I used Priceline for the very first time on 05/13. Somehow I was charged twice on my card. I only made one reservation. The hotel receptionist said it was ok and she would cancel the reservation. I am here to tell you that was not true.

They refuse to refund me. I feel like I have been raped of my money and nobody will listen to me nor help. I only booked one reservation and was booked for 2. I warn people to never use Priceline.

This was my first and experience and my last. You guys are horrible! Customer constantly has you on hold and quick to tell you they cant assist you.

Do not book through Priceline unless you want to lose your money and a bigger headache of dealing with there customer service. I booked a trip through Priceline more than a month in advance. The day before my trip my flight was canceled and my departure date changed to my return date.

I spoke to 5 different representatives and was constantly transferred to another department. I asked for a supervisor and 6 hours later still have not received a phone call from any supervisors. Again if you have money to waste and want the worse headache you have ever had book through Priceline

I made reservations through Priceline at the Best Western Desert Oasis and the dates were incorrect. I was unable to use the reservation as I did not stay there. When I finally was able to speak to a live agent they were of no help and no refund was offered.

Since I tried canceling within the 24 hour limit I feel I’m due the refund.

I opted for an express deal with a 3-star hotel. However, they ended up giving a 2-star hotel. In return, I asked for a refund and they are not willing to do that as well. One of the worst experiences. I hardly got any savings. The hotel had the same price when booking retail. Spoke to their customer service agents and not one was willing to help me.

I would request someone to take action from their company otherwise they are going to keep losing customers like me.

Capri Centre, Radisson and Quality Inn. Priceline gave us quality inn. All we could smel was old stale smoke in hallways and rooms. There was meth addicts tweeking in the private court yard, it was dirty, mold in bathroom walls and roof, puke stains on carpet. The couch even had big holes in it.

There was no fresh air circulation, thread bare small towels, room was never made up, no fresh towels offered, top comforter/bedspread was filthy and looks like it was never washed. we decided to check out early. gov. Now when I try to access this account it is locked. I called and requested to have the account unlocked but they just send a reset to my old e-mail account that is no longer active which I cannot access.

Now I have over 600 dollars in airline credits for trip 476-166-223-38, which I cannot access. My experience with you help line has been awful at best. I have been promised a call back from a supervisor and never received it.

All I want it to get access to my airline credits. Do I need to file a small claims against your company? What do I need to unlock an account on a unactive e-mail account. I cannot believe this is the first time this has happened.

Booked Priceline for 2 employees in the Las Vegas Hilton. Hilton and Priceline did cancel from their side. I revised the relocation since all my people are in the Hilton. They charged almost 100$ for this!

I booked a car through Priceline. I checked the pick up address to be Crabtree Valley Mall where the previous reservation was made through Budget. When the confirmation came through, it was changed to the RDU Airport which was much further away with Dollar Car rental.

L immediately and told them I would not pick up a car from the Airport and they said they would not change or refund. I called dollar rental who they booked it through and they would not refund either. I told both of them I WOULD NOT be picking up the car.

YET I WAS still charged $288. I would like priceline to refund that money. They changed the reservation - not me. My credit card company gave me a credit and then 2 months later pulled it back. PLEASE HELP ME get my $288 back. I

Booked a bulk trip which included air, hotel, and car flight from LAS to ATL. We did not receive a car. Upon arrival in ATL we stood in line to pick up our car and the agent advised us the wait is at minimum 4 hours.

I was graduating that day and needed to meet my professor at 12pm. So we could not wait in line for 4 hours. They will not refund the money cost for the car.

I booked a ticket with Priceline. There was a morning take off and arriving by mid day deal with the maximum layover of 3 hours. Well, the night before I was scheduled to leave at 7:10am, I received a message saying the second leg of my flight was cancelled.

So, I was notified that my flight was changed and I had over a 10 hour layover instead of the one hour originally. I called Priceline three times and they would not take care of me and their guarantee to me. 5 hrs.

Priceline did nothing to help their customer and I have used them for many years. So very disappointed in a company that I used so many times. I use to love the company and now the owner needs to know that they are dropping the ball!!

I booked a hotel through Priceline 2 weeks ago and got charged for $1100. The second day, I planned to cancel it for a reschedule. So I inquired the cancellation from the Priceline agent since online system doesn't allow me to cancel.

They told me it could not be cancelled. Even I want to cancel it, there is no refund. Since that, I just kept the booking. 52 refund from Priceline as "confirmation". But I NEVER confirm that. I reported this issue immediately to Priceline.

