Submitted reservations for 3 nights in May in a hotel in New Haven. What I git was 1 night in April in Fort Wayne, attempts to contact Priceline and fix were met with indifference, they say I chose a "let them choose the bed" option that allowed them to change hotels, dates and cities and it is non refundable

It’s my opinion that Priceline is the worst 3rd party travel service and calling in a complaint is a waste of time bc your call will get routed to the Philippines where there is a huge language barrier & once they understand don’t help you at all with your complaint & when asked to transfer call to US will place you on hold and the crazy cycle of calling back continues.

I would definitely recommend Expedia if you prefer to use 3rd party merchant or better yet just make yourself a direct reservation may cost a lil more even though you can negotiate but that’s better then the aggravation that you will experience using Priceline!!! If I could rate my experience truthfully it would be ZERO stars!!!

I booked a flight thru Priceline on Spirit Airlines 1/22/23 that was cancelled within the required time frame. 00 on my credit card and I'm disputing this charge. I've gone thru my credit card company but so far have not been successful because I need confirmation from Priceline of the cancellation.

Priceline still thinks I have an upcoming flight! The trip number is 23521955517. I've spent hours and days trying to speak or email Priceline about this charge, because Spirit says it's Priceline's charge. 00.

I booked a bundle vacation with flight, hotel and rental car. After flying into Atalanta and trying to find the rental car company Priceline provided the rental car place was not even located at the airport and a shuttle was supposed to be provided to pick up a rental car.

After calling several times for over 45 minutes and no one answering I had to book a car through another rental car company. I called Priceline and they said they could not provide a refund because there was a no-cancelation, refund on my reservation.

I explained I did not cancel that the company did not provide the service they agreed to and were paid for. I will never book through Priceline again. They are scams and used scam companies for there services

The booking process was a breeze however when it was time for Priceline to do a price match for my hotel that’s where the run around started . I was asked to send link to hotel in which I did twice with the help of the hotel manager after I was told I sent wrong link .

I spent a total so far about three hours of my vacation trying to get help . I’m back home from vacation and still trying to get a price match . com ever !

I think your customer service is terrible i just cant believe the situation ive experienced with one of your "price breakers" I thought i was getting a good deal the options for the hotels of choice did not include super 8 or i would have never purchased it sure enough as soon as my $423 payment was complete i was assigned super 8 the main thing i needed was a pet friendly hotel which super 8 is not i immediately tried canceling was told that i couldnt the next realized i was going to be traveling one day later than expected and

I have 2 charges on my credit card from Frontier airlines that I was told were rejected.

However they are on my credit card posted not pending. It's absolutely impossible to talk to a live human being. Will NEVER use priceline again and will steer others clear of using them. I want these charges reversed immediately!!

I tried to book a refundable reservation for a car for August 2023. They re-directed me to Kayak and gave a reservation at the wrong airport in Iceland. I immediately tried to cancel it but was told it was non-refundable.

I will never again use Priceline for booking flights. You’re basically paying for “stand by” and good luck getting to your destination. Not only did my son get denied TWICE by the airlines for not having seats for him they refused to let me cancel and refund my money.

He was stranded at the airport for over 10 hours by himself. I ended up having to buy another ticket from the actual airlines to get him home. This was the worst experience for a mother trying to get her son home.

, I booked a bundle with flight, hotel and car, and had to change to reservation date, due to family issues! The first agent that I was in contact with gave me claim numbers and told me the hotel and car was fully refundable and her name was Christina.

She transferred me to airflight division where I was told there was no help and they could not change or cancel the flight and then I asked to be transferred back to another ground agent. I was transferred back to a woman named Janet, who was very difficult to understand for the English language.

I booked with Priceline three round trip tickets with a checked-in bag included in this price, to Romania with a connection in London. (Flights operated by Virgin Atlantic and Tarom). May 15-June3, 2023. On 3/28, Tarom changed the connection from 5/16 to 5/17.

We will be in the airport for a link waiting 24 hours. The price line changed the flight to a different one that will keep the exact dates 5/15-5/16 but did not include the checked-in bagages. SO WE NEED OUR LUGAGES TO BE INCLUDED IN THE NEW ITINERARY.

I was given a travel credit voucher after having cancelled a flight on Dec 27. The flight was a united flight for Dec 31, 2022. The past 5 days I have been trying to redeem the credit voucher through Priceline only to be told that I was a no show for the flight.

The emailed I received was dated Dec 28, 2032, at 12:02 pm from Priceline saying that the request to cancel the flight was successful and that I could not get a refund but rather a credit due to the policy of United airlines. I'm not sure how I was a no show to a flight I cancelled.

I accidentally made two hotel reservations and tried to cancel one through text. I was told to contact booking. com who has no record of my reservation. There is no where on the app to cancel. We will be at hotel soon and cancel it there.

It's just damn frustrating to be transferred all over the place because and still not get my reservation cancelled and I'm a VIP member. They should just give me the correct reservation for free. Customer service has gone downhill and no one gives a damn anymore.

This is a letter I sent to the Doubletree Hilton in Worthington, OH from a 3 night stay I purchased through Priceline. The package I purchased was for 3 nights hotel and car rental. The letter address my disappointment in the hotel experience only.

The car rental portion was great and I have no complaints with them. I spent a lot of money on this trip flying from Anchorage to Ohio for my daughter's thesis presentation, and my whole experience at the Doubletree was substandard and not worthy of the money I spent.

I had booked a flight with Swoop for Feb 23/23 through Priceline from Toronto to Victoria. The evening before my flight I checked in online and paid extra to choose my seat. Upon waking the next morning to leave for the airport I received notification that my flight was canceled due to weather.

