My family and I checked into/out a hotel on 7-23-24 in Paris thst was supposed to be 4-star. The hotel had bugs AND no working electricity. We had to find and book a new hotel at 3am. The hotel manager, William, even physically accosted me.

I have it all on video. It took way too many attempts for priceline to even open a investigation into the matter. We're in a foreign country, the entire experience was terrifying.

I was told the price of $49.50 but when I got to motel I had to pay an extra $75 which was suppose to be refunded to me but never was. Why should it be one price then at motel an added price to the total. This is not right.

I have been calling to get my refund since te 14th when I didn't stay in the hotel due to its poor conditions. Not only have I not recieved it. I have an email stating it will be refunded with in one business day 2 days ago guess what still no refund.

And I keep getting told I have to wait here it is 15 days from the day it was originally suppose to have been refunded. com and it's a bunch of bull. 12 refunded into my account. You people just want to keep living and everyone tells a different story and ou do t even file anything until you feel like it cause I escalated this from 16th everyday and I just got something sa it was escalated on the 26th.

If they have negative star I would gave them negative stars. I canceled my fly around July 2023, The agents told me so many different thing that they do not gave me credit for that fly cancel, I either have to book the fly with them right away through Alaska or put under credit Alaska airline.

Even though, I put direct under priceline, and now I tried to book fly to travel around April and of course its under Alaska Airline. They said my fly only Valid through February 14. They told me I did not look through policy, I told them that they did not tell me the policy when I cancel the Fly back in July.

They broke their policy and they question me back that i did not read their policy? basically, I lost $2500 from this crappy company.

I reserved a room on December 1, 2023 for one night with Priceline for my uncle. The hotel at the Wyndham Stadium was completely unacceptable. There was blood on the door, a bad smell in the room and people outside doing drugs.

My uncle is 79 yrs old and healthy. He had to contact me to let me know he didn’t feel safe and explained why. This is the worst thing for someone to experience when you expect a clean and neat place to stay at THAT YOU PAID FOR.

I in cibtsct with the health department, the local police and the FCC to report Priceline for doing this to a customer. I want to be refunded immediately with an apology letter as soon as possible. There was a misleading advertisement stating money back if the customer wanted money (refund) back. the hotel is a garbage hole I don't know how Priceline can keep them on their site the excuse was it was past the ten-minute allowed to drive to my room was 5 minutes and

walking from the office to my car was 3minutes in that short time frame I was supposed to see if I liked the room or not to get back to the office in 10 minutes is impossible. Contaced Priceline who did the old song and dance well there is nothing we can do

I booked a reservation for a car with Priceline, paid in advance for the car and for the insurance though Priceline. Once I arrived at NextCar to pick up my reservation car, I was told that the insurance through Priceline was not accepted and they offered their insurance which was 3 times the amount paid for with Priceline.

I did not budget my trip to pay these additional fees so I needed to cancel and get a full refund but I was denied a refund because of the non-refundable policy.

However, why does Priceline offer car insurance and not mention that their insurance is not accepted with the car rental companies which they are affiliated with.

Their computer listed my name improperly -- "Barbara Barbara KingSearles KingSearles" and despite over 7 calls and chats on line with customer service reps over 6 DAYS, they only notified KLM the operator of the flight (Flying KLM, ITA and Delta) today and then told me "KLM said it would be corrected in 3-5 days" My travel is in 3 Days AND my husband is disabled and travels with a SERVICE DOG, all airlines require checking in with them 48 hours prior to verify the service dog request and verify they've received the paperwork.

Because my name is incorrect, ITA will not verify the service dog request.

My complaint concerns the current Manager named Janice in Priceline at Altona Gate Shopping Centre. There was no-one serving so I approached her not knowing she was the manager for service asking could she serve me. She had sent the other staff member to the back of the store to perform some task which I am told is a regular occurrence then the staff member is berated for not being able to see that someone needs service at the register.

Due to the sudden weather of my sister, we had to change the dates of our vacation from October 10-17, 2023 to October 23-30, 2023. I had no problems with the airlines they were compassionate and quick. I contacted hotel who was more than willing to change reservation with NO PENALTIES and keep the same booking price, BUT PRICELINE WOULD NOT AGREE.

