The Postal Office located at 3801 SW 117th Avenue Miami Florida 33185. My complaint is about one employee that is rude, arrogant and hostile towards the customers as well as with her co-workers. During my visit there today 11-9-23 as well 2 other visits this year I have encountered the same behavior from this same employee.

The residents of 1433 Spruce Street in Philadelphia, PA 19102 have a problem. While the regular mail delivery person does a very good job, there is a temporary mail delivery person who fills in from time to time who is too retarded to put the mail in the mailboxes and just dumps the pile of everybody's mail on top of the mailboxes.

I called the USPS 1-800-275-8777 number to file a complaint about getting the wrong mail in our neighborhood all the time. On 4/20/2023 at 3:30 pm I spoke to a rude woman named Anna. She could not really help me and would not tell me what state she was in. I told her I was in Illinois and wanted to know where I was talking to and she said she could not tell me. She was not any help at ALL!

On August 11 3 small packages were shipped and insured via Priority 2 Day Mail by ADI Corp. Two Packages were to go to Minneapolis MN, the third to Chicago IL. (tracking numbers below.) My mail carrier filed a false report that my dog attacked him. This is untrue. The carrier is ridiculously afraid of my dog. The supervisor believes the carrier. Even though he described a white dog and my dog is brown and white, and he was so vague in his description two supervisors needed to interview him.

We submitted a hold mail request to hold our mail for about 25 days. We have done this twice during the last several months. The hold period during October 2019 was not done properly. A lot, like about 15 lbs and a stack about 12 inches high was not held at the post office until we arrived to pick it up.

Some of the mail was held but about half of the total was jammed into our mail box so tightly that the box couldn't be opened. The next time we asked for the mail to be held, starting in December 2019, we specifically asked that they please hold the mail at the post office until we arrived to pick it up.

My first complaint is finding my medication lying on the front porch in the rain instead of putting it between the main door and the storm door as I have asked the mail carrier the last time this happened! I put a letter in my mail box on Thursday morning 11/21, today is Tuesday 11/26, it still has not been picked up yet, nor has any mail been delivered, that is 6 days of no service, my mail is NEVER delivered at a given time, one day it may come at 9 am, the next 3 pm the next maybe 1 pm, this past week it was after 9 pm up until Thursday when it just stopped coming.
