Priceline has turned into a scam company.

First they lied about the hotel person not doing my reservation by phone. Then they charged me twice for the hotel. You charged me when I made the reservation and then when again I got to the hotel, I was charged again.

You booked the wrong airport. W. Palm beach instead of Miami after booking the hotel in Miami. I had to take a train, a cab, and a bus to get to Miami and back and back because of your mistake.

I am 72 years old and a disabled veteran. This is pure discrimination. I almost missed my cruise in Miami because of you. And because of the train and carrying luggage on it, I started having health problems as I have high blood pressure anyway. my number is 330-317-7831.

I want something done because of this

I've called so many times, to process a cancellation and refund. And they were all making up things. I looked at the refund and cancellation policy clear as day as provided below. The Refund and Cancellation policy below said "This Booking is Non-refundable after 2022-07-06 11:59PM" yet when I call they gave me such a hard time.

Mind you I called before check in time. Way before check-in time. It is ridiculous. So ridiculous. I'm filing this complaint on the exact same day because I am so upset.

I have been waiting for a refund on 2 flights that I cancelled on 4/12/22 and it is now 7/6/22. I was told on 6/12 that I would get my refund check sent to my house (confirmed the address twice) within 10-15 business days by JV.

I still have not received the check. I have had to pay my bill and I'm now out $3000!!!! This is absurd that I've had to call multiple times. Each time I am tortured by that awful music and have had to be transferred 3 times to different people to get the right person to "help" me.

just more anxiety, and real harm done to my bank account AND my nerves. I have literally cried tears over this. I don't know what to do to get this resolved!

The worst trip ever due to Priceline selling wrong advertising and charging extra for it. Paid extra for “sea view” in Portugal but got roof view instead. When I asked for compensation, got only rude response! No one even tried to fix the problem. Shake on you Priceline!

I got a motel reservation to your company this place was a trashy stains all over the carpets in the hallway and in the rooms the pool water was Brown and when I tried to make a comment or talk with the person up front at the office they told me that I needed to go to Priceline because pricelines the one that made the reservations not me and

com without our knowledge. We get to the room in Galveston the room is dirty the AC was loud and the shower curtain had mold on it, trash was thrown at the bottom of the stairs by housekeeping which made the hotel haul away smell like a garbagedumpster,.

Booking was easy and that was the catch! when I arrive at the Dallas DFW airport to pickup my car at the Thrifty counter there was a sign stated closed / precede to Dollar rental counter which I did, I was waiting on a line for 30 minutes until a gentleman came screaming out "both Thrifty and Dollar don't have any car available, his best advise to us is to go rent a car at a different counter and have your ticket agent reimburse you.

At that point everybody runs trying to get to another counter to book a car, ok I rent a car from Alamo rental company. when I get to the Wyndham hotel that's when held really break loose.

On June 16, I reserved a hotel room in Murfreesboro, TN on Priceline.

However after going to check in the hotel didn’t offer what was explained in detail on Priceline it said that pool was available (outdoor). Upon check in the clerk said the pool was not available and would not be throughout our stay and that was the main reason of choice.

The clerk then stated that he accommodate us with refund and I decided to take it if I could find another hotel with swimming in which I did. The refund was applied I have the receipt to prove it and the money was sent back to Priceline.

Once I realized the funds were not in my account the clerk of the hotel said I had to contact Priceline and I was told they spoke with the clerk and the reservation was not canceled and I can’t get the money back.…

I book a flight through your company and I couldn't login online and call and spoke to your customer service agent. Advise everything is OK with the itinerary, at the airport after 30min with jetblue counter find out you had my name all mixed up.

If you are going to used people from other countries to manage your booking they need to your middle initial is not your first name. bad service..

a credit card. It went thru and all was good except I had put the incorrect month. To modify on your website the only option is to cancel . So I chatted with a rep and they stated that I would have to call to see if I can redo the booking with the credit being applied that was offered.

In Albany Georgia the temperature reaceded105 degrees F, The lobby was closed, I had to stand outside for almost 30 minutes until the front desk attendant got off the phone. I told him that I had a reservation and had paid for a nonsmoking room.

The attendant could not call up my reservation and he the said that this was his first day. I asked him if they had any rooms and he said let me see. It was so hot I had to get back in my car and get out of the heat.

When he came back to the window he handed me a key and ran my Debit Card again after having given it to Priceline. He then proceeded to put me in room 205. I carried my belongings up stairs to 205.

I purchased a ticket May 4th and cancelled the ticket within the allowed window. I booked both Hotel and airfare and cancelled both. The refund was due within 5 days of my cancellation. I got refunded for the hotel, but still waiting and working with them to refund the ticket. I've called 8+ times and bounced around multiple times, with the promise that the matter has been escalated to the accounting department and that it should be resolved in 24-48 hours. The average time spent on each call is at least 45 minutes.

