Almost worse experience ever with any vendor. I bought a international air ticket and cancelled within 23 hours. Priceline was advertising free cancellation within 23 hours and also sent me a confirmation of full refund after I cancel, saying I will receive a refund within 1 to 3 business days.

However, after 3 weeks I still did not receive the refund to my credit card. Then I called Priceline. Its customer service was telling me they have no control because it was directly charged by the airline!!!!! Called many times and it only got worse when I asked to speak to the manager.

He was pretending to speak to United but actually not. He blamed me for buying a non-refundable ticket (come on the 24 hour refund policy is the policy of priceline for any ticket) and also said the cancellation…

My complaint is too long to write, I am living out of hotels with my children and have trusted Priceline to secure my family A good hotel to stay in. Every hotel was a bait and switch Good pics and non updated amenities.

Allowing people to spend money for something they will not get which is illegal. The hotels take no responsibility and Priceline blames the hotel. I will be doing my due diligence to make noise about this and I hope others do to do not let them get away with this.

We were on the road and getting tired so we put in a search on Priceline for hotels in a nearby city we wanted to stop at for the night. Priceline showed us some hotels in the city we chose, and also popped up a choose from 3 option, where they would pick for us one of three reputable hotels for one low price.

This price was better than the other options so we continued.

However, Priceline said they would not reveal the hotel they were choosing for us until after we completed the purchase. This is where the problems began. Immediately after purchase, the hotel they chose was disclosed to be in a location hundreds of miles away from where we had searched and had requested, and was also located in the opposite direction of our travel route.

I booked a Hotel for memorial weekend (Friday May 26th 2023-Monday May 29th 2023) through priceline and the hotel was very dirty. I tried 2 rooms and there were issues with poop on floors and bugs in beds. The hotel refunded me the payment I made on site and told me to contact Priceline for the rest of it. I contacted priceline 10 times now and they just keep closing my ticket saying that they "Could not get approval from the hotel for the refund". I spoke with the hotel every time and the hotel says they have never once said deny, but they did tell priceline to Email the reservations department and to stop calling the front desk of the hotel. I Emailed the reservations department and they said they have not received anything from Priceline.

Priceline is selling tickets to flights that are not available and later giving the customer a later flight that they did not purchase are agree to. Example; booked a flight to Florida to arrive at 10am with plans for that day, they changed it to arrive there at 9:45pm.

With cancellation insurance l could not get a refund. What made matters worse while talking to the Airlines agent I asked him about a early flight showing on Priceline and the agent told me that sorry that's not available it's full.

Be careful with Priceline something is not right!

I just wanted a hotel that offers an airport shuttle service because I was only staying one night and heading to the airport at 6 am. I decided I can just go on Priceline and book a hotel with shuttle service.

Priceline booked me with Hyatt Place North Charleston Airport. I called Priceline right after booking online to confirm that it did indeed have airport shuttle service and the agent confirmed via the hotel that it is an amenity that is included.

Lo and behold, when I finally checked in on my reservation date, I was informed that they no longer offer shuttle service. Priceline nor the hotel is willing to reimburse me for the taxi service I had to book myself.

I made a reservation at the Hampton Inn in Salem MA for June 27-38. I thought I was on their website but apparently it was yours. 63. 87. I didn’t receive an email from you or I would’ve disputed these extra charges sooner.

I spoke to the hotel manager and she said she’d never seen anything like this. My booking ref #11702542396 and Y conf #42800386680. 63 credited back to my card today. I have no intention of letting this go. This is price gauging and im pretty sure illegal.

I will contact the BBB next to file a formal complaint if this is not resolved. The name on the reservation was Thomas Buchet but there is no person by that name. I’m not sure what happened there either. Thomas BUCHNER is my husband.

I booked a Hertz rental car in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 8 through Priceline. Upon arriving at airport Hertz told me they had no cars available. I had to take a cab to hotel, called local Hertz head office the next day and was told there still were no cars available. Hertz told me my issue was with Priceline, not them.

I had an extensive chat with a Priceline customer service representative and was told my problem was with Hertz, not them.

I figure that somebody has to be responsible for the fact that I paid more than $150 for a two-day car rental and never received a car.

