I booked a hotel. I paid $118 for the room. Upon checking in the hotel clerk asked why I paid so much for the room because their price was only $70. I got online and the price was $54. This was within 6 hours of me booking the hotel.

I called customer service to get the best price guarantee. m. The customer service rep was extremely rude and condescending. I eventually hung up and called back. I got a very nice girl who was checking in to what she could do for me.

After being on the phone for over 25 minutes, the phone went dead. I called back and got a third to who, again was very rude Amma condescending. I asked to speak to his supervisor. " I again and again asked for a supervisor and eventually was given another rep who stated he was "Carl the supervisor.

Not only did I make 15 phone calls to customer service due to being overcharged, I sent the CEO Brett Keller a letter. I have never received my refund nor have I ever heard from anyone at Priceline including the CEO Brett Keller.

They over charge you then will not to a thing to help you get your money they overcharged back. They are rude and act like you are wasting their time. This company including the CEO Brett Keller are just stealing from customers and dont care and wont do a thing to refund what they overcharged.

To treat people like this is unethical and immoral and you should not be in business.

Mislead customer. Made airline reservation plus baggage roundtrip. Later at airport customer finds baggage is not included on return flight. What person in his right mind pays for baggage for only one way on a roundtrip ticket. Priceline understood the problem and refused to correct it.

This is a scam company. Never again will I book through priceline . This is a horrible scam company.

I have just spent the past hour+ trying to clean up a mess that Priceline created for me. com multiple times and none of them accept responsibility for the inconvenience, posting blame on the other and not correcting the situation.

I booked a reservation nearly a week ago and spent the initial time researching and pricing out a room for an upcoming stay. After time and consideration, I chose The Red Lion in Seaside, Or. Today, I receive an e-mail of cancellation for my stay.

I call the number listed in the email which is the hotel who informs me they have been sold and will not be operating as a Hotel. I then contact Priceline. com. com references Priceline which is who I booked through.

My biggest problem is that now the comps for that hotel are more expensive than a week ago.…

I booked a flight through Priceline. My first name (I am 100%) on my booking and credit card payment portal were correct. I saw (more than 24 hours later) that they had added my last name in place of my first name. I called priceline and they said they were unable to make any changes to the name because the airline said no changes could be made. 55 minutes on the phone I was told that I could not travel and that in effect I had lost hundreds of dollars. I was further told that there was no email or phone number that I could contact to complain about this situation.

I have never booked with priceline before and will never again. There service is boarding criminal.

I'm up here visiting because my dad is in the hospital dying after just losing my mom 2 weeks ago and all I wanted was to get to my room and it took over an hour to check in. Myself and hotel manager tried explaining what the problem was and your customer service didn't want to listen but talked over us both and we were told from their supervisor that it wasn't there problem that Priceline would have to be called and I told her that I dialed the number to Priceline and then i was hung up on.

I booked a room and they said they would send the confirmation. I didn’t get the confirmation by the next day so I booked again, thinking it didn’t go through and then both confirmations came through at the same time.

I ask them to take one off and they said they couldn’t. Yes they could. They chose not to. I will never use Priceline again and I will tell my friends and my media friends, I think Priceline is a thief.

I called paid extra for trip protection for a double booking for flight and hotel reservation for my son to go on a collage visit. After it was brought to my attention that I not only needed to change the dates my husbands also felt he should fly with our son Carson. I called and spoke to a representative at Priceline. I told them what was going on and they said first we should cancel the hotel reservations and then we would work on the flight details. What a disappointment it was that they couldn't help me rebook the hotel.

I received poor service on a transaction where i was charged and didn’t receive the rental. My refund and the follow up or through with after the company submitted the information that i didn’t rent the car. Corporate number and email would not be provided to me.

I ordered a car for 2 weeks and returned it 3 days early due to a funeral. I was denied any refund for the 3 unused days. This is what is right on their website.... FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS Plans change. That’s why we offer free cancellation on most hotels & rental cars. Bull shit.

The car was returned and no doubt already rented to someone new, so Priceline is simply keeping the full amount and double booking. It's wrong and as a result I am writing this review to save you the same fate.

If you book a car for a week and you use and return it in 1 day , you still pay for the week. How is that flexible or fair It's not - Shame on you.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Plan - For this plan, the refund will be issued within 15 days from the day of the request. The refund money will be transferred to the original form of payment. Had booked a trip to Galvestron and decided to spend a few days in South Padre. Was looking into pricing on hotels, including express deals but not purchasing anything as I was searching. I had an error pop up that said "Houston, we have a problem" and some type of connection error and it stated nothing was booked but just in case to check my email.

Well it booked a hotel that I was not interested in. I immediately contacted customer service in which I spoke to Willy- who disconnected me after telling me there was nothing he could do. Then to Jayvee- who told me there nothing that could be done and when I asked 3 times for someone else up who could make those decisions for refunds, he told me they would tell me the same and then he disconnected me.

I would like to make a formal complaint against the staff members and the site as a whole. The lies that were told aND the scripts that were read off. Priceline does not honor the best price VIP guarantee. I was lied to 3 times by customer service reps and 2 times by supervisors who refuses to refund me money for a trip that was canceled.

I will NEVER use priceline again. The custimer service is horrible and they don't know the policies they just read from a script. They didn't call the hotel to cancel.

I booked a hotel room through Priceline using a 7% Slickdeals promo code. When I got to checkout, the site asked for a promo code and at this point when you put in the code you usually see the discount deducted from the regular price and the lowered price that you will be charged.

This time it didn't show the discount but said I had to complete the transaction to get the discount. Only after I completed the buy and my card was charged did I see that no discount was given. This was a definite set up and SCAM!