What's worse is that this is the only charge on my card and it's generating interest and I'm having to make payments on the card. Today is June 22, 2002 and still no refund.

I called in to make a change to my upcoming flight. The representative could not locate my itinerary via my name, phone number, email, or Itinerary number. I said I had the email confirmation from Priceline and my credit card had been charged! After about 20 minutes of retrying, placing me on hold, having me repeat things many times, she found it.

I knew there would be a change fee of $300. The flight I was changing to was $160 cheaper. I asked if the fare difference would be credited back. She said yes. I would only be charged $140. She did not seem to know how to process the change, however. She put me on hold many many times. (I was on the line with her for over an hour and a half).

She eventually came back on to tell me that she kept getting errors, so she placed me on hold again.…

I called to adjust a reservation by 1 day and was told the policy states no modifications or cancellations. I think this policy is totally ridiculous. Life happens, things come up, plans change and people get sick. My mother has a very serious surgery the Thursday I was supposed to arrive and I need to be there for her on that day.

If I don't come I am throwing away over $100 and in this world today that's a lot. Why your huge company can't allow it's customers to make changes is beyond me. How much does it affect your life, your wallet?

I booked a hotel and when I got there, there was trash all over the outside, there were druggies hanging outside, doing drug deals in plain sight. there was blood in the bathroom on the floor there were bugs on the walls and on the bed.

I called Priceline to get a refund because I could NOT would NOT stay in a room like that. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. I asked several times for a full refund and they still refused.

I want my money back. And you should be ashamed of yourselves for posting a place like that in your website !!!!

I have booked international flight tickets from Newark to Mumbai over a phone with representative name “Ronnie” with confirmation that there is 2 checked in bags per person and when I checked online with United Airlines and it showing only 1 checked bag per person, called multiple time to United Airlines and Lufthansa airlines and every time they confirmed its only 1 checked in per person though Priceline shows 2.

I booked a room at Baymont by Wyndham in Lewisville. The window in my room didn’t close all the way, there was no breakfast which was an amenity listed. Not even a bowl of cereal! The door handle was broken from the inside and I found bedbugs!!! 00.

I’ve spent the entire morning on the phone trying to resolve this issue. This place was so nasty I couldn’t even shower there. This is my first and last time to use Priceline. They do not take care of their customers.

I’ve recently done business with you, and I’m not happy, nor satisfied with my service. I booked a hotel and car rental through your service, and my flight was canceled by Frontier Airlines, flight 1011 from Orlando, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia. I understand that you have policies in place, however there has to be an exception. I have no control over any flight cancellations, therefore I should be able to receive a full refund for my inconvenience if anything. Priceline offered promo of $100 off car rental if I applied for a Priceline Visa card. I did, was accepted told $100 was off my car rental. I made another car rental which for some reason they cancelled my first reservation so I lost my $100 promo.

They said sorry no cancellations or refund but kept my 2nd reservation charge of $167. After much complaing with customer service who I could not understand they canceled my reservations but would not credit my $167 for the 2nd charge .

BEWARE OF PRICELINE SCAM TACTICS!!!!!! They are terrible and suck at customer service

This was my first (AND LAST) time using Priceline.

I tried to change my flight with Delta Airlines and was told I had to make the changes thru Priceline because that's where I originally bought the tickets.

Original price of ticket $305.00 + $23.60 taxes = $328.60

Change flight cost $328.60

Delta Airline have DROPPED THEIR CHANGE FEE as of this writing

Why does Priceline want to charge me $105.01 to change the ticket?

The Priceline Agent told me that's Priceline's fee for all tickets.

If there is no charge from the Airlines, why are you charging?

Viking Hotel Myrtle Beach was booked and paid for via American Express @ around $142. When I arrived front desk stated that I needed to pay $182 as they did not have the 3rd party payment.

Trying to get in touch with Priceline that Sunday 5/29/22 was a no go as could not understand their 3rd party answer service.

Thus, still in limbo as to whether or not I can recover from this as I had to find another hotel for that date. Moreover, am now hesitant to use Priceline in the future.

This WAS an emergency trip to the USA. 54 our ticket date is February 18 but due to safety protocols the airline denied us boarding even when we have our rt-pcr test as negative and tagged us as NO SHOW but

My car broke down far away from home and I had to book a hotel for a 3 nights over the holiday weekend. Unfortunately after I booked, I realized I wasn't logged into my priceline acct. Therefore I paid close to 70 per night instead of 60 per night.

When I called priceline the speaker was very hard to understand and he said he could do nothing. I find this hard to believe. The hotel was willing to do whatever needed but then when I called back I couldn't get thru to a live person.

On March 6, 2022 I purchased 5 ticket from Las Vegas to Newark, NJ. This was a direct flight. Now the flight has been changed to go to Boston then on to NJ. There is a 5 hour layover in Boston.

Normally this would not be a problem, but I'm traveling with a severely handicapped person. This layover in Boston would not pan out well. I called Jet Blue first and they told me to get in touch with Priceline. I have bought tickets many times before from Price Line.