In the meantime, I paid about $160 for private transportation while in Tulsa and not having a vehicle severely limited my options during my short stay.

I have been trying to get reimbursed for Silver Airlines delaying, then cancelling my flight on 17 June 2023 from Ft Lauderdale FL to Freeport Bahamas. Each time I speak with Priceline rep, I get a different answer and no resolution.

I also paid for an overnight hotel that I am trying to get reimbursed for. I was given a case #, but now am told there is nothing logged.

I received a text from United Airlines morning advising me my scheduled flight for June 27 was cancelled and was rescheduled for the following day June 28. They advised me if the time was not good for me I could get a refund.

The time was not good for me as I had an event that I needed to attend the evening of June 27. I spoke with 3 or 4 different representative on June 27 who advised me that they would give me a partial refund of $127. I inquired about how they came to that amount and if taxes were included and instead of answering the question, I had a rep to hang up on me, I had another to leave me on hold for 30-60 minutes and I had a supervisor by the name of Anthony who advised me the system would not allow him to give me a refund.

Booked a flight to Munich through Priceline and there was a system glitch that made my first name double and my middle name my first and last. I have spent a total of 8+ hours trying g to get help resolving the issue with zero resolution.

Multiple calls, hours of waiting and no help. It's clearly a glitch and so far the only resolution is to cancel and rebook at an additional cost of $600. I actually agreeded to this twice to which it has not been done and they continue to run me in circles with empty promises.

I've used priceline before as I figured. I could trust them to go to bat for me. If I needed them to. I will never use them again after this. I used them to book a hotel room and then daughter got sick and I tried to cancel.

They told me I couldn't do it even though I insurance. Priceline tells me I need to take it up directly with the hotel, the hotel tells me I need to go through price line. I've been back-and-forth for 3 days and got nowhere.

I will be filing complaint against the hotel also as they were very rude and charged my card when they were supposed to.

I had a couple of flights in the last few months and booked my hotel and flights via Priceline. They have serious problems with honesty and customary management. I paid for an airline seat reservation $100, and the airline denied my seat, stating that they had not received any payment.

2) I already had a reservation for a week, but I had to leave 2 days earlier due to a workplace emergency, checked out of the hotel, and booked another flight. They were not helpful in helping in finding a new flight or refunding the funds that I never used.

I will not buy airline tickets or hotel reservations for myself or any other family member using Priceline.

I rented a car through PRICELINE and when I got to the airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. There was NO "Easirent" shuttle to pick me up. I waited 1 hour, while all the other car rental shuttles came and went multiple times, I even called "Esirent" and NO ONE answered the phone. Had to go rent a car from ALAMO...no problem there...was picked up in 5 minutes.

I called PRICELINE and they basically said tough $hit...no refunds on my $96.89, then hung up on me so I had no rebuttle,,,unreal..!!!!!!!!

PRICELINE IS USING DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO TRICK YOU INTO PAYING FOR A "LODGE", YET YOU GET A SLUMMY OLD MOTEL (AT A LODGE PRICE). This place is not a lodge. It's a motel that they are charging way too much for.

There are nicer motels that are way less expensive. Our first room was like we were camping----no security but we had a dirty toilet and bathtub w/flies in it. It also had a wobbly doorknob that was coming off (not secure), the room had no security latch (we had to move the mini fridge and chair in front of the window), the sheets were stained, there was no phone that we could use, no person in the lobby to help you.

My check in was denied due to lack of travel requirements. All I needed is a reschedule through a different airline or a refund simple as that. I wasted 24 hours of my day dealing with different agents and each time I call this agency have a different policy.

I used priceline express 3 star hotel deal and they charges more than they did the last time I stayed at Hilton in same area for a 2 star motel. Customer service just talked in circles and said their customers rated it as a 3 star but that is not what the advertised.

Below I loaded the website page that shows MySpace motel is a two star and the front desk worker confirmed this. I sat on phone for 3 hours with some of the worst costumer service ever. No care that I have been a customer for 15 years that uses them multiple times per month th or that I would even pay the difference.

They just talk in circles and eventually I just gave up. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Will never use service again.

