Complaint #1: Postal worker is not making any attempt to deliver packages and I am finding myself needing to physically go to the post office. Upon arriving, I'm finding that they are holding the packages and leaving notices for "attempted delivery". I am a disabled veteran that has mobility issues and I should not have to pickup something that should be delivered.

Complaint #2: Mail arrives too late, sometimes after 5:00 p.m. which doesn't allow for me to pick up packages until the next day.

Complaint #3: My local post NEVER answers the phone. I called this morning, no answer, and when I arrived 10 minutes later, there was no one in the post office. I asked if the number had changed and why there was never an answer and the cashier explained to me that when there are busy times, no one…

We have not been receiving several USPS deliveries that have been tracked and claimed to have been delivered. We have also been getting our neighbors mail and packages. We have delivered any of these misdelivered packages that we have received, but our neighbors are not doing the same! This is extremely upsetting and awkward when we contact the senders.

Why is this happening so much lately? What can be done?

i have complained about this more than a dozen times. don't know what to do to get the message through. your delivery people are not simply reading the mail. and vice versa. i have complained through the website many times.

3 times in person to the the postmaster general at the local office, the mailman himself has put a priority post it in the box. still nothing. no one can read. a complete indifference to the situation. the woman who lives here is 92 years old.

MISSING MAIL and JAMMED / OVER STUFFED MAIL BOX. My mailbox has been JAMMED so much by the postal delivery person(s) on Route 54 that I cannot get my mail out of the box. I used priority mail to send a package , the package was suppose to be delivered 9/19/19 however tracking #9595515502189260118252 wasn't delivered, because an animal prevented delivery. The person it was sent to doesn't have pets,neither does the neighbors. On the following day 9/20/19 , I tried to get an update about the next delivery date or location of the package.

All day long it keep referring to the failed delivery of the package the day before, and nothing on the current status of the package today. Did the package vanish in thin air or did an ALIEN take it, that makes more sense then an invisible animal that shut down the delivery of the package.

My husband and I recently moved. To ensure that our mail was properly forwarded we filed a change of address card with the post office that served our prior address. We received confirmation on August 20th that the address forwarding was received and being acted on.

Our new address is on a new street. Since the new residence is new construction, we visited the local post office and asked that it hold all mail coming to that address at the post office for pick up primarily because the temporary mailbox put in place by the builder is not secure.

There are several addresses in the vicinity with a similar in name; however the addresses end with Lane or Court, not Street as our address does. We have not received our mail; it was being routed to one of the other addresses.

On August 27 2019 I sent a check to hold a vehicle until a future date when I could go and purchase it. I sent it Priority mail and have a tracking number 9505512470579239158630. The letter never has made it to the intended address.

If you look up the tracking # now it still says it is in transit to the next facility? I have filed a dispute and the case # is 02341460. I never received any response to the case? I called to inquire about this tracking and case number.

I was told that they had called and gave me instructions on what to do next and when I requested what telephone number was called the number was not a number I could be reached? The person said that the case was closed after that phone call?

My mail is not delivered consistently. I have not received child supports checks (and they have been issued, I have checked with CSS). I should get a CSC about every week, I am getting none at all or may be 1 a month.

There are days with no mail in my box (not even junk mail), I went and renewed my drivers license and have not received it in the mail. I wonder if there is mail fraud or just a lack of doing a good job.

I also receive other individuals mail on a regular basis. This makes me think my mail is being given to someone else and the carrier and Postal Service are not doing a trust worthy job.

Over the last 12 months we have constantly received mail that is no where near our location plus I have had several checks disappear. I myself and many of our neighbors have gone to the Maidens, Va 23102 Post Office and very politely complained but we still continue to have the same problems.

This past Saturday I checked my mail box and the delivery person tried to cram a package that was to large into the box, leaving it sticking half in and half out exposed to possible rain and there was other mail in the box including a check are mail box is a good distance from the house this was a real enticement for someone to just drive by steal everything.

I mailed 3 large envelopes first class certified at the Tioga la. postoffice on 7/25/19 two to IRS an one to La. dept of revenueIrs was recivied on 7/29/19 the one for the La. dept of revenue has still to be delivered show it left tioga ,went to shreveport for sorting left there an went to Baton Rouge was there the 29th La.

