00 on Priceline for seat assignments at Frontier. The seat assignment was never received. I have been trying to resolve this since September 6 and I cannot get any help. and there is no live person who can help me.

I can only get a live person through lots of effort on the chat and they only say to call the customer service number. When I call the customer service number I am automatically transferred to Frontier. There is absolutely no way around this automatic transfer-believe me I have tried dozens of times!!!

I have had many discussions with Frontier and they cannot help me because they simply have not received the money or the order for the seats. Frontier reps tell me that Priceline must help me since the disconnect is on their end and they have my money.

I booked a direct flight to Houston; then booked rental car for one day. Was flying out the next day to Dallas, discovered the flights were expensive then decided to cancel direct flight to Houston and rebook round trip flight to and from Houston extending car rental.

Within the hour of booking the one day car rental. I tried to cancel. 36. They will absolutely NOT cancel the one day less than $100 car rental. I want to get the word out to warn people the cost risk with booking with Priceline.

I will never use Priceline again. I stayed in San Francisco and the air conditioning was out in the room they gave me a fan it was completely miserable. I called Priceline to get my money back they said that they couldn’t I asked for a new room and they said that they couldn’t give me a new room the hotel said the same thing.

I have been a Priceline customer for over 20 years and I will never use them again. I got absolutely no help when I called Priceline. I shouldn’t have to stay in a subpar room. I paid over $100 for the room and I had to leave because it was so miserable.

And I was offered a 15% discount on a future trip. There will be no future trips with Priceline. Your customer service sucks and you do not care about your customers.

I call your Priceline to get a price on a hotel in DeSoto Texas I spoke with a John at Priceline. I was asking about the price of a hotel which was comfort inn in DeSoto Texas he asked me what days did I want to book the hotel for I gave him the 10th and 11th of September.

He gave me a price and as I continue to ask questions about the hotel and the price he got very angry and hung up on me and said thanks for nothing. I can't believe the customer service at Priceline.

I asked for the manager and supervisor and they were no help. The way I got talked to by John and the managers of Priceline was was a very rude and disrespectful situation. I can't believe the way I was talk to.

I am writing you because I was given extreme grief by your customer care people who seem like they are outsourced from outside of the USA. My trip ID is 577-674-803-45. I was approved on Affirm for the full amount and I expected I will not have issues as this was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband.

Our booked CC and paid for hotel room was cancelled while we were en rouge to our destination. The lady who was taking care of this situation was very difficult to o bc we park with and made our experience the worse it could possibly be , poor Customer service , I was very upset an de she was neither understanding nor pleasant.

When I asked to speak to a manager/ supervisor, she told me she was the supervisor.

Additionally there were extra charges that I now have incurred because we had no choice. I have never experienced such a debachal as this and will not use Priceline again. Our trip which we were looking forward too, has been ruined.

I booked Luxor from price line. The first one is for 3 room for 4 day, check in day is Aug 19. after that I cancelled the first booking. But Priceline accidentally cancelled one of the 3 room. When I arrived Las Vegas I have only 2 room to check in.

If your flight one way is cancelled they refuse to help you and your stuck don’t book with them EVER!!! No refund either they basically say they don’t care. The shuttle staff from the airport (SJU) wasn’t particularly friendly. I kept getting disconnected when I called for a shuttle, which was extremely frustrating. When I arrived to pick up the car, the snack machine and drink machines were both out of order.

I received a car with a tail light out, a non working horn, and two pills (one yellow and one white and blue) in the center console. There was also someone else’s rental agreement left inside.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Bonham 8/28/22. We were uncomfortable all nite as the AC didn't work properly. In the morning when we went to leave the elevator was stuck on the second floor. Maintenance came up and didn't offer assistance down 3 flights of stairs and I am disabled.

Said the fire alarm went off during the nite and elevators weren't reset. Said fire delta had to come out. Since breakfast starts at 6 and we had to be to our pickup earlier I got coffee and it was cold.

Went through the whole process booked a flight with a car and a hotel for one night for an emergency trip once booked website said flight was not available but was still charged off my credit card after calling and talking to you about five different people was told that I have to take it up with my bank only funds that I had was for this trip again it was an emergency trip assistance was literally no help they just kept telling me that it shouldn't have charged or it was pre-authorization but

Booked an 'express' deal on priceline.

They state that I would get a 2.5 star

Instead I get a crack dealer/ hooker dump motel.

I complained to Priceline operator (likely a person in India fielded the call), So sorry boss, there is nothing to be done.

The motel is the 'Quality Inn' Mount Vernon, WA

If you need crack, or whores, this is the place to go.

