Drove from Athens TN to Chattanooga TN, appx 150 miles one way. Called Popeyes to confirm they were open, thet said till 8pm Sat night Feb 3 2023. Got there at 230pm that day, completely closed, lights off, chairs on top of tables, no one there at all.

Drove appx 309 miles for nothing round trip. : when is Ckeveland TN Popeyes open?

The Popeys in Colton,CA on Pepper has the worst management team. Rude workers do not care about the customer. Only argue with the customer. I went through drive thru back in July of last year ordered my meal and right away argued with me on the intercom then proceeded to make me wait 15 min for food.

Then to tell me they didn't have my order they were out of strips and Hawaiian punch. Didn't offer anything else to compensate and gave me a bad attitude

The service these workers provide is the worst of anything. They do not waite on drive three customers in a timely manner. It may take you 1 hr to get to. place a order. That’s because the lines are backed up in the street. When you are in front of the line to place your order you still have to wait 20/30 minutes before they take your orders . After taking your order. You are stopped from driving up to window. .. The drive threw employee. That’s another 20/30 min wait. To allow you to pull to the window . They don’t no how to take orders to keep a line moving up and out. They take so long. If you are in the middle of the line to close . Cars just drive off. And not one car but several will leave. It’s hard to even want to go there. Even if only 2/3 cars…

Store #12552 I was told the wait on spicy chicken was 20-25 minutes. I accepted the wait. 45 minutes later the chicken still wasn’t ready and the mild strips were now not ready. I told the manager Ike I wanted a refund and the general manager name and number.

He wouldn’t give me either but did provide the refund. Told me to go online for any other information. Then he began to get agitated when I said excuse me I would like the info I requested. He told me to look on line and he doesn’t give his last name.

He began to become belligerent. I have eaten at Popeyes in the DMV for close to 40 yrs and will never go to this location and will definitely tell my friend the same. I love the chicken but I may not go to another Popeyes.

I was in Popeyes drive thru line for 45 minutes for the ghost pepper wings the sign was up then got to intercom they had nothing it was discontinued I was so upset service horrible

I visited the Joplin low ration on 2/2/2023 they was literally out of everything on the menu due to employees not restocking this is ridiculous they lost so much business while I was sitting in the lobby eating this place is always nasty employees act like they are on drugs

I waited 29 minutes in the drive there ant there was only one car in front of me waiting to have there order taken. I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and when I got home the meat was raw. It was not fully cooked and it was gummy. Very disappointed.

I want to mention I have no complaint with the staff. I spent 24 dollars and my order was terrible. The chicken was cold, dry and the pieces were very small. I threw out most of my order. I can honestly say I will never go back to Popeye's again. It was that bad.

Popeyes on 10601 Springfield pike, 45215 ordered red beans and rice approx 4:45pm, Rice was dry, hard and burnt, It was not eatible. No one should have to experience this.

We have enjoyed Popeyes for years. My local store seems to get our order wrong every time I visit now. Today: ordered spicy and got mild, ordered Cajun rice and got red beans and rice, no biscuits or eating utensils.

We had 2 orders, some right and some wrong in each order. Terrible service, will find another fried chicken restaurant.

I order spicy chicken all the time. They always give me mild. It is on my receipt spicy and I ask is it spicy but 9 out of 10 times it is mild. I go there for the spicy chicken only.

I don’t know what is going on but I just placed an order at the California Popeyes and what a disaster I went in on February 1, 2023 at 1:30 PM and what a horrible disaster I don’t know what is going on with the employees and the management in that store I was just in there on Saturday and I didn’t have any issues. You guys really need to think about adjusting your management.

I use to go to the Popeyes on Shurling Drive in Macon, Ga to get chicken every now and then because it is the only other chicken I like since Church's has closed its doors. But everytime that I go there trying to give another chance they never have what I want.

My husband and i went to the popeyes in aggieville in manhattan kansas. It was awful. Chicken was unedible. Probably because it had been sitting too long in the kitchen. The macaroni was awful and had probably been sitting in the kitchen for too long as well.