I will NEVER use them again and advise nobody use them. Customer service is horrible even the hotel tried to contact them and had a very difficult time. I am filing complaint with BBB

com booked us for a car rental through York Car Rental Ft Lauderdale Florida. On the way from the airport to York, it was posted on the shuttle that we needed to have our insurance declarations page. After arriving, we were told that they could not find our reservation.

The agent took a picture of our reservation that was on my cell phone with her cell phone. After about 10 minutes the reservation issue was resolved. Then I showed her our insurance declaration page. She pointed to a form on the counter and said we could not rent with the insurance that we had.

If I could leave "zero" Stars I would ! My family and I do a lot of traveling and this is by far the absolute worst business that I have dealt with in my life! They left me and my family sitting in a parking lot in the middle of the night trying to find an alternative method to sleep because our room was canceled due to lack of amenities that was promised! Without any notification.

Made several phone calls to Priceline headquarters only to get treated like s***t. Then hung up on two times in a row. Absolute disgust I would buy this company just so I can fire everybody that works for it!. They have no idea how to treat customers.

I've never been this dissatisfied with anyone.

The worst travel experience ever!!!! Their incompetence caused us to not be able to fly when we had planned. The ordeal required about 5 hours total to get resolved, and it wasn’t even Priceline that resolved the issue. I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone I know to never even consider using them.

When I explained that we incurred extra expense due to their error, they said they don’t offer compensation for anything. So, lesson learned. AVOID PRICELINE

I am registering a formal complaint. When I made the reservation, the agent indicated the pet fee was $30/nite. He said he had negotiated with the hotel down from $75/nite. Then we ran the charges through. Upon arrival, the proprietor demanded $60 more per nite, indicating that the negotiation had nothing to do with them, it was with priceline.

I called Priceline, and was told nothing can be done, and the hotel fee is not refundable. Further, the hotel is rundown, noisy, dirty, and the staff is exceptionally rude. It is a hotel from hell. Since I am left eating the poop, I advise you to remove this place from your listing.

First, you can only get on certain flights, then the price it triple the price posted on the website of both the airline and Priceline, so more than the original cost is the fight is lost. On February 28th 2023 I contacted Priceline regarding an upcoming trip that needed to be canceled due to medical issue. I spoke to the agent on the phone who confirmed the cancellation and advised me that I would not be able to get refunded but I will be able to receive a credit for future travel and that such credit would be valid for one (1) year.

I booked a hotel unfortunately through the Express option on Priceline because I thought I was getting a great deal, however, I have learned that when booking with Express I always get the lesser of the hotels offered me. The hotel that we checked into was the Baymont by Wyndham Provo River in Provo, Utah.

My wife and I checked in at the hotel and went to our room. When we entered the room we could tell there was a musty smell immediately. My wife described it as a combination of kitty litter and cat pee.

We debated on whether or not to say anything but the smell got worse and my nose started to run and I started to get a sore throat. At that point, I was very frustrated with the situation that I was in, I wasn't feeling very good and I no longer wanted to stay at the property .

We purchased EIGHT tickets for ITA Airlines, one had an incorrect MIDDLE name. Though informed by ITA that a correction would only require a picture of the Passport and 25 euro charge, Priceline refused to do this. As such I had to cancel that ticket and rebook, same flight, same times and same seat unfortunately for twice the price plus cancellation charge plus admin fee.

I went back and forth with Arjay and Goodman who did not help with the correction though repeated calls to ITA Sky Team ensured me it was not an issue. I have been charged most $1100 more for the want of changing a middle name a month before flying. Horribly frustrating.

I would never do business with priceline. My job sent me on am assignment and told us specifically not to use a 3rd party for anything. I went on my hotel site on Google and made a reservation. Apparently, it was done through priceline.

I asked the front desk lady to cancel the reservation and redo it but she explained there will be no issue. I called priceline to request an invoice/itemized receipt to present to my employer to get reimbursed but priceline insisted they don't have an invoice.

I'm so confused why a company will charge my card and claim they don't have an invoice for the charges. My employer has refused to reimburse me for a 4night hotel stay because of this. Priceline is terrible at customer service.

S. and also purchased the Allianz insurance. Reservation was done a month before travel. Priceline offered a deal with Economy Rent a Car. I received an email from Economy morning of travel directing me to contact Jet Rentals when I got there and provided their phone number and pick up instructions.

