This company deserves no stars. I originally booked my ticket with my correct full name. When checking my flight in my last name was changed to the person i was flying with.

The policy did not allow for name change. The only recommendation was to cancel flight and rebook with no guarantee of anything

Absolutely no help and as i was on phone back and forth with airlines. They said well unfortunately now you missed the 24hr cancellation. After i was on phone with them for one hour. I will never recommend. Priceline for any reason to anyone.

the problem is trying get info from a person from another county they are rude and I have to listen to kids yelling and I have even heard chickens in the back, 4 hours on the phone yesterday and today 20 mins before some one came on then when she ask for my flt number I said I had to get it and she said if you dont have in 2 mins she was going to hang up and

I chatted with an online agent for an NCL cruise, transatlantic from NY on a category MX cabin. I inquired is I would receive free gratuities, which were being offered at the time, and onboard credit. 'Ryan' sent me a screenshot of the booking with all the correct info and circled in red "Exclusive:Free Tips for all" as well as "$200 onboard credit.

I called a travel agent, Melinda Parks, to book. After I sent her the transcript of my chat, that since I had the offer in writing, it would not be a problem. She just had to find out how to apply it to the booking.

Made a booking to days ago for a November event. Event cancelled. I just want to change the date of the hotel stay and I was refused. I didn’t want to cancel, just change the date. Event was moved to a different date. I was told no.

I was also told no to my cancellation. So basically, Priceline charged me for a service and refused to provide it to me even after the hotel agreed to change the date from one month to the next month.

I booked a Hotel on Priceline. The price they quoted to me said it included all taxes and fees. When I arrived at the hotel, exhausted after driving 10 hours, they wouldn't give me a room without paying an additional $61 in resort fees.

I called Priceline from the hotel and they said that they would reimburse me for the $61. They never did, despite me spending several hours of wasted time on the phone with them. I would never use them again. You're better off booking direct with a hotel; they might be more honest and disclose fees.

Priceline miss-represented a car rental as "on airport grounds" no shuttle, pick up is at airport in Orlando in search. When the booking went through it states shuttle to car. That is total misrepresentation and does not work for us. I spoke to Priceline, than the car rental place, Fox Rent-A-Car, neither will budge with even a partial refund and the error is not one my end.

Fox Rental stated that it is not their problem that Priceline lists them as still having "on site cars" to pick up without shuttle, that they have asked Priceline to fix this but they have not. This was single-handedly the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. I made my request they offered an upgrade but when I accepted it they made it look like it was an entire different reservation so I got four confirmation emails for reservation and when I canceled one reservation because I didn't want it it canceled all of my reservations.

Once a reservation no longer exists you should not be sending confirmation emails. You made no cancellation emails except 1 but all of the reservations were canceled. I won't be using or suggesting Priceline to anyone. Terrible network. You make it extremely difficult to get in contact with a person but your online function is putrid.

If you want to work solely online make sure your network works

Booked a hotel. Got there and the hotel was overbooked. We had to leave but the hotel couldn’t refund us bc it was through Priceline. So I called them immediately to get a refund. They said after 3-5 bus days I would have a Refund…it’s been 8 days now and nothing.

So I called Priceline again to find out that they need to call the hotel for more information on it and my refund hasn’t even been issued. Priceline won’t give us a refund until they speak With a specific person in that hotel to confirm that we didn’t stay there.

They have had all of the information for 8 days now and still I have not been issued a refund for the hotel I never got to stay in. No apologies were offered. Terrible customer service employees.

I am not sure if it was a slip up in the system or what happened. I went to book a car at $37.37 a day. As soon as I put my card information the price then went up to $63 a day, charging my card $100 more then what was listed. I did an express deal so I was told I could not cancel my reservation. I went back and did not find a compact car price under express deal for $63 a day, instead I could have got a luxury or premier car at that price. Even after going back and checking compact car prices for express deal it was still showing $37.37 and with taxes and fees it would have been $185, but instead I got charged $286.

I did want my reservation cancelled. I just want to have the price advertised honored.

I called the customer service line to reschedule my flight little over 3 hours before departure time. Talked with two representatives with uncertain answers about the new fare difference, they kept me on hold for over 20 mins one time and for 27 mins the second time, not including other multiple holds for less time.

The call was 3 hours long which resulted in passing departure time and asking me to pay $130 although I had an insurance on that ticket. The long call to get my ticket rescheduled was on purpose to ask for vague charges and not deny refunds.

Stayed at the Travelodge here in las vegas and it was so so horrible the worst experience of all the stays i ever booked through priceline. No hot water at all, They stated we will take care of it never did at night, TV's volume wasn't working took them 4 hours to fix it, There wifi was down and stated it will be back up running the following day.

Woke up with a stiff neck from the flat pillows and hard bed and none of my family had good sleep. Woke up and tried to shower again still no hot water, checked out 2 hours early couldn't stay there no more when Usually every location i stay with you i always extend it out for more days not this one, Hate complaining but this one OMG.

Customer Service is literally nearly impossible to reach. Trying to speak with an agent is nearly virtually impossible because of their extremely fallaciousautomated system. Because of Priceline, I was not refunded monies spent when trying to reach an actual person to speak with. Clearly, because of of the irresponsible Customer Service, money was not refunded that should have been when I tried to cancel a room no longer needed.

Problems with Product/Service Status: ResolvedMore info I booked a hotel stay through Priceline on 9/14/22 at the Baymont Wyndam, in Des Moines, Iowa. When I showed up to the hotel to check-in, I was informed that there were no rooms available, and that there was a $200 deposit.