I explained my problem with the girl on the phone and she said it would be no problem to get a refund. She checked for other flights but said there were no non stop fights going to Newark. I told her I would call back shortly.

Not refunding me, days inn was the worst experience since 2016 of being in the military this is the worst experience I’ve ever had, the owner treated me like an animal at days inn, he approved the refund the person behind the computer on Priceline can’t type said it twice that it was approved, then said it wasn’t.

System defaulted the pick up/drop off time as 12 PM. The same system will not move forward to book without an user putting the credit card info. or date. In the same way, it should not move forward to the next step without the end user entering the time.

When I called the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Seattle/Northgate to confirm my reservation the hotel had no record of it! After spending 45 minutes with the hotel, they still couldn’t find it.

When I called Priceline I learned that my last name had been misspelled! I feel this was most incompetent.

Further, I was told by a Priceline representative that the said hotel operated a shuttle from the hotel to the airport 24 hours per day, which was one of the most important reasons I booked this particular hotel. When I arrived at the airport I learned that the representative had GIVEN ME INCORRECT INFORMATION; the shuttle did not in fact go to the airport.

I consequently spent $150.00 in taxi fees going to and from the airport.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Called in to buy 2 tickets using 2 different credit cards. Instead they charged one card the ENTIRE amount and have been giving me the run around for 3 days to return the money and charge the correct card.

I booked my trip to Thailand and it’s coming up this Sunday. Depart from SLC to Seattle on Sunday 29th of May, 2022 and they arranged the flight from Seattle to Singapore then Thailand but the problem was the departure date. It was May 28th.

You want me to go back in a time machine? Go back to the past? So stupid! Still contacting them and got to talk to an agent that doesn’t seem to know anything and the first person said call back in 2 days and I did then the second agent told us to call back in 2 days again.

Made reservations for a stay cation booked a room for the weekend and it showed one area but once we got to the actual hotel it wasn't in neither area that was mentioned in the add. Ok no big issue but once inside the hotel which was a days inn.

It was DIRTY, PATCHES ON THE WALLS, PEOPLE SITTING IN THE HALLWAY, ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WAS LIKE WALKING THRU A PROJECT BUILDING. We walked back to to front desk and checked back out, than called to complain to Priceline for a refund.

Priceline than informed me that I didn't qualify for a Refund. All numbers go directly to customer service and not one number to call corporate. I have used Priceline with just about everytime I've traveled in the last 20 years but no more after this one. Very disappointed.

I had a stay 5/21 at a hotel in Austin Texas, the hotel had assigned multiple people to the same rooms- we had this happen with 4 different room assignments. I contacted the hotel who approved the refund and moved forward but Priceline will not release my funds even with the unsafe room situation.

i have called the customer service on 05/16/2022 as i had a reservation for a rental car with avis , confirmation # 31062519us5 , from 11822 east northwest highway , Dallas Texas 75218.

however , when i arrived to avis , they told me that there is no cars , offering no help , they were so unprofessional and uncaring , asked me to call the pericline customer service , so i did , she was also uncaring and did not know what to do , stating " just book another car" !

Priceline did a terrible disservice on a hotel reservation that I had to cancel due to my mom's terminal situation when I arrived. Despite taking insurance, trying to cancel the hotel the morning of the reservation, trying to connect w/Priceline the night via phone & chat, When I was able to call them the night before my mom was to be laid to rest, just days after the hotel reservation, Priceline cancelled my trip insurance & would not reinstate it. I asked for escalation, they said the hotel would not give permission for the refund. I booked a hotel with priceline that i wouldn’t be arriving to until 2am. I got to said hotel to be told that they had been overbooked and i cannot stay there. I drive 5 hours and was stuck with no hotel for the night. This is absolutely unacceptable.

As well as customer service taking over 30min to process my refund which i couldn’t even use to get another hotel because it takes an entire business day to go through.

He said he would call be when it was complete. Never called. Went on site to cancel, which it stated when I booked the stay, that it was free cancellation. The service didn’t give me a cancellation option. It stated I was being charged a cancellation fee.

Never had this problem before. If this is how business will be conducted I’ll have my agency put it on the no contact list.

This ....is INCREDIBLE for someone to have to go thru this madness for their booking because an incompetent person did the booking...GLENROY from JAMAICA. I I booked a reservation , not knowing it was priceline I calIed, I thought I was calling the hotel. Ramada by wyndham, Ferry St. niagara falls Ontario. The rep Glenroy from Jamaica, failed to indicate : 1.I was being charged in USD!!!

2.Booked the wrong date on one of the reservations.

3. Gave us wrong info-He said breakfast was included and we are being charged a final fee and we pay nothing at the hotel. I just called the hotel-We have an additional fee to pay there , they have no breakfast or kitchen there!!!

4. He never said this was a non refundable, no cancelation booking!!!
