If I could give zero stars I would. I was at the pharmacy today to pick up my medication like I always do every 30 days for the past 2 years. The second I gave my date of birth the pharmacist said I was too early.

I said no I’m here right on time. He raised his voice saying I told you before you can’t take 2 different drugs at the same time???? I had surgery June 6th. Two months ago. And it’s been 2 months since I had the other medication my surgeon prescribed.

I said excuse me, I am not taking them at the same time. So when he went to look he said oh you’re right. I’m sorry, my bad!!!!!!!! I have never felt so belittled and embarrassed and ANGRY! This man has had multiple complaints by customers for his mean, arrogant, and unprofessional behavior.

Price Chopper in Catskill New York, on April 9 I went to this price chopper to cash my bottles. I was approached got a guy named Jimmy who said my bottles are watery and I told them they are washed it’s not like I’m a putting a full bottle of water in the machine or I’d make sure they are empty to go through the machine.

He also said there is a $12 limit on bottles where customer service said that is not true that was only during Covid. He was also slamming the machine open hard and bein rough with stuff in the bottle room I hope this issue will be addressed as I do not feel comfortable coming to this location to cash my bottles in.

I have also had problems with this gentleman in the past and previous management has not addressed his behavior or conduct in the bottle room.

While checking out in the self service isle at Grandview Price Chopper 12220 South 71 HWY, I was approached by a clerk who started counting the items in my cart. After she confirmed that I was not over the amount to use the self checkout she continued to follow me as I checked out my items.

As I have always done, I put the items that I checked out back into my cart. She told me I could not do this unless my cart was empty. I asked her when this started being a norm? She then told me I could put my items under the cart.

I did not comply with her ridiculousness and asked for the manager who also never heard of her policy. I then asked the manager to make her get away from my cart and leave me alone to continue to check out.

Your bakery department shows poor customer service to your most loyal customers. Ms. Jennifer Nicolas she proudly told me her name was after I asked for her name because of the issue I was having with her. I asked for assistance an was told she was in the middle of doing something at the moment an I need to wait for her to be finished before she would answer any questions of mine.

She has had a long night an don't feel like being bothered!

I shop at the Derby Price Chopper here and there, mostly for meat sales. You had a wonderful butcher there at one point, Scott, however, he left due to personal reasons. Now, there is a man who is elderly who works behind the counter who has decided to let me know what I want for my cuts,what the national standards are for meats, and that I order too much. SERIOUSLY ????????????????

If I want a pork chop cut at 1 1/4" cut and I order 20 of them I EXPECT just that! not a lecture on why I should not be feeding my family 2lbs of meat a piece. This MAN does not know what I do with my meat.

I never post anything bad about any business but this has just gone beyond appropriate. I was in the Essex center Vermont price chopper yesterday ( 09/17/2023), it was around 7:48am. There were 3 people standing around in the deli talking and I asked if I could get some meat for a client of mine.

) I said it’s only a few min away but they refused. I walked away and was looking for a manager. This man approached and said, “I am the manager” so my partner and I were asking if the deli was typically open at 8am daily and if people are just standing around talking could we just get a few things.

Gardner Massachusetts store. Dark haired skinny girl bagger, rude, sassy, whiny. I asked her to not fill the bags so heavy please, I've had my hips replaced. You'd of thought I told her she was dying. She went off, well you have to communicate with us, let us know, WAH WAH WAH WAH.

Uh what does she think I was doing? You do not treat paying customers like that "EVER". She walked away like the 5 Yr old she was acting like. Disturbing behavior, and extremely unprofessional. I'd say get her checked for drugs she seemed strung out, speed, cocaine, crack something.

It's bad enough we have to put up with a distressed economy and your prices are too high. But when the help who gets paid well enough acts like a spoiled child. You have more problems than you know.

An employee was following me around the store. When I asked her to please stop staring and following me she flipped out. Calling me names, throwing a tantrum. When I asked for her name she to me to go f myself and walked away.

I went to the managers booth to file a complaint and the manager told me he didn’tbelive me and that I was a liar because she’d never do that. I told him I had it recorded and he told me to leave the store or he would call the cops on me.

I asked him for his name and he said “Dave” now leave my store. This is unacceptable. I have shopped at this store for years and never have I been treated so poorly.

