00 on Priceline for seat assignments at Frontier. The seat assignment was never received. I have been trying to resolve this since September 6 and I cannot get any help. and there is no live person who can help me.
I can only get a live person through lots of effort on the chat and they only say to call the customer service number. When I call the customer service number I am automatically transferred to Frontier. There is absolutely no way around this automatic transfer-believe me I have tried dozens of times!!!
I have had many discussions with Frontier and they cannot help me because they simply have not received the money or the order for the seats. Frontier reps tell me that Priceline must help me since the disconnect is on their end and they have my money.
