I booked a car rental for Christmas at Milwaukee airport. Flights are getting changed and cancelled because of a blizzard , so I called to modify or change my reservation for one day earlier and I will cover the extra cost!

Told no because not a valid reason!! And get no refund!! So now I have to get a cab, go over an hour, come back the next day to receive my car that I already got charged for!! STAY AWAY FROM PRICELINE

I made a reservation at the Westin Jackson in Jackson, MS. I had to cancel the reservation last minute and I was well aware of the non-refundable policy. I decided to contact Priceline anyway to see if it was at all possible to to get any money back due to the last minute change of plans and I respected any decision they decided to make.

I got in contact with Priceline about the situation and they informed me that they contacted the property and the property granted my refund request. The first issue to arise was when the property claimed they did not take the money out of my account. I had to send the transaction details noting they did authorize the amount out. Absolutely do NOT recommend using Priceline. I have been dealing with the mess since October. My boyfriend and I checked into a hotel I booked on October 29th. Our room smelled of pee, our bed had hair on it, the sheets were NOT washed, and the air conditioning unit had black mold growing on it.

After seeing these conditions, management was notified that we would NOT be staying there, and we had to pay for yet another hotel room at a different hotel. I also notified management of the conditions when we left, and was told that I would receive a call concerning the situation, and I did not.

Neither the hotel nor Priceline will offer a refund. Priceline's justification is that I agreed to their terms when I booked the room.

We had to cancel our trip to Mexico on oct 27. We used Priceline to make a reservation at Rio peninsula. Priceline’s cancellation policy clearly states that 2 nights would be charged based on no show. Now Priceline is saying they couldn’t get the refund from the hotel. Why should we be at the receiving end of this loss?

I called six times to have my wife’s name changed on her ticket for international travel. I was disconnected three times as we were trying to complete the transaction. Only one person returned the phone call and then that call was disconnected as well.

Air Canada assured me that the process was simple for Priceline, cancel and reissue ticket. Despite speaking with Air Canada three times every agent will place you on verify the information with Air Canada. There policy is out of date!

In August I quoted a rental car through Priceline for our upcoming October trip to FL. Since the quote I received from Priceline was lower than a quote I had already paid for from another 3rd Party, I canceled my other 3rd Party reservation. The amount Priceline quoted was "Due at the counter at Pickup".

When we arrived at the AVIS counter, they could not honor the reservation they said due to there being NO voucher #, they could NOT see any detailed information about our booking, so didn't even know what we were quoted. 20. I am very upset, because they claimed that I cancelled my trip the day prior to going. I was going to Hampton South Carolina the week of June 24- June 26th. I had called Priceline to book my trip with them.

I made a reservation through Priceline with DoubleTree Inn in Jackson TN where I have a sick relative. They offered a decent discount and I booked for one night. Once in Jackson we learned the relative was very ill and I asked to extend my stay; the desk clerk said that would have to be done via Priceline, since that's how I booked the ticket.

I went through an extended round of "let me connect you to someone who can help" until the fifth or sixth person very brusquely told me there could be no extension on my one-night stay through Priceline. I went to the hotel desk and the clerk, considering my circumstances, took care of the re-book quickly and found a much better discount that I qualified for than the "deal" I had gotten through Priceline.

I book a lot of hotels. I book hotels with hot tubs. I don't feel that I should have to call the hotel to verify if the information Priceline is giving is correct. That is Priceline's job. 90% of the hotels I book with hot tubs don't actually have a hot tub. Very frustrating.

priceline cancelled my reservation today, the day I was to check in. My husband was told the hotel told them they didn't have the rooms. I called the hotel... they have no record of us ir our reservation. Priceline never made the reservation at all.

Priceline gave us no other options that were possible, refuse to correct their error and won't refund my money for 10 days. We have out of town guests with nowhere to stay. Totally unacceptable and outeageous!

I called what I thought was the Hilton Hotel on 534 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, to book a room. ” I never heard the words Priceline or Expedia mentioned, whom I apparently had reached. I assumed I was speaking to the Hilton Hotel.

I stated that I saw a rate for $118 a night. I was told that was correct, and I was booked for December 9 at this rate, plus taxes and fees. I estimated that the total cost was probably about $140. 95.

I find this to be a deceptive practice and was assured by the manager at the Hilton that this was a frequent misleading practice with numerous complaints. She added that there was nothing she could do about it, but she agreed with me that this was not right.

I had to go back and forth between priceline and the airline and ended up paying double the price for the tickets and still had to pay for checked bags on an economy flight when my itinerary showed main cabin and checked bags included.

The reps have no knowlege and read from a 4 sentence script. I am still ttying to get my issues resolved. I was very dissapointed. When I first used Priceline 2 years ago it was not this way at all. SHAME On YOU PRICELINE!!!!

I tried booking a trip with Priceline recently as I had done in the past. There was an issue with the online payment method and I contacted customer service and was told there nothing they could do. I had to rebook the entire trip and paid 2x the original price because I was told Priceline could not rebook or make any changes to my tickets.

I just got off the phone with customer service and 2 different reps told me there is no way to file a complaint. I booked main cabin seats but what I got was economy. I would think there was a difference since it gives you an option.

In the past Priceline customer service was great, but now it is non existent. I made to sure since I paying so much for the tickets (double the price after just 20 minutes) to be sure checked bags were included.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked our anniversary hotel through them and had to cancel because our 1 year old got very sick. It has been 3 weeks and we have been dealing with the customer service department and we keep getting told they have to speak to the hotel manager for a refund but

we booked through them and when we try and get it resolved they send us to a text message automated response and then they say they have no recollection of us or they will get back to us but they never call we are always the ones to call first and when we do call they don’t see our latest conversations.