The postal man first knock on my door.I responded I am coming after I said that then he rings my doorbell I open the door and told him that I Mentioned that I responded to him that I was coming.Why knock first then ring my bell.It NOT that important to knock then Ring my bell.And he responded very rudely.I don't want that mailman to deliver my packages.Plus HE Stuffs my postbox so tight with mail I can barely get it out without ripping it open.Thats BS.

The mail in my area have not been delivered 3 days I went to the Hamilton Grange station on 146th street between Amsterdam and Broadway I spoke with the supervisor at 8:30AM this morning 7/30/2019 whose name I did not get about the situation her reply was very negative her response was you will get your mail and people do take vacation and they are short staff her attitude was very nasty about it so I left because I refuse to argue with her I want to know is this the way your staff have been trained to deal with customers.

There are some things I can accept, not that I should have to, but there some things that are totally unacceptable. I can accept a postal carrier with a bad attitude, an occasional miss delivery, and constantly late delivery, but I cannot accept a carrier that fails to pickup mail that I placed in my mail box with the flag raised. When I have mail that I need mailed and it doesn't even get picked up by my postal carrier then of what value is the us postal service?

mail on this rout is deliverd to the wrong boxes very often, every one on this street has to bring the mail to it's rightful owners. I have had some of my bills and payments lost and charged late charges for late payments.

The postal clerk who is usually scheduled every day is extremely unpleasant. When I asked him his name he said his name is Troy but he never wears a name tag so I do not really know. His attitude and demeanor are remarkably rude and offensive.

He is rude and his attitude is that we, the patrons, are a bother. Something must be done about this! It has gone on for too long! Where is management? Who thinks that this is acceptable? He regularly barks and shouts at the patrons.

He is 100% intolerable to deal with. People cower or shudder before they have to go in. We would all rather not deal with Troy, but if we must, then train him and coach him to be a better employee instead of forcing us to go to neighboring post offices because we are avoiding getting treated in an abusive manor.

I mailed a certified letter July 5 with birthday card, gift card and check from the Atascadero, CA post office, destination Spicewood, TX 78669. The letter was received the same day in the Santa Barbara transfer station. After that the letter could not be tracked anymore.

I filed a claim on July 13, Claim number CA143A02181. I received a call on July 15 from the Marble Falls, TX post office that they could not locate the letter there and basically that was the end. The post office did not make any more efforts to contact me as to the whereabouts of the letter.

The mail person keeps delivering my neighbor's mail to me and mine to "I don't know where" !! Yesterday, my neighbors all had their mail in another neighbor's mailbox. I had the mail of "three" different people in my box.

I live in a 114 unit apartment building connected to another 114 unit building. Both buildings have 8 floors, but have different addresses. One buildings door faces south, and other faces north. One door is southeast, the other northwest. One is 35700 e michigan ave wayne mich, the other 35800 e michigan ave.

48184 is the zip code of both. I live in the 35800 building, and at least once every couple of weeks receive mail that should have been delivered to the 35700 building. One day I received mail for two different apartments that are in the other building.

Very poor delivery service. Today our neighbor got ALL of our mail. Quite often we either get someone else’s mail or they get ours. Our bank statement was evidently delivered to someone else and put in our box later on a Sunday.

I am a resident at 2819 Krenek Ct. Rosenberg, TX 77471. Over the past year I have had at the very least a dozen packages lost or delivered to the wrong address. I have complained to the manager every time since the 3rd package was loss or miss delivered. Every time this happens (which happened again today) I am told by the manager that this will not happen again, yet it always does. This is what I was told by the manager last month when another package was lost. Every time this happens which is about monthly, I have to take the time to drive to the Rosenberg TX Post Office (because the Rosenberg Post Office will not answer their phone) to try and find out what happened, because the Rosenberg Post Office will not do their job properly.

No response from Customer Support. The majority of mail was delivered to my address during a Hold Mail period. I'd like to prevent this from happening again. A response advising me on how I may ensure that the Hold Mail process begins would be appreciated.