Worst customer service, Worst website to book the ticket. Booked the ticket online and then cancelled the ticket after that using half of the ticket. Priceline keeps putting me on hold for 2 hours and I called 3 times and wasted a lot of time talking with them.

Customer care tecs are stupid. They keep transferring me over and over again. For the refund, they keep saying airline will do it and then bank will take their own time. While talking with airlines, they already sent the refund to Priceline.

I use Priceline often and have had great experiences but not recently. I booked couple car rentals. I recently went with dollar for both reservations.

However on my recent trip it was a horrible visit which this would be the first reservation so I wanted to make another reservation with another car rental company.

However I was not aware that when I cancelled that I would still be obligated to pay for the reservations when I didn’t even use it. I wanted to cancel so I could reschedule with another company. I’m very disappointed that I’m still charged for something that I didn’t even use.

May 11,2023 My roommates and I have been put out of our house because of a fire which started in the kitchen and spread to the dining room. It is a total loss. The Red Cross gave each of us a gift card with 350 bucks on it.

So I booked a room for 2 nights near me. When I went to check in the front desk attendant said I had to come up with a deposit of 100 dollars on a credit card which I don't have.

So I couldn't check in. I slept in my car the first night and then I had a few friends say I could stay with them until I figured something out. I've emailed Priceline and I haven't heard back anything and they haven't even credited my card.

I just think I should be reimbursed for the money since I NEVER got to stay there.

On May 17, 2023, I booked two nights at Extended Stay America Suites - Denver - Lakewood South, 7393 W Jefferson Ave, Lakewood, CO, 80235 with check in on Friday May 19 and check out on Sunday May 21. The booking was confirmed the same day by email by Priceline (Priceline Trip Number: 312-097-105-18) as well as the hotel (booking number 3200989218). 08 on May 19.

Upon arrival at the hotel on Friday May 19, the front desk staff could not find my reservation and told me that the hotel is fully booked anyway. Unfortunately there was no manager on site. I was forced to find an alternative hotel on the fly which was very frustrating as most hotels in the area in a similar price range were fully booked.

com to book our trip back to minnesota for our only grand childs 5th birthday. Thinking we were saving money by booking through your services? Booking our trip in match for our May trip. I am disabled and rely on my wife for assistance in life.

I know we picked our seats together for the trip but when we checked in theday before, we were offered from united air, alternate flights as they were overbooked. I was charged $300 and have been waiting 9 days for my refund. I did not receive a rental car. They said that I did not qualify. I’ve spoken to 6 different people and have been given the run around. I was told that my claim was escalated and that I would receive a call back. That hasn’t happened and today your manager Rob refused to put his superstar on the phone and then hung up on me.

com for May 19th-May 22 2023, pick up/drop off Newark airport. 56$ total. 08$. I called Priceline customer service immediately and explained the issue. I spoke with 2 representatives and two supervisors, all initially told me prices can go up from that showed on the quote because they are always in flux.

99$/day, so this explanation was untrue. I was then told that even though the price charged was higher than the price quoted there 'was nothing they could do as it was non refundable'. 08$, again got the same line, that there was nothing they could not.

No one would ever buy anything on line if a business could just randomly charge more for the product. This is fraudulent.

BEWARE of making "typo" errors when booking through Priceline I reserved a hotel on Priceline, however, I made a "typo" error and reserved a hotel for a wrong date. I rebooked the (same) hotel on Priceline for the correct date and stayed the night.

The hotel NOR Priceline would not cancel the the date I made in error. I realize the hotel through Priceline has a no cancellation policy, however I found out the hardway, that "typo" errors on Priceline will cost you. Up to now, I have been a very frequent user of Priceline and am a VIP status member.

As of now, I am removing the Priceline application from my phone and am switching to another booking agency. PLEASE BEWARE.... if you make "typo" errors when booking through Priceline.. IT WILL COST YOU!!!

I made a car rental reservation this AM online. I wanted to pick up the car in Rockville Center at Hertz but the site defaulted to JFK. I booked the reservation and then tried to change the pick up location.

Hertz told me that they could not do anything as the reservation was made thru Priceline. Priceline told me it was an express reservation and could not be changed. I told them I was not asking for a refund but just needed to move the pick up to RVC as I asked when I made the reservation.