The email I received gave me the option to refund my reservation which I chose to do as there wasn't another option that day for a flight. I then received an email from Swoop letting me know that my refund had been processed but when I checked my credit card only the seat selection had been refunded.

The worst customer service ever. I book a reservation via the Priceline site with an hotel in NYC. During my check out the hotel ask me for the resort fee that they collect by directly. I noticed their is a different of 80$ between what I should pay and what the hotel charge me (the same issue happened to my colleague).

I contacted Priceline, and after almost a month they still "trying" to solve the issue. One of the worst customer service I ever got. Never will use them again.

(68 years old on a limited income) Booked a hotel for 2 nights for March 22-24. I realized 3 days before my trip I booked the wrong week. Called to change the weeks. I was told I had to cancel the 22-24 and then book the new dates March 29-31.

I was overcharged a flight ticket in December by an employee who said he took care of my situation of a misspelling on a ticket. I’ve called several times getting the same response of give them 2-3 days which then turned into give them 2-3 weeks as I’m not allowed to speak with the department that handles the refunds only customer service for sells which in turn can do nothing. I want to file a complain with Priceline management about absolutely horrible and unprofessional services of travel agents. I booked Marais Bastille hotel in Paris for 4 nights according to priceline description of the room amenities and services. Description said 1 room balcony king size bed non-cancellable.

I filed a complaint earlier today hoping that things would get better but they just got worse. I contacted the hotel in Mexico City, trip #269-742-055-18, to request a shuttle. I was informed that they do not have shuttle service and that my reservation was canceled.

88. One hour later I found out that the ad was misleading, the car was not located at the airport for pickup but was located several miles away; that doesn't work for me. I immediately cancelled the reservation and was sent an email verifying the cancellation and stated that a refund would be issued within one business day. That never happened.

I called my bank several times to verify that no refund was received, then I contacted Priceline several times, I was told that it's my bank's fault and I need to deal with them. I called Priceline again today, and was told that the only way they would refund my money is if I agreed to do a 3-way call to my bank with Priceline listening in on the phone call verifying the bank never received the refund.

When I first called Priceline to complain about my stay in a hotel they put me in was a disaster. I trusted Priceline to put me in a hotel that was at best clean and safe but they failed not only as a company but as a provider of service.

Priceline customer service refused to issue me a refund and would not even look at my photos of the horrible conditions we were made to stay in. Honestly, I'll be contacting the Florida Department of Health. Human shit on walls and unidentified human bile on fabric shower curtin with burned and stained sheets is unexcusable.

I have posted Priceline's actions everywhere in hopes no one else will ever trust this company as we have made the mistake of doing. Natural the photo upload says my original cell phone photos are to large to upload.

I Made a car rental reservation via PRICELINE on February 13/2023 and payed in advance $251,99 the car company assigned was NÜ CAR. 00 for insurance. I had proof of coverage, and she said she would not accepted that. Obviously I was not going to get ripped off and ask for reimbursement of my $251,99 she said since I booked with PRICELINE I had to ask them for the reimbursement.

The rain for a rental car shuttle never came trued tried calling ubered over to their location nothing. Green Motion doesn't even have hours posted. Called priceline 2 times got disconnected then 3rd call couldn't even u dersrand the person.

Booked a hotel and the pictures were for a Crown Plaza that had been turned into a Ramada Inn by Wyndham. Ramada was terrible. Lamp fell off bed headboard and almost hit me in head. Dirty sheets. Mold on ceiling.

Requested a refund and did not stay at hotel. Priceline said it was prepaid and could not do a refund. So you saying you can put me in any hotel and I can’t get a refund? False advertising because pictures were for a different hotel!

As a customer, I have been getting the run around from customer service to manager Alex badge # 4648009 to get my money back. I do not know what kind of training and service you are being trained on because this is unacceptable.

I have used Priceline for years but this is the most disappointing conversation I have had. I have submitted all the required documents and it has been over 3 weeks but no answer. The CS and manager were no help and are not willing to listen and help.

Sad to see this from a major company. I had a bad experience with the reservation, to pick up of rental car that wasted 3-4 hours of my time.

I lost my husband my pets and my home in a house fire. I am homeless in my car. I only had 233$ in my checking account. I tried to get a motel room for a few nights with the money I had but they weren't going to check me in for another 16hrs so I told them I don't want the hotel and they took my money anyway.

I made a rental car reservation thru Priceline. When making the reservation, I specified I was making the reservation and my husband would be the driver. When picking up the car at Thrifty, we were told I was the driver specified was in my name only and to add him would be an additional $13.00 per day. The Thirty agent was helpful and attempted to resolve this, but could not. I telephoned Priceline and was told there is absolutely no change in driver allowed without an additional fee. This was an error on Priceline 's end and I had additional costs due to their agent's error. Will provide specifics upon request.

I will be more than happy to tweet about this. I will never use Priceline again. They need to make this right.

Good morning From the get go we have been in contact with Priceline for our name changes as well as our information on the flight status. We were told to go to the air port in Toronto for our flight for 3 am to take off on our Sunwing flight to cancan that was scheduled for 6:15 am.

The flight was rescheduled for 11:45 am and we were still not notified. The flight did not take off out of Pearson till 4:15 pm. When arriving in cancan at 11:30 pm. We had no transfer to our hotel 2 hrs away.

I'm having the refund issue. Since our flight was cancelled due to weather. Priceline had not refunded my flight money. It is now 3 months past, bu t we had not received any money from them. We called more than 10 times and they all told me to wait for a week and created case for it.