Non of this was mentionedduring the time of my booking.. I asked about a refund and was told specifically by the hotel staff that I needed to take it up with Priceline. It was late at night and impossible to book another hotel room elsewhere, so I ended up sleeping in my vehicle for the night.

Although the website was informative and easy to maneuver, the information is a bit lacking. For those booking online, please read all conditions. Don’t just rely on the confirmation they send you. Make sure you click on all area of the email or text.

I was under the assumption my hotel stay was paid in full. Thinking the hotel would just get an auth from my credit card. Oh no, there’s a fee upon check is extra for you. The part on your confirmation that says “total charges” is not the total charges.

To whom it may concern I Yasmene Croome writing this letter in reference to Priceline airline. On October 16 a day before my birthday I booked a flight with Priceline which I rescheduled twice. On 16 th I show up to the airport an hour early and was told that my baggage could not be checked in due to a two hour check-in.

I had my son book a room online for himself through Priceline after midnight on oct 16 2022. He needed the room that night and was refused the room. He was at the motel at the the time of the booking.

We have contacted Priceline in which they said they would review the charge. We contacted them again as we have not heard anything and they are refusing the refund no review was done. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

Apparently you can’t get a room after midnight at that time.

My day started by searching on Priceline for a room in the South Houston area and Priceline gave me a list of hotels that were suppose to be in the area of where I was searching. I made the reservation it was Priceline Trip Number: 167-371-845-18.

I want to report an awful event that ruined my weekend. I never rented Avis before, I am an Enterprise loyal customer, for many years I have never had any issues with them but this Friday my car broke and Enterprise is closed on weekends, so I decided stupidly to rent a car with your company.

I made a reservation through Priceline for a disabled smoking room with 2 queen size beds for my brother. His wife is battling cancer for the 2nd time and he needed a break. When he arrived, the room he was given had one queen bed.

5 star casino hotel. 5 or 3 star hotel. The deal said CASINO hotel so when i booked it that i was booking a room at a casino. When i finished the reservation it said i was staying at the Holiday Inn Express and that was not what i wanted.

I understand that the contract says no refunds but the deal was false advertisement. It should not say casino if you are not staying at one of the casinos in Montgomery. I am so upset by this and noone seems to want to help me with this situation.

As per itenary i have been promised for 310 dollars for the trip sep 24 to sep 26 (Hotel : Circus circus , las vegas)

Priceline charged me 235. As per itenary i have been informed that 75 dollar will be charged by hotel. But the Hotel charged me 265 dollars. I hae been charged 190 dollars extra for no reason.

I will never book with Priceline again. I made a reservation based on my conference itinerary; my conference arrival time changed so when I called Priceline to change the pickup time or day they were not willing to allow any changes.

Apparently they have partnered with Agoda to process booking payments. This was a big mistake. Twice in a row I was unable to check in at my reserved hotel because Agoda didn't process the payment correctly. Had to wait in the lobby while calling Priceline Customer help.

My reservation was made aboout 15 minutes before I arrived at the lobby and it took an additional 45 minutes and me calling customer help and them calling agoda. I'm done with priceline. too many better options out there.

After booking an express deal for this weekend (09/24/2022), I received an email the following day with a discount coupon expiring on 09/24/2022. After attempting the coupon to see how much I would actually pay, it was much cheaper than what I had paid for.

I contacted the help service desk TWICE. The first time the gentlemen assisting me said the coupon isn't available so he wanted to check my email to see where it originated from. Insurance they offer is rigged. The car rental spot says they don’t honor 3rd party insurance and call for refund and Priceline said no. A rip off and the whole rental situation was a mess. My motel room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned, it was gross, the lock on the door was broken, there was mold everywhere. To get to my room I had to walk around a dark parking lot to the side dirty entrance next to a dumpster. There were loud bangs all night. The front desk would not answer their phone. In the morning I went out to wait for the company to pick me up, there was a syringe in the grass next to where I was standing, and I watched drug dealers and hookers who lived in the motel get up and head the work, dealers coming back and forth in cars and hookers on foot. The front desk would not let me inside to wait.

Obviously visitors to Portland were not their preferred clientele.

We got sick while traveling in Europe and had to end our vacation early. One of the hotels we booked through Priceline for 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Munich City Center would not allow us to cancel and refund the stay.

We are both over 70 years and we got sick and had to fly home early. We reached out to Priceline and even called the hotel directly and was told no refunds. We paid $875 for 3 nights at the hotel which quite honestly could easily resell the room considering our check in day was to be Sept 17th which coincides with the opening day of the Munich Beer Festival so reselling the room was not exactly hard to do.

We feel that we have been ripped off and we have also put in a complaint directly with IHG (holiday Inn corporate who advised us to also file a complaint with Priceline

Booked a trip and to cancel do you covid related. We were able to rebook, unfortunately that trip fell through as well I did cancel in advance. At that time I took very good notes to conf# booking # time and date of cancellation and so on, as I knew I might need it the next time I rebooked.

However time had gone by and we had took other trip booking through Priceline but not using the credit. I finally though we need to use this credit before it goes bad. This was insane to the hoops that they wanted to jump through so they could figure out my criedits.

I sat on the phone over 5 different times 3 of those calls being longer than 2 hours in length and even being hung up on a few different occasions.

However after all these lengthy calls they always had some excuse as to why I couldn’t…