The reps collected the information and promised me they would review it and give me answer in 3~5 business day. After 3 days, I checked. They were still reviewing. Till today, 12 days passed, they are still reviewing. It seems the review is endless and I will never get my money back.

Me and my family booked rooms at the strand boutique resort and first they told us we would have a van to pick us up , we came in three different days none of us had transportation to the hotel , they also told us we would have housekeeping and had to pay for it we didn’t get that either , our room had a funny smell in it we had to go out to get spray and things for orders we complain at the desk they told us we booked through Priceline so

that’s who we had to complain to , I would like to get a refund on the housekeeping and fir not having the shuttle because that’s what we were told . The reservation was in Reginald Fulton name at over 700.

I created a flight Economy Pluss and car rental online 2 months ago for my wife and I from EWR- RSW for May 14th 2022, 8:00 AM, returning RSW- EWR on May 21st, 8:00 AM. I checked my itinerary and I noticed that my flights were basic economy.

When I chose my rental car, Fox Rent a car was listed as located at the Airport. I found out that it is a shuttle to the car lot instead of the car being at the Airport. I checked the Fox rental reviews and they were mostly very bad.

I was able to choose my seats to Florida and I paid $60 to chose my 2 seats on my return flight. I called today to attempt to get a latter in the day flight home RSW to EWR from 8:00 AM to a 3:00 PM flight.

I booked a hotel reservation on the US site by mistake and wanted to cancel as I live in Canada. I have used Priceline many times but messed up the sites. I was flat out rejected my request to cancel even though I spoke to the hotel and they were ok with it.

My daughter came down with a cold the day before she was supposed to leave, I called priceline and they wanted to charge me almost 400 for switching flights I said no and he told me to call westjet. After talking to westjet I called priceline back to cancel the ticket he said he couldn't cancel but said I had til Dec 31,22 to get a call and book free of charge.

Today I tried to book her a ticket and the supervisor was rude I explained what the person I'd previously spoke to said and he flat out refused to help. He pretty much told me to call westjet and argue with them.

I am so upset because I don't have the money to purchase another ticket. Will never deal with these people again

Booked a hotel at holiday inn through priceline. I booked a king suite. We paid for the room a week in advance.. We had confirmation that the room was correct and paid for.

When we checked in, the hotel tried to stick us in a standard room. We went back down to the lobby and was told that pricelines fault. and that we would have to pay a higher rate to get the room that we wanted.. We called priceline and they put the blame on the hotel. Both companies just placed the blame on each other.

We ended up leaving after nobody would corrected the error.

After speaking with four (4) different Priceline agents, I’ve been given four (4) different answers. Still have not resolved my issue. Call number three (3), I asked to speak to a Supervisor/ Manager. I was told I would have to hold.

Twenty five (25) minutes later a different man answered & I asked if he was a Supervisor. He said no. I said I was holding for a Supervisor. He said he could not transfer me. I said give me the number, I’ll call myself.

He said he couldn’t do that either. What kind of company does not have any Supervisors/Managers available? Totally no customer service. I will never use Priceline nor will I ever refer anyone to Priceline.

Priceline representative stated they could transfer my reservation due to my hotel not having a pool as advertised. The representative was not properly trained and in fact did not have the ability to transfer reservations. It resulted in my reservation being cancelled by the hotel with no place to stay.

A week later I contacted Priceline as I still never received my refund. Priceline stated they had my reservation still active and never cancelled on their end . It took me to call 4 times to have my refund issued.

The employees here lack training and active listening skills.

Booked a hotel for the 25th on the 25th as I was getting into Eureka, CA at a travellodge. When the credit card payment went through it sent me a confirmation saying it was booked for th 26th. I called the hotel first to let them know what happened and if they could move up the booking date seeing as how there were only like 10 cars in the parking lot.

He said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have "authorization". So I call priceline. Same story from them. They have no "authorization" to cancel/move the reservation. I said first of all your mobile version of the site is always buggy for me, just not to the extent of changing the day.

I booked a hotel room for 3 nights at La Quinta Inn (Whyndam) in Nashville.

First of all, I didn’t even get a discounted rate for the hotel room after looking at the listed prices. I paid $208, and the hotel is currently charging $58 a night. I would’ve saved money just booking the room through La Quinta itself.

Also, I was completely misled by Priceline’s listing. The pictures made the hotel seem like at least a decent place to stay.