I know that because when I called customer service, they claimed that they couldn't do anything about it and wouldn't give the discount. I've been a very good customer of Priceline over the years, booked many rooms through them and because of that, I'm a so-called "VIP" customer but…

We needed to reschedule a flight due to sickness and we were on hold for over an hour while the agent worked with someone to reissue the tickets, mean while the agent made an error in processing the ticket and the price of the ticket went up by 100! Not only is this ridiculous it is the worst service ever. 00 credit.

I booked a room through Priceline. I contacted Priceline customer service and was informed that a two bedroom suite is not available at all. 00. 00 if I went on to book. I contacted the same hotel who then told me that they may not have a rollaway bed on that date and the rep was informed of that when they called the hotel.

I not only would have been out of my money two different ways but because it was non refundable but I would have been out of a sleeping space and it would have been a serious problem. This is false advertisement and to have a Priceline rep tell me that they would have sleeping space for a child that they really truly could not accommodate is very upsetting.

Priceline took my money for plane and car reservation. After I exit the plane and went to pick up a car. The car company informed me they don't have the car for me and they don't have to honor it, because I made my reservation through a 3rd party.

I call priceline and try to get help, they can not help me. I spoke to their supervisor (foreigners) and the only thing they can do it refund the car and say "Sorry and we have to follow the company polies" and hang up the phone. The supervisor was rude.

The rental car on priceline said $16/ day- with taxes, $226. When I paid it suddenly changed to $31/day, total $371. The site also said if I applied for a Priceline credit card I'd recieve $100 credit applied to the rental.

I called Priceline several times and they were NO help at all!! They kept saying its $370 and thats all we know. And, I could barely understand ANYTHING they were saying due to accents. They told me to call Barclay's about the discount, even though they were selling it on their site.

I was VERY upset and they hung up on me. VERY poor service. They're using deceptive advertising and increasing prices when you go to pay!! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and Attorney General. They are flat out cheating and robbing people! I'm very angry!!

We have 4 charges on our credit card for flights that we attempted to book on priceline but were told that these flights were not available and to try booking different flights. They are all from Frontier airlines from attempts on 12/21/22. 90.

TO BE CHARGED FOR FLIGHTS THAT WERE NOT CONFIRMED IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD AND OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. Priceline phone representatives have been unhelpful in getting this resolved. January 4th I called Priceline from an airport to make a hotel room reservation for that night in St. Louis MO. I spoke with a man who was difficult to understand due to a dialect. We were on the phone for quite some time.

com it was for a the country inn and suites in norman ok. I received a confirmation email from priceline stating that infact i had a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that they do not have a reservation for me.

After calling 5 times(getting hung up on twice) and after almost an hour sitting waiting the hotel manager was able to get another room at different hotel. Priceline was no help what so ever in fact they made it harder with having to wait for so long after I had driven all day to get here

" When I was checking out of the hotel, I was told that I needed to pay for the room. com (Priceline's "sister" company) to confirm that I had already been charged for the payment. I was told over the phone by Booking that my credit card had not been charged and that I needed to pay for the room before leaving. So I did.

At home I sent an email to Booking for further clarification and tried to speak with Priceline as well. This time Booking wrote that Priceline had, indeed, charged me for the room and that I need to request a refund from Priceline.

Priceline said that all inquiries needed to be directed through Booking. since they had, in fact, made the reservation. I have been through multiple rounds of back and forth with each company claiming that the other needs to refund me.

We booked a hotel through Priceline, trip #218-276-935-16 Check-in was supposed to be 3 pm. We arrived at 4:30 pm and were told that no rooms were available because housekeeping was short-staffed, and they could not tell us how long it would be. Eventually the desk clerk took our phone number and offered to call us when the room was ready. With nowhere to go, we drove around until we received a call at 6:30 pm informing us that the room was ready. When we got into the room, I found that the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, in the fitness room the weight lifting equipment was out of order and one of the two treadmills were out of order.

Desk clerk was courteous but the experience otherwise has been very aversive.

I made a mistake when booking on a name in our party. I called within the 24 hour window. Bree employee 2185 left me on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then came back and said I needed to call Delta.

Sat on hold with Delta for 45 minutes. Was told only Priceline can fix it. Was again told they cannot fix it. Now waiting for a supervisor to call. DONOT use this company.

First and foremost, a 1-star rating is too high. We recently booked a hotel stay with Priceline in Los Cabos. We were going for Christmas and birthday with my sister her husband. Our arrival date was to be Dec. 6-10, however, we booked a little later and were unable to get those specific dates so we compromised and book Dec.

5-9 as it was our fault to book late anyway, no big.

However, I called the hotel that we were staying at directly to see if they had any availability for the preferred dates, they did not but said they would put us on a "cancellation list" to see if there would be any and we would receive an email within 24-48 to see if accepted or rejected but that we could also keep checking Priceline for any openings as they release rooms periodically.

I booked a travel, flight and hotel threw Priceline to Rochester Minnesota to Mayo Clinic. A day before our departure my wife cam down with Covid, causing the appointment with Mayo and my booking to be canceled. Priceline would do nothing to help re-book or refund my travel arrangements.

Call booked a hotel through Priceline, then they gave me a deal on a Rent-A-Car at the airport in Columbus Ohio. Told me the Rent-A-Car would be $300. When I got there, they charged me $1000. Needless to say I canceled the car.

Poor customer service. Hung up on by an upper management team members. Janeh who is a supervisor kept telling me there was nothing she could do for me. I was directed to call my bank, which I had already done.

Not sure when hanging up on upset customers was a policy in customer service, but I was not impressed. I never once cursed or called him out of his name, but I received a dial tone. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know not to either.
