I paid for aisle seats. I booked on priceline app which did not allow me to choose seat s after I clicked on upgrade for two seats. When our flight itinerary was sent I received two seats one window, one middle and I paid 60 dollars more and didn’t get aisle seats.

I spoke to customer service for two hours and they did nothing to rectify. I said I would never use priceline again and cut up the card. They did not care.

Booked a vacation through Priceline.com hotel and flights. Priceline failed to include in their bookings or info additional fees for the flight not included in the reservation was told I needed to contact the airline and they would do nothing for us…..would NOT recommend Priceline to anyone go someplace else for your vacation booking save your self the hassle there is a reason they are ratted 1.44 out of 5. Hi, I am messaging in relation to flight confirmation:Lekc5n I have also attached a picture below for your reference. I had a flight on Thursday, March 2 at 7:45 AM which when i tried to board I was denied from the US border security. I then called priceline and try to inquire on what I can do as the U.S was not allowing me to transit within their boarders. I still can’t get on the phone with anyone because when i call the Customer service phone number it doesn’t recognize my phone number or flight number so it doesn’t allow me to speak to an agent and there’s no other number to call. If I could give a zero I would. They admitted to a technical error on their end on the first call I made.. They continued to jerk me around for over a week spending hours on the phone being switched to so called supervisors.

The end result, yes we made a mistake but we will not be correcting it. I have never had such poor customer service in my life.

I booked a hotel using the express deal. The express deal only offers none refundable and no breakfast. After booking the hotel, I looked up the hotel on Priceline site to compare prices. The price was over $100 less if I had simply booked it directly.

When I called customer service and spoke with the person and her supervisor. Both stated that they can't find the hotel on Priceline site. I have a reservation showing the hotel name, yet they are unable to find it. Simply they we're not of any help.

I cancelled my trip paid by Affirm. 56. Priceline sent the refund check to me instead of Affirm and the amount is wrong as well. 26. I specifically told the Rep to send the check to Affirm because Affirm paid for my trip.

I've been dealing with Priceline numerous times since December to correct this and they still got it wrong. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. SHADY BUSINESS.

Bad customer service! Rude service! Supervisor on duty Leanna is very rude, no customer service skills. She needs training and should be evaluated on her supervisor skills. I put search for 2 adults and 2 children and I put ages.

I picked hotel and option for free breakfast at a higher rate. No where did it specify how many people breakfast would accommodate. Would I have known it was only two guests I would have picked standard room without breakfast.

I explained to supervisor that I used a vip deal discount after flight purchase for hotel search. She didn’t even try to see if she could rebook standard room for me at the vip price. She was not helpful. Please see attachment as it says children of all ages allowed sleeps 4.

Breakfast included, nothing is mentioned about only 2 adults.

I booked a room that is suggested on your website. This hotel is rated as a 2 star hotel on that site. My wife and I booked it through Priceline. It was not even close to a 2 star hotel.

I was not expecting a 4 star, but I also didn’t expect it to smell like smoke, be filthy, have s broken door lock mechanism, bathroom door off the hinges and cockroach bait to be on the floor. 02 refund when I paid $108.

While attempting to get this resolved, I was told by the booking company this is all they could do for me. The agent would not let speak to a manager. When contacting your agents, I was “disconnected 2 times, finally talked to a manger and he would not let me speak to his supervisor.

I used the Priceline service where you make a reservation at a discount not knowing the hotel until the reservation is made. I have done this in the past and everything was fine. Priceline said the hotel was a "three-star" hotel, so I thought it would be fine.

The Dixie Hollywood Hotel is located east of Western Ave. in Hollywood, one block away from a homeless encampment. It is a cheap motel that looks like prostitutes use it and I do not feel safe staying there. I contacted Priceline and they said they could not change the reservation.

I have the ability to change my flight on my ticket. I had all info for the person and they said the flight went up from website ad 120 dollars. He said it was real time on his side but I pulled up real time Priceline and real time American and saw the price I said, it was exactly the same as I paid.

I said that was too high I would relook. I then relooked it up, saw same information and called back. Someone was able to change it for 10 dollars more 5 minutes later. WHAT???? 120. 10? that is not possible!

First that is false advertising if what I can see is not what I can get.

I booked a hotel through Priceline and used a 20% coupon code given to me because of a previous issue. When I arrived at hotel I was informed that Priceline had overbooked rooms and no room was available. The hotel called Priceline and had my reservation cancelled.

Priceline refunded the discounted rate ) not full rate) and told me that I had to go into app and book another hotel. Despite the issue being theirs they took no steps to find us another hotel. When I went to enter my coupon code for the new booking it was expired.

When I called they told me I already used it for previous booking. I informed them that that booking was cancelled. They refused to give me a new coupon or reinstate my previous code. 00 from me and made no effort to rectify their own error.

I made 3 attempts to book my package for 2 travelers. It kept buffering each time saying the price changed over $200 each time within mins of each submission. Did not show it secured a reservation yet it did! 26 went through.