Hold Mail period was 22 May to 30 May. Confirmation # CAH345971054. I e-mailed Customer Support upon our return - 29th of May. I return 1 day prior to end of a Hold Mail period just in case the mail is delivered on the end date.

However, to my surprise, I found my mailbox stuffed full of mail. I also visited the postal station to pickup whatever mail had been held back. Yes, there was a handful of mail and one small package at the station as well.

6/4/2019 made an attempt to retrieve a package with a yellow card and was treated like a thug by a female with dirty blond hair and glasses. refused to give her name and yelled throughout the post office at me.

it was in fact the Arizona city post office mistake by placing this yellow card in my box number 2389. she was very rude and said she gave my package away to another man. illegal at that. she yelled this at me.

Dear Sirs;

I mailed 100 post cards on May 3rd. Due to the size of the cards, the postal clerk required me to purchase 1st class stamps instead of the discounted post card stamps. The post cards announced an event scheduled for May 5th.

The post cards were for local delivery (less than 5 miles from the post office), yet they did not arrive until May 7th, depsit ebeing told by the clerk that they would be delivered on May 4th.

This is unsatisfactory - especially when you make I paid for first class postage. There is no reason why it should have taken so long to deliver these cards just across town. If you are not going to deliver the post cards the next day - then don't make the customer pay for 1st class postage.

Every time I receive a package the box is practically destroyed and its contents damaged. In addition I do not appreciate the uncaring attitude of the individual that delivers it, and I have a specific example. I am not the kind to complain about every little failure but enough is enough.

Any other business would go out of business with service like this.

The mail person who has been delivering to 1405 point St Baltimore MD 21231 has been leaving packages just laying around. Today I found 4 packages for 1300 Thames St tucked on top of the mailboxes in the corner. This is strange because packages go in another area with lockers all together.

This has been an on going problem. The delivery person was here last on April 29,2019 around 5:30 pm. The carrier is always on the phone, and extremely unprofessional.

I have major problems with my packages being delivered to my door. I have attempted to talk to a postal employee several times and I am either put on hold for an extended period or someone picks up the phone and just lays it down. ( You can hear laughing and talking in the background.

The Post Office at 1075 N. Tustin St, Orange, CA has had several water leaks for many years and there is toxic mold growing in the ceiling tiles. I spoke to the Supervisor and she indicated that it has been looked at. However, these water leaks have been there for over a year and are only getting worse with each rain. Looking at the problem does not fix it.

Mold is there and toxic. Many people have COPD and asthma which are negatively effected by exposure to the toxins in this post office. As it is the main branch, people must go there to do certain business. This problem needs to be fixed immediately and all the moldly materials removed under containment! Mail not delivered from April 6 through April 10 when a large amount was delivered before 8 AM. Person delivering mail had no explanation. The entire street had same experience of no mail service.

My taxes were mailed from Honolulu Hawaii on March 5 to Gig Harbor, WA. On March 11 there was a message that said it had arrived in Tennessee and would arrive late. What was it doing in Tennessee???? Today it says arrived Seattle Postal Department.

It takes 2 to 3 days for mail to get here from Hawaii and this package was sent Priority Mail. Why the delay and why through Tennessee?

I have had two packages come in this week and both of them had broken pieces. Antique dishes that have been discontinued. This is from poor handling during shipping. I had 9 plates, 1 creamer, 3 cups, and 5 bowls broken.

I get other people's mail that I have to hand deliver to them. I've lived here for 2 years, with only my name on the mailbox and still consistently get their mail. If I have mail to go out, I'll put it in the mailbox with the flag up.

Sometimes he picks it up and sometimes he doesn't. Sometimes he adds new mail without picking up the mail in the box. When I complained to the Cloquet Post Office supervisor, he told me the mail carrier doesn't have to pick up the mail.

And he wasn't very nice about it.

I do not mind the postal service raining their rates, its just a matter of time before the private sector will take it over.

However to lower the cost of the extra ounce stamp by 5 cents is a total rip off. If I could return the stamps with a receipt would be OK but I can not, just another screw up be the government.

Can't wait till Fedex takes over your jobs.