They were still serving biscuits but had no butter in the building. We will NEVER go back again. It was terrible and expensive. It should of been better.

The lady was rude her name was rosa… They’re were talking about me in Spanish not knowing I could speak Spanish Saying I was picky because I wanted my food redone. my food was old and cold and I wanted it to be fresh. Very poor customer service... When we pulled up to the speaker, we were greeted with a monotone request to take our order. She was very soft-spoken and did not appreciate being asked to repeat herself. After I ordered the last of our items, there was no verbal acknowledgment that our order was heard.

So after waiting around 30 seconds (all while asking if she was there) we decided to just pull up to the window. Once at our window, she gave us the price but due to no screen at the speaker, I asked to confirm the order.

The cashier do not listen to the customer as you are ordering. The food does not taste right. Half of what you order is not in your bag. The attitude of the employees are not good. I have went to three and it’s all the same.

Some times the chicken smells rotten. Fries are cold. The workers must lose the attitude.

I visited the Popeyes on January 29, 2023. The services were horrible. I purchased meal for my family. When I made it home I noticed I didn't have a complete order. I called the store on 10900 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72202.

The young man stated that I had to bring back the entire order. I took the order back on January 30, 2023. All the manager wanted to give me what was missing from the day before. I was humiliated, and embarrassed.

I frequent this Popeyes Store 2674 quite often & every time I go they are always out of food items. They had reasoning for running out of items. Then when they substitute your order the food purchase does not serve equal value.

I went to Popeyes in Oneida on opening day and it was the best chicken sandwich the classic chicken sandwich ever had after that I’ve been back three times in the last two times were the worst classic chicken sandwiches ever had cold hard the bun was hard there’s nothing good about it I will never eat there again so fake and I hope that you’re not in Oneida that long I hope they close down KFC is way better

The Popeyes at 9100 W Flamingo in Las Vegas has the worst service of any fast food place I have every known. They closed their dining room during the pandemic which I understand. It is still closed today. There never is enough employees and the managers have a I don’t care attitude.

there is a chick filet next door which is extremely busy. The Popeyes could be extremely busy if they correct their customer service. The wait in the drive thru is horrible. They always use the excuse that they are shorthanded.

Every time I come to this Yorkville Illinois location on route 47 they either don't have chicken. Or they don't have spicy available or they forget to give you your items after driving all the way home. And they have cooks that do not speak any English to understand what you are asking.

I just visited a Popeyes restaurant # 12097, 960 S. Washington Ave, Scranton, Pa. I went through the drive through at 7:17 Pm on 1/28/23. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. I paid and was told to wait in the parking lot.

I received my sandwich at 7:45. 28 minutes is a long time to wait for a sandwich.

Also, it was not a spicy sandwich and it was lukewarm at best. It did not seem to be a particularly busy night- few people in line but many eating in the parking lot. Very disappointed.

Popeyes Marion Oaks I75- Ocala. The worst service and staff for a busy location. This restaurant could generate a ton of buisness but staff is lacking, They keep the phone off the hook and don't care about environment or atmosphere.

He should there for a while and didn’t even acknowledge me. Therefore. I wasn’t sure if he was ready to take my order. Believe me, I’m no Karen, but this guy is suppose to be the “face” of Popeye’s at this location, and he definitely isn’t that.

I ordered a 12 piece 2 large sides meal. As I was told to pull up front (I was in the drive thru) I placed my order and paid for my food. 99. She then stated she don’t go by the board she goes by what’s in front of her said the board is wrong that’s a corporate issue they suppose to come fix it.

This is a restaurant specific complaint. This is the popeye's on the corner of 436 And Oxford road in Casselberry Florida This restaurant has the poorest service and the most rude staff not only of popeye's restaurant but of any restaurant I have been to this is based on several times going there the service is always horrible nobody speaks to you they hand you your order like you are causing them a problem.