Went in last night a little before 7pm and both your floral and bakery departments were closed which was unfortunate since I was there for a cake and balloons. I asked someone who seemed to be in charge and she was very unhappy about me needing assistance.

Her name was Zaria or Zoila not sure she didn’t seem to want to tell me. I then waited in floral for a few and went back to see if she was gonna help me and she rolled her eyes and said she was busy.

Mind you I shop there often as I have a family of 5 and my grocery bill is quite high. A very nice employee named Katelyn helped me get balloons and even wrote on a cake for me. She may have saved you from losing a customer because before that I wasn’t going to shop there anymore.

9 oz. They were listed on the E coupon which I had clipped and was available to be seen on my IPhone. 00 coupon for the Pepsi' When I was checking out and ready to pay my bill, I asked if the E coupon had been applied.

I'm really upset about the quality of the paper bags you have, Groceries are too expensive to be shoveling up off the ground when the bags tear apart. Not only one bag but three out of five. It would probably be nice if you could find an alternative or go back to plastic.

How I got through this without using profanity I don't know... I'm sure lots of other people feel the same. I've been redirecting my shopping to other stores which use plastic but sometimes I have to go with the convenience of location. Thanks Wayne Lacroix

Back in January I stopped at my local Price Chopper and ask for a new Advantage card. They took my information looked at my driver's license Etc they said it would be 7 to 10 business days. Well two weeks later still nothing so I called customer service and the lady said that all they didn't put the apartment number so it'll be another 7 to 10 days still nothing so

then I called back and the guy that I spoke to gave me attitude about it and he said it would be another two to three weeks well here it is 3 months later and still nothing. And I have points expiring on my card and I can't even use it at the gas station

Due to the lack of customer service and on-going frustration with the current status of the staff and poor management of this store I will no longer shop at Price Chopper.

On what typically is my trip to the Slingerlands Price Chopper, on my way home from work, I came to the realization that I can no longer tolerate entering this store. My groceries and pharmacy expenses will be spent where I am treated with respect and provided the service I am entitled to.

Here are a few specifics from yesterday.

I’m complaint about store 183 we have rented a rug doctor twice and both times the machine doesn’t work we tell them it’s not working and all we get is ok we’ll make sure it gets fixed . No one offers a refund or an extra day when we do ask for a refund we get told it can’t be done me and my sister know that’s a lie we both worked at price chopper that is a lie and this experience is completely unexceptable

While Grocery shopping this morning in the Alexandria Bay Price Shopper the Cashier was the rudest person I have ever meant. She was slamming the groceries, we bagged our own. We didn't realize that it wasn't 8 am we had beer in the cart without any explanation she said Nope your not buying this you have an hour.

She has no idea if we were from NY know the NY laws for alcohol. Unfortunately due to this experience we will be taking our grocery shopping business elsewhere. Sadly we have shopped in this store since the day it opened, but don't feel as customers we should be treated in this manner.

Dropped script off at pharmacy @ 3:30 Thursday. Told it would be 1/2 hr wait or can pu Friday. Two o’clock Friday told it’ll be half hour wait. I would’ve stayed yesterday! Very poor customer service. But that is nothing new for Price Chopper.

I live about 30 mins away from price chopper so its not a fast trip to return/exchange things. I bought expensive ground lamb for dinner tonight and got it home and it was expired on 1/25. I found this out when I opened the package and the smell filled the kitchen.

Now i have to do an hour round trip to return the ground lamb i bought today on 1/27 and find something to make for dinner for my family in under an hour. You guys REALLY need to get better about making sure you dont have expired product sitting on shelves.

I purchased the lettuce mix that was on sale today. It's not Romain lettuce it's romaine stalks. Wtf I could have brought the same thing at Aldi for a lower price. PRICE CHOPPER is to expensive.. I will now drive 15 minutes instead of 5 to get my food.

I’m a frequent shopper here and never had a problem. I brought my step son to return bottles so he can buy a few Christmas presents for his girlfriend. He had 5 small bags of returnables inside the deposit area at 4:10.

We were kicked out because an employee came out andsaid is was closed. I looked up online and called the store to make a complaint about because it says it closes at 5, might I add the call and complaint was done before 4:30.