I was overcharged I have made eight phone calls still with no results. No one seems to know anything. Everyone tells me something different and nobody wants to do anything about it. I would never use this service again ever.

Customer service is a joke they don’t even take Notes about your call. I’ve been told three times now that it would be taken care of and that was escalated to a different department. That has not been done. 94 and nobody will take care of it. This company is awful.

I was looking for a quick last minute hotel deal on Priceline, which I have done many times before. I was given an option of 3 hotels with great deals, but Priceline chooses the hotel. I am not a novice and used this option before.

The option Priceline gave me was unacceptable, even after filling in all the info Priceline required. I declined offer but somehow was charged for the unaccepted deal. I spoke to all four different departments of Priceline to get my money back. NO LUCK AT ALL.

The agents kept saying I accepted the offer. com to accept or decline any deals they present. What BS. So Im stuck paying for something I didnt want in the first place. I WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE AGAIN!!!!

If I could give 1/2 star or no stars I would. I still have not received any feedback and I don't know if I will. I booked a hotel and found a better price on Priceline's own website!! Three chat agents "disconnected" with me and the live agent on the phone couldn't help me.

Of course I couldn't understand her reason because I couldn't make out her poor English. All I want to do is submit proof or show someone that I found a better price on their own website and for them to honor it.

I've spent more time and effort now that the savings are worth.

I made a vacation reservation on 11/6/2022 and canceled it the same day within one hour. The transaction was in pending status and on 11/08/2022 the transaction charged to my account. I contacted Priceline about this issue as to why my card was charged if the transaction was canceled within a hour while still in pending status.

I was advised that my refund had been issued on 11/06/2022 which I questioned because of it still being pending on that day. After a week of not receiving my refund I contact Priceline several times and kept being told that it was my bank and that the refund was issued on 11/6/2022.

I booked a hotel for the night through priceline and once I got to the hotel, the hotel tells me that there were no rooms available. I was confused because why would priceline have the hotel available online AND take my money if it wasn't even available?

Thankfully the hotel gave me priceline's merchant number and so they could refund me or help me find another location. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone back and forth on hold with the representative to find a place because he was apparently calling different hotels and there were no rooms available.

Made a reservation for a Budget rental car via Priceline for around 600 total. Verified reservation with Budget. They said they will honor the car hood reservation but do not honor Priceline reservation prices! Called Priceline, all they can say is they show the 600 but have no control of the rental car company honoring it.

They also promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. Beware of priceline. This is a rip off

I rented a car through priceline and the car broke down. I was also told that I would have to bring the car back to them when I did I was told I had to pay for the gas because I didn’t fill it up.

I explained that the repair man told me do not stop because it May not start again. I contacted priceline and the agent on the phone told me I should’ve checked the car out before I took it. yes Thats what she said.

I was unaware that it is my responsibility to check out the car mechanically before renting it.

Checking in with ticketing to get my boarding passes, I was told my luggage was fine and didn't require an additional fee. Once I got to the boarding gate I was baraided by a black woman who worked for the company that I couldn't understand due to her thick accent.

Another lady who identified herself a"Jenny", told me I would not be getting on the plane unless I paid more money for my back pack. Next, we get on the plane and the pilot comes over the intercom with such broken English my wife and I couldn't understand what he was saying.

Please, remove them from priceline, unless you give your potential customers fair warning. There are tons of complaints all over the internet in regards to this company.

This is the worst company I have yet to book with! I had someone pass away before they were even to get on the flight and they will no accommodate my flight credit to change it under my name or even give me the refund and taking the fees out! I am unable to check in ahead of my round trip flights. American Airlines told me that it is because Priceline put our names in as Deniseanne Coyle instead of Denise Anne Coyle (what is on passport) and Johnjoseph Coyle instead of John Joseph Coyle (on passport).

AA said we would have to get Priceline to correct it and Priceline says there is nothing to correct, that the names were separated by a “dot” and that I would have to go to airport early to check in. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in this service.

50 citing it would take them 5 business days to conduct an investigation on a partial refund that I received from Avis rental car. I had already given them the case number that Avis gave me to follow up on my refund.

Avis rental car gave me a partial refund for a rental that i only had for 2 days (I originally prepaid for 7 days)and they informed me they were paid a different price by priceline. 50 commission fee. I only ask that the commission fee be returned to me as well, since Avis downgraded me when i orginally went to go pick up the car.

It is ridiculous for it to take 5 days to verify something when they can call Avis and get the information. Priceline is very horrible with customer service and refuse to work with you. I am so disappointed in the company from to steal from people.…

I was to attend a workshop out of town. I booked my reservation for Holiday Inn Express using the website of the hotel I would be staying at. , Priceline was handling the reservation. The event was cancelled unexpectedly at the last minute.

I called the hotel to cancel, and they canceled but told me to get a refund I had to call Priceline as they booked the reservation. This was the first indication that a third party was involved. I spent several hours on the phone, each person stating it was through a "sister" partner and I needed to call them.

I was given different phone numbers to call and in the end was told by another "partner" that I would not be refunded my money for a one-night stay. I have used Priceline before but will NEVER do so again.

If I could put zero.....I would. VIP business status since September 2022. Overbooked three different locations in the same city. Provided the business card has been pre-authorized. However, the front desk clerk was unable to run the card through upon check in. She ran it so many times, it locked the card.

When I looked online the pictures that were shown showed a decent place. After I checked in and walked not the room I was not comfortable. It’s torn, beat up, a few drops of what appears to be blood on the wall.

I also noticed a few small bugs. They will not refund my money. I have to stay here , even without using any services. My vacation is ruined. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!!