I got to a supervisor who actually hung up on me. If you look carefully on the reservation page it does say the reservation cannot be cancelled but it is written in letters so small they are very difficult to see.

This experience has led me to make sure I will NEVER use Priceline again. This warning…

I have been using Priceline for quite a few years now booking everything from vacation packages to just hotels.

However, I had booked our last trip from April 29, 2023 - May 6, 2023 everything checked out perfectly from the hotel to the airline except the car rental. We were sent to a off site car rental called Routes not knowing this when I booked our vacation package until after the fact we were to be shuttled elsewhere to get our car.

The car rental company had working hours that did not coincide with our departure, meaning they were not open 24 hours to return our car in time to catch our morning flight. We then had to leave our hotel early to drop the car off a day early, rent a motel that we shouldn't of had to just to get to the airport on time for our morning flight.

Priceline site continue to buffer my hotel request after I reentered all my information 3 times. Then I booked directly with the hotel online with no problems. Priceline texted sometime later to tell me I had made a reservation. I’ve been trying for 3 hours to cancel this reservation, but keep getting machines or foreigners who tell me they can’t help, but they give me phone numbers to the same machines!

Dealing with Priceline has been a nightmare. I had a trip booked and my mother passed away so I could not complete it. I was given credit for an American future flight which has proven essentially worthless. I have tried to rebook a ticket with my $225 credit and every flight Priceline gives me, there is a "difference" of over $250- $500 I would need to pay.

I have been on America's direct website and I can fly cheaper without my credit- how does this make sense? I should not be able to book cheaper on the same airline with no credit than I can with Priceline using a credit.

They are a predatory company, steer clear.

On April 28th I arrived to the Gainesville, Fl. airport way before time to only be told that all flights were cancelled due to weather. At that point they changed my flight and sent me to Jacksonville, FL which is 2 hours away.

299-404-065-18 I arrived at the La Quinta Inn Friday night at 11:30 pm. My name was registered but I couldn't get my room because Priceline according to the desk clerk, had sent a credit card with the wrong 4-digit numbers, and they were having trouble with the transaction.

Another lady in the lobby called Priceline to get someone to help. I left it was late I had driven from Dallas to New Iberia and had no room. I called customer service at 11:57 pm number only to be told they couldn't help me until Monday.

I rented a car through Priceline and had the most horrifying experience. The customer service of Priceline is HORRIBLE - TRULY AWFUL. They will send you in circles with their customer service team. I booked a car through Priceline with a company called Green Motion. It seemed fine and legitimate at the time. When I was booking on Priceline there was issues with the website but the booking went through - it did change my pickup time to noon instead of 6:30 PM, so I called Green Motion to double check the reservation and they confirmed everything was fine.

I booked a room with free cancellation I got an email said it wasn’t I called and the customer service said they could not. Help sent picture of website . Sent it they still did nothing They cancelled the room and I called.

Priceline direct and they did the same thing you published on your website and will not honor it. Never again poor customer service even with the direct call to your site. Bookings wasn’t any better. I am sending a picture if the page.

Just had the worst experience with Priceline. I would tell everyone in the world to STOP BOOKING through them! I've been the most loyal customer with not one complaint in 25 years. I booked a hotel that showed pictures of an indoor pool (why we booked) so my kids could enjoy, arrived an there was no pool. Asked to get a credit to rebook with Priceline to another hotel and they refused with no care or guidance. Escalated to 3 departments and all said nope sorry not their problem.

I will NEVER book with them again! Expedia is our new booking channel going forward. Please be aware Priceline could care less about loyalty. Never again!!! It's about principle!

I booked an Express Deal through Priceline which did NOT disclose the name of the hotel I would be staying at ahead of time. Other Express Deals I looked at included resort fees in the total but the one I purchased did not. This is the reason I booked it! Otherwise, I would have waited or purchased a resort stay with Disney directly since pricing would have been the same!

When I arrived at the resort, I was notified of the resort fees and had to pay to them because they said Priceline did not pay the resort fees to them. $344.25

I have spoken with Priceline 6 times and have been told they need to get resolution from their business partner, Agoda.

I was also told by several customer service team members that I shouldn't have to pay resort fees, because the contact I had with Priceline…