I had time to do all that and write this and it now 4:38. So technically we would have been done and out by now but we’re kicked out even though it says it closes at 5. I’m not trying to get anyone fired and wouldn’t want to be the cause of that for anyone especially this time of year.

Hello, today i went to price chopper in Fulton New york. I picked up a few things as usual; and also some sushi for dinner. This was some of the worst sushi ive ever had, it was old and hard and tasted off.

An unusal thing as i get sushi for dinner her after work atleast once a week. I purchased a chef Sampler and a crunchy shrimp, i was able to force myself to eat around half of it before i just could and tossed it.

I was looking to see if i could just get those 2 things replaced i dont want any refund or anything like that. Normally i get the sushi around 11 pm so it being so bad at 5:30 was just strange and offputing.

Went into price chopper with friends and dog. (Mini poodle was carrying the whole time) entered the doors cashier turned her back (deff saw the dog) proceeded to shop quickly as the store was closing in 5 mins. She says the dog can’t be in the store politely I leave.

The customer infront of us questioned the cashier about it being an emotional support dog. The cash register lady proceeds to be rude and says that is not a thing and people are liars and skanks, I don’t know about anybody else but I wouldn’t personally want somebody talking to customers that way.

When they are simply trying to get their stuff and get out and no problem was given.

Price chopper in a Lenox Ma never remembers to run coupons through. But you better believe they remember to ask you more than once If you have anything on the bottom of your cart. With prices outrageous in the store coupons help.

Currently shop at the Endicott North Street store. The deli department is under staffed to service customers. Usually only one attendee waiting on customers while others milling around department doing other things. Is not customer service the task at hand.

While I realize self service is your preference, this does not work for those that want what they want how they want it. Another thing that is annoying is checkout. Again self checkout is your preference. Why so many checkout lanes in the store without personnel to occupy.

Bottomline: Price Chopper is not in fact providing the shopping experience expected from a major chain. Thank you for the opportunity to provide my feelings. Phil Pero

Today July 31 I was at the Cooperstown NY store and had an un-customarily negative experience. The "simply done"single paper towel roll had no price tag and I reported it to a store associate and he told me he works the front end and is just helping out in the aisles.

We ordered a triple play seafood dinner. In the past one dinner was enough for both of us. We waited an hour. When we came a little early to pick it up, it was cold. We got it home and it was a disgrace.

We had a half of a piece of haddock. Four shrimp. Barely a dozen of the tiniest scallops I’ve ever seen, and 14 shoestring French fries. Seriously… something told me to open it up. If I had I would have walked out and left it right there. You should be ashamed.

It was like we were the last order and they ran out of everything. I hope to hear back with some kind of explanation for this or Everyone on Facebook will hear my story. This is unacceptable, even in these times.

Weekly Ad is Misleading on at least two items.

Before we go any farther, my work history includes Albany Public Markets - grocery, dairy, & meat-cutter (where #39 sits now) - Weis Markets (Newburg) - Meat Manager, - Grand Union - Meat-cutter, Butcher Block Manager - Price Chopper Grocery Night crew & later, meat-cutter. Hello, My fiancé and I are getting married in just ten days. We had a consultation with the floral manager Kayleigh from your Amsterdam store on February 22, 2022. We called on June 11th to go over our floral details.

It was during this call that we were told she no longer was employed with Price Chopper. Although we had left no deposit (which we did think was strange, but was assured it wasn't needed by the floral manager) the store did have all our paperwork.

I am a long time customer of Price Chopper, both in person and by Instacart. " They have been servicing my address for a long time without such fee. I do not live that far away or I would not be driving there to shop in person.

The new fee info states that some of the money goes to the drivers due to increased gas cost. There is already a gas surcharge. I am not so sure what "some" means. Probably most goes into the till of Price Chopper.

I am a caregiver so I have gotten Instacart service when I am unable to get away due to caregiving duties. Basically I am a front line worker, as I have no responsibility for the person. My friend has no relatives and no money to pay for help so I help my disabled friend without charge.

I was checking out in your Edwardsville PA store last night May 7, 2022 approximately between 7:30 PM and 7:45 PM in the self check out lane and looked up to see your associate Melissa O wearing a shirt that read in big letters “FU46”.
