Almost worse experience ever with any vendor. I bought a international air ticket and cancelled within 23 hours. Priceline was advertising free cancellation within 23 hours and also sent me a confirmation of full refund after I cancel, saying I will receive a refund within 1 to 3 business days.
However, after 3 weeks I still did not receive the refund to my credit card. Then I called Priceline. Its customer service was telling me they have no control because it was directly charged by the airline!!!!! Called many times and it only got worse when I asked to speak to the manager.
He was pretending to speak to United but actually not. He blamed me for buying a non-refundable ticket (come on the 24 hour refund policy is the policy of priceline for any ticket) and also said the cancellation…