I booked a hotel express deal in FortWaye IN, after it got confirmed, the pictures shown were not way related to when i checked in, it was dirty and lot of insects, cockroaches, dust, spiders etc., I have asked to cancel and give me reimbursement but they claim it cannot be done, i have all the pictures and videos, which i can share for raising compliant. This hotel is a mess and dont recomment to any one.

I booked a an airline ticket (Turkish Airlines) for 13 Aug 22 which included an economy class ticket, carry bag, and a checked-in bag. When I arrived at the airport boarding, I was informed at the Turkish Airlines counter that checked-in bag was not included as part of my ticket. 00.

I logged in a case with Priceline from the airpot prior to take-off and was given a case number 822344904 and sent an email the same day. I did not receive any respose till date, so made a call on 17 Aug and spoke to two persons and the only response I get is you have to get the money from Turkish Airlines.

com for the checked baggage why should I claim from Turkish Airlines? com has already taken the checked in baggage money as part of the fare.

Due to your system glitch on Thursday August 11th at 2:53 pm I tried to book a stay at DAYS INN in Frederick Md the transaction wouldn’t go through because I was booking it as a guest for my fiancé A Evans. You computer system gave me an error message so I back out of that page and restarted at 3:43 pm under my name thinking the error message was due to the fact that I put her name as the guest and I was successful.

Got the trip confirmation upon getting to the hotel I was told that there was two reservations for the same date and time which the hotel staff gave me their business card that if the charges comes through to call Priceline and they will confirm that it was a mistake.

Worst customer service in the world !!!! Booked a flight with a credit I had and paid 2 charges of $105 on one of my credit cards for the flight . 40 !!!! Then canceled original flight . Have called 23 times some with 13 supervisors and they keep passing the buck and not Crediting the money they STOLE from me .

I booked a flight on priceline back on 4-29-22. I was suppose to be traveling with my sister, unfortunately she had a stroke last week and is scheduled for surgery on Sept. 12 and is unable to fly before surgery.

I booked a room through Priceline for a 10 day stay at The Ramada by Wyndham in Tampa FL. (A reputable hotel, right?) During the first night of my stay, I developed a considerable headache. The next morning, after taking a shower, I put on my glasses and scouted the room to find the source of my headache.

The humidity from my shower, revealed a discoloration of the bathroom ceiling, and evidence of a prior water leak in an upper floor. Black mold was peeking out from behind white paint on the walls, and along the outside base of the tub. That same mold was also evident in the odor coming from within the Chest of Drawers under the TV, and black mold was found along the baseboard under the desk.

I live in Canada.....Booked on Canadian website Priceline.ca a 4 night stay in a Canadian hotel in Mississauga Ontario for what I believed to be $1106.00 Cdn funds...... Was billed in US funds..did not notice this inclusion in small print at the bottom of their web info site on the hotel or on my receipt.

How can a company representing themselves as a Canadian entity with a .ca address..bill a Canadian hotel at US rates & not make this Christal clear.....I would have never thought to check for this ???? This should be illegal ? or at least a Fraudulant activity !!

A prepaid Priceline Hotel, International Casa didn't have a room for me when I arrived to check in at 5:30pm on Friday, August 5th.

My first call to I contacted Priceline at 6:09pm which lasted 14 minutes with me on hold while the tried to reach the International Casa to confirm the hotel was overbooked. I was disconnected

My second call to Priceline at 6:25pm lasted an hour and 4 minutes. They confirmed the hotel was overbooked but I had a relocation representative incapable of searching the area properly for hotels. She was only finding hotels in other cities about 30 miles away. I told her it didn't seem that she new how to use the tool properly and requested a call back from a manager.

Booked a room at Windemere Hotel and Conf Center on 08/06/2022 , I am diabetic and have to cook my meals and need a kitchen to do it . On Priceline there are only 2 options for room choice Room with two queen beds and Kitchenette #2- room with 2 queen beds thats it !

There wasnt ever an option for any other room which was fine with ke because the first option was the one I was after . When I arrived I was told i booked a jacuzzi room , no kitchenette , not correct and not gonna work !

The front desk did inform me that they had a room with a kitchenette but it has a king bed and it would cost me an additional 20 $ to have the room , I had no choice but to pay it ! Well to start the rep completely lied.. I was told I could pay through priceline which I did. I was told the payment went through. When I got to the hotel I had to pay because it wasn't paid.

Also, I made it clear that the room had to have a walk in tub. I was told the room was handicapped accessible with a walk in tub. It was not .

In conclusion, if you're smart, you'll never use priceline and you'll go to Expedia or anyone else cause priceline straight up sucks and they're liars

The absolute worst experience ever ! I booked a prestige luxury suite at the Palazzo in Las Vegas at the time of an extra $75 a night for the room . The third party that they apparently go through had us booked in a standard room .