I checked my email had a letter saying they received my cancelation request! Whoa why would I cancel within 3 mins when I have to be in NY for those 3 days?! The trip # I was given is invalid!

The automated tel can't find that trip # nor my tel # used to book my reservation. I called United and was told they got a cancelation request from Priceline saying I REQUESTED the CANCELATION! Priceline says by the airline but the scheduled flight is still taking reservations. The flight is scheduled June 10, 2023 one way from FCO to TPA. I have since making these reservations confirmed and fully booked a non refundable cruise to Rome.

Priceline did not inform me of the cancellation. lI discovered the cancellation when trying to select seats. The scheduled flight is less than 11 hours with one stop at Gatwick. I am concerned another flight will take twice that time and involve multiple layovers.

Since I originally contacted Priceline about this about a week ago I have heard nothing and received no further information..

I called to make a reservation for 2 rooms at Dayton House in Myrtle Beach SC for Feb 18-19. The rep made the reservation but told me one of the rooms was more expensive than the other. I asked why and he stated he could only give discount for one.

He then charged my card separately for each room. When I asked why he stayed that was how he had to do it. com. com. That means he wrote down my card information and used it without my permission. He never told me he was booking my 2nd room with another company.

I rented car through Priceline . I called six days in advance to Priceline and explained that my stay in Ohio was cut short by four days so I would only be needing car for 3 days . Man on phone said will still be Billed for entire week ! Rude and condescending.

Concerning itinerary # 305-784-652-77. I prepaid for a car rental and due to a family emergency I had to return the car 5 days early. I do not understand why I can not at least get a partial refund or credit toward a future rental.

Called in to cancel reservation on the check in day of a 2 day reservation because roads were too icy and was told the first day would be charged but the second day was cancelled within the 24 hour cancelation period and have not been refunded and keep being told it was not approved even though the second day was cancelled in time. It's false advertising when they say free cancelation if cancelled with 24 hour notice but now they don't want to refund me.

This was our very first experience booking on with the price breaker feature and a lot went wrong immediately. We tried to book a hotel on Priceline. We had a lot of problems upfront as the prices changing depending on what device was used, and then prices shot up and came back down as we reloaded a page.

Then when we finally did decide on a hotel, we ended up choosing a price breaker. Now, we are a family of 4 and we put that in the search field as 3 adults and 1 child. The price breaker itself is shrouded in mystery and its hard to really figure out if you're actually getting a good deal or not.

Booked a stay at Holiday Inn through priceline. I can overlook alot but this was ridiculous. The walls of my room were vibraat8ng due to construction. I couldn't stay because it was so disruptive. I checked put and called priceline immediately.

Two different supervisors said they called the hotel and were told I was still there that they checked the room. This as I'm already sitting in my new hotel. Both pretty much said I was lying and hung up. No refund.

My experience was absolutely horrible! When booking, the system generated the wrong day! I wanted a Tuesday booking, it gave me a Sunday booking! I use your service all the time! I called to get the date changed! I wanted Valentine’s Day, that Tuesday!

The agents lied and refused to help me! I had to call and talk to the hotel directly! They said they had called the manager and the manager, Chelsea, confirmed that she did not receive a call at all! Once the manager approved a date change, they still refused to change the date in Priceline’s system, so the manager at Embassy Suites went in and manually made the change in their system! Simply horrible!

I booked a round trip flight from Newark Airport to Raleigh Durham airport on January 26, 2003. I was issued two one way tickets with knowing as no explanation was given at the time. I only found about this when I tried to book the same flight for next month and called the airline, Delta, and they told me what happened along with the price difference and was told to contact Priceline.

When I did I was told the system inadvertently issued the tickets and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund for the difference in price since it was Priceline's mistake but they told me NO. Asked for an upgrade at least, I would still have paid more even with the upgrade, but again was told NO.

I purchased 2 round trip tickets with Trip Protection insurance last August 2022 for January 26 - January 31, 2023. The trip was from Puerto Vallarta to Ciudad del Carmen and back. I had to cancel the trip due to my sister's cancer surgery, so I could be with her to help during her recovery.

I made a flight cancelation within two hours after I realized Spirit didn't flight to the location where I needed to go. Spirit refunded the correct amount back but Priceline only sent a partial refund to Affirm. Every time I call Priceline they put me on hold for more that 30 minutes just to tell me that can not help me.

Nov 24, 2022, I booked air fare, rental vehicle and hotel for December 2022 through Priceline. Because of conflicting schedules, I had to cancel my original booking and rebooked on the same day, Nov 24, 2022.

HOWEVER, Priceline refused to refund me for the rental vehicle even though I rebooked on the same day I canceled the first booking! I can’t believe Priceline just pocketted my money for the service that was not rendered! PFC1851 We booked airline tickets months ago. When we tried to contact the airline for seat assignments, we were told the itineray and number didn't match and call Priceline. We have spent hours on the phone with at leat 8 different people since Friday.

