible!

Joplin MO used to be good. It has gotten terrible. I went through the drive thru a month ago only to be told that they didn’t have anything but chicken tenders because they were closing. This was a Saturday at 4:00 pm.

Went to Popeye’s on West Henrietta Rd in Henrietta, NY on Sunday February 18th around 4:30PM. We wanted to try the fish sandwiches. We went to the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a small fry. Waited 15 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of us.

m. location and experienced unsatisfactory customer service and chicken fried in what tasted like old oil. It was obvious the manager was not happy in her position as she threw cooked items in the baskets instead of placing them from the fryer.

Hello I’m a loyal Popeyes eater. I work in willowbrook so I often come to this Popeyes at least 4 days a week. The service is poor. My chicken was half done after waiting over 5 minutes for my food.

Went to Popeyes on barksdale Rd in bossier city La. Ordered surf and turf, was told they were out of butterfly shrimp, but would substitute with popcorn shrimp. They asked what chicken, ordered strips. I went to Popeyes in Republic Missouri. I ordered chicken tenders and they said they were out so I ordered a classic flounder fish sandwich and received a spicy fish sandwich. I went back told them and they gave me another one I left again and it was still a spicy fish sandwich.

So I called them and explain to them what happened is all she said was do you have your receipt I told her yes and I asked her if she could just give us a chicken sandwich instead. She said they were out of chicken sandwiches.

I recently moved to New Bern NC 2 years ago. I'm from Long Island NY and Popeyes was my favorite chicken place. Since ine been here my experiences with the Popeyes located on MLK Blvd in New Bern NC has been horrible.

First off the wait time on the drive thru is ridiculous, 20 minutes minimum. My first time there i requested no thighs and when I got home it was mostly thighs. no thighs they gave me half the order in thighs.

Hi there I eat at popeyes every week sometimes twice I always eat eat at the restaurant at 2633 lawrence they always had good music that I did not mind me personally listen to metal but did not mind what they play the last 3 times they were playing very loud indie music and had to speak up to order I know midnight is late but but seriously do I have to listen to that music isn't there a Chanel they have to play or does it depend who is working there I'm very disappointed and

We sat in the drive thru for more than half an hour. We knew it would be a bit because there were six cars in line.

However, the first four cars moved relatively quickly and the line grew behind us. The last two cars were there for so long, not being waited on, that finally myself, three cars behind me and one of the cars in front of my drove away.

You have to drive around the building to exit. There were no cars waiting past the menu and a total of two customers in the restaurant. Do better.

Went to Popeyes on NW 36th St in Miami. The server had the worse attitude and the handed me two dirty sauces in my hand when I asked for extra sauce. The soda container was so dirty and the fries was very cold.

So sad my son loves Popeyes. I probably won’t go back to that location or maybe even another Popeyes. I threw everything in the trash, money wasted.

I went into Popeyes after work and ordered a large sweet tea and a fresh large fry. I asked were there fries that had been dropped for me and the cashier that took my order replied, "You should have said that when you placed the order.

She had a really bad attitude. So we go into an argument and she was informed by the manager not to be arguing with the customer.
