Popeyes

Popeye's in vicksburg, ms on clay street dining area majority of the time doors are locked. I was informed by another manager that the doors should not be locked. My wife and friends have experience the same situation several times.

We eat there alot and I also notice that it was a family dining in but, when I tried to go inside, I was told to go through the drive through in the afternoon hrs of the day. No indication or reason why.

This is a concern because not only my family likes to eat there but, other people as well. Some like to dine in as well as use the drive through. I hope this matter can be resolved.

I went to the location Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen In Stonecreek Shopping 2820 IH 35 S / San Marcos, Tx. 78666 on 1/21/2023 at approximately 4:30PM. Went to drive thru. Only car there. Waited about 2 minutes before someone finally said Popeyes.

I said I would like one spicy breast and that’s all. She never said anything. A minute or two went by and I said hello? She then rudely replied there is only two people working here and I said, hold on!

I said I’m sorry, you didn’t acknowledge my order, so I was saying hello to see if you were there. As I was talking she interrupted me and talked over me to say there was only two people working there her in the front and one other in the back and that I was going to have to wait and there was nothing else she could do about it.

I waited 30 mins for my food in drive thru I spent almost 4 dollars on cheesecake that I didn’t receive. I have called 10 times and no one answered, I love the food 1st time there but i will not go back because of poor service with missing items

I buy popeys chicken every 4-6 weeks. Three of the last four orders were incorrect or short. How do count nine pieces and NOT count 10 pieces. I always order spicey. Two of the three orders were regular instead of spicey.

The last order didnt include the five biscuits until I pointed out the coupon specified this. The receipt even says spicey & 5 biscuits. The store wasnt particularly busy on either occasion of the orders.

Popeyes in Oxford NC last 2 evenings around 7 30 had no ghost pepper chicken wings and also had no white 2 PC and there was a wait on tenders. Awful customer service as the agent offered no alternatives or seem to care.

On the evening of 01/17/2023, I went to Popeyes chicken on 9707 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77086, 281-405-0306 even though the receipt is barely readable. I ordered a 10 pc special mixed, and what I received was a box of 9 thighs and 1 leg, I went thru the drive-thru and didn't discover the mess up until I arrived back home.

I was very disappointed, I took pictures of the chicken the spicy one looked overcooked and very dark it was placed on the bottom of the box, and the regular one was on the top of the box, divided by a sheet of the company wax-like paper you can see it on the pictures I will attach. the customer service was poor, but I always try to not judge a person.

I have a complaint for Popeyes. I love Popeyes but we have a Popeyes here in Belair Maryland and they cannot get our orders right every time I order off them I bring it home and it’s the wrong order.

I visit Popeyes often, at least once a week and for the past couple weeks the Popeyes chicken located off of pebble Creek Parkway and McDowell Road in Goodyear Arizona has a cash only sign for the drive-through. I am bound to a wheelchair and it’s very hard for me to get in and out of my car.

Most people like myself don’t have cash and this has been a huge inconvenience. I’m not certain why you can use cards on the inside, but not the drive-through.

Waited at the drive through for Popeyes in at Martinville to open at 10:07 I backed up and approached the speaker again thinking the sensor probably didn’t go off. Still nothing. Drove up to the window and before I could explain that I could drive through again but wanted them to k ow I was there the lady wa s immediately defensive with me.

On Sunday, January 15, 2023 I entered Popeyes store at 610 West the Madison Street Oakpark, IL 60302 I was hoping to pick up an awesome dinner for my family after attending church. The store was not crowded the drive-through was not crowded I placed my order I had a coupon which they would not except I was in the store at 2:26 did not leave till about 310 the service was horrible

I went to the Popeyes on Suburban today at 6:40 pm the server would not take my order unless I could give her the code on the coupon while I was in the drive through, I could not see it in the car. I went to the drive through in Raceland La. I sat there about 10 -15 mins. No one came on speaker to get my order. So I pulled around to window. Sat there a few mins . I visited your Popeyes store location 5727. I ordered my food from the drive-thru. I was redeeming a survey gift of 2 free pieces of chicken and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink, per ALL the bottom of each printed receipt.

The team lead/manager on duty questioned the receipt for few minutes. When I received my food, I realized she did not give me the biscuit. So since the lobby is closed to the public, I again had to go through the drive-thru.

North Randall location, staff gave less items than what was paid for, this isn't the first time, but definitely the last. Popeyes used to be a good place to eat, service has gotten very bad and yet as customers we are being delivered less than desired service.

This location is in Northfield, Ohio and I'm not sure I will return. Probably doesn't matter to you,but if others feel like I do, you my need to relocate for lack of customers.

I went to the Popeyes at Fairview and Eagle in Boise Idaho. I will start off with saying the food was fantastic, but service was a bit slow...no big deal as they were very busy. We were there Jan14th around 2pm. We had a hard time enjoying our food because the manager was rudely yelling at they employees. It was awful the way he treated them....I would give zero stars just from the way he represented Popeyes. January 12th 2023 @ 8:25pm. Location is N 53rd Ave And, Glendale, AZ 85306. Arrived at this location drive thru. Was told that they only had chicken nuggets because they were closing down. When they close at 10:00pm they were already closing down almost 2 hours before set time.

I stopped by to get a 3 piece combo with an extra side of macaroni and cheese. The chicken was so tough it could not be bitten into, the fries, were not fresh and they were cold, the Mac and cheese was like it had been made the day before.

This was an awful experience. Other locations have been good but this one needs to be closed or definitely looked into.

Second, when I opened the box there was a wing and a leg that looked like it belonged to a pigeon. The diameter of the leg was one and a half inch. They seriously looked like pigeon pieces. 00 a piece.

So disappointed with popeyes. Topeka KS location. I recently went to the restaurant and wanted to try the "new" ghost wings, you know.. the not so hot but very tasty wings. The newest item on the menu, advertised everywhere on tv.

I was told in the drive-thru that nothing was ready and I needed to wait for 20 minutes for your new item. Ok, well I'm not waiting for fast food. I decided to "change" my order and was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for tenders. Why am I waiting? KFC got my business. Get it together..

We love Popeyes, but at all the Popeyes around us the service is terrible, they frequently run out of chicken, and when they have chicken the pieces are so small it is like a Cornish hen. There are some locations that are so bad we will never go there again.

The Blairsville location is better, still the pieces are very small. Is there anything you can to to improve the stores around Kennesaw, Woodstock, and Marietta? We have loved the spicy chicken for years but it is not worth the frustration to try and get it. We often have to settle for the plain fried chicken from Publix and add hot sauce.