Horrible!!! I would rate Priceline with negative stars if I could!!! com. I traveled 2 states away, which was over 9 hours of driving. When I arrived at my destination, I was told that the hotel was overbooked, and they had no room for me.

This was the LAST thing I wanted to hear, after a long drive and not knowing anyone in the area. No other hotels had room either, due to an Apple Blossom Festival occurring that weekend. The associate at the hotel front desk told me that Priceline “buys up so many reservations, without knowing how many rooms there truly are available.

Also, Priceline doesn’t share individual’s contact information with hotels - if they had, the hotel front desk would have contacted me before my trip began, I wouldn’t have wasted 20 hours!!

I am having a very bad experience with Priceline. I booked a flight on Friday April 1st, 2022 and was unable to make the flight due a call from my cardiologist that I needed to speak with him before I take my flight after I had seen him a week before.

I called the customer service support line at Priceline on March 31st and made ALL ATTEMPTS to reschedule my flight. They were unable to reschedule my flight and now is trying to blame me that I missed my flight. I find this behavior unscrupulous, inconsiderate, unkind and lack of good customer service.

I misspelled my step daughters last name with B vs V. (Damn you Fat fingers) We Didn’t notice until we were boarding. So on flight home we had to call Priceline to change it. Guess They had to cancel and re book.

Well the guy in India canceled all 5 tickets and then wanted us to zelle him to rebook. By the time we talked to someone else the 15 min window to rebook was gone. It cost me additional $1500 to rebook last minute to get home.

Trying to get that additional money back and Now they are trying to pass the blame on United.

I missed my flight on April 1st; 2022 West Jet Flight Code# BNNDOB Trip# 52998380344 I was unable to make my flight due to a medical issue. I called customer service and made ALL attempts to reschedule my flight prior to my departure time.

Twice while getting ready to purchase a ticket the price goes up while in my cart. I needed to change to an early flight out, I was on the phone with cs for a hour and fifteen minutes and while she was changing my ticket the price went up.

It ended up costing me an extra eight-four dollars to leave a few days earlier. I will not use priceline ever again and I will let family and friends know how you do business.

I booked a hotel stay for one night for my boyfriend and I to get away through Priceline. About 2 hours after I booked, I found out that my uncle suddenly passed away and I called Priceline right away to cancel (it was a nonrefundable hotel stay).

I ordered a flight and rental purchase. Before checkout I assumed auto coverage was added. But was not. Something told me to look in2. I now found out that auto coverage was not added, Now priceline tell me that the coverage cannot be added.

We booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express Boca Raton-West: Check in March 17, check out March 21. (Priceline Trip Number: 517-732-993-45). There were several serious problems with the room. Foremost, a safety hazzard. There is a hook on the bathroom door that stuck out at arm level.

My wife is on a blood thinner and cut her arm on the hook. As you should know, for people on blood thinners any cut can be serious. Fortunately, we were able to stop the bleeding without needing medical attention.

Next, the shower had a curtain instead of a door and a handheld shower head mounted on a pole. The shower head would not stay in position on the pole. It immediately started sliding down and turned toward the wall.

I booked a trip for my wife and I to celebrate our thirteenth wedding anniversary flying from New Orleans to Las Vegas. We booked a packaged deal for a room and the flights in February. I received an email stating that due to a time change that my itinerary had been changed.

After looking into this I found out that instead of having a direct flight of less than four hours we would now spend eighteen hours in Denver and arrive in Las Vegas a day later and late in the evening, pretty much losing nearly two days of our trip.

They messed up my reservation 3 times, then sent a confirmation to the wrong email address. I didn’t get it, so I assumed I didn’t have a reservation. Now they say they won’t refund cause it’s non refundable. If they hasn’t screwed up the previous three times I wouldn’t have thought they screwed up yet again.

Promises were made to call me back, they ignored me. Now I’m left hanging with a reservation I didn’t know I had and no longer need. Rather then accept responsibility for their screwups they just tell me I’m screwed. Never again Priceline!

The flight (ticket at Priceline) was purchased and canceled on time. The total price was paid by credit Card. After the reservation was cancelation the total amount refund was not. Still some amount is pending. No body contacted me or given any reason why the refund was not completed.

The Priceline phones numbers are not attended and provide a poor costumer services. I do not recommend Priceline.

i made a reservation starting the 13 of april2022 in barcellona with priceline. the reservation was for two adults and two kids aged 9 and 12. everything went smooth but after the payment i have received a confirmation for only two adults.
