I am writing this letter to you as a very dissatisfied current but tempted to become a “never again” customer. My family and I had the most unpleasant experience last night at your store at 1525 Palm Avenue, Imperial Beach, CA, and there was nothing about the experience that would make me want to go back to try again.
My daughter and 2 grandkids and I were out running errands last night and my grandson, who had never had Popeye’s chicken, asked if we could pick up dinner while we were out. We drove an extra 15-20 minutes out of our way to go to the Imperial Beach store with the anticipation of some great chicken – and boy, were we disappointed.