I spent ten hours of phone time and chat time , along with my husband and the hotel in three way calls to get the third party to confirm my room . They kept confirming the standard room not the room I paid fir !

I did not get the room I paid gor which included breakfast and appetizers and beverages . So for the three nights that we paid extra we not only were out the concierge level do we paid gor , we had to pay extra out of pocket for breakfast !

We are beyond upset about this snd the lack of making it right ! I am out the vacation I paid for and the money…

This is by far the worst experience ever in dealing with this company. I asked for a two-night stay for a friend taking her son to college for the first time. What I received was two one-night stays for the same hotel on the same day and my name and email were spelled wrong even though I had spelled it to him 3 times.

Case #739 603 504 We booked the trip for July 05, 2022. And pre-paid $1400 at the time the flight was booked. At no fault of Priceline a portion of the flight was canceled by United Airlines I was informed of this cancellation on July 8th, 2020.

Its clear this change caused a glitch in the hotel, transportation, and other plans. After calling maybe four times to get a resolution from your company and confirmation nothing happened. My most recent call was today July 28, 2022, and Jerly said I would get a note after she would contact the Airlines.

Why is this so hard, and takes so long? Please help me resolve this

I have always been very happy with service with Priceline.

However, this evening I was looking at staying in Portland 8/20-21 and a number of times have seen a note to call priceline for better discounts. I thought I would try this. My experience was/is terrible. I told the agent that I was traveling with my wife and daughter and so would need accommodations for 3 people.

He stated that he could give me a room that would sleep three. I stated to him that I definitely would need a room that allowed three people to sleep in the room and he stated that this would be okay.

Good afternoon, not quite sure who to complain to about this hotel, but this hotel had “ROACHES”. There was nothing indicated on your site that this was a Red Roof Inn. Not only did it have “ROACHES”. The walls were dirty, the restroom was questionable and the room had a hole in the wall and a filthy odor that singed my nostrils, this smell accosted me when I opened the door.

I booked a Disney hotel thru Priceline - Upon click finalize my purchase the site jumped to SNAPTRAVEL. Upon getting my bill I was charged 25% of the bill in taxes and FEES!!!! with no warning or ability to approve this charge and the receipt I was sent after booking had NO total on it so I couldn't see it til it showed up on my credit card bill and

First time booking with Priceline for rental van. I booked for what I thought was DCA airport (10 mins from my house) but accidentally booked for Dulles Airport (and hour from my house). Didn't notice the my mistake until the day of.

I tried to change the booking and was told I could not do so and to contact the rental place. I contacted the rental place and they said I couldn't change it through them, it had to be Priceline. Called Priceline back and they told me I couldn't change it.

I asked if we could drop off the van at DCA and they said they couldn't even let us do that. So much back and forth and time spent on the phone. I understand the mistake was mine for the location but they have ZERO flexibility if you want to make ANY modifications.

I will not use them again.

I scheduled and cancelled the flight the same day, 6/22/22. I called Priceline and United Airways and advised both parties of said cancellation. I then received an email from Priceline acknowledging said cancellation and the email said refunds take 5-10 business days.

I was trying to book air travel for 4 people. Traveling from San Jose to Athens and back for the price of $12,050.56. The issue was I was not getting the seat assignment so I was not booking and paying for it. I had the misfortune of booking a hotel through your website and when I got to Charlotte, NC to the Super 8 motel it was closed down. I then called Priceline to have you fix the situation. I was met with you could not reach anyone so therefore you could not confirm it was closed down and my reservation could not be honored. I found that to be ridiculous bc of course no one is there because it is closed down. They have so many rules about those travel credits, like you can't book it with a round trip, but only a one-way trip or you literally can't use the travel credit with Delta to book anything and they had to spend 1.5 hrs to find it ou and tell me that.

Ever since I had to rebook the trip, I spent 4 hrs, just to communicate with what I want to do, the flight details, and eventually nothing was successfully done. so in the end, I just gave up on the so called travel credit as I don't ever want to waste another second of my life…

I am extremely upset. Let me start by saying I booked 2 trips in the last 2 weeks. com over a year ago and walked out of the hotel, and missed the event I had tickets for because the Pictures/Information/Hotel Ranking was a lie.

5 star and they had drugs in the lobby and hookers on the first floor, crawling with roaches. I swore I would never use them again or another company. I gave in and gave Priceline a try 2 weeks ago.

5 star hotel was so thrilled for our next unexpected trip I immediately logged into Priceline. 5 star, pictures looked great. com and if I had I would have canceled right then. I will add I was going out of town to close up my aunts house-she passed away and we had to remove her belongings for the Estate to be processed.