Upon arrival Jet would not answer any calls and Economy was closed for the weekend. The worse part is when I called Priceline they stated they couldn't rebook me with another company and left my family and I without transportation in a foreign company.

I HIGHLY recommend you don't use Priceline in a foreign country or if time matters. I was stuck having to find another rental on my own at a far greater expense with minimal cars available. Being a VIP member with Priceline means nothing…

Twice in one day priceline left me without a car then without a room. I was due to pick up a car in downtown Portland. When I arrived for my reservation they had NO CARS! Priceline wanted me to pay a more expensive rental and maybe they would refund the difference.

I booked a turo and went to check into my Priceline room I pre paid for. I choose the "deal" and let priceline choose. When I arrived I was told that they would not honor the price I pre paid and cancel my reservation.

I spend over 2 hours trying to get priceline to put me in a room. It was insane. The only offered me the absolute worst places in portland. Then for all the inconvenience they refund 8 freaking $ NEVER AGAIN will I use priceline.

I booked a hotel room on 7/29/23. I was told I could cancel for a full refund until midnight on 7/30/23, and for a partial refund until midnight on 7/31/23. When I called back to change my reservation date, on 7/30/23, I was told I could not change it without a penalty fee. The penalty fee would be one night of the price of the hotel ($89). I told them I wanted to escalate the complaint and have the call reviewed. I got an email, stating that I was given false information by the agent, about the cancellation dates. I called to get my refund. When I called back in, they said the information in the email I received was wrong, and I did NOT receive incorrect information, so I can’t get a refund. I asked for the complaint to be escalated again.

Does this sound familiar, "If you rented a vehicle from another rental car company and had to pay more for? your new rental, we will refund the difference between our rate and the rate the new rental car company charges.

" Well, we had to do just that since following all the directions with booking on Priceline with Hertz for a one-way car rental. We had to change the date to one-less day but did it just like both places told us via website and made sure the change was confirmed and that we did still have a car waiting for us in Las Vegas.

Airline canceled my return flight. I was offered a refund ONLY of the return flight, because there were no other flights (for the same price) available. I said can't you refund the entire trip seeing as I will be stranded in a foreign country? No.

So I tell her I know it's not her fault, this is company policy but what am I sup to do? She says she'll transfer me to her supervisor to refund me. " That's the end of it. I now can't take my trip and don't have any money either.

I booked this room at DoubleTree Boston and the Hotel wouldnt allow me to check in. OK, so I had lost my wallet at the airport. I still had other forms of ID and credit cards, but the hotel refused.

When I called Priceline customer service they claimed it was the hotel that needed to refund or release the funds for a refund. It was both parties stating it was the other holding things up. I was due to catch a ballgame and travel on the next morning, I had no time to deal with this.

Both Priceline and DoubleTree will forever lose my business. Both parties were lying to me.

I booked a flight and room reservation with Priceline, from July 11th to July 14th my check in date for the Tropicana Hotel was July 11th to July 14th. When I got to the hotel I tried finding a line to check in.

Priceline has the worst customer service. I have just spent several hundred dollars in phonecalls trying to get help from priceline customer service! I am exhausted and disappointed. I even had an agent named paula who laughed at me. Amy and the other staff kept putting me on long holdings because they are lazy and did not want to perform their jobs properly with all the accurate and factual information i had available.

I offered to give them email proof of my claim and tjey refused to take it. Tje groom and the best man are both stranded in the caribbean and wr are sressed out. Intercaribbean airlines might makw the bride have to canxel her wedding and we are all losing money.

Booked a room and room was cancelled by hotel for no rooms available. Called priceline and was transfered to booking. They promised to call me back withing 30 minutes with accommodations resolution and no reply. I calledback an hour later and no resolution.

I was far from home so I was very upset. I called back again and no resolution. They said rhey reimburse any other hotel I choose. Their was nothing near available. I ended up getting a room far from desired area.

On July 12, 2023, I booked a hotel Reservation on Priceline for what was listed as the Commerce Hotel Casino 6121 East Telegraph Road, Commerce, CA for August 7-12 2023. It is special trip I'm gifting my teen daughter to interview/tour at several California colleges and explore (she's never been to CA), and we are traveling all of the way from Florida. Priceline used the photos for the Commerce Hotel Casino as well as their name, so it was very specific and there was no mistake on my end.