Leo in scheduling has now blamed it on airline, but says you will refund the money for the tickets. We have a cruise scheduled leaving from Dubai that costs at least $40,000 which is non refundable. We are currently on hold with United trying to get our tickets back.

The United agent says that Priceline never confirmed the tickets. A Priceline agent said only 1st class is available and the next guy said that is not true. We are 2 days from our planned departure and still don't have ticket that we paid over 11,000 for.

We were unable to fly with British Airways due to covid shutting everything down. We bought our tickets through Priceline and have been working with both Priceline and British Airways in order to use our credit. British says we have $389 credit for each of our 6 passengers.

I use Priceline often. Recently I put in a search for a hotel in New Orleans. One option was Hotel Vinache. I did not choose it. Another option was an unknown four star hotel. I chose that option. Hotel Vinache was the hotel.

Upon arrival I knew that the neighborhood was higher crime than hotels farther down town. I am very familiar with New Orleans.

Upon checking in I learned the following: 1. No valet parking. I was told that I had to find my own parking. A woman alone in New Orleans, coupled with the bad neighborhood, should not have to " find parking" when staying in a " four star" hotel

2. No restaurant, bar, room service. 3. No bellman/woman to help with luggage. I was returning from a neurologist appointment because of a serious back issue.

com to book our hotel at extended stay America in Eagan MN Norwood ct. Location. When we arrived at extended stay America, they booked us into a room that had no shower curtain and only one bed. We paid for a room that had 2 queen beds.

The next day, we called the front desk and explained that we had paid for a room with 2 beds in it and asked for a reduced rate. The front desk staff called management and informed us that they could take the charge of one of two nights off of our stay.

Priceline assigned me green motion rental car at lax....my flight arrived at 545 am and I had to take a 25.00 uber to its location due to no airport shuttle ..company opened at 8am .my departure was at 815 am and the rental company didn't open till 8am and I had to pay a 27.00 fee from a 3rd party drop off location....wtf...in all my years this has been the worst experience...seriously....

I booked business ckass from asheville to KA, i got business class only on two short flights that don’t even have furst class and economy on ling flights. When requested an explanation, i was asked to call the airline and airline charged me extra 530 to get back the business.

I called yesterday to book a reservation and was told that I could book a room for myself and 2 small children. When looking online I noticed the hotel said for ages 14 and up so I inquired about this.

The representative told me she was calling the hotel to ask. She then came back and said I was fine to book and that anyone over 14 had to pay but under 14 was fine to come and was free.

She said I could only book one room and that it had two doubles or one king I could tell them at check in what I wanted. I called the hotel soon after to discover I was not allowed to bring my children after all.

I felt highly disrespected that she did this to me. If I wouldn’t have called I would have been stuck in another county with a two and four year old and no where to go! This is very poor customer…

, Bathroom had dirt and grease smeared on the walls and tub floor. Urine in the toilet from either a previous guest or from staff. The adjoining room door would not shut properly and would not LOCK. The room and bathroom were so small my walker would not pass by the beds or through the door to the bathroom.

I recently reserved a vehicle with priceline two weeks before picking up the car. I reserved a midsized car on the app. A week later I received an email from priceline saying, "Need more space? Upgrade to a full size vehicle for only $3 a day.

" I went for it knowing I need more room. When I arrived to pick up the car the clerk stated I got dealers choice and it was a Chevy spark....... the SMALLEST vehicle in their fleet. WOW I upgraded to the smallest car.

I had to pay $106 more than my booking price on top of the $3 upgrade for an actual larger vehicle. I feel robbed and misled by priceline and their false promises.

My husband and I will never purchase tickets from Priceline again. We had cancelled a trip in 2022 due to family emergency and struggled multiple times to use the credit. The second time we tried to purchase tickets, it seemed to be going well, and the operator and I had agreed to specific flights.

Credit card details were provided. After 20 minutes on hold, the operator came back to state that the ~$777 had just changed to a total of over ~$2800. Are you kidding me! Does Priceline add multiple fees just so they do not have to give back a credit?

(Funny that AA site had not increased ticket prices). The operator said the credit card did not go through and I had stated I was not going to pay that much of an increase and to cancel any transactions. Later in day, I found new flight details…

Very poorly trained employees. I Needed to correct the spelling on my name. Called 3 times. The second they made me wait until they reach the airline and finally asked me to send copy of my passport. Afterwards I received an email telling me they got it an now I just have to call to finalize.

Until there everything ok, apart from some waiting. The last call took 2 hours and 53 minutes!. I was unlucky to get Manolo who clearly didn't know what to do. He told me he will again reach the company, after an hour he said he spoke and now he only have to correct the name.

After another one hour and 50 minutes he still could not do it. Now I have to call back again to see if I get someone more capable. A nightmare even if you have the patience of a saint!.
